Abstract

Human resources are people who design and produce goods or services, oversee quality, market products, allocate financial resources and formulate all strategies and objectives of the organization. Full and continuous management and utilization of existing human resources so that they can work optimally, effectively and productively in achieving organizational or company goals. Lancang Kuning University is an educational institution that has administrative and teaching and learning activities. The total number of employees or employees is 513, consisting of 377 educators and 144 education staff. Simultaneous Influence. Based on the results of the discussion, the simultaneous influence of leadership orientation and rewards on employee loyalty is 32.1%, while the remaining 67.9%, while the partial effect of multiple regression analysis shows that supervision has an influence on employee work discipline by 0.435, awards have an influence to employee loyalty of 0.279. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the activities and perceptions of students in conducting online lectures through applications during the COVID-19 outbreak . This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method with the research respondents are 781 IBI Kesatuan students who are active in the Even Semester Academic Year 2019/2020. The selection of research subjects is done through purposive sampling techniques . D ata study were analyzed using analysis kuantit Atif descriptive percentage technique. The results showed that students gave positive responses to the implementation of these online lectures and were willing to always follow them. The family fully supports students to attend online lectures while at home . The limitation of internet access quota is an obstacle for students in attending online lectures. The use of GCR and WAG applications received positive responses from students because of their flexible, quota-friendly internet access and easy to use them. Abstract

Untuk menyelesaikan studi pada jenjang S2, seorang mahasiswa diharuskan membuat karya ilmiah berupa tesis yang dihasilkan melalui proses bimbingan dengan dua orang pembimbing. Pada kenyataannya, proses bimbingan seringkali mengalami hambatan. Salah satu faktor yang menyebabkan hal tersebut adalah karena proses bimbingan yang sulit sebagai akibat dari adanya keterbatasan waktu dan jarak, baik dari mahasiswa maupun dosen. Hal ini menjadikan intensitas dan kualitas waktu bimbingan tesis berkurang. Akibatnya waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk menyelesaikan tesis menjadi lebih lama. Kondisi ini berdampak pada penurunan kepuasan pengguna terhadap Institusi. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan adanya suatu sistem bimbingan tesis yang mampu mengatasi semua permasalahan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan sistem bimbingan tesis berbasis web (sibimtes) pada Program Pascasarjana Universitas Siliwangi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah research and development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Hasil dari penelitian ini antara lain: 1) adanya sistem bimbingan tesis berbasis web (sibimtes) pada Program Pascasarjana Universitas Siliwangi; 2) tersosialisasinya sibimtes kepada seluruh civitas akademika Program Pascasarjana.

Abstract

Technopreneur one part of the development of entrepreneurship (entrepreneur) provides an overview of entrepreneurship by using technology-based innovation. The concept of technopreneur is based on a technology base that is used as an entrepreneurial tool, for example the emergence of an online application business and business security system. The purpose of this study is to conduct a descriptive study of entrepreneurship on students using technology (Technopreneurship) from all points of view, whether motivation, ownership, managerial, employment, and so on. technology as a basis for entrepreneurship. The results of the discussion found that the use of technology (Technopreneurship) in entrepreneurship can help and develop businesses in the form of product production and marketing of product results, so as to increase student income. Abstract

The Board of National Accreditation Body for Higher Education) evaluates the performance of a study program. This compels it to improve and maintain its performance. The process of accreditation involves several steps, one of which is the completion of accreditation documents by the study program. The completion requires data from various sources, both from the study program and the institution. However, the data required are often not recorded properly and kept by different sources. As a result, it takes longer time to complete the arrangement. Moreover, inconsistent data format becomes another factor which holds back this process. The application of fuzzy inference system, as used by Kesatuan Business and Informatics Institute, as in the above case can result in a better scoring in which each component is assessed and it will yield the prediction of the expected accreditation status before it is submitted to BAN-PT. This research aims to develop a web based accreditation system with fuzzy inference system and construct a prediction of score ad accreditation status in IBI Kesatuan, using 4 variables of input assessment criteria, namely: external condition, institutional profile, criteria and analysis, and development program decision. The resulting output is the status of non- accredited, good accredited, excellent accredited, and superior accredited. There are 4 phases in the methods: problem identification, needs and system analysis, system design, system implementation and testing system. The result of blackbox test show that 8 features can operate well. The features consist of criteria menu, indicator menu, date user, LKPS data, LED data, LKPS and LED assessment input, recapitulation and conclusion. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that accreditation system can be applied to predict the scores and accreditation status of information system study program of IBI Kesatuan. Abstract

The main objective of this research is to study the relationship between tangibility, trustworthiness, response capacity, guarantee, empathy, and innovative learning approach that affect the value of college students’ satisfaction on the islands of Java and Bali. A quantitative study was conducted on students in various universities in Java and Bali, through a survey that was applied to the final sample of 205 students. Data analysis is carried out through structural equation modeling and shows that structures that affect students' satisfaction with the tertiary institutions where they study in the islands of Java and Bali are Guarantee, Tangibility, and Empathy factors. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap penyelesaian Skripsi; (2) Pengaruh kemampuan akademik terhadap penyelesaian Skripsi ; (3) Pengaruh motivasi belajar dan kemampuan akademik terhadap proses penyelesaian Skripsi. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian survey. Populasinya adalah mahasiswa program studi Administrasi Pendidikan FKIP Universitas Jambi angkatan 2014. Menggunakan total sampling yaitu sebanyak 46 orang mahasiswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Teknik analisa data berupa analisis regresi sederhana dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan: (1) Terdapat pengaruh motivasi terhadap penyelesaian Skripsi sebesar 0,522 dengan persentase 52,2% dan nilai signifikansi 0.000 sehingga > atau 6,929 > 2,017 maka dapat dikatakan signifikan; (2) Tidak terdapat pengaruh kemampuan akademik terhadap penyelesaian Skripsi sebesar 0,005 dengan persentase 0,05% dan nilai signifikansi 0.587 sehingga < atau -0,546 < 2,017 maka tidak dapat dikatakan signifikan; (3) Terdapat pengaruh motivasi dan kemampuan akademik terhadap penyelesaian Skripsi sebesar 0,500 dengan persentase 50,0%. Sehingga motivasi mahasiswa dan kemampuan akademik secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh tehadap penyelesaian Skripsi. Penulis menyarankan mahasiswa agar terus meningkatkan dan menjaga kestabilan motivasi dan kemampuan akademik supaya dapat menyelesaikan Skripsi tepat waktu.
