Abstract

Increased energy consumption and lack of public knowledge to utilize rice husks and tea pulp as the most untapped briquette. The purpose of this research is to obtain a Calor value produced by rice husk briquette and tea pulp to be used as a briquette as an alternative fuel.. The results of the heat value test conducted using the Bomb calorimeter test tool showed optimum heat value in the variation of the 80% rice husk mixture and tea pulp and 20% tapioca adhesive, the value of the resulting heat of 11,638,112 kj/kg. This shows that the rice husk briquette and tea pulp with a mixture of comparison of 80% mixture of raw materials with 20% tapioca as higher glues produce a Calor value than 3 other variations. Based on the process that has been done shows that rice husk and tea pulp are potentially an alternative fuel.briquette and testing showed that rice husk and tea pulp could be potentially alternative fuel Konsumsi energi yang semakin meningkat dan kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan sekam padi dan ampas teh sebagai briket yang belum dimanfaatkan secara maksimal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan nilai kalor yang dihasilkan briket sekam padi dan ampas teh untuk dijadikan briket sebagai bahan bakar alternatif.. Hasil pengujian nilai kalor yang dilakukan mengunakan alat bomb calorimeter test menunjukan nilai kalor yang optimum pada variasi 80% campuran sekam padi dan ampas teh dan 20% perekat tapioka, nilai kalor yang dihasilkan sebesar 11638.112 kj/kg. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa briket sekam padi dan ampas teh dengan perbandingan campuran 80% campuran bahan baku dengan 20% tapioka sebagai perekatnya lebih tinggi menghasilkan nilai kalor dari 3 variasi lainnya. Berdasarkan proses yang telah dilakukan menunjukan bahwa sekam padi dan ampas teh berpotensi sebagai bahan bakar alternatif.

Abstract

Human resources are people who design and produce goods or services, oversee quality, market products, allocate financial resources and formulate all strategies and objectives of the organization. Full and continuous management and utilization of existing human resources so that they can work optimally, effectively and productively in achieving organizational or company goals. Lancang Kuning University is an educational institution that has administrative and teaching and learning activities. The total number of employees or employees is 513, consisting of 377 educators and 144 education staff. Simultaneous Influence. Based on the results of the discussion, the simultaneous influence of leadership orientation and rewards on employee loyalty is 32.1%, while the remaining 67.9%, while the partial effect of multiple regression analysis shows that supervision has an influence on employee work discipline by 0.435, awards have an influence to employee loyalty of 0.279. Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is to examine the philosophy of TVET in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 to increase the Diploma Three (D-III) study program to an Applied Bachelor (D4) in improving the quality of vocational education in Indonesia. The TVET learning strategy was developed taking into account the right targets, competency objectives and performance indicators, as well as a measurable transformation of the achievement of TVET's vision and mission of the XXI Century. The role of TVET is to prepare a generation that is ready to face the industrial world in the 4.0 revolution. TVET is designed as learning to increase real impact for students. In line with this, the Directorate General of Vocational Education program with the improvement of the Diploma Three Study Program (D-III) to an Applied Bachelor (D4) is very helpful in accelerating the vision and mission of TVET itself. The improvement of this vocational study program aims to create competent, skilled graduate human resources in accordance with the needs of the business world and the industrial world (DUDI). This program is also welcomed by the organizers of vocational education because vocational education is getting brighter and can compete in skilled human resources.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using Student Worksheets (LKPD) Class XI SMK 4 Payakumbuh majoring in Software Engineering (RPL) with material for making forms on web pages for Mobile Device Web Programming subjects. This research was conducted at SMK 4 Payakumbuh on October 15 and November 15 2022. The analytical method used was a pure experiment with participants from each class in the Class XI RPL class which consisted of around 2 classes with 23 students each. The two sample groups used in cluster random sampling were class IX RPL 1 which was designated as the Experimental Group, and class IX RPL 2 which was designated as the control group. The average value of each is as follows: the Control Class is 77.78 and the Experimental Class is 85.48. the research produced a Sig value <0.05 so it can be concluded that the use of project-based worksheets has an effect on student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Supervisi adalah berbagai macam bantuan dari pimpinan sekola, yang tujuannya adalah untuk berkembangnya jiwa-jiwa kepemimpinan pada guru dan seluruh anggota sekolah lainnya dalam mencapai tujuan bersama yaitu pendidikan (Purwanto,1994). Pada dasarnya supervisi pendidikan adalah program mengajar dan belajar yang dilakukan guna meningkatkan pendidikan terlebih lagi yang terlibat adalah guru dan siswa dengan arahan, tidakan dan bimbingan sehingga mencapai proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode studi literatur. Selain itu, peneliti juga menggunakan pendekatan kepustakaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Supervisi pendidikan dapat meningkatkan kualitas mengajar guru di kelas dan meningkatkan kualitas belajar siswa dalam mutu pendidikan hingga memastikan para guru menjalankan tugasnya secara ahli dan lebih bermutu lagi. Supervisi pendidikan juga dapat membantu dan mempermudah pendidik dalam mengembangkan potensinya secara profesional dan optimal. Teknik pembelajaran semakin canggih sehingga pendidik dapat lebih mengembangkan lagi cara mendidik siswa tersebut dengan kreativitas masing-masing.
