Abstract

Customer satisfaction will be formed if it can meet the basic expectations of customers. Many factors affect customer satisfaction, including service quality and price perception. The problems in this research are (1) whether service quality has an effect on customer satisfaction of PT. Sucofindo Surabaya ?, (2) does price perception affect customer satisfaction of PT. Sucofindo Surabaya ? The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and price perception on customer satisfaction at PT. Sucofindo Surabaya . The total population of this study are customers of PT. Sucofindo Surabaya . The sample that uses 60 respondents is taken by the Non-Probability Sampling technique with the Accidental Sampling approach. This study uses quantitative methods using structural equation modeling and data processing using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results showed that the service quality variable (X1) and price perception (X2) had a significant and positive effect on customer satisfaction (Y).

Abstract

In this era that is very close to technology, cooperatives are faced with 3 major challenges that need to be answered, namely bad perceptions of cooperatives, innovation of cooperative business systems, and technological developments. The demand to change the conventional system into an all-digital system is unavoidable so that digital transformation is very necessary, especially in the service sector to consumers in order to make it easier for consumers to transact. The economic education student cooperative in the city of Kendari has been operating for 10 years but still seems to have not maximized technology in the development of the cooperative. In this student cooperative, there are still many things that become obstacles in its implementation, such as member participation that has not been maximized, both contributory participation and incentive participation. The specific purpose of this research is to find out how the cooperative transformation efforts are carried out by the economic education student cooperative in an effort to increase member participation and also to determine the role of the government in efforts to modernize cooperatives. Data collection methods in this study were obtained in 3 ways, namely observation of the research location, interviews with informants, and literature study. The conclusion of this research reveals that several efforts have been made by student cooperatives for economic education to become modern cooperatives, namely using the Zoom application for the Annual Members Meeting (RAT) and developing their own applications to make it easier for members to buy goods and services and facilitate deposit payments.. Meanwhile, the government's efforts are to provide socialization, training, and create a digital platform that can be used by cooperatives.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine variable of Organizational Culture, and Competence have effect on Employee Performance by Motivation Variables at Department of Library and Archives East Java. This research uses quantitative approach and the method used is descriptive method, data collection techniques and field research consisting of observation, interview, and questionnare distributed to the respondents by google form. The population in this study used employee of Department of Library and Archive East Java. The sampling in this study used nonprobability sampling using a purposive sampling approach as much a 54 employees. This study analyzed using Smart Partial Last Square. The result of this study shows that Organizational Culture have Affect on Employee Performance, Competence does not have affect on employee performance, Organizational culture have affect on Motivation, Competence have affect on Motivation, Motivation have affect on employee Performance, Motivation can mediate Organizational Culture on Employee performance, and Motivation can’t mediate competence on employee performance at Department of Library and Archives East Java.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Change Management Factors on Sustainable Competitive Advantages mediated by Organizational Innovation on students in West Jakarta. The data collected were 267 students from private universities in West Jakarta. This study uses four dimensions on the variables of Change Management Factors namely, Organizational Goal, Transformational Leadership, Participation and Communication, and Education and Training. The data collection technique used in this research is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method. The measurement tool in this study is an interval scale with a Likert scale technique (from a scale of 1 to 5). Instrumental tests were carried out in the form of validity, reliability, and conformity tests using SPSS version 22. The research method used was Structural Equation Model with AMOS, the results of this study stated that: 1). Organizational Goal has a positive influence on Organizational Innovation. 2). Transformational Leadership has no positive influence on Organizational Innovation. 3). Participation and Communication has a positive influence on Organizational Innovation. 4). Education and Training has a positive influence on Organizational Innovation. 5). Organizational Innovation has a positive influence on Sustainable Competitive Advantages. 6). Organizational Goal has a positive influence on Sustainable Competitive Advantages mediated by Organizational Innovation. 7). Transformational Leadership has no positive influence on Sustainable Competitive Advantages mediated by Organizational Innovation. 8). Participation and Communication has a positive influence on Sustainable Competitive Advantages mediated by Organizational Innovation. 9). Education and Training has a positive influence on Sustainable Competitive Advantages mediated by Organizational Innovation.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the implementation of pro poor budgetting policy of Kartu Indonesia Pintar program in order to reach education equality. The method of the study is descriptive qualitative. The research was conducted at UPN Veteran East Java. The informans were those who gets the benefit of Kartu Indonesia Pintar program, the student of S-1 Acountant program year periode 2021. The data was collected by observation, detail interview, and documentation (the pictures of student's residences). The result of the study will reveal that the pro poor budgetting policy has been applied in Kartu Indonesia Pintar program toward students of S-1 acountant program, 2021; and it can be stated that it has reached out the right target. So, it is in accordance to the government's resposibility that is to give every citizenship equal right of having education in order to enrich the quality and the benefit of government support entirely.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of (1) organizational culture on the performance of BPP Agriculture Lubuk Tarok Sijunjung employees (2) Job satisfaction on the performance of Lubuk Tarok Agricultural BPP employees, Sijunjung Regency (3) Work experience on the performance of Lubuk Tarok Agricultural BPP employees, Sijunjung Regency (4 ) Organizational culture, job satisfaction and work experience jointly affect the performance of BPP Agriculture Lubuk Tarok employees, Sijunjung Regency. The population in this study were all employees of Agricultural BPP Lubuk Tarok, Sijunjung Regency as many as 95 people. The technique of determining the number of samples using total sampling. The data analysis technique used multiple regression by fulfilling the requirements of the classical assumption test of normality, and multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity. The results of this study indicate that (1) Organizational culture has a positive significant effect on the performance of BPP Agriculture Lubuk Tarok Sijunjung Regency employees (2) Job satisfaction has a positive influence on the performance of Lubuk Tarok Agricultural BPP employees, Sijunjung Regency (3) Work experience has a significant influence positive effect on the performance of BPP Agriculture Lubuk Tarok Sijunjung Regency employees (4) Organizational culture, job satisfaction and work experience together have a positive effect on the performance of Lubuk Tarok Agricultural BPP employees, Sijunjung Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation on productivity, teamwork on productivity, and the effect of motivation and teamwork simultaneously on productivity at PT Pradana Indah Sejahtera. The population of this study were 253 employees. The technique of determining the number of samples taken as respondents in this study is to use Solvin so that the number of samples is 155 employees. Questionnaire as the main data collection tool. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of the analysis show that the motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on productivity, the teamwork variable has a positive and significant effect on productivity, and the motivation and teamwork variables have a positive and significant effect on productivity. This research has theoretical and managerial implications.

Abstract

The consumer goods industry is one of the sectors that can increase the country's economic growth and can survive in any conditions so that it has the best performance opportunity than other sectors. the goods industry is able to contribute to the country by 58% even the consumption sector index has only decreased by 5.5% since the last 10 years. This study was conducted to determine the effect of financial performance in the form of profitability, leverage, liquidity and dividend policy on firm value, the theory used is signal theory. The population uses the consumer goods industrial sector for the period 2017-2021 as many as 76 companies and a sample that can be opened is 14 companies using purposive sampling technique. Analysis in this study using SPSS software, data analysis used descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests include normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation test. For the hypothesis use, t test, and the coefficient of determination (R2) using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that profitability and dividend policy have a significant positive effect on firm value, while leverage and liquidity have no significant effect on firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the competitiveness of tourism in Central Sulawesi Province by using 5 (five) aspects of competitiveness, namely tourist objects and attractions; marketing aspects; aspects of transportation, telecommunications and information; accommodation and restaurant aspects; and souvenir aspects. Tourist perceptions of these five aspects will be the substance of the research. Descriptive research method using qualitative sampling technique is random sampling by distributing questionnaires to 100 tourists which is then carried out descriptive statistical analysis. The results of the analysis found that the competitiveness of tourism in Central Sulawesi Province only excels in the aspect of tourist objects and attractions, so it can be said that the competitiveness of tourism in Central Sulawesi Province is low.

Abstract

One of the successes of a company is seen from its profitability. With profitability, the company can assess its performance and for third parties it is used as a basis for making investment decisions. One way to test the company's profitability is to return on assets. Return On Assets can show how a company uses its assets to earn a profit. The purpose of this research is to find out whether Quick Ratio (QR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) have an effect on Return On Assets (ROA) at PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk Period 2011-2020. The method used in this study is a descriptive verification method that uses a quantitative approach. The types and sources of data used are secondary, originating from the financial statements of PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk Period 2011-2020. The operational variables in this study are the Quick Ratio as X1, Debt to Equity Ratio as X2 and Return On Assets as Y. Simultaneously, F count 20,471> F table (9.55) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that the Quick ratio and debt to asset ratio variables together have a significant effect on return on assets at PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
