Abstract

Posyandu is one form of Community Resource Health Effort (UKBM) that is managed and organized from, by, for and with the community. One indicator of program coverage in Posyandu called D / S is the number of children under five who come to Posyandu in sharing with the number of children under five in the area, indicating the level of community participation in Posyandu activities. The aim of research is Correlation Between Knowledge With Participation Level At Posyandu Orchid With Children Under Five Nutrient Status in Village Ped Nusa Penida sub district.This research is an observational research with cross sectional design. The sample research is mother of toddler who have children aged 12 - 59 months. Relationship test analysis used is Rank Sperman Test. The result research is knowledge level with the participation of mother of toddler is enough knowledge with good participation of 53 mother (31,1%) with ? = 0,036. So it can be concluded is a relationship between the level of knowledge and participation. Whereas for the level of participation rate both with good nutritional status is 88 toddlers (51.8%) with a value of ? = 0.034. So it can be concluded is a relationship between participation with nutritional status of children.Keywords: Knowledge, Participation, Nutrient Status

Abstract

ABSTRACTOne of community action for healthy life is related to dietary change to increase the consumption of vegetables and fruits. However, they are is still very low in the society. National Basic Health Research found that consumption of vegetables and fruits in the category of less in 2007 until 2013 showed that there was no significant change from 93.6% to 93.5%. This number similar in Province of Bali in 2007 and 2013 also found that the high percentage of less consumption of vegetables and fruit about 96,5% and 97,5% respectively. The study aims to determine knowledge, attitude, and behavior about consumption of vegetables and fruits in government officer of Badung Regency. This is a cross-sectional study using 60 samples. The study found that thare are 55,5% samples had enough knowledge about vegetables and fruits consumption. Most samples classified as having good attitude is as many as 55.0%. The behavior of consumption of vegetables is considered low that almost all samples consumed vegetables in amount 250 grams in a day about 98.3%. According to the type of fruits can be seen that most samples consume 2 types of fruits in a day as many as 45.0% with less category.Keywords: knowledge, attitude, and behavior, consumption vegetables and fruits

Abstract

Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is a disorder of renal function that is progressive and irreversible. One treatment of patients CKD is hemodialysis therapy. Hemodialysis patients are susceptible to malnutrition. If hemodialysis is inadequate and malnourished, it will decrease the patient's quality of life. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between adequation hemodialysis and nutritional status with the quality of life of patients CKD who undergoing hemodialysis at Sanglah Hospital. Type of observational research with cross sectional design. The sample of the study was 43 people who were consecutively. Data collected include sample, hemodialysis frequency, hemodialysis adequacy, nutritional status and quality of life. Data collected by interview and medical record data. A total of 35 samples (81.4%) of hemodialysis adequate were in adequate category, 33 samples (77%) nutritional status was in good category and 37 samples (86%) of quality survived in good category. From Spearman test, it is found that there is correlation between variable of hemodialysis adequation and nutritional status with quality of life of sample (p 0,05) which is strong and unidirectional. The conclusion of this research is there is relationship between adequation of hemodialysis and nutritional status with quality of life of PGK patients undergoing hemodialysis at Sanglah Hospital.Keyword: Chronic Kidney Disease, Hemodialysis Adequacy, Nutritional Status, Quality of Life

Abstract

Health center is a functional organization which organizes the unity efforts including the granting of health nutrition. The purpose of this research is to know the description of the level of energy consumption and nutritional status in patients on Inpatient health center in Payangan. This type of research is a type of observational research design the research cross sectional. This is the entire research population of patients in inpatient health center in Payangan, research performed on patients aged 18-80 years. Based on the results of sample provisions i.e. 30 samples, research conducted in May of the year 2018. Research results showed the patients hospitalization health center in Payangan with an overview of the level of consumption of energy deficits (97.1%), while more energy consumption level as much as (2.8%). Based on results nutritional status as much as normal (71.4%), nutritional status (22.8%) as much as overweight while the nutritional status of obesity as much (5.7%). The results of the level of energy consumption by as much as a normal nutritional status (100%), the level of energy consumption deficit with normal nutritional status as much as (73.5%), while the deficit with the energy consumption level of nutritional status as much as (20.5%) overweight and tiers in energy consumption deficit with the nutritional status of obesity as much (5.8%).Kyword: the level of consumption; nutritional status; the patient,

Abstract

Dysmenorrhea is a physical disorder of abdominal pain before and during the menstrual period, that occurs without the infection signs or pelvic disease. One of the causes of dysmenorrhea is anemia. Anemia occurs because someone has deficiency of iron and intake of vitamin C. The purpose of this research is to knowing the relation between consumption level of Fe, vitamin C and status of anemia with dysmenorrhea incidence of teenage girls in SMA Negeri 1 Sukawati. The type of this research is observasional research with the cross sectional design. This research was conducted on 79 teenage girls in SMA Negeri 1 Sukawati. The variables of this study were collected by 24 hour recall method, measurement of Hb level and by using questionnaires. The result of this research showed there were 78 samples (99%) that had less consumption level of Fe and 65 samples (82%) had less consumption level of vitamin C. 32% samples of this research were anemia and 76% samples were dysmenorrhea. According to the chi square analysis result there wasnt relation between consumption level of Fe (p = 0,356) and vitamin C with status of anemia (p = 0,479). And there wasnt relation between status of anemia with the incidence of dysmenorrhea (p = 0,567). Keywords : Dysmenorrhea, anemia, Fe consumption, vitamin C consumption

Abstract

Food companion ASI (MP-ASI) is food or beverages that contain nutrients that are given to infants or children aged 6-24 months to meet the needs of its nutrition value. The purpose of this research is to know the pattern of the giving of the MP-ASI and nutritional status of infants. The study was observational research with Cross Sectional design. Research done in the area of UPT Kesmas Tampaksiring I on May 2018. The unit of analysis in the study is baby age 6-12 months totaled 55 samples. Identity data and pattern of granting MP ASI gathered through interviews using questionnaire and conducted weighing weight samples. The way of processing data type MP-ASI with categorizing into MP-ASI purchased (manufacturer) and MP-ASI homemade (local). Data processing age awarding MP-ASI will be categorized into less suitable ( 6 months) and appropriate (? 6 months) grant of frequency Data MP-ASI mingled with categorizing into appropriate and inappropriate. To find out the nutritional status is done by calculating the value of the z-score (W/U) and then categorized into malnutrition, nutrition, nutrition good nutrition and more. The data presented in the form of a table of frequency distribution and cross-tabulated, analyzed and are descriptive. The results showed the kind of MP-ASI ASI MP is given a homemade (local) as much as 58.2% and 41.8% giving the MP-ASI purchased (the manufacturer). The age of the giving of the MP-ASI aged less than 6 months as much as 60.0% and 40.0% (? 6 months). The frequency of the giving of the MP-ASI less appropriate i.e. 56.4% and 43.6% accordingly. Data nutritional status showed 92.7% good nutritional status and 7.3% have a better nutritional status. Not found status of poor nutrition and nutritional status.Keywords: The pattern of MP-ASI, the nutritional status of infants.

Abstract

One of the nutritional problems in adolescents and adults who are still a public health problem is iron nutritional anemia. Anemia in young women is still high in Indonesia, it is behind this research. Anemia prevention and prevention efforts are consumption patterns and giving tablets added blood. The general purpose of this research is to know the consumption pattern and consumption habits of TTD with the incidence of anemia in adolescent girls at SMK N I Manggis, Kabupaten Karangasem. This research is an observational research, where the object of research is measured or collected in the same time. This research was conducted at SMKN 1 Manggis, Kabupaten Karangasem. The population of this study were female students at SMKN I Manggis, Kabupaten Karangasem. Sampling technique that is by way of systematic sampling. Data of consumption pattern and consumption habits of TTD in sample was done by interview and Hb level data using measurement tool Hb (Hemoque). The result of spearman rank test showed that there is a significant correlation between consumption pattern seen from food type with anemia incidence with r = 0,798 value with p-value equal to 0.000, there is significant relation between consumption pattern seen from amount of protein consumption with incidence anemia with the value of r = 0.493 with p-value of 0.000, there is a significant relationship between the consumption pattern seen from the consumption of iron with the incidence of anemia with the value of r = 0.594 with p-value of 0.000, there is a significant relationship between consumption patterns seen of vitamin C consumption with anemia incidence with r value = 0,631 with p-value equal to 0.000, there is significant relation between consumption pattern seen from eating frequency with the incidence of anemia with value r = 0,887 with p-value equal to 0.000, there is significant relation between consumption habits tablets added blood with the incidence of anemia d ith value of r = 0.915 with p-value of 0.000.Keywords: Teenage girls, consumption patterns, consumption habits TTD, the incidence of anemia

Abstract

The prevalence of obesity in children aged 5-12 years has increased from (9.2%) 2010 to (18.8%) in 2013, the city of Denpasar prevalence of obesity 11,9% 2011. The research objectives know the description of fast food consumption and obesity status elementary school. The study was conducted at SDN 03 Penatih and SDN 17 Dangin Puri in May 2018. Type of Observational research with cross sectional research design. The design of interview data on fast food consumption and nutritional status measurement. The data were obtained in two different schools of study of fast food consumption of fried chicken 78 samples (100.0%), hamburger 28 samples (73.6%) and 22 samples (55.0%), 36 samples (94.7%) and 33 samples (82.5 %), instant noodles 38 samples (100.0%) and 36 samples (90.0%), 38 sample nugget (100.0%) and 38 samples (95.0%), sausage 32 samples (84.2%) and 32 samples (80.0%). Frequency of fried chicken 22 samples (57.9%) daily 1-2 times and 20 samples (50%) daily 1-2 times, 15 samples (39.5%) weekly 1-2 times and 20 samples (50%) weekly 1-2 times , 1 sample (2.6%) weekly 3 times. Average Energy contribution 625.16 and 716.30 kcal, fat 44.46 and 50.37 grams, carbohydrates 50.74 and 57.25 grams. Average Nutritional Status and Contribution of obesity nutritional status 8 energy samples 666.9 and 1056.6 kcal, fat 44.8 and 68.2 grams, carbohydrates 59.3 and 91.4 grams. There are still nutritional problems in both primary schools, parents are advised to pay attention and keep the consumption of elementary school so as not to over-eat fast food. For other researchers can be used as basic data for further research related to the consumption of fast food of elementary school.Keywords: Fast food, Obesity Status

Abstract

Relationship of Fat Consumption PatternsAnd Coffee Drinking HabitsWith Hypertension In the ElderlyIn Kelurahan Peguyangan, North Denpasar DistrictABSTRACTHypertension can be caused by various factors such as the age, sex, stress, patterns of excessive fat consumption and heredity. This research was conducted in May 2018, proportional random sampling technique was used to find 50 samples. there were 50.0% had hypertension and 50.0% were categorized as non-hypertensive. Based on research that has been done, there are 66.0% with age range 60-69 years and 34% with age 70 years, where 42,0% of them are male and the rest 58,0% are women. Based on the pattern of fat consumption, all samples consumed in both saturated and unsaturated fats based on the amount of fat consumed noted that 40.0% is sufficient and 60.0% less and based on frequent consumption of dietary fat sources 28.0% frequently and 72% rarely. Based on the habit of drinking coffee 80.0% very often and 20.0% rarely consume coffee. there is a relationship between fat consumption patterns and hypertension but there is no relationship between coffee drinking habits with hypertension. so, to prevent hypertension we should limit the consumption of fat, especially saturated fats.Key words : Fat Consumption Patterns, Coffee Drinking Habits, Hypertension, Elderly

Abstract

Aloe Vera is a plant that grows in Indonesia because of its medicinal functions and can be use in the food industry. The problems that often encountered in the processing of Aloe Vera is the sticky slime on the Aloe Vera gel and has a peculiar smell. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of "Soaking the Aloe Vera Gel on Different Solution Types Against The Quality of Aloe Vera Candies". This research uses experimental methods which experiments were designed with a random Design Group with 5 treatment such as soaking with plain water, soaking with water temperature of blanching (70oC), soaking with boiling water (100oC), soaking with 0.2% of citric acid and soaking with 1% of calcium hydroxide. Each treatment consisted of 3-time repeats so researchers consists of 15 units of the experiment. Based on the results of research conducted by using yout range the process of soaking the aloe vera gel affect the characteristics of candied in subjective analysis of organoleptic flavor, texture, the smell, color, overall acceptance, the quality of flavor and the quality of texture. As for the analysis of the objective test of water content in Aloe Vera candies. From the results of subjective against Aloe Vera sweets are flavor 2.94-3.31 (neutral-like), texture 2,96-3.30 (neutral-like), the scent of 2.94-3.31 (neutral-like), color 2,99-3.32 (neutral-like), the overall acceptance rate 3.00-3.32 (neutral-like), the quality of the taste of 2.04-2.70 (slightly sweet) and texture quality 2.20-2.79 (rather springy-chewy) and the moisture content of water are 48,77%.
