Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of non physical work environment and organizational commitment to employee performance with intrinsic job satisfaction as intervening variable. The research was conducted on 100 employees of PT Paramitra Gunakarya Cemerlang selected using judgement sampling. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with SmartPLS program. Based on the results of hypothesis testing shows non-physical work environment has a significant effect on employee performance. The better the non-physical work environment it can make employees produce better performance. Organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance. The higher organizational commitment that employees have, the higher the employee performance. Non-physical work environment has significant effect on intrinsic job satisfaction. The better condition of non physical work environment will make the higher intrinsic job satisfaction. Organizational commitment has a significant effect on intrinsic job satisfaction. The higher commitment of employees in the organization will increase employee's intrinsic job satisfaction. Intrinsic job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance. The higher the intrinsic job satisfaction that can be fulfilled the better the employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of organizational commitment and level of discipline on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The implementation of this research is expected to provide theoretical benefits for academics and practitioners for the Department of Trade, Industry, Cooperatives and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Serang City. The research method uses quantitative methods by using causality, namely looking for explanations in the form of causal relationships between several concepts or variables, the researcher collects primary data using a census questionnaire technique for 75 respondents and data analysis techniques with Partial Least Square (PLS) software. The results showed that organizational commitment and level of discipline had a direct effect on performance and there was an effect after being tested with the intervening variable job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of product innovation, service innovation and service quality to satisfaction and loyalty KKB BCA customer in Cilegon Branch. Using the explanatory survey, data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 135 respondents. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis and Structural Equation Model (SEM) testing through SmartPLS program version 2.0.3. From the data obtained, the result (1) Product innovation has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction with value 31.6%; (2) Service innovation has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction with value 54.7%; (3) The service quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction with value 20.5%; (4) Product innovation has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty with value 78,1%; (5) Service quality does not affect customer loyalty with value 3,9%; (6) Customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty with value 18,8%.

Abstract

The aims of study were to analyze the effect of BTN Bank service quality on customer satisfaction on KPM PKH in Koroncong Sub-district, analyze the effect of physical evidence on customer satisfaction on KPM PKH in Koroncong Sub-district, and analyze the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction with physical evidence as moderating variable. Proportional sampling method is applied to obtain 95 respondents, then analyzed by SEM-PLS. The result showed that service quality and physical evidence have positive effect and significant on customer satisfaction, but physical evidence does not moderate the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction on KPM PKH in Koroncong Sub-district, Pandeglang Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empirik dan menganalisis pengaruh jaringan sosial terhadap orientasi kewirausahaan, pengaruh kapabilitas perusahaan terhadap orientasi kewirausahaan, pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja pemasaran, pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja inovasi dan pengaruh kinerja inovasi sebagai pemediasi yang merupakan konsekuensi dari orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja pemasaran. Dengan mengambil cakupan desa Kadugenep, sebagai sentra industri kreatif di Kabupaten Serang, sebagai ruang lingkup wilayah yang akan diteliti. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan pada pemilik UMKM, pengelola UMKM dan pemilik sekaligus pengelola UMKM. Data yang dapat digunakan dalam penelitian dengan data isian yang lengkap dan sesuai kriteria penelitian sebanyak 70 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Partial Least Squares-Struktural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan SmartPLS 3.0 yang diaplikasikan untuk menganalisis data dan jalur pemodelan dengan variabel laten. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jaringan sosial dan kapabilitas perusahaan mempengaruhi pengembangan orientasi kewirausahaan dan kinerja inovasi semua mempengaruhi kinerja pemasaran. Selain itu hasil indirect effect untuk kinerja inovasi T-statistik signifikan pada 5.324 > 1.96, yang berarti kinerja inovasi dapat menjadi variabel mediator secara parsial (partial mediaton) untuk hubungan orientasi kewirausahaan dan kinerja pemasaran.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of market orientation and environmental adaptability through product innovation on marketing performance. The samples studied were durian MSME actors (in the form of durian or durian processed) that were registered with the Banten Durian Entrepreneur Group (KPDB) with 70 businessmen in the Serang, Cilegon, Pandeglang and Lebak regions. Sources of research data are obtained from online questionnaires using google forms tools that are distributed via the whatsapp media group. Data processing uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach with Smart PLS 3.0 Software. The results showed that market orientation and environmental adaptability didn’t have a positive effect on marketing performance, environmental adaptability didn’t have a positive effect on product innovation, market orientation have a positive effect on product innovation, and product innovation have a positive effect on marketing performance. From the results of this study indicate that MSEs have not been consistent in improving marketing performance, because durian is still classified as seasonal fruit and the price is high when it is out of season

Abstract

To participate in the government tender auction, toll road sector companies must have large capital, this makes the capital structure ratio of toll road sector companies participate in the increase. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of firm size on capital structure through profitability as intervening variable. This type of research can be categorized in quantitative research with causality design. Companies that are the subject of research are 3 companies with data every semester in the period 2008-2016 (54 observation data). The analysis used is regression with intervening variable with program Eviews version 8.0. Result of research indicate that: (1) Firm size have positive and significant effect to profitabilityof toll road sub-sector enterprises for the period of 2008-2016; (2) Firm size have positive and significant effect to capital structureof toll road sub-sector enterprises for the period of 2008-2016; (3) Profitability has a negative and significant effect on capital structureof toll road sub-sector enterprises for the period of 2008-2016; and (4) Profitability mediates the effect of firm size on capital structureof toll road sub-sector enterprises for the period of 2008-2016.

Abstract

New product marketing through brand extension strategies that are supported by product quality which said to be successful if the extension products are acceptable and make better consumer decisions. This study aims to determine the direct or indirect influence of brand extension and product quality on customer purchasing decisions through brand image Enduro Matic G. Research using survey method conducted on 110 customers Enduro Matic G in Serang City. Data analysis using Structural Equation Model of Partial Least Square (SEM PLS) with the result of research obtained 1) brand extension have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decision; 2) product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decision; 3) brand extension has no effect on brand image; 4) product quality has a positive and significant effect on brand image and 5) brand image has no effect on customer purchasing decision of Enduro Matic-G. Brand extensions and good product quality are proven to make better customer purchasing decisions, but can not make the Enduro Matic G brand image better in the eyes of its customers.

Abstract

In the world of work the importance of soft skills (soft competency), career planning is needed in improving employee performance and the influence of quality training in improving soft skills, career planning and employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of soft skills and career planning on employee performance with the quality of training as a moderating variable. Indentent variable in this research is soft skill and career planning, moderating variable is training quality and dependent variable is employee performance. This research was conducted at PT. Krakatau Tirta Industri Cilegon. In this study the sample is taken as many as 105 employees from a total of 142 employees of PT. Krakatau Tirta Industri Cilegon with proportionate random sampling technique and primary data were collected by using quesioner in the form of statement list and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) statistical software. The results showed that soft skill had positive and significant effect on employee performance, career planning had positive and significant effect on employee performance and quality of training had positive and significant effect to employee performance. While the quality of training is not proven to have a positive and significant impact on soft skills, neither does the quality of training have a positive and significant impact on career planning.
