Abstract

This study aims to determine  the level of employee education BPR POLATAMA KUSUMA  Madiun,  to determine  the quality  of employees  BPR POLATAMA KUSUMA Madiun,  and to determine  how much  influence  the level of education  of the employees' quality  of rural  banks "POLATAMA  KUSUM<\"  Madiun.  Determination   of the sample in this study using a sample  that is saturated  all employees  Rural Bank Polatama  Kusuma Madiun  totaling  50 employees.  Data collection  using questionnaires   and documentation. In  analyzing   the  data  in this  study  using  a linearity  test  and  simple  linear  regression analysis  the t test. The level of education  has an average  value of 18.60 with a maximum value  of24,   the minimum  value  of 14, a standard  deviation  of 2.523,   median  and mode 18.50 by 18. From  the description  of the variables  is known  that the level of education  of respondents  tended  to agree on the level of education  is used managers  (average  18.60), Quality  employees   have  an average  value  of 53.64  with  a maximum   value  of  75, the minimum  value of37,  a standard  deviation  of9.752,   55.00 median  and mode of 60. From the description   of the variable  quality  of employee   respondents   tended  to have  known that the quality  of work  (average  53.64). Linearity  test results note that the value of 0.937> FhitunFgtabel  at 4.03 and Sig linearity  of 0.000  < 0.05  mean education  level has an influ- ence on the quality of employees'  BPR POLATAMA KUSUMA  Madiun. Results of simple linear  regression  analysis  obtained   by the equation  Y = 43.696  + 0.535  X mean  when Level up 1% Quality Education employees will also rise by 0.535%, while other factors being equal. While the results of the calculation of the t test using SPSS for Windows 16.0 tcount obtained for 0.968 > 1.677 for mean Ha ttabel accepted and HO is rejected it means there is the influence of the educational level of the employees'  quality of BPR POLATAMA KUSUMA Madiun.

Abstract

This study aims (1) to determine the quality of human resources at KPRI “Pertaguma” Madiun City, (2) To determine the development of business in KPRI “Pertaguma”, and (3) To determine the effect of the quality of human resources to the business development on KPRI “Pertaguma” Madiun City. The independent variable in this study is the quality of human resources while the dependent variable is business development. Sampling technique using a purposive sampling. The researcher uses purposive sampling technique as sampling technique. Results showed that there is difference between the effect of the quality of human resources to the business development on KPRI Pertaguma Madiun. Free variable at this research is the quality of human resource while variable tied is business development. It can be seen from the calculation of simple linear regression of Y = 61.738 + 0.210 X. Where the variable quality of human resources totaled0.210 shows the influence of the quality of human resources to the business development are positively correlated, meaning that any increase in the quality of human resources 1% resulted in higher business development at 0.210 units. Based on the results of the analysis can be said to be a significant relationship between quality of human resources and the business development, meaning that there is difference business development of the quality of human resources to the business development on KPRI Pertaguma Madiun.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the compensation provided in PG Rejo Agung Madiun, want to know the performance of employees at PG Rejo Agung Baru Madiun and to determine the effect of compensation on employee performance in PG Rejo Agung Madiun.The sampling technique in this study is simple random sampling. The population in this study are all permanent employees of the PG Rejo Agung Baru Madiun numbering 104 people, while being taken as a sample of 50 people. For data analysis used a linear regression analysis, t-test, correlation and independent sample t test.The results showed that the regression Y = 43.534 + 0,276X, constants of 43.534, meaning if there is no variable compensation (X), then the employee's performance of 43.534 units and the coefficient of the variable compensation (X) of 0.276 means that if the variable compensation (X) increased by one unit, the performance of employees will increase by 0,276 units. Furthermore, from the results of independent t test results obtained -thitung< -ttabel (-2.247 <-1.9845) or Sighit< Sigprob (0.027 <0.05), meaning that compensation has different influence on the performance of employees in PG Rejo Agung Madiun.

Abstract

This study aims to determine Production Costs incurred by the company UD. New Tweety-Magetan, and to determine the effect on the production cost selling price determination pastries bakpia-Bakpia At UD. New Tweety. The sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling technique that uses the samples for 4 of the last period started the company UD. New Tweety-Magetan founded. Data collection method used is observation, interview and documentation methods. Analysis of the data used to use Descriptive Statistics analysis using Simple Linear Regression Analysis, The results showed that the positive influence between the production cost of the determination of the selling price. This is shown by a simple linear regression equation Y = 91.880 + 0.708 X that could mean that in any rise in the cost of production is always followed by a rise in selling prices, as well as vice versa in any reduction in production costs always follow gathering decrease in selling prices. In this study the effect of production cost and the selling price by 65.7% and34.3% influenced by conditions or other variables such as market demand and consumer tastes will be Pastries Bakpia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to influence of leadership style on employee performance in institution Bumi Damai Madiun. The sample in this study all existing employees in the institution Bumi Damai Madiun, totaling 34 people. Data collection using questionnaires. In analyzing the data used statistical methods to test the product moment correlation is valid whether or not the instruments used and the method of regression tests for testing the hypothesis put forward in this study. The results showed that leadership style has relationships and a positive influence on the performance of employees at the Institute Bumi Damai Madiun. It is obtained from the correlation test that shows the value of rhitung is rtabel 0.339 0.740 whereas, on the other hand is 0.000 while the magnitude Sighit Sigprob 0.05. This means that the value rhitung ≥ rtabel (0.740 ≥ 0.339) or ≤ Sighit Sigprob (0.000 ≤ 0.05) meaning a rejection of H0 to show that leadership style has a relationship with employee performance on Institute Bumi Damai Madiun.  Further test results were also obtained Fisher, Fhitung value is 38.843 while the F table at 4.149, on the other hand is 0.000 while the magnitude Sighit Sigprob 0.05. This means that the value Fcount Ftabel ≥ (≥ 38.843 4.149) or ≤ Sighit Sigprob (0.000 ≤ 0.05) meaning a rejection of H0 which indicates that there is the influence of leadership style on the performance of employees at the Institute Bumi Damai Madiun. Besides t test results obtained, is 6.232 whereas tcount ttabel of 2.037, on the other hand is 0.000 while the value Sighit Sigprob 0.05. This means that tcount ≥ TTable (6.232 ≥ 1.694) or ≤ Sighit Sigprob (0.000 ≤ 0.05) meaning a rejection of H0 which shows that there are different leadership style influence on the performance of employees at the Institute Bumi Damai Madiun. R 2 of 0.548 results showed that 54.8% of employees affected by the performance variable leadership style, while the remaining 45.2% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Education will prepare the students to be smart people, useful for the country and nation. Because of the importance of the education, there are a lot of effort done by the government. To improve the quality of education in indonesia. As one of the institutions that hold a formal education, the school has a very important role in the realization of national education through the teaching and learning process. This research is quantitative. The population in this study were all students of class VIII. As a sample taken two classes is 64 students, the class of 32 students VIIIA. While as many as 32 students VIIIB class with the sampling technique is simple random sampling technique. Data collection techniques documentation of Economics Social Science teachers for learning outcomes data and the questionnaire method for data motivation. From the learning research that has been done can be concluded that, there are significant relationship between motivation to learn the daily tests student learning outcomes in social studies Economics at Junior High School eighth grade 2 Purwantoro school year 2012/2013. It is evident from the value of 6.363 Fcount while the value Ftable (3,996). On the other hand the value of Sighitung 0.000 and of Sigprob 0.05. This means that the value of Fcount ≥ Ftable (6.363> 3.996) and Sighitung ≤ Sigprob (0.05 ≤ 0.000). The amount of influence learning motivation on learning outcomes daily test eighth grade students at SMP Negeri 2 Purwantoro the Academic Year 2012/2013. Is showed with R Square = 0.522, which means that the learning outcomes are influenced by motivation by 52% and the remaining 48% influenced by other factors. While the results of the t test motivation factor positively impact on learning outcomes of daily tests in the eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Purwantoro the Academic Year 2012/2013 is evident from the results of the analysis indicate tcount 9.717 ≥ ttable 2.000 or Sigcount ≤ Sigprob (0,000 ≤ 0,05). Thus, Ho is rejected and Ha accepted This suggests that there is the influence of motivation on learning outcomes of students' daily tests in social studies Economics at Junior High School eighth grade 2 Purwantoro school year 2012/2013. It means that the higher the child's motivation in learning the better of outcomes obtained.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui lingkungan kerja pada industri kecil kerajinan Batik Sidomukti Kabupaten Magetan, untuk mengetahui kinerja karyawan pada industri kecil kerajinan batik Sidomukti Kabupaten Magetan. dan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh antara lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada industri kecil kerajinan Batik Sidomukti Desa Sidomukti Kecamatan Plaosan Kabupaten Magetan. Penentuan sampel di dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel bertujuan yaitu karyawan industri kecil kerajinan Batik Sidomukti yang berjumlah 35 karyawan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Dalam menganalisis data pada penelitian menggunakan uji korelasi produk momen, uji F, dan uji t. Lingkungan kerja memiliki nilai rata-rata sebesar 47,63 dengan nilai maksimum 50, nilai minimum 40, standar deviasi 2,860, median 49,00, dan modus sebesar 5. Dari hasil deskripsi variabel lingkungan kerja diketahui bahwa responden cenderung setuju terhadap lingkungan kerja yang baik, karena lingkungan kerja yang baik dan kondusif dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawannya dalam proses produksi yang telah dibebankan oleh perusahaan.  kinerja karyawan memiliki rata-rata sebesar 48,66, dengan nilai maksimum 50, nilai minimum 44, standar deviasi 1.804, median 49,00 dan modus sebesar 50. Dari hasil deskripsi variabel kinerja karyawan diketahui bahwa responden cenderung mempunyai nilai (rata-rata 48,46). Dalam hasil anlisis regresi pada uji korelasi diperoleh nilai rhitung sebesar 0,393 ≥ rtabel sebesar 0,334 atau Sighit 0,000 ≤ Sigprob 0,05 artinya lingkungan kerja mempunyai hubungan terhadap kinerja karyawan  pada industri kecil kerajinan Batik Sidomukti. Sementara pada uji Fisher diperoleh nilai Fhitung sebesar 6,024 ≥ nilai Ftabel sebesar 4,12 atau Sighit 0,000 ≤ Sigprob 0,05 artinya lingkungan kerja mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada industri kecil kerajinan Batik Sidomukti. Dan pada uji t diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 2,454 ≥ ttabel sebesar 0,681 atau nilai Sighit  sebesar 0,000 ≤ Sigprob 0,05 artinya ada beda pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada industri kecil kerajinan Batik Sidomukti.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of bank image on customer loyalty at PT. BankBRI Syariah Branch Office Madiun. Bank image has an effect on Customer Loyalty this isevidenced from t value on bank image variable (X) is 5,484 with significant level 0.000.Because 5,484 > 1,650 and 0,000 < 0,05 then H0 is rejected and Ha accepted. It can beconcluded that t hitung > t table is greater than t table of significance level of 0.000 is smallerthan 0.05 then the research hypothesis reject H0 and receive Ha. On the basis of correlationtest obtained rth value is 0.327 while r tabel 0.113. This means that the value of r hitung >r tabel (0.327 > 0.113). In this study obtained Y = 25.123 + 0.303 X constant value of 25.123means that if the image variable bank fixed value or kostanta the amount of customer loyaltyis equal to 25.123. This means that without the influence of bank image variables, customerloyalty still has a value of 25.123.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk: (1) menentukan apakah ada pengaruhkemandirian belajar dengan prestasi belajar kelas KKPI siswa XI signifikan pengaruh siswadari jurusan Administarasi Kantor SMK Kosgoro 3 Kedawung Sragen tahun 2013/2014sekolah. (2) menentukan apakah ada pengaruh yang signifikan fasilitas di sekolah belajarprestasi belajar KKPI siswa kelas XI jurusan SMK Administarasi Kantor SMK Kosgoro 3Kedawung Sragen tahun 2013/2014 sekolah. (3) menentukan apakah ada pengaruh yangsignifikan antara independensi fasilitas belajar siswa dan sekolah bersama-sama terhadapprestasi belajar KKPI siswa kelas XI jurusan Administarasi Kantor SMK Kosgoro 3Kedawung Sragen tahun 2013/2014 sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatanpenelitian kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif asosiatif (korelasi). Populasi penelitianadalah siswa kelas XI jurusan tahun akademik Kantor Administrasi SMK Kosgoro 3Kedawung Sragen 80 siswa dari dua kelas. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalampenelitian ini adalah proporsional teknik random sampling dengan cara undian. Berdasarkanhasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Ada belajar mandiri pengaruh yang signifikansiswa prestasi pada mata pelatihan KKPI siswa kelas XI jurusan Administrasi PerkantoranSMK Kosgoro 3 tahun ajaran Kedawung Sragen belajar. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan hargarhitung> rtabel atau 0,522> 0,312 dengan tingkat signifikansi 5%. (2) Ada pengaruh yangsignifikan prestasi belajar di sekolah terhadap prestasi belajar pada mata pelatihan KKPIsiswa kelas XI jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran SMK Kosgoro 3 tahun ajaran KedawungSragen. Hal ini dapat ditunjukkan oleh rhitung harga> rtabel atau 0,485> 0,312 pada tingkatsignifikansi 5%. (3) Ada pengaruh kemandirian signifikan fasilitas belajar siswa dan sekolahbersama-sama terhadap prestasi di mata pelatihan siswa KKPI kelas XI jurusan AdministrasiPerkantoran SMK Kosgoro 3 tahun ajaran Kedawung Sragen belajar. Hal ini ditunjukkandengan Fhitung> Ftabel atau 13,939> 3,26 pada tingkat signifikansi 5%.

Abstract

This  study aims to determine  tbe Employee   Skills in the Konveksi  Istana  Mode Madiun,  to determine  Employee  Productivity  in the Konveksi  Istana Mode Madiun,  as well as  to  determine   the  presence   or  absence   of  Vocational   Effect   on  Productivity   Among Employees   at the Konveksi  Istana  Mode  Madiun.  The  samples  in this  study  is purposive sampling   technique   that  all  employees   at  the  Konveksi   Istana   Mode   Madiun   part  of convection,   amounting  to 30 people.  Data  collection  using  questionnaires,   documentation and interviews.In    analyzing  the data using statistical  methods  Product  Moment,  To test this hypothesis   using the r test, F test and t test. The results  of the regression  analysis  ofY  = a +bX, the result Y = 11,737 + 0,757X,  to test that rcount  > r liable  (0.784  > 0.361),  or may be rejected  HO means  that there  is a skills  significant  relationship   with  work  productivity   of employee  at the Konveksi  Istana  Mode  Madiun.  Furthermore,   also obtained  results  which indicate that the F test ofF count >F table (44,5752::4.196)  or ::;;Sighit Sigprob  (0,000 ::;;0.05). Thus HO is rejected,  it means  there is an overall  effect of skills on labor productivity   at the Konveksi  Istana  Mode  Madiun.  In addition,  the t-test results  obtained  thit>  ttab  (6.676  > 2.048) or Sig hit < Sig prob (0.000 < 0.025) this situation  can be said to be no different  from the effect of employee  skills on work productivity  of employee  at the Konveksi  Istana Mode Madiun.
