Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this research is whether there is an influencebetween leadership and performance appraisal of work motivation. The purpose of thisstudy was to determine the influence between the influence between leadership andperformance appraisal of work motivation where empirical study in this research is PDAMTirta Taman Sari Madiun Office. This research uses quantitative method. collectiontechniques in this study with questionnaires and observations. The method of analysis used isdescriptive method by using multiple linear regression for hypothesis testing. The result ofhypothesis testing shows that leadership and job performance appraisal have an effect onemployee work motivation at PDAM Tirta Taman Sari Office of Madiun City. The value ofFcount is 21,371, while Ftable is 3.06, Sighitung is 0,000 while Sigprob is 0.05. This meansthat the value of Fcount > Ftable (21,371 3.06) or Sighitung Sigtabel (0.000 0,05), or itcan be concluded reject HO, meaning there is total influence between leadership and jobperformance appraisal to work motivation at PDAM Tirta Office Taman Sari Madiun City.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) To know the motivation  of employees KPRI  "Pertaguma" Madiun,   (2) To know  employee job  satisfaction  on KPRI  "Pertaguma"    Madiun,   and (3) To know  the motivation  is there  any  influence  on job  satisfaction   in employees    KPRI "Pertaguma" Madiun.  The samples in this study using a sample that is saturated  cooperative employee   is 17. Data collection  using  interviews  and questionnaires.   Data analysed use simple  linear regression  statistical  methods,  and to test whether  or not valid  instrument used regression  methods.  The results  showed  that motivation  has a positive  influence on employee job  satisfaction  on KPRI  "Pertaguma"    Madiun.  It is derived   from the value of Fisher's  exact test, whereas  the Fcount value of 64,792  Ftabel value of 4,54.  On the other hand Sig(hit) known values of 0.000  and 0.05 known  Sig(prob) value. This means that the Fvalue >= Ftabel (64.792 >= 4.54)  or Sig(hit) <= Sig(prob) (0.05 <= 0.000).   Meaning  a rejection  of H0 which  shows  that there  is an influence  of motivation   on job  satisfaction   in employees KPRI  "Pertaguma"     Madiun.  In addition  to the values  obtained  with the  t, t(test) value  is 8.049  while the value ttable 2,131.  On the other hand Sig(hit) value of 0.000  and Sig(prob) value as 0.05. This means that t >= ttable (8.049 >= 2.131) or <= Sig(hit) Sig(prob) (0.05 <= 0.000).  It means that H0    is rejected,  meaning  that motivation   has a different  effect on employee job  satisfaction on KPRI “Pertaguma” Madiun.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) Untuk mengetahui kualitas sumber daya manusiapada KPRI “Pertaguma” Kota Madiun, (2) Untuk mengetahui perkembangan usaha padaKPRI “Pertaguma”, dan (3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas sumber daya manusiaterhadap perkembangan usaha pada KPRI “Pertaguma” Kota Madiun. Variabel bebas padapenelitian ini adalah kualitas sumber daya manusia sedangkan variabel terikat adalahperkembangan usaha. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposivesampling. Penelitian ini mengambil obyek pada KPRI Pertaguma Kota Madiun denganpopulasi sebanyak 51 tahun, dengan sampel sebanyak 10 tahun. Data kualitas sumber dayamanusia diambil dengan metode kuesioner dan data perkembangan usaha diambil denganmetode dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan metode statistik regresi liniersederhana dan uji t. Hasil menunjukkan, ada beda pengaruh antara kualitas sumber dayamanusia terhadap perkembangan usaha pada KPRI Pertaguma Kota Madiun. Hal ini dapatdilihat dari hasil perhitungan regresi linier sederhana sebesar Y = 61,738 + 0,210 X. Dimanavariabel kualitas sumber daya manusia yang bernilai sebesar 0,210 menunjukkan besarnyapengaruh kualitas sumber daya manusia terhadap perkembangan usaha yang berkorelasipositif, artinya setiap kenaikan kualitas sumber daya manusia 1% menyebabkan naiknyaperkembangan usaha sebesar 0,210 satuan. Pengaruh antara kualitas sumber daya manusiaterhadap perkembangan usaha pada KPRI Pertaguma dengan menggunakan uji signifikan t2,212 dengan df = 10- 2 = 8, dengan taraf signifikan 5% sebesar 1,859. Berdasarkan hasilanalisis dapat dikatakan antara keduanya ada hubungan signifikan, artinya ada bedapengaruh antara kualitas sumber daya manusia terhadap perkembangan usaha pada KPRIPertaguma Kota Madiun.

(2) the learning achievement of the experimental classes more than learning achievement high grade control is shown with average - ratanya that is the average - average class experiment at 78 and the average - average grade control 65.7. so based on the findings of the research and discussion research above and learning business accounting subjects with construktivist aided teaching e-learning on business accounting subjects is effective.

Abstract

This research has purpose to know giving reward at PDAM Magetan, to know employee job satisfaction at PDAM Magetan, and to know influence of reward to employee job satisfaction at PDAM Magetan. Sampling technique in this research using simple random sampling technique taken 66 employees at PDAM Magetan. Data were taken by questionnaire, observation and documentation. The analysis was processed by SPSS version 16.0 using simple linear regression with test test and test hypothesis test. The results showed that the result of Simple Linear Regression Test is Y = 13.054 + 0.496, it means that if the variable of customer satisfaction is constant or constant, then the amount of job satisfaction of employee is 13,054. The result of Coefficient of Determination (R ^ 2) is known 0,879 indicates that 87% variable of employee job satisfaction influenced by reward, while the rest 13% influenced by other variable. Furthermore, the result of t test obtained t_hitung value is 21,549 while t_tabel equal to 1,668. This means that the value of t _count > t_tabel (21,549 > 1,668) so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, it means there is influence between Reward on Job Satisfaction Employees At PDAM Magetan.

Abstract

In general,  the high  and low price  of a commodity  is very important  for a trading company in selling the products so increasing  its sales volume. Price is one ele- ment of a marketing  strategy is used as a benchmark  for consumers  to obtain goods or services, so as to achieve the objectives of the company  (at a profit).While  sales volume is all of the  sales result  that can be achieved  by a company  and  can be measured  by specific units. Usually the lower price of product  it can increase sales volume, while high price of product  will resulting  in decreased  sales volume. But in fact the consumers  is often assume the price is the determining factor of a product  quality, high price goods is generally considered  to have better quality  than the goods whose have  low prices. The method used in the research is quantitative,  the research conducted  at Minimarket  espe- cially in Indomaret Manisrejo Madiun city. The data obtained from the documentation  of the closing monthly  data of Indomaret Manisrejo  in Madiun which are contain list price and sales volume.  The result  of analysis  data obtained  in this research using regression correlation  test, F test, and t test. In correlation values obtained rhit <= rtable (0,396 <= 0,444) or sig(hit) > = sig(prob) (0,84 >= 0,05), so we can conclude that H, is accepted it means there is no relationship   between   the price  of the  fried  instant   noodle  sales  volume  in minimarket Indomaret   Manisrejo   in Madiun  city. Fisher's   test values  obtained  in Fbit< Flabe(l3,339  < 4,414) or sighil > sigprob(0,84  > 0,05).  So we  can conclude  that Ho is accepted   its means that no price impact  on the sales volume  of instant  fried noodle  on minimarket   Indomaret Manisrejo in Madiun.  While  in regression coefficient test / test t values  obtained  thit< ttabel (-1,827  < 0,842)  or  values  sighit > sigprob (0,84  > 0,05), it can  be  concluded   that  H, is accepted,   it means  that  there  is no difference  price  to price  effect  of sales  volume   fried instant  noodle  on minimarket   Indomaret   Manisrejo   in Madiun.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh pada kinerjapengalaman kerja karyawan di toko emas Semar Nganjuk. Sampel dalam penelitian inimenggunakan sampel berguna yang semua karyawan di toko emas Semar Nganjuk, terdiridari 40 orang. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Berdasarkanhasil perhitungan, dapat lebih dikenal besarnya korelasi (r) adalah 0,345 yang merupakankorelasi positif, yaitu jika pengalaman kerja (X) meningkat secara proporsional dengankinerja karyawan (Y) juga meningkat. Dan dengan demikian sebaliknya jika pengalamankerja (X) menurun secara proporsional dengan kinerja karyawan (Y) juga akan menurun.Hal ini membuat jelas bahwa untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di toko emas SemarNganjuk harus bekerja untuk meningkatkan pengalaman kerja setiap karyawan. Hal inimenunjukkan bahwa kinerja aktual karyawan yang baik tidak harus bergantung padapengalaman kerja. Analisis statistik lain dari hasil adalah untuk menghitung nilai F. Hasilhitung F adalah 1897 dan tabel F = 2,023, yang berarti bahwa F < F = Terima H . Dari hitung tabel 0hasil ini yang membuktikan bahwa H diterima, dinyatakan bahwa tidak ada korelasi antara 0kedua variabel, pengalaman kerja (X) dan kinerja karyawan (Y). Ini menyiratkan bahwasebenarnya kinerja karyawan tidak hanya tergantung atau dipengaruhi oleh pengalamankerja karyawan, tetapi ada faktor lain yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan sebagaifaktor lain yang berpengaruh pada faktor-faktor kinerja pegawai seperti pendidikan, usia,dan kesehatan karyawan bahwa kita tidak belajar dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

: Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) Untuk mengetahui manajemen sumber daya manusia pada Kantor PLN Dolopo Kab. Madiun. (2) Untuk mengetahui keselamatan kerja pada Kantor PLN Dolopo Kab. Madiun. (3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh manajemen sumber daya manusia terhadap keselamatan kerja karyawan pada Kantor PLN Dolopo Kab. Madiun. Penelitian ini mengambil obyek pada Kantor PLN Dolopo Madiun dengan populasi sebanyak 40 orang karyawan. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah manajemen sumber daya manusia dan variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini adalah keselamatan kerja karyawan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi untuk mengambi data manajemen sumber daya manusia sebagai variabel bebas, kuesioner untuk mengambi data keseamatan kerja karyawan, serta menggunakan metode wawancara. Dalam menganalisis data digunakan metode statistik dengan rumus korelasi produk moment dan uji beda pengaruh. Atas dasar perhitungan tersebut dapat dibuat garis regresi sebagai berikut Y= 17,091 + 0,573X, artinya apabila manajemen sumber daya manusia ditingkatkan satu kali akan terjadi kenaikan keselamatan  kerja karyawan sebanyak 0,573% apabila faktor lainya tetap. Berdasarkan data diketahui bahwa besarnya nilai rhitung adalah 0,659 dan rtabel 0,312 dilain pihak besarnya Sighitung  0,000 dan Sigpro 0,05. Hal ini berarti dapat disimpulhan Ho ditolak, artinya ada hubungan antara Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia dan Keselamatan Kerja Karyawan pada Kantor PLN Dolopo Kab. Madiun. Hasil menunjukkan, bahwa hasil perhitungan tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa besarnya nilai thitung adalah 7,189 dan ttabel 1,685 dilainartinya ada beda pengaruh antara Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia terhadap Keselamatan Kerja Karyawan pada Kantor PLN Dolopo Kab. Madiun.

Abstract

This study analyzes the calculation of fund formation Allowance for impairment losses according to banking rules and according to the tax rules. Allowance for impairment on an allowance is established when the carrying value after impairment are less than the carrying amount of the initial. Recognition of allowance for impairment in accordance with banking regulations by Indonesian Banking Accounting Guidelines , while according to the tax rules on the terms of Regulation of the Minister of Finance No.81/PMK.03/2009. Fiscal correction is used to adjust for differences in the recognition of allowance for impairment in accordance with banking rules and according to the rules of taxation. Analysis of the data used is quantitative descriptive analysis. The analysis showed that there was no difference according to the allowance for impairment recognition PT. Bank BRI Agroniaga, Tbk with banking rules. The same is shown in the application of fiscal correction to the allowance for impairment of PT. Bank BRI Agroniaga, Tbk accordance with the tax regulations. This means recognition of allowance for impairment of PT. Bank BRI Agroniaga, Tbk has appropriate banking regulation and taxation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study were (1) To determine the amount of deposits in member KPRI “J AYA ABADI” Sub Mejayan Madiun district, (2) To determine the SHU (windfall profits) to the members of KPRI “JAYA ABADI” Sub Mejayan Madiun district, and (3 ) To determine the relationship between the amount of deposits to the SHU on KPRI members’ JAYA ABADI “. District Mejayan Madiun district. This research h takes an object on KPRI “Jaya Abadi” Mejayan Kabupten Madiun district with a population of as many as 274 people. Because the population is pretty much the study using a sample of 73 people. The data was collected by observation, wawanacara and documentation. While the analysis tools used to answer the hypothesis is the correlation method. Based on the analysis of data can be seen the magnitude of correlation (r) is 0.3685 which is a positive correlation, ie, if the number of Member Savings (X) increases proportionally the amount of Business (Y) is also increasing. And vice versa, if the number of Member Savings (X) decreases proportionally the number of Business (Y) will also decrease. It is made clear that in order to increase the number of Business, KPRI “JAYA ABADI” Sub Mejayan Madiun district should seek to increase the number of Member Savings. By knowing the correlation coefficient (r) of 0.3685 means hypothesis (Ha) is proposed in this study can be accounted for, ie “There is a significant relationship between the Member Savings Business Profits KPRI” JAYA ABADI “Mejayan Madiun district. This can be proved by using rtabel with dk = 73-2 = 71 is 0.235, while the test criteria is if rhitung> rtabel then Ho is rejected and accept Ha and if rhitung <rtabel the Ha Ho accepted and rejected.
