Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya pemberdayaan pegawai yang berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kinerja sekaligus untuk mengetahui kekuatan pengaruh hubungan pemberdayaan pegawai terhadap kinerja pada sekretariat Kabupaten Polman. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah melalui wawancara, observasi, quesioner dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil regresi maka pokok masalah yang diajukan dalam penelitian secara statistik diterima dan teruji kebenarannya. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh f rasio = 142.041 dengan probabilitasnya lebih kecil dari 0,05 atau p < 0,05. Dari empat variabel yang dipilih, nilai indeks hubungan dari yang paling kuat adalah motivasi (0,194), menyusul pendidikan (0,327), pelatihan (0,402), dan kompensasi (0,086). The study aims to determine employee empowerment that affect the performance improvement as well as to determine the strength of the effect of employee empowerment relation to the performance on the secretariat of Kabupaten Polman. Research methods used are interviews, observations, questionnaires, and documentation. Based on the results of the regression, the principal issue raised in the study were statistically received and verified. This is indicated by the ratio f = 142.041 with probability is less than 0.05 or p <0.05. Based on four selected variables, the index value from the strongest relationship are motivation (0.194), then followed by education (0.327), training (0.402), and the compensation (0.086).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan permainan simulasi sebagai teknik bimbingan kelompok untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menyelesaikan konflik di SMK Negeri 1 Polewali. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri 1 Polewali sebanyak 15 siswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, dan analisis t-tets. Tingkat kemampuan siswa dalam menyelesaikan konflik di SMK Negeri 1 Polewali mengalami peningkatan. Tingkat kemampuan siswa dalam menyelesaikan konflik dominan dalam kategori tinggi sebanyak 10 responden (66,67%), kategori sangat tinggi sebanyak 2 resonden (13,33%), dan kategori sedang sebanyak 3 responden (20%). This study aims to determine the effect of the simulation games implementation as group counseling techniques to improve the ability of resolving conflicts at SMK Negeri 1 Polewali. This research subject are student of class XI at SMK Negeri 1 Polewali as many as 15 students. Data analysis technique used is descriptive and t-test analysis. The level of students' skills in resolving conflicts in SMK Negeri 1 Polewali increased. The level of students' skills in resolving conflicts dominantly are in the high category as many as 10 respondents (66.67%), very high category as much as 2 respondent (13.33%), and moderate category as many as three respondents (20%).

Abstract

Blended learning is not only used to increase the student’s learning outcomes, but alsoused to increase the interaction in three learning atmosphere such conventional class, full onlineand combination. This study aims to developed face-to-face, online and offline teaching materialsthat will used in Sejarah Peradaban Islam/Kebudayaan Islam Lesson using Blended Learning basedlearning in three combination such 50/50, 25/75, and 75/25. Subject of this study are the student ofSTAIN Parepare in Sejarah Peradaban Islam/Kebudayaan Islam lesson. There is three class on it.At the end we can conclude that PBBL really need a good quality internet connection. Because, itwill push the students to hard to lesson and give some complicated issue. But, overall PBLL is moreattractive for the student who have a good access for internet connection.
