Abstract

Anti-corruption education in the family is ideally given by parents to their children from an early age. This is an initial provision so that children from an early age are accustomed to being honest, trustworthy, and clean-hearted without having to harm themselves and others. Therefore, there is a need for public awareness that education is not only carried out in schools and the responsibility is placed on the school alone. Rather, the roles and responsibilities of parents at home are much greater primarily by instilling character values in children and parenting styles. In this paper, it is explained and explained clearly both theoretically and practically. How is the correlation of family functions as the main basis for anti-corruption education in the family? What are the values given by parents and the methods used in character education in shaping anti-corruption education in the family? Through this paper, at least it provides a very interesting, easy-to-digest description, insight, education, and creativity about the importance of anti-corruption education in the family. Abstract

This article is the result of a qualitative research that aims to identified how Islamic economic law reviews the position of material security in Islamic banking transactions. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the existence of sharia guarantees and the rule of law, especially in daily economic and business activities is an absolute requirement (condition sine qua non). The legal principles of sharia guarantees will serve as ethical guidelines, foundations, and guidelines as well as touchstones for validating the rule of law regarding sharia guarantees. The position of material guarantees in Islamic banking transactions is a benchmark to determine the ability of customers to fulfill their obligations, but it is only allowed so that there is no negligence in the responsibilities that exist with the customer so that from this it can create a trust between the customer and the bank.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors in the production concept in the western view and how the solutions provided by Islam are through integration and islamization methods which are then constructed through an Islamic worldview. The research method uses qualitative research with library research. The results of this study indicate that the western production theory has a capitalist economic system with worldly principles with an understanding that overrides God, namely income, wealth and prosperity in the world. Therefore, Islamic economics comes with bringing the best solution to the production concept that is widely embraced by western society by causing various damage, then the Islamization of the western production concept is based on the Islamic Worldview as the basis and the center is aqidah being the best solution to straighten the concept. The actual production offers three factors of production of renewal, namely the Caliph fil ardh (Human), Nature and all its contents and devotion to God Almighty as its pillar. The three offers of Islamic production renewal factors provide guidance and direction for good production methods so as to create halal and thoyyibah production results in order to achieve the benefit and welfare of the people.

Abstract

Law No. 20 of 2003 article 3 explains that national education functions to develop capabilities and form dignified national character and civilization in the framework of educating the nation's life. Aims to develop the potential of students to become human beings who believe in and fear God almighty, have noble character, are healthy, knowledgeable, capable, creative, independent and become citizens of a democratic and responsible state. However, the implementation of character education in the national education system has not shown a significant success rate. Therefore, an alternative is needed to bridge this failure so that a national education is formed that is able to produce a generation with character. This study aims to analyze and describe alternative student character education systems in the era of society 5.0. The alternative to be offered is the concept of character education in the Islamic boarding school curriculum. As well as explaining the relevance of the pesantren curriculum in building character education in the era of society 5.0. The research method used is literature review (literature review) with the concept of the PRISMA method (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses). In practice, the pesantren curriculum is divided into several concepts according to the type of pesantren. Traditional Islamic boarding schools implement the traditional curriculum using the sorogan, bandongan and wetonan methods. Meanwhile, modern pesantren (khalaf) use the national curriculum but do not completely abandon the concept of salaf pesantren education. And in combined pesantren (salaf-khalaf) the curriculum used is a combination of the traditional curriculum and the modern curriculum. Implementation of the curriculum in the salaf pesantren is to maintain the traditional education system. The curriculum in Khalaf Islamic boarding school is by adopting a modern education system but still in traditional nuances. Meanwhile, in combination boarding schools is to practice the rules of almuhafadhah 'ala salafusshaleh wal akhdu biljadidil ashlah (keeping old traditions that are still relevant and adopting new, better traditions). The concept and objectives of the pesantren curriculum are aligned with the goals of national education, namely building the life of a multicultural nation and building a nation's civilization that is cultured, intelligent, noble and contributes to the development of life. The relevance of the pesantren curriculum is embodied in 8 (eight) character forms, namely: Religious character, tolerance, independence, democracy, love of the motherland, communicative and friendly, national spirit and fond of reading. As a result, the pesantren curriculum is present as an alternative education system in achieving the goal of building national character.

Abstract

In divorce from a pregnant woman, there are many reasons for the husband to leave his wife pregnant, one of which is related to there are many rifts and disharmony in the household when the wife is pregnant. This article focuses on the discussion of the law of divorcing women in pregnant conditions. The first part is to explore the understanding of the concept of divorcing pregnant women through the perspective of Islamic law and religious courts regarding the case and the factors that influence it. Research in this study is qualitative. This research method is descriptive-analytical, which describes and explains the problem of divorce of pregnant women accordance with the views of Islamic law and the views of religious courts. The result of this study is that the law of talak women is pregnant according to Islamic law, and there is disagreement about punishing tarak problems in the pregnant state. With different arguments, some argue that talak in this state of pregnancy is not allowed, while others argue that this is permissible. In the case of divorce of religiously pregnant women there are those who say it is permissible and some say it is forbidden, and want to divorce in a holy state and do not bear the burden. Meanwhile, according to the law, religious courts are allowed under certain legally applicable conditions. But what the husband needs to know is that dropping the talak to his wife must choose a good time.

Abstract

Reward and punishment both are known as educational reaction through an action that have been done by students. rewards used tobe given for commendable act and punishments for the opposite one. Both are included in the educational media and arises as a form of effort to improve the behavior and character building of the students. The award is given as a form of expression of happiness and pride (appreciation) for the good deeds and achievements, while the punishment is given to evaluate and improve, not to judge, rebuke or revenge. These reward and punishment are necessary tobe implemented in the world of education.

Abstract

Hermeneutics is on of the instrument to understanding text. The characters have their own hermeneutic characteristics in understanding tehe text, one of the Muslim Figures who contributes thoughts to the understanding of the tex is Syuhudi Ismail. He offers an understanding of hadith texts, textual Anda contextual. Then, How is Syuhudi Ismail’s hermeneutic concept. How is the understanding of the textual and contextual hadith of Syuhudi Ismail. This study uses the library research method, with a qualitative approach. Syuhudi Ismail offers a textual and contextual understanding of hadith. What textual understanding is in the text. Contextual understanding of what is happening in the field in understanding meaning. The history of the emergence of hadith and linguistic of hadith is the understanding of the text or hermeneutic of Syuhudi Ismail.

Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted to answer several questions: What are the causes of problematic financing at KSPPS Bina Syariah Ummah Bawean Branch?, what steps have been taken to deal with this problem?, and what steps have been prepared to minimize the potential for problematic financing to arise in the future ?. This research uses a type of normative-empirical legal research with a conceptual approach, a statutory approach, and a case study approach to legal events. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data sources were obtained from interviews with the KSPPS Bina Syari'ah Ummah Bawean Branch. Secondary data sources were obtained from literature studies and document studies. Data collection techniques were carried out by document studies and interviews. The results of this study concluded that the factors causing problematic financing at KSPPS Bina Syariah Ummah Bawean Branch consisted of 2 aspects: internal and external. Internal aspects (cooperatives) in the form of not implementing the precautionary principle properly. While external factors (partners) are dishonesty and indiscipline, non-permanent income, business failures and disasters that befall their businesses. There are two settlement procedures used: rescheduling and collateral execution (selling collateral). While preventive measures are carried out by actually implementing the Management Operational Standards in a preventive (prevention) and curative (resolving efforts) way.Keywords: problem financing, KSPPS, Bina Syariah Ummah, Bawean Branch Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilakukan guna menjawab beberapa pertanyaan: Apa penyebab pembiayaan bermasalah di KSPPS Bina Syariah Ummah Cabang Bawean ?, langkah apa saja yang telah dilakukan guna menangani masalah ini ?, dan langkah apa saja yang dipersiapkan untuk meminimalisir potensi timbulnya pembiayaan bermasalah di masa mendatang ?. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian hukum normatif-empiris dengan pendekatan konseptual, pendekatan perundang-undangan, dan pendekatan studi kasus pada peristiwa hukum. Data yang digunakan berupa data primer dan data sekunder. Sumber data primer didapat dari wawancara kepada pihak KSPPS Bina Syari’ah Ummah Cabang Bawean. Sumber data sekunder diperoleh dari studi kepustakaan dan studi dokumen. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan studi dokumen dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa faktor penyebab terjadinya pembiayaan bermasalah di KSPPS Bina Syariah Ummah Cabang Bawean terdiri dari 2 aspek: internal dan eksternal. Aspek internal (koperasi) berupa tidak dijalankannya prinsip kehati-hatian dengan benar. Sementara faktor eksternal (mitra) berupa ketidakjujuran dan ketidakdisiplinan, penghasilan bukan dari pekerjaan tetap, kegagalan usaha dan musibah yang menimpa usahanya. Prosedur penyelesaian yang digunakan ada dua: rescheduling (penjadwalan kembali) dan eksekusi jaminan (menjual jaminan). Sementara langkah pencegahan dilakukan dengan benar-benar melaksanakan Standar Operasional Manajemen dengan cara preventif (pencegahan) dan kuratif (upaya penyelesaian).Kata kunci: pembiayaan bermasalah, KSPPS, Bina Syariah Ummah, Cabang Bawean
