Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan single leg tuck jump dan double leg tuck jump terhadap terhadap kekuatan otot tungkai. Jenis penelitian adalah eksperimen sungguhan dengan rancangan the randomized pretest-posttest control group design. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 45 orang yang ditentukan dengan teknik simple random sampling. Kekuatan otot tungkai diukur dengan tes back and leg dynamometer, selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan bantuan komputer program SPSS 16.0. Hasil analisis data pada kelompok perlakuan single leg tuck jump terjadi peningkatan sebesar 31,73, pada kelompok perlakuan double leg tuck jump terjadi peningkatan sebesar 17,20, pada kelompok kontrol terjadi peningkatan sebesar 2,67. Hasil uji anova variabel kekuatan otot tungkai antara kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol didapat Fhitung sebesar 1.018. Dari hasil analisis data dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa; (1) pelatihan single leg tuck jump berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan otot tungkai pada siswa putra kelas X SMAN 4 Singaraja tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. (2) pelatihan double leg tuck jump berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kekuatan otot tungkai pada siswa putra kelas X SMAN 4 Singaraja tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. (3) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan single leg tuck jump dan double leg tuck jump terhadap peningkatan kekuatan otot tungkai pada siswa putra kelas X SMAN 4 Singaraja tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. Kalau ditinjau dari faktor latihan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan single leg tuck jump lebih baik dibandingkan pelatihan double leg tuck jump, dimana pelatihan single leg tuck jump pelaksanaannya lebih sulit atau sukar dan bebannya walaupun badan yang dipergunakan, namun akibat adanya proses jongkok menyebabkan beban menjadi berat.Kata Kunci : single leg tuck jump, double leg tuck jump, kekuatan otot tungkai The aims of this study was to determined the effect of training single leg tuck jump and double leg tuck jump to the leg muscle strength. Type of research was true experiment with the randomized pretest-posttest control group design. 45 samples were determined by simple random sampling technique. Leg muscle strength measured with a back and leg dynamometer tests, then the data were analyzed with the aid of a computer program SPSS 16.0. The results of the analysis of data on a single leg tuck jump treatment group increased of 31.73, in the treatment group double leg tuck jump an increase of 17.20, in the control group there was an increase of 2.67. The results of ANOVA test leg muscle strength variables between the treatment and control groups obtained Faccount of 1,018. From the results of the data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that; (1) single leg tuck jump training effect on the increase in leg muscle in men's class X students of SMAN 4 Singaraja school year 2013/2014. (2) double leg tuck jump training effect on the increase in leg muscle strength in men's class X students of SMAN 4 Singaraja school year 2013/2014. (3) there are differences in the effect of training single leg tuck jump and double leg tuck jump tuck jump to the increase in leg muscle strength in men's class X students of SMAN 4 Singaraja school year 2013/2014. When viewed from the exercise factor, it can be concluded that the training single leg tuck jump was better than the double leg tuck jump training, where training single leg tuck jump implementation more difficult or difficult and burden even though the body was used, however, due to the squatting process causes the load becomes weight.keyword : single leg tuck jump, double leg tuck jump, leg muscle strength

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan side jump sprint dan depth jump terhadap kelincahan. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimental semu dengan rancangan penelitian the modification non-randomized control group pre-test post-test design. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa putra peserta ektrakurikuler sepakbola SMA Negeri 1 Sukasada sebanyak 30 orang. Kelincahan diukur dengan menggunakan zig-zag run, selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan uji Anava one way pada taraf signifikansi 0,05 dan dilanjutkan dengan uji lanjut (LSD) untuk memperoleh perbandingan. Data dianalisis dengan bantuan program SPSS 16,0. Deskripsi data pada kelompok perlakuan side jump sprint terhadap kelincahan mengalami peningkatan sebesar 0,68 dari 8,21 (pre-test) menjadi 7,53 (post-test), pada kelompok perlakuan depth jump terhadap kelincahan mengalami peningkatan sebesar 0,38 dari 8,22 (pre-test) menjadi 7,84 (post-test), sedangkan pada kelompok kontrol mengalami peningkatan sebesar 0,15 dari 8,20 (pre-test) menjadi 8,05 (post-test). Berdasarkan uji Anava diperoleh Fhitung sebesar 33,474 dengan signifikansi 0,000. Nilai hitung signifikan 0,000< 0,05, maka terdapat perbedaan pengaruh dari masing-masing kelompok. Dari uji LSD menunjukkan kelompok perlakuan side jump sprint dengan mean defference 0,24900 lebih baik dibandingkan dengan kelompok perlakuan depth jump dengan mean difference -0,24900 terhadap peningkatan kelincahan. Dari deskripsi dan analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa;1) pelatihan side jump sprint berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan pada siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler sepakbola SMA Negeri 1 Sukasada, 2) pelatihan depth jump berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan pada siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler sepakbola SMA Negeri 1 Sukasada, 3) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan side jump sprint dan depth jump terhadap kelincahan, dimana pelatihan side jump sprint lebih baik daripada pelatihan depth jump terhadap peningkatan kelincahan pada siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler sepakbola SMA Negeri 1 Sukasada.Kata Kunci : Side jump sprint, depth jump, kelincahan The aims of the study were determined the effect of side jump sprint training and depth jump training exercise to agility. This research method is a quasi experimental method with the modification-randomized control group pre-test post-test design research planning. The subject of research is the students of SMAN 1 Sukasada who follow football extra, the amount are 30 students (boys). The agility is measured by using zig-zag run and then the data is analyzed by ANAVA one way test on 0,05 signification standard and then continue to LSD test to gent comparison. The data is analyzed by SPSS 16,0 program. The description data in side jump sprint group to the agility increase 0,68 from 8,21 (pre-test) to 7,53 (post-test). And in depth jump group to the agility increase 0,38 from 8,22 (pre-test) to 7,84 (post-test), while in control group increase 0,15 from 8,20 (pre-test) to 8,05 (post-test). Based on ANAVA test is got 33,474 Fcount with 0,000 signification on 0,05 signification standard. Significantly the calculated value 0.000 < 0.05, there are differences in the influence of each group. From LSD test showed the treatment group with mean sprint jump side defference 0.24900 better than the group treated with the depth jump mean difference -0.24900 to increased agility .From description and data analyzed the concluded are : 1) side jump sprint exercise influence to agility of SMAN 1 Sukasada who follow football extra, 2) depth jump exercise influence to agility of SMAN 1 Sukasada who follow football extra, 3) there is differentiation between side jump sprint and depth jump exercise to agility, side jump sprint exercise is better than depth jump exercise to agility of SMAN 1 Sukasada who follow football extra. keyword : Side jump sprint, depth jump, agility

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan zig zag run dan side jump sprint terhadap peningkatan kapasitas vital paru. Rancangan penelitian adalah the non randomized pretest-posttest control group design. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 36 orang yang ditentukan dengan teknik ordinal pairing. Kapasitas vital paru diukur dengan alat spirometer. Hasil Uji-t terhadap kapasitas vital paru diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 4,843 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Nilai signifikansi hitung < 0,05, maka terdapat perbedaan pengaruh dari masing-masing kelompok. Selanjutnya dilakukan uji anova. Hasil uji anova variabel kapasitas vital paru antara kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol didapat Fhitung sebesar 26,300dengan signifikansi 0,000. Nilai signifikansi < 0,05, maka terdapat perbedaan pengaruh dari masing-masing kelompok. Karena terdapat perbedaan pengaruh maka dilakukan uji Least Significant Difference (LSD) untuk mengetahui pelatihan mana yang lebih baik pengaruhnya terhadap peningkatan kapasitas vital paru. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan zig zag run dan side jump sprint berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kapasitas vital paru, pelatihan zig zag run lebih baik pengaruhnya untuk peningkatan kapasitas vital paru. Saran yang dapat disampaikan adalah agar penelitian ini bisa digunakan sebagai acuan dalam pelaksanaan pelatihan ataupun penelitian selanjutnyaKata Kunci : pelatihan zig zag run, pelatihan side jump sprint, dan kapasitas vital paru This study was aimed to identify the effect of zig zag run and side jump sprint toward the vital capacity. This study was an experimental study which was designed in the nonrandomized pretest-posttest control group design. There were 36 samples for this study which were decided by nonrandomized sampling technique. Vital capacity measured by Spirometer. From the result of independent sample t-test toward the lungs vital capacity, there was obtained the score of tmeasure was 4,843with significance 0.000. The significance was < 0.05, meant that there was different effect from each group. Then an anova test was conducted. The result of anova test showed that the variable of vital capacity between the experimental group and control group obtained Fmeasure of 26,300 and significance 0.000.Because there was a different effect, so the researcher conducted Least Significant Different (LSD) test in order to determine which training have better effect toward the improvement of vital capacity. Could be concluded that zig zag run and side jump sprint was affecting improvement of the vital capacity, in which zig zag run training have better effect for the improvement of vital capacity. Abstract

Penelitian eksperimen ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan repetition sprint dan skipping rope terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah the non-randomized control group pretest posttest design. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa putra peserta ektrakurikuler bolavoli SMA Negeri 6 Denpasar berjumlah 45 orang, dibagi menjadi 3 kelompok dengan teknik ordinal pairing, yaitu 15 orang diberikan pelatihan repetition sprint, 15 orang diberikan pelatihan skipping rope, dan 15 orang kelompok kontrol. Power otot tungkai diukur dengan test vertical jump. Hasil uji-t independent dari kelompok perlakuan repetition sprint dan skipping rope diperoleh hasil 5.623 dan signifikansi 0,000 yang berarti kedua pelatihan berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. Hasil uji F variabel power otot tungkai dari kelompok perlakuan didapat Fhitung sebesar 58,920 dan signifikasi 0,000 yang berarti terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan repetition sprint dan skipping rope terhadap power otot tungkai. Berdasarkan hasil uji LSD, kelompok pelatihan repetition sprint lebih baik pengaruhnya sebesar 13.533 dibandingkan pelatihan skipping rope terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai.Kata Kunci : Kata kunci: pelatihan repetition sprint, skipping rope, power otot tungkai. This research aims to know the effect of repetition training sprint and skipping rope to increase leg muscle power. This type of research is experimental design with the non-randomized control group pretest posttest design. The subject were 45 male student participants of volleyball extracurricular in SMAN 6 Denpasar school year 2015/2016, then divided into 3 groups using ordinal pairing techniques, which is 15 male students given repetition sprint training, 15 male students given training in rope skipping, and the last 15 male students as control group. Leg muscle power was measured by vertical jump test. The results of T Independent test from the treatment group of repetition sprint and skipping rope obtain 5.623 and the signification 0.000 which means that both of the training effect on increase leg muscle power. The test results of Fmeasure of one way ANOVA of leg muscle power between the treatment group was obtained 58.920 and the significance is 0.000, which means there is a difference between the effects of sprint training repetition and skipping rope to the leg muscle power. Based on the test results of LSD, the repetition sprint training group have better influence than skipping rope training to increase leg muscle power as much as 13.533. keyword : Key words: repetition training sprints, skipping rope training, leg muscle power.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui pengaruh pelatihan scissor jump dan quick leap terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen dengan rancangan the non-randomized control group pretest posttest design. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa peserta ektrakurikuler bulutangkis SMP Negeri 1 Penebel tahun pelajaran 2015/2016 berjumlah 48 orang, kemudian dibagi menjadi 3 kelompok dengan menggunakan teknik ordinal pairing, yaitu 16 orang diberikan pelatihan scissor jump, 16 orang diberikan pelatihan quick leap, dan 16 orang kelompok kontrol. Daya ledak otot tungkai diukur dengan test vertical jump. Data yang di dapat dianalisis dengan uji F (one way anova) pada taraf signifikansi (α) = 0,05 dengan bantuan program SPSS 16.0. Hasil analisis data menunjukan adanya perubahan nilai rata-rata pada variabel daya ledak otot tungkai. Pada kelompok perlakuan scissor jump terjadi peningkatan sebesar 22.68, pada kelompok perlakuan quick leap terjadi peningkatan sebesar 13,62 dan pada kelompok kontrol terjadi peningkatan sebesar 0.31. Hasil uji one way anova variabel daya ledak otot tungkai antara kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol didapat Fhitung sebesar 21.413 dan signifikasi 0,000 yang berarti terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan scissor jump dan quick leap terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai. Berdasarkan hasil uji LSD, maka kelompok pelatihan scissor jump lebih baik pengaruhnya dibandingkan pelatihan quick leap terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai sebesar 10.50000. Dari hasil analisis data dalam pembahasan disimpulkan bahwa; (1) pelatihan scissor jump dan quick leap berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai. (2) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan scissor jump dan quick leap terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai. (3) pelatihan scissor jump lebih baik daripada pelatihan quick leap terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai.Kata Kunci : scissor jump, quick leap, daya ledak otot tungkai This study aims to know the influence of training scissor jump and a quick leap to increased leg muscle explosive power. In the treatment group scissor jump is an increase of 22.68, the treatment group quick leap an increase of 13.62 and in the control group there was an increase of 0.31. The test results one way ANOVA variable leg muscle explosive power between the treatment group and the control group gained Fhitung 21 413 and significance of 0.000 which means there is a difference between the effects of training scissor jump and a quick leap to the explosive power leg muscle. Based on the results of LSD test, the scissor jump training group better influence than training quick leap to increased leg muscle explosive power of 10.50000. From the results of data analysis in the discussion concluded that; (1) training scissor jump and a quick leap to affect the increased leg muscle explosive power. Abstract

Penelitian eksperimen ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan overhead clear drill terhadap kekuatan otot dan daya ledak otot lengan. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah the non-randomized control group pretest posttest design. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler bulutangkis SMP Negeri 1 Kuta Utara yang berjumlah 30 orang. Untuk variabel daya ledak otot lengan dengan menggunakan tes medicine ball dan variabel kekuatan otot dengan tes push-up , selanjutnya dianalisis dengan uji t-independent pada taraf signifikasi α = 0,05 dengan bantuan SPSS 16,0.Hasil analisis kekuatan otot didapatkan nilai thitung = 53.098 dengan signifikansi 0.000 lebih kecl taraf signifikansi 0.05, sehingga hipotesis overhead clear drillberpengaruh terhadap kekuatan otot dapat diterima. Untuk hasil analisis daya ledak otot lengan didapat nilai thitung 34.839dengan signifikansi 0.000 lebih kecl taraf signifikansi 0.05, sehingga hipotesis overhead clear drill berpengaruh terhadap daya ledak otot lengan diterima. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa overhad clear drill berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kekuatan otot dan daya ledak otot lengan pada siswa ekstrakurikuler bulutangkis SMP Negeri 1 Kuta Utara Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017.Dilakukan uji lanjut atau uji pembanding least significant difference (LSD) untuk mengetahui pelatihan mana yang lebih baik pengaruhnya terhadap peningkatan kecepatan lari pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05 yang dilakukan dengan cara membedakan nilai terkecil pada mean difference. Hasil uji least significant difference (LSD) kekuatan, pelatihan Overhead Clear Drilmempunyai pengaruh yang lebih baik terhadap peningkatan kekuatanpush-up daripada pelatihan daya ledak otot lengan dengan hasil mean difference. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) Pelatihan overhead clear drillberpengaruhterhadap kekuatan, (2) Pelatihan daya ledak otot lengan berpengaruh terhadap kekuatan, (3) Adanya perbedaan pengaruh dari pelatihan overhead clear drill dan daya ledak otot lengan terhadap kekuatan, (4) Pelatihan overhead clear drill lebih baik dari pada pelatihan daya ledak otot lengan terhadap kekuatan.Kata Kunci : Pelatihan, Overhead Clear drill, Daya Ledak Otot Lengan, Kekuatan This experimental study aims to determine the effect of the training drill to clear overhead muscle strength and explosive power arm muscles. The study design used is the non-randomized control group pretest posttest design. Subjects in this study were students in extracurricular participants badminton SMP Negeri 1 North Kuta totaling 30 people. For variable explosive power arm muscles by using a medicine ball and a variable test muscle strength with push-up test, then analyzed by independent t-test at significance level α = 0.05 with SPSS 16,0.Hasil muscle strength analysis obtained tcount = 53 098 by 0000 a smaller significance level of significance of 0.05, so the hypothesis overhead drill clear effect on muscle strength can be accepted. For the analysis of explosive power arm muscles obtained tcount 34 839 by 0000 a smaller significance level of significance of 0.05, so the hypothesis overhead drill clear effect on muscle explosive power arm received. It can be concluded that the drill overhad clear effect on the increase in muscle strength and explosive power arm muscles in badminton extracurricular student SMP Negeri 1 North Kuta in the academic year 2016/2017. Further test or benchmark test least significant difference (LSD) to determine which one is better training effect to the increased speed to run at a significance level (α) of 0.05 is done by distinguishing the smallest value in the mean difference. The test results least significant difference (LSD) strength, training Overhead Clear Drill has a better influence to increase the strength of push-ups of the explosive power training arm muscles with the results mean difference. Based on this, we can conclude that (1) Training overhead clear drill effect on strength, (2) Training of explosive power arm muscles affect the strength, (3) The difference in the effect of the training overhead clear drill and explosive power arm muscles to strength, ( 4) training clear overhead drill better than the explosive power training arm muscles to strength.keyword : Training, Overhead Clear drill, Burst Power Arm Muscle, Strength

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan side jump sprint dan quick leap terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu dengan rancangan the non-randomized control group pretest posttest design. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa peserta ektrakurikuler bulutangkis SMP Nasional Denpasar tahun pelajaran 2017/2018 berjumlah 45 orang, kemudian dibagi menjadi 3 kelompok dengan menggunakan teknik ordinal pairing. Terdapat 15 orang diberikan pelatihan side jump sprint, 15 orang diberikan pelatihan quick leap, dan 15 orang kelompok kontrol. Daya ledak otot tungkai diukur dengan test vertical jump. Data yang di dapat dianalisis dengan uji F (one way anova) pada taraf signifikansi (α) = 0,05 dengan bantuan komputer program SPSS 16.0. Hasil one way anova variable daya ledak otot tungkai antara kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol didapat Fhitung 14,147 dan signifikansi 0,0 yang berarti terdapat perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan side jump sprint dan quick leap terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai. . Berdasarkan hasil uji least significant difference (LSD), kelompok pelatihan side jump sprint lebih baik pengaruhnya sebesar 2,4 dibandingkan pelatihan quick leap terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai. Disimpulkan bahwa; (1) pelatihan side jump sprint dan quick leap berpengaruh pada peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai. (2) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan side jump sprint dan quick leap terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai. (3) pelatihan side jump sprint lebih baik dari pada pelatihan quick leap terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai Kata Kunci : Kata-kata kunci: side jump sprint , quick leap, daya ledak otot tungkai. This study was aimed to determine the effect of side jump sprint and quick leap training in increasing the muscle limb power. This research was a quasi experiment with designed the non-randomized control group pretest posttest. The subjects of the study were the students of Badminton extracurricular participants of National Junior High School Denpasar at the academic year 2017/2018, consisting of 45 students, then divided into 3 groups using ordinal pairing technique. Fifteen (15) students were given side jump sprint training, fifteen (15) students were given quick leap training and fifteen (15) students as a control group. Limb muscle explosive power was measured by a vertical jump test. The data were analyzed by F (one way anova) test at the level of significance (α) = 0.05 with SPSS 16.0. The result of one way anova variable of explosive muscle limb power between treatment group and control group was obtained by Fhitung 14,147 and significance 0.0 which mean there was a difference of influence of training of side jump sprint and quick leap toward explosive power of leg muscle. Based on the least significant difference (LSD) test result, the side jump sprint training group had a better effect of 2.4 than the quick leap training in increasing the muscle limb power. It was concluded that; (1) side jump sprint and quick leap training have an effect in increasing the muscle limb power. (2) there was a difference in the effect of side jump sprint and quick leap training in increasing muscle limb power. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengengetahui: (1) Apakah pelatihan shooting tiga berpengaruh terhadap ketepatan shooting dalam permainan futsal pada siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler futsal MAN 1 Karangasem , (2) Apakah pelatihan shooting lima berpengaruh terhadap ketepatan shooting dalam permainan futsal pada siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler futsal MAN 1 Karangasem , (3) Apakah ada perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan shooting tiga dan shooting lima terhadap ketepatan shooting dalam permainan futsal pada siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler futsal MAN 1 Karangasem. Jenis penelitian adalah quasi experiment dengan desain “The Non Randomized Control Group Pretest Posttest Design”. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler futsal MAN 1 Karangasem, berusia 15-17 tahun yang berjumlah 30 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes ketepatan shooting dalam permaianan Futsal dari Nurhasan (2001) dengan validitas sebesar 0,839 dan reliabilitas sebesar 0,639. Analisis data menggunakan uji One Way Anova dilanjutkan mencari data yang lebih berpengaruh menggunakan uji LSD dengan taraf signifikansi kurang dari 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara pelatihan shooting tiga dan shooting lima terhadap ketepatan shooting dalam permainan futsal siswa ekstrakurikuler futsal MAN 1 Karangasem, dengan nilai signifikansi 0,006. Dimana pelatihan shooting lima lebih berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan ketepatan shooting menggunakan punggung kaki dilihat dari mean difference uji LSD yaitu sebesar 1,20000*.Kata Kunci : latihan shooting tiga, latihan shooting lima, ketepatan shooting The study was aimed at finding out: (1) Does the three shooting exercises method affect the accuracy of shooting in futsal games on futsal extracurricular students at MAN 1 Karangasem, (2) Does the five shooting exercises method affect the accuracy of shooting in futsal games on futsal extracurricular students at MAN 1 Karangasem, (3) Is there any difference effect between the method of three shooting exercises and five shooting against the accuracy of shooting in futsal games on futsal extracurricular students at MAN 1 Karangasem. This study used quasi-experimental with "The Non Randomized Control Group Pretest Posttest Design". The population of the study was 30 students aged 15-17 years who participated in futsal extracurricular at MAN 1 Karangasem. The instruments used was the accuracy test of shooting in futsal game from Nurhasan (2001) with validity of 0.839 and reliability of 0.639. The data was anlyzed by using One Way Anova and continued to find out the more influential data by using LSD test with a significance level of less than 5%. The results showed that there is difference between the three shooting practice method and five shooting against the accuracy of shooting in futsal games on futsal extracurricular students at MAN 1 Karangasem, with a significance value of 0.006.
