Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan side jump sprint dan scissor jump terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu dengan rancangan the non-randomized control group pretest posttest design. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa putra peserta ektrakurikuler bolavoli SMP Negeri 3 Abiansemal tahun pelajaran 2016/2017 berjumlah 45 orang, kemudian dibagi menjadi 3 kelompok dengan menggunakan teknik ordinal pairing, yaitu 15 orang diberikan pelatihan side jump sprint, 15 orang diberikan pelatihan scissor jump, dan 15 orang kelompok kontrol. Daya ledak otot tungkai diukur dengan test vertical jump. Data yang di dapat dianalisis dengan uji F (one way anova) pada taraf signifikansi (α) = 0,05 dengan bantuan komputer program SPSS 16.0. Hasil analisis data dari kelompok perlakuan side jump sprint terjadi peningkatan daya leda kotot tungkai sebesar 0,097, pada kelompok perlakuaan scissor jump sebesar 0,136 dan pada kelompok control sebesar 0,116. Hasil one awy anova variable daya ledak otot tungkai antara kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol didapat Fhitung 67,628 dan signifikansi 0,000 yang berarti terdapat perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan side jump sprint dan scissor jump terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai. . Berdasarkan hasil uji least significant difference (LSD), kelompok pelatihan side jump sprint lebih baik pengaruhnya sebesar 44,733 dibandingkan pelatihan sciisor jump terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai. Disimpulkan bahwa; (1) pelatihan side jump sprint dan scissor jump berpengaruh pada peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai. (2) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan side jump sprint dan scissor jump terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai. (3) pelatihan side jump sprint lebih baik dari pada pelatihan scissor jump terhadap peningkatan daya ledakotot tungkai Kata Kunci : side jump sprint , scissor jump, daya ledak otot tungkai. This research aims to know the influence of side jump sprint and scissor jump towards the improvement the explosive power of limp muscle. This research is a quasi experiment with the non-randomized control group pretest post test design. The subjects were students of extracurricular participants of volley ball at SMP Negeri 3 Abiansemal academic year 2016/2017 amounted to 45 people, then divided into 3 groups using ordinal pairing technique, 15 people were given side jump sprint training, 15 people were given scissor jump training, and 15 People control group. Limb muscle explosive power is measured by a vertical jump test. The data can be analyzed by F (one way anova) test at significance level (α) = 0,05 with computer program of SPSS 16.0. The result of data analysis from side sprint treatment group happened increased limb muscle explosive power of 0.097, in scissor jump treatment group 0.136 and control group 0.116. The result of one way anova variable of explosive muscle limb power between treatment group and control group was obtained Fcount 67,628 and significance 0,000 which mean there is difference of influence of training of side jump sprint and scissor jump on explosive power of limb muscle. . Based on the least significant difference (LSD) test results, the side jump sprint training group had a better effect of 44.733 than the scissor jump training on increasing the muscle limb power. It was concluded that; (1) the training of side jump sprints and scissor jumps has an effect on increasing the muscle tone of the leg muscles. (2) there is a difference in the effect of training of side jump sprint and scissor jump on the increase of explosive power of limb muscle. Abstract

This research aimed to determine the effect of yoga asana (suryanamaskar) training on flexibility and lung vital capacity. A quasi-experiment research using the non-randomized control group pretest-posttest design was used in this research. Subject in this research were 30 male participants of extracurricular yoga at SMA N 2 Banjar in academic year 2012/2013. The flexibility measured by sit and reach instrument with reliability of the test was 0.92 ,while lung vital capacity measured by spirometer instrument with  reliability 0.99. The data was analyzed by independent t-test with SPSS 16. The result of independent t-test for flexibility obtained  tc of 3.390 with significance  0.002, while the lung vital capacity obtained  tc of  2.197 with significance 0.036. The significance of tc was less than α (0.05), meant that  the hypotheses which stated that yoga asana (suryanamaskar) training was affecting the flexibility and lung vital capacity could be accepted. From the results of this research could be concluded that yoga asana (suryanamaskar) training was affecting the improvement of  flexibility and lung vital capacity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan single leg speed hop dan incremental vertical hop terhadap peningkatan kecepatan dan power. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler bola voli SMP N 3 Seririt yang berjumlah 51 orang. Data kecepatan di ukur dengan tes lari cepat 50 m, dan power di ukur menggunakan tes vertical jump selanjutnya data di analisis dengan uji t independen pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05, denganbantuan program SPSS 16,0. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukan adanya peningkatan nilai rata-rata pada variabel kecepatan. Kelompok single leg speed hop 0,80 pada kelompok incremental vertical hop sebesar 0,78, dan pada kelompok kontrol -0,05. Pada variabel power juga mengalami peningkatan nilai rata-rata. Kelompok single leg speed hop sebesar 4,59 pada kelompok incremental vertical hop sebesar 4,88, dan pada kelompok kontrol 1,47. Disimpulkan bahwa: pelatihan single leg speed hop dan incremental vertical hop berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kecepatan dan power pada siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler bola voli SMP Negeri 3 Seririt tahun pelajaran 2012/2013. Tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan single leg speed hop dan incremental vertical hop terhadap peningkatan kecepatan dan power pada siswa putra peserta ekstera kurikuler bola voli SMP Negeri 3 Seririt tahun pelajaran 2012/2013. Kata Kunci : Plaiometric, single leeg speed hop, incrimental vertical hop, kecepatan This study aims to determine the effect of single leg speed hop and incremental vertical hop to increase speed and power. The type of research that used is experiment research. The subject of this research is volley ball extracurricular participant in junior high school in SMP N 3 Seririt which amounted to 51 people. The data speed is measured with a 50 m sprint test, and power measured using the vertical jump test further data analysis with independent t test at significance level ( α ) of 0.05 , with the assist of SPSS 16.0 . Based on the results of data analysis showed the increase in the average value of the variable speed. Single leg speed hop group is 0.80 and incremental vertical hop group is 0.78 , and -0.05 in the control group . In the variable power also increased the average value . Single leg speed hop group is 4.59 and incremental vertical hop group is 4.88 and 1.47 in the control group . It was concluded that : the training of single leg speed hop and incremental vertical hop have effect on the improvement of speed and power for the student who joined volleyball extracurricular in SMP N 3 Seririt in academic year at 2012/2013 . Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan single leg tuck jump dan double leg tuck jump terhadap terhadap kekuatan otot tungkai. Jenis penelitian adalah eksperimen sungguhan dengan rancangan the randomized pretest-posttest control group design. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 45 orang yang ditentukan dengan teknik simple random sampling. Kekuatan otot tungkai diukur dengan tes back and leg dynamometer, selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan bantuan komputer program SPSS 16.0. Hasil analisis data pada kelompok perlakuan single leg tuck jump terjadi peningkatan sebesar 31,73, pada kelompok perlakuan double leg tuck jump terjadi peningkatan sebesar 17,20, pada kelompok kontrol terjadi peningkatan sebesar 2,67. Hasil uji anova variabel kekuatan otot tungkai antara kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol didapat Fhitung sebesar 1.018. Dari hasil analisis data dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa; (1) pelatihan single leg tuck jump berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan otot tungkai pada siswa putra kelas X SMAN 4 Singaraja tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. (2) pelatihan double leg tuck jump berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kekuatan otot tungkai pada siswa putra kelas X SMAN 4 Singaraja tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. (3) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan single leg tuck jump dan double leg tuck jump terhadap peningkatan kekuatan otot tungkai pada siswa putra kelas X SMAN 4 Singaraja tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. Kalau ditinjau dari faktor latihan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan single leg tuck jump lebih baik dibandingkan pelatihan double leg tuck jump, dimana pelatihan single leg tuck jump pelaksanaannya lebih sulit atau sukar dan bebannya walaupun badan yang dipergunakan, namun akibat adanya proses jongkok menyebabkan beban menjadi berat.Kata Kunci : single leg tuck jump, double leg tuck jump, kekuatan otot tungkai The aims of this study was to determined the effect of training single leg tuck jump and double leg tuck jump to the leg muscle strength. Type of research was true experiment with the randomized pretest-posttest control group design. 45 samples were determined by simple random sampling technique. Leg muscle strength measured with a back and leg dynamometer tests, then the data were analyzed with the aid of a computer program SPSS 16.0. The results of the analysis of data on a single leg tuck jump treatment group increased of 31.73, in the treatment group double leg tuck jump an increase of 17.20, in the control group there was an increase of 2.67. The results of ANOVA test leg muscle strength variables between the treatment and control groups obtained Faccount of 1,018. From the results of the data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that; (1) single leg tuck jump training effect on the increase in leg muscle in men's class X students of SMAN 4 Singaraja school year 2013/2014. (2) double leg tuck jump training effect on the increase in leg muscle strength in men's class X students of SMAN 4 Singaraja school year 2013/2014. (3) there are differences in the effect of training single leg tuck jump and double leg tuck jump tuck jump to the increase in leg muscle strength in men's class X students of SMAN 4 Singaraja school year 2013/2014. When viewed from the exercise factor, it can be concluded that the training single leg tuck jump was better than the double leg tuck jump training, where training single leg tuck jump implementation more difficult or difficult and burden even though the body was used, however, due to the squatting process causes the load becomes weight.keyword : single leg tuck jump, double leg tuck jump, leg muscle strength

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan side jump sprint dan depth jump terhadap kelincahan. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimental semu dengan rancangan penelitian the modification non-randomized control group pre-test post-test design. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa putra peserta ektrakurikuler sepakbola SMA Negeri 1 Sukasada sebanyak 30 orang. Kelincahan diukur dengan menggunakan zig-zag run, selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan uji Anava one way pada taraf signifikansi 0,05 dan dilanjutkan dengan uji lanjut (LSD) untuk memperoleh perbandingan. Data dianalisis dengan bantuan program SPSS 16,0. Deskripsi data pada kelompok perlakuan side jump sprint terhadap kelincahan mengalami peningkatan sebesar 0,68 dari 8,21 (pre-test) menjadi 7,53 (post-test), pada kelompok perlakuan depth jump terhadap kelincahan mengalami peningkatan sebesar 0,38 dari 8,22 (pre-test) menjadi 7,84 (post-test), sedangkan pada kelompok kontrol mengalami peningkatan sebesar 0,15 dari 8,20 (pre-test) menjadi 8,05 (post-test). Berdasarkan uji Anava diperoleh Fhitung sebesar 33,474 dengan signifikansi 0,000. Nilai hitung signifikan 0,000< 0,05, maka terdapat perbedaan pengaruh dari masing-masing kelompok. Dari uji LSD menunjukkan kelompok perlakuan side jump sprint dengan mean defference 0,24900 lebih baik dibandingkan dengan kelompok perlakuan depth jump dengan mean difference -0,24900 terhadap peningkatan kelincahan. Dari deskripsi dan analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa;1) pelatihan side jump sprint berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan pada siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler sepakbola SMA Negeri 1 Sukasada, 2) pelatihan depth jump berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan pada siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler sepakbola SMA Negeri 1 Sukasada, 3) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan side jump sprint dan depth jump terhadap kelincahan, dimana pelatihan side jump sprint lebih baik daripada pelatihan depth jump terhadap peningkatan kelincahan pada siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler sepakbola SMA Negeri 1 Sukasada.Kata Kunci : Side jump sprint, depth jump, kelincahan The aims of the study were determined the effect of side jump sprint training and depth jump training exercise to agility. The subject of research is the students of SMAN 1 Sukasada who follow football extra, the amount are 30 students (boys). The agility is measured by using zig-zag run and then the data is analyzed by ANAVA one way test on 0,05 signification standard and then continue to LSD test to gent comparison. The data is analyzed by SPSS 16,0 program. The description data in side jump sprint group to the agility increase 0,68 from 8,21 (pre-test) to 7,53 (post-test). And in depth jump group to the agility increase 0,38 from 8,22 (pre-test) to 7,84 (post-test), while in control group increase 0,15 from 8,20 (pre-test) to 8,05 (post-test). Based on ANAVA test is got 33,474 Fcount with 0,000 signification on 0,05 signification standard. Significantly the calculated value 0.000 < 0.05, there are differences in the influence of each group. From LSD test showed the treatment group with mean sprint jump side defference 0.24900 better than the group treated with the depth jump mean difference -0.24900 to increased agility .From description and data analyzed the concluded are : 1) side jump sprint exercise influence to agility of SMAN 1 Sukasada who follow football extra, 2) depth jump exercise influence to agility of SMAN 1 Sukasada who follow football extra, 3) there is differentiation between side jump sprint and depth jump exercise to agility, side jump sprint exercise is better than depth jump exercise to agility of SMAN 1 Sukasada who follow football extra. keyword : Side jump sprint, depth jump, agility

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan slalom dribbling terhadap kelincahan dan VO2Maks. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu dengan rancangan the non-rendomized control group pretest posttest design. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler sepak bola SMP Negeri 1 Kediri tahun pelajaran 2016 berjumlah 30 orang yang selanjutnya akan dilakukan pre-test. Hasil pre-test digunakan untuk membagi subjek menjadi dua kelompok dengan menggunakan teknik ordinal pairing. Kelincahan diukur dengan ilinois agility test dan VO2Maks diukur dengan tes MFT, selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan uji-t independent pada taraf signifikansi 95% lebih kecil (α) 0,05 dengan bantuan program SPSS 16.0. Berdasarkan hasil uji-t independent didapatkan hasil: (1) variabel kelincahan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,034. (2) variabel VO2Maks dengan nilai signifikansi 0.045. Nilai signifikansi hitung lebih kecil dari nilai α, dengan demikian hipotesis penelitian “pelatihan slalom dribbling berpengaruh terhadap Kelincahan dan VO2Maks” Hipotesis diterima. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa; (1) pelatihan slalom ndribbling berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kelincahan siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler sepak bola SMP Negeri 1 Kediri tahun pelajaran 2016. (2) pelatihan slalom dribbling berpengaruh signifikan terhadap VO2Maks siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler sepak bola SMP Negeri 1 Kediri tahun pelajaran 2016. Kata Kunci : Pelatihan Slalom dribbling, Kelincahan, VO2Maks This research to know the effect of slalom dribbling training to the agility and VO2 Max. The research is a quasi-experimental design with the non-rendomized control group pretest posttest design. Subjects is students in extracurricular football participant SMP Negeri 1 Kediri school year 2016 are 30 people the next will do the pre-test. The result of pre-test was used to devide the subjects into two groups using ordinal pairing. Agility is measured by ilinois agility test and VO2 Max is measured by a test MFT, then analyzed by independent t-test at 95% significance level smaller (α) of 0.05 with SPSS 16.0. Based on the independent t-test results showed: (1) variable agility with a significance value of 0.034. (2) variable VO2 Max with significant value 0.045. The significance value calculated smaller than the value of α, so the hypothesis research " slalom dribbling training affect the agility and VO2 Max" Hipotesis acceptable. Can be concluded that; (1) slalom dribbling training affects the agility of student participants extracurricular football SMP Negeri 1 Kediri school year 2016. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan medicine ball sit-up throw terhadap kekuatan otot lengan dan otot punggung. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen sungguhan dengan rancangan the randomized conrol group pretest posttest design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa putra SMP Negeri 4 Singaraja sebanyak 44 orang. Untuk variabel kekuatan otot lengan diukur dengan menggunakan tes push-up 60 detik sedangkan variabel kekuatan otot punggung diukur dengan instrumen tes back and leg dynamometer. Selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan uji-t independent pada taraf signifikansi lebih kecil (α) 0,05 dengan bantuan program SPSS 16,0. Berdasarkan hasil uji-t independent didapatkan hasil; (1) variabel kekuatan otot lengan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000. (2) variabel kekuatan otot punggung dengan nilai signifikansi 0,010. Nilai signifikansi hitung lebih kecil dari nilai α (0,05), dengan demikian hipotesis penelitian “pelatihan medicine ball sit-up throw berpengaruh terhadap kekuatan otot lengan dan kekuatan otot punggung” diterima. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan medicine ball sit-up throw berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kekuatan otot lengan dan kekuatan otot punggung pada siswa putra SMP Negeri 4 Singaraja tahun pelajaran 2015/2016. Disarankan bagi guru olahraga, pelatih, pembina serta atlet untuk menggunakan pelatihan medicine ball sit-up throw sebagai salah satu alternatif dalam meningkatkan kekuatan otot lengan dan kekuatan otot punggung.Kata Kunci : medicine ball sit-up throw, kekuatan otot lengan, kekuatan otot punggung This study aims to determine the effect of medicine ball sit-up throw training to arm muscle power and back muscle power. The research is quasi-experimentally in which the randomized pre-test post-test control group design. Sample were male students SMP N 4 Singaraja numbered 44 people. The instrument used for research testing arm muscle power is push-up 60 second while the instrument to test the back muscle power is back and leg dynamometer. Furthermore the data were analyzed by independent t-test at a significance level of less (α) of 0,05 with SPSS 16.0. Based on the results of independent t-test showed; (1) variable arm muscle power with significance value 0,000, (2) variable back muscle power with significance value 0,010. The significance value calculated is less than the value of α (0,05), so the hypothesis research ”medicine ball sit-up throw effect on arm muscle power and back muscle power” accepted. It can be concluded that the training medicine ball sit-up throw significant effect on the increase in arm muscle power and back muscle power on male students SMP N 4 Singaraja in the academic year of 2015/2016. For sports teachers, trainers, coaches and athletes are advised to use alternate training as medicine ball sit-up throw alternative way to increase arm muscle power and back muscle power.keyword : medicine ball sit-up throw, arm muscle power, back muscle power.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan kombinasi footwork terhadap peningkatan kelincahan dan VO2 Maks. Jenis penelitian adalah Penelitian eksperimen, dengan desain “The Non Randomized Pretest Posttest Design Control Group” Subjek penelitian adalah siswa putra SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Singaraja tahun pelajaran 2017/2018 berjumlah 30 orang siswa. VO2 Maks diukur dengan tes MFT dan kelincahan diukur dengan ilionis agility run. Data dianalisis dengan uji t independent pada taraf signifikansi αKata Kunci : kelincahan, pelatihan kombinasi footwork, VO2 Maks. This study was aimed to investigate the effect of footwork combination training on improving agility and VO2 Max. This research was an experimental research, with the design "The Non Randomized Pretest Posttest Design Control Group". Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of interval training on cardiovascular endurance and speed in male student’s VII grade SMP N 2 Gerokgak school year 2012/2013. This type of research is experimental research with the modified design of the randomized pre-test post-test control group design. The study population was a student of male student’s VII grade SMP N 2 Gerokgak school year 2012/2013, 30 samples are determined by simple random sampling technique. The instrument used in this study for cardiovascular endurance is a multistage fitness test (MFT). While speed is a test instrument to sprint 50 meter were then analyzed with independent t-test at significance level (a) 0.05 with SPSS 16.0. Based on the analysis of research data using independent t-test showed cardiovascular endurance for the data obtained significance value count is smaller than the value of α (Sig < 0.05) is equal to 0.031. As for the speed data obtained significance value count is smaller than the value of α (Sig < 0.05) is equal to 0.003. From the results of the study concluded that: 1) interval training effect on increasing cardiovascular endurance in male student’s VII grade SMP N 2 Gerokgak school year 2012/2013, 2) interval training effect on increasing the speed in male student’s VII grade SMP N 2 Gerokgak school year 2012/2013.
