Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui pengaruh pelatihan scissor jump dan quick leap terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen dengan rancangan the non-randomized control group pretest posttest design. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa peserta ektrakurikuler bulutangkis SMP Negeri 1 Penebel tahun pelajaran 2015/2016 berjumlah 48 orang, kemudian dibagi menjadi 3 kelompok dengan menggunakan teknik ordinal pairing, yaitu 16 orang diberikan pelatihan scissor jump, 16 orang diberikan pelatihan quick leap, dan 16 orang kelompok kontrol. Daya ledak otot tungkai diukur dengan test vertical jump. Data yang di dapat dianalisis dengan uji F (one way anova) pada taraf signifikansi (α) = 0,05 dengan bantuan program SPSS 16.0. Hasil analisis data menunjukan adanya perubahan nilai rata-rata pada variabel daya ledak otot tungkai. Pada kelompok perlakuan scissor jump terjadi peningkatan sebesar 22.68, pada kelompok perlakuan quick leap terjadi peningkatan sebesar 13,62 dan pada kelompok kontrol terjadi peningkatan sebesar 0.31. Hasil uji one way anova variabel daya ledak otot tungkai antara kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol didapat Fhitung sebesar 21.413 dan signifikasi 0,000 yang berarti terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan scissor jump dan quick leap terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai. Berdasarkan hasil uji LSD, maka kelompok pelatihan scissor jump lebih baik pengaruhnya dibandingkan pelatihan quick leap terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai sebesar 10.50000. Dari hasil analisis data dalam pembahasan disimpulkan bahwa; (1) pelatihan scissor jump dan quick leap berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai. (2) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan scissor jump dan quick leap terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai. (3) pelatihan scissor jump lebih baik daripada pelatihan quick leap terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai.Kata Kunci : scissor jump, quick leap, daya ledak otot tungkai This study aims to know the influence of training scissor jump and a quick leap to increased leg muscle explosive power. The test results one way ANOVA variable leg muscle explosive power between the treatment group and the control group gained Fhitung 21 413 and significance of 0.000 which means there is a difference between the effects of training scissor jump and a quick leap to the explosive power leg muscle. Based on the results of LSD test, the scissor jump training group better influence than training quick leap to increased leg muscle explosive power of 10.50000. From the results of data analysis in the discussion concluded that; (1) training scissor jump and a quick leap to affect the increased leg muscle explosive power. (2) there is a difference between the effects of training scissor jump and a quick leap to increased leg muscle explosive power. Abstract

Penelitian eksperimen ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui pengaruh pelatihan double leg box bound dan alternate leg box bound terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah the non-randomized control. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa putra peserta ektrakurikuler sepak bola SMA Negeri 1 Sidemen berjumlah 43 orang, dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok menggunakan teknik ordinal pairing, yaitu 22 orang diberikan pelatihan double leg box bound, 22 orang diberikan pelatihan alternate leg box bound. Power otot tungkai diukur dengan test vertical jump. Data dianalisis dengan uji F (one way anova) pada taraf signifikansi (α) = 0,05 dengan bantuan program SPSS 16.0. Hasil analisis data pada kelompok perlakuan double leg box bound terjadi peningkatan power otot tungkai sebesar 58,77, pada kelompok perlakuan alternate leg box bound sebesar 61,86. Hasil uji one way anova variable power otot tungkai antara kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok control didapat Fhitung sebesar 8,91 dan signifikasi 0,001 yang berarti terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan double leg box bound dan alternate leg box bound terhadap power otot tungkai. Berdasarkan hasil uji LSD, kelompok pelatihan double leg box bound lebih baik pengaruhnya dibandingkan pelatihan alternate leg box bound terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai sebesar 2,46. Disimpulkan bahwa; (1) pelatihan double leg box bound dan alternate leg box bound berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. (2) terdapat perbedaan pengaruhantara pelatihan double leg box bound dan alternate leg box bound terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. (3) pelatihan double leg box bound lebih baik dari pada alternate leg box bound terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. Kata Kunci : double leg box bound, alternate leg box bound, power otot tungkai. This experimental research aims to know the effect of double leg box bound and alternate leg box bound to increase leg muscle power. The research design with the non-randomized control. The subject were 43 male student participants of volleyball extracurricularin SMAN 1 Sidemenschool, then divided into 2 groups using ordinal pairing techniques, which is 22 male students given double leg box bound, 22 male students given training in alternate leg box bound. Leg muscle power was measured by vertical jump test. The data can be analyzed by F test (one way ANOVA) at a significance level (α) = 0.05 with SPSS 16.0. In the treatment group of double leg box bound howed an increase of leg muscle power as much as 58.77, the treatment group alternate leg box bound as much as 61,86. The test results of Fmeasureof one way ANOVA of leg muscle power between the treatment group and the control group was obtained 8.91 and the significance is 0.000, which means there is a difference between the effects of double leg box bound and alternate leg box bound to the leg muscle power. Based on the test results of LSD, the repetition double leg box bound group have better influence than alternate leg box bound training to increase leg muscle power as much as 2.46. From the results of data analysis in the discussion it can be concluded that; (1) training double leg box bound and alternate leg box bound effecting the increase in leg muscle power. (2) There is a difference between the effects of double leg box bound and alternate leg box bound to increase leg muscle power. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the affect of training push-up against increased muscle strength of the arm pull and push. This type of research was a quasi-experiment with research design using " The Randomized Pre-Test Post-Test Control Group Design". The samples in this study were male of VIII (eight) grade student of SMP N 1 Mengwi in Academic Year 2012/2013 which amounts to 40 people. The research instruments used to test the strength of arm muscle to pull and push is the expanding dynamometer with reliability was 0.9. The data were analyzed by independent t-test at a significance level of 0.05 with SPSS 16,0. Based on the analysis of research data, by the used of independent t-test for strength of arm muscle pull of data obtained a significance value counting that was smaller than the value of α (Sig <0.05) which was equal to 0.044. As for the strength of arm muscle to push resulted significance value that was smaller than the value of α (Sig <0.05) that equal to 0.002. Thus the hypothesis of the research training push-up affected to increase the muscle strength of the arm to pull and push were acceptable. From the results of this study, it could concluded that push-up affected the increased muscle strength of the arm to pull and push.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengengetahui: (1) Apakah pelatihan shooting tiga berpengaruh terhadap ketepatan shooting dalam permainan futsal pada siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler futsal MAN 1 Karangasem , (2) Apakah pelatihan shooting lima berpengaruh terhadap ketepatan shooting dalam permainan futsal pada siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler futsal MAN 1 Karangasem , (3) Apakah ada perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan shooting tiga dan shooting lima terhadap ketepatan shooting dalam permainan futsal pada siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler futsal MAN 1 Karangasem. Jenis penelitian adalah quasi experiment dengan desain “The Non Randomized Control Group Pretest Posttest Design”. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler futsal MAN 1 Karangasem, berusia 15-17 tahun yang berjumlah 30 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes ketepatan shooting dalam permaianan Futsal dari Nurhasan (2001) dengan validitas sebesar 0,839 dan reliabilitas sebesar 0,639. Analisis data menggunakan uji One Way Anova dilanjutkan mencari data yang lebih berpengaruh menggunakan uji LSD dengan taraf signifikansi kurang dari 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara pelatihan shooting tiga dan shooting lima terhadap ketepatan shooting dalam permainan futsal siswa ekstrakurikuler futsal MAN 1 Karangasem, dengan nilai signifikansi 0,006. Dimana pelatihan shooting lima lebih berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan ketepatan shooting menggunakan punggung kaki dilihat dari mean difference uji LSD yaitu sebesar 1,20000*.Kata Kunci : latihan shooting tiga, latihan shooting lima, ketepatan shooting The study was aimed at finding out: (1) Does the three shooting exercises method affect the accuracy of shooting in futsal games on futsal extracurricular students at MAN 1 Karangasem, (2) Does the five shooting exercises method affect the accuracy of shooting in futsal games on futsal extracurricular students at MAN 1 Karangasem, (3) Is there any difference effect between the method of three shooting exercises and five shooting against the accuracy of shooting in futsal games on futsal extracurricular students at MAN 1 Karangasem. This study used quasi-experimental with "The Non Randomized Control Group Pretest Posttest Design". The population of the study was 30 students aged 15-17 years who participated in futsal extracurricular at MAN 1 Karangasem. The instruments used was the accuracy test of shooting in futsal game from Nurhasan (2001) with validity of 0.839 and reliability of 0.639. The data was anlyzed by using One Way Anova and continued to find out the more influential data by using LSD test with a significance level of less than 5%. The results showed that there is difference between the three shooting practice method and five shooting against the accuracy of shooting in futsal games on futsal extracurricular students at MAN 1 Karangasem, with a significance value of 0.006. Abstract

This research refer to  improve the influence of training  plaiometric side jump sprint to speed and strength of muscle. This Research is sham experiment with the device of research of the non randomized control group pretest posttest design. This Subjek Research is extracurricular participant student  football of SMA   N 1 Abiansemal on years leader  2012 / 2013 counted 42 people later;then divided to become 2 group. Speed measured by tes run with quickly 60 metre, while strength of muscle  measured with the instrument of tes leg dynamometer, hereinafter data analysed by uji-t  independent of  level signifikansi 0,05 constructively program SPSS 16,0. Result of  analysis obtained by training of plaiometric of side jump sprint have an effect on to make of speed ( p<0,000). And Training of plaiometric side jump sprint have an effect on to make of strength of muscle  ( p<0,000). That: ( 1) training of plaiometric side jump sprint have an effect on to improve the speed  at extracurricular participant student  football of SMA N 1 Abiansemal on  years leader 2012 / 2013 and ( 2) training of plaiometric side jump sprint have an effect on to improve the strength of muscle  at extracurricular participant student  football of SMA N 1 Abiansemal on years leadre 2012 / 2013. Suggested to athletic perpetrator ( builder, coach, athletic teacher and atlet) by using training of plaiometric side jump sprint as one of the alternative in improving speed and strength of muscle.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan melompati gelang terhadap kekuatan dan daya ledak otot tungkai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu dengan rancangan penelitian the randomized pre-test post-test control group design. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler atletik SMP Ayodhya Pura Selat sebanyak 30 orang kemudian dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok. Kekuatan diukur dengan tes leg dynamometer sedangkan daya ledak otot tungkai diukur dengan tes vertical jump, selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan uji-t independent pada taraf signifikansi 0,05 dengan bantuan program SPSS 16,0. Berdasarkan data penelitian, dengan menggunakan uji-t independent untuk data kekuatan otot tungkai diperoleh nilai signifikansi hitung lebih kecil dari nilai α (Sig < 0,05) yaitu sebesar 0,011. Sedangkan untuk data kekuatan otot tungkai diperoleh nilai signifikansi hitung lebih kecil dari nilai α (Sig < 0,05) yaitu sebesar 0,038. Dengan demikian hipotesis penelitian pelatihan melompati gelang berpengaruh terhadap kekuatan dan daya ledak otot tungkai dapat diterimaKata Kunci : pelatihan melompati gelang, kekuatan, daya ledak otot tungkai This study was aimed at investigating the influence of jump bracelet training on power and strength of leg muscles son student of extracurricular athletic SMP Ayodhya Pura Selat academic year 2013/2014. The study based on an experimental design using a randomized pre-test post-test control group design. Subject were 30 people and power were measured by vertical jump test and strength were measured by leg dynamometer. Data were analyzed by independent t-test at significance level 0,05 using SPSS 16,0. Based on the analysis of data , using independent t-test , independent t-test results for leg muscle explosive power of 2,743 , and independent t-test results for leg muscle strength at 2,172. The result using independent t-test for power of leg muscles showeded significance value count was smaller than a (sig < 0,05) value of 0,011., And than for strength showeded significance value count was smaller than a (sig < 0,05) value of 0,038. The result hipotesis jump bracelet training affects on power and strength of leg mucles accepted. From the results of this study concluded that jump bracelet training effect on improvement bracelet explosive power and leg muscle strength in son student of extracurricular athletics Ayodhya Pura Selat academic year 2013/2014. keyword : jump bracelet training, explosive power, leg muscle strength

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui pengaruh pelatihan lari sprint 60 meter dan hexagonal obstacle sprint terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu dengan rancangan the modified randomized pretest posttest control grop the same subjek design. Sampel penelitian adalah siswi kelas XI SMAN 1 Manggis tahun pelajaran 2012/2013 berjumlah 44 orang, kemudian dibagi menjadi 3 kelompok dengan menggunakan teknik ordinal pairing, yaitu 15 orang diberikan pelatihan lari sprint 60 meter, 15 orang diberikan pelatihan hexagonal obstacle sprint, dan 14 orang kelompok kontrol. Daya ledak otot tungkai diukur dengan test standing broad jump. Data yang di dapat dianalisis dengan uji F (one way anova) pada taraf signifikansi (α) = 0,05 dengan bantuan komputer program SPSS 16.0. Hasil analisis data menunjukan adanya perubahan nilai rata-rata pada variabel daya ledak otot tungkai. Pada kelompok perlakuan lari sprint 60 meter nilai pre-test sebesar 1,31 dan nilai post-test sebesar 1,44 sehingga terjadi peningkatan sebesar 0,13, pada kelompok perlakuan hexagonal obstacel sprint nilai pre-test sebesar 1,31 dan post-test sebesar 1,54 sehingga terjadi peningkatan sebesar 0,23 dan pada kelompok kontrol nilai pre-test sebesar 1,31 dan post-test sebesar 1,39 terjadi peningkatan sebesar 0,8. This study is aimed to know the effect of sprint run training and hexagonal 60-meter sprint obstacle to increase the leg muscle’s explosive power. This research is a quasi experimental design with the modified randomized pretest-posttest control design group the same subject. The sample was a class XI student of SMA N 1 Manggis academic year 2012/2013 consisted of 44 students, divided into 3 groups by using an ordinal pairing, 15 students given a training sprinting 60 meters, 15 hexagonal obstacle given sprint training, and 14 students as the control group. Explosive power of the leg muscles were measured with a standing broad jump test. The data was analyzed using the F test (one way ANOVA) at significance level (α) = 0.05 and assisted by the application of SPSS 16.0. The results of data analysis showed a change in the average value of the variable leg muscle explosive power. In the treatment group 60 meter sprint was 1.31 for the pre-test and was 1.44 for the post-test resulting an enhancement of 0.13, in the treatment group sprint hexagonal obstacle was 1.31 for the pre-test and for the post-test resulting in an enhancement of 1.54 and 0.23 in the control group pre-test value of 1.31 and a post-test of 1.39 an increase of 0.8 . The results of one way ANOVA test explosive leg muscle power variables between the treatment and control groups obtained the F value of 13.338 and 0.000, which means that there is a significance difference between the effect of sprint training and a 60 -meter sprint the hexagonal obstacle explosive of leg muscle power. The result of LSD test showed 9,33 at significance of 0,05 which means that the effect of the hexagonal obstacle sprint training was greater than the 60 meter sprint to the increase of leg muscle explosive power. Based on the result of data collection, it was concluded that: (1) training and sprinting 60 meters sprint hexagonal obstacle affected on the increasing in leg muscle explosive power. (2) There is a difference between the effect of sprint training and a 60-meter sprint hexagonal obstacle to increased leg muscle explosive power. (3) The hexagonal obstacle sprint training is better than 60-meter sprint to the increase in leg muscle explosive power. keyword : 60-meter sprint training, sprint training hexagonal obstacle, explosive leg muscle power.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan lari akselerasi terhadap kelincahan dan vo2maks. Jenis penelitian adalah eksperimen sungguhan dengan rancangan the modified randomized pretest postest control group design. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 32 orang yang ditentukan dengan teknik simple random sampling. Kelincahan di ukur dengan menggunakan tes lari Illinois Agility dan vo2maks dengan tes MFT, selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan bantuan program SPSS 16,0. Hasil analisis data pada pelatihan lari akselerasi untuk kelincahan terjadi peningkatan sebesar 0.6994, sedangkan pelatihan lari akselerasi untuk vo2maks terjadi peningkatan sebesar 1.9213, sedangkan pada kelompok kontrol juga terjadi peningkatan akibat diberikan pelatihan konvensional pada kelincahan terjadi peningkatan 0.3344 dan pada vo2maks terjadi peningkatan 1.2281. Hasil uji t-independent pada variabel kelincahan antara kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol didapat thitung sebesar 12,637, sedangkan Hasil uji t-independent pada variable vo2maks antara kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol didapat thitung sebesar 2,306. Dari hasil analisis data dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa; (1) pelatihan lari akselerasi berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan pada siswa putra kelas VIII SMP N 1 Seririt tahun 2014. (2) pelatihan lari akselerasi berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan vo2maks pada siswa putra kelas VIII SMP N 1 Seririt tahun 2014.Kata Kunci : lari akselerasi, kelincahan, vo2maks This study aims to determine the effect of acceleration on agility training run and VO2max. This type of research is a real experiment with the modified randomized pretest posttest control group design. 32 samples are determined by simple random sampling technique. Agility is measured using a test run with the Illinois Agility and VO2max tests MFT, then the data were analyzed with SPSS 16.0. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh circuit training terhadap kelincahan dan daya ledak otot tungkai. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 40 orang dari populasi 79 orang yang dibagi ke dalam dua kelompok. Kelincahan di ukur dengan menggunakan tes lari illinois agility dan daya ledak otot tungkai dengan tes vertical jump. Data dari kelincahan dan daya ledak otot tungkai didapatkan sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan, selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan bantuan program SPSS 16.0. Deskripsi data menunjukan terjadi peningkatan terhadap kelincahan dan daya ledak otot tungkai. Pada kelincahan kelompok perlakuan terjdai peningkatan sebesar 0,91 (pretest=19.92 dan postes=19.01) dan kelompok kontrol sebesar 0,49 (pretest=19.73 dan postes=19.27). sedangkan pada daya ledak otot tungkai terjadi peningkatan pada kelompok perlakuan sebesar 8,20 (pretest=54.55 dan postes=62.75) dan kelompok kontrol sebesar 3,75 (pretest=55.45 dan postes=59.20). Berdasarkan hasil uji t-independent variabel kelincahan diperoleh nilai signifikansi hitung lebih kecil dari nilai α (Sig < 0,05) yaitu sebesar 0,000 dan variabel daya ledak otot tungkai diperoleh nilai signifikansi hitung lebih kecil dari nilai α (Sig < 0,05) yaitu sebesar 0,00. Dengan demikian hipotesis penelitian “circuit training berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan dan daya ledak otot tungkai” diterima. Dari hasil analisis data dan pembahasan disimpulkan bahwa: (1). Circuit training berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kelincahan pada siswa putra kelas X SMA Laborturium Undiksha. (2). Circuit training berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai pada siswa putra kelas X SMA Laborturium Undiksha. Bagi guru olahraga, pelatih, Pembina serta atlet dapat menggunakan circuit training sebagai salah satu alternatif untuk meningkatkan kelincahan dan daya ledak otot tungkai.Kata Kunci : circuit training, kelincahan, daya ledak This study aimed to investigated the effect on cicrcuit training agility and leg muscle power. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan loncat rebounddan loncat tali terhadap daya ledak otot tungkaidalam permainan bolavoli padasiswa ekstrakurikuler bolavoli. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu dengan rancangan the non-randomized control group pretest posttest design. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 45siswa ekstrakurikuler bolavoli. Daya ledak otot diukur dengan vertical jumpdan data dianalisis dengan uji-F, uji one way anova, dan uji least significant difference (LSD) pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05 dengan bantuan SPSS 16,0.
