Abstract

To diagnose asthma attack we use Weighted Product and TOPSIS method to analyze the data. The lack of Weighted Product for the expert system is there are no cost and benefit for the criteria. We use combined it with TOPSIS to determining an alternative preference based on the ideal positive and ideal negative solution. WP methods have advantages where it has an initial weight which is TOPSIS don’t have. Combining the two methods aims to determine the effectiveness of the method. We use 40 data test on two different experts and compare it with our proposed method in this research. The result shows that, for the first expert, we gain accuracy for Weighted Product, TOPSIS and combined of WP and TOPSIS are 12,5%, 12,5%, and 60% respectively and for the second expert, we gain 30%, 30%, and 70%. Its show that the combined methods are better used compared to the WP and TOPSIS methods.

Abstract

Mobile Ad Hoc Network (MANET) is a network consisting of a group of mobile nodes that don't have a fixed infrastructure. This causes the MANET to be vulnerable to attacks that can interfere with the process of communication and data transmission on the network. One type of attack that can attack the MANET is a wormhole attack. The wormhole is an attack on a network where there are two or more wormhole nodes that are interconnected and work together to attack network traffic or discard data packets it receives. Each wormhole node will be connected to each other using a wormhole link. To prevent wormhole attacks, the method that can be used is the Delay Per Hop Indicator (Delphi) method and the Round Trip Time and Topological Comparison (RTT-TC) method. The Delphi detects wormhole attacks by calculating the delay in each hop from the source node to the destination node. Whereas in the RTT-TC, wormhole attacks are detected by calculating the value of round trip time and topological comparison. The Delphi and RTT-TC methods have their advantages and disadvantages. In this study, it was proposed to combine the Delphi and RTT-TC methods to cover the disadvantage of each method.

Abstract

The wider scope of a network, it cannot be denied that the number of nodes on the network will increase. This of course will affect the performance of the routing protocol used. So it is necessary to do research to determine the performance of the routing protocol used when given the number of routers on the network to be built. In this study the author tries to analyze the comparison of different routing protocols, OSPF and RIPv2 if given variations in the number of routers running on MPLS and without using MPLS Networks in the GNS3 simulator. The research was conducted by simulating networks that have been configured OSPF and RIPv2 routing protocols with MPLS and without MPLS in the GNS3 simulator. Testing is done by taking data as much as ten repetitions by generating UDP packets. In testing given different bandwidth variations. Based on the results of the study, it was found that MPLS technology can improve the performance of the OSPF and RIPv2 routing protocols.

Abstract

Pupuh is a basic of Tembang for someone that can later be used for further learning to a higher level that is Sekar Madya and Sekar Agung. Balinese culture is an important feature to determine the ethnicity identity of a group. Then it should be the Balinese use and preserve Pupuh that has been inherited by the ancestors. The media for Balinese Pupuh learning will be using an Android device with MFCC method. To attract the interest of young peoples to learn Balinese Pupuh, then this Balinese Pupuh learning system based-Android was created. This application will use the sound recorded by Android devices and sent to the Python server for systematic calculations, then returned to the Android devices and will get the correct or wrong answer which according to server calculation. By developing this Balinese Pupuh learning system, expected can help the teachers or Balinese language teachers to teach their students about Balinese Pupuh on a mobile and practical.

Abstract

This paper presents sasak ancient scripts using integral projection and neural network. The purpose of using these two methods is to find out how to work this methods and how much accuracy is obtained in pattern recognition of sasak ancient scripts. The data used is 1260 handwritten image data. Testing is done by knowing the effect of the number of nodes in a hidden layer and the effect of the number of hidden layers in a network. The highest accuracy on average is in the use of 2 hidden layers where 21 nodes for the first hidden layer and 14 nodes for the second hidden layer. The experiment resulted in the obtained accuracy rate of 41.38%.

Abstract

Markerless Augmented Reality (AR) is a technology that combines two-dimensional or three-dimensional virtual objects into a real environment and then projects these virtual objects in real time without the need for a special marker. In this research, the Markerless AR application will be used to simulate room decoration with 3-dimensional objects. This research was built using the Java programming language and using supporting applications namely Android Studio and Wikitude library. Based on the results of testing with the Black-box method, the overall functionality of the application has run well, besides testing also uses the System Usability Scale (SUS) method by giving questionnaires to 20 application users. The results of the System Usability Scale (SUS) test obtained an average score of 73.13. In grouping the SUS percentile score, the value of 73.13 is in Class C, wherein this assessment the application is acceptable and can be used easily by the user.

Abstract

The Mataram municipal government is currently collecting ASNs Data. ASNs is employees working in the municipal government, which reach about 5500 people. As a consequent, the municipal have to spend budget to pay the ASNs salary. This salary is calculated based on ASNs position as well as then grade and class. The class and grade of the ASNs are evaluated based on their performance in completing their task. This evaluation is represented in such form called SKP (Sasaran Kerja Pegawai) that describe ASN work target and completeness. Currently, these forms are presented in Microsoft Excel that susceptible to errors. In this research, we develop a web-based system for the SKP for easy assessing the ASNs performance. Using this system, the ASNs evaluation were recorded in a database the baseline for future evaluation.

Abstract

The At-Taisir method is a memorization method of the Qur'an which was inaugurated in 2018. This method was initiated by Adi Hidayat and implemented a one-page one-day memorization system of the Qur'an. Usually, when memorizing the Qur'an, the memorizer is flexible in choosing the memorization schedule and memorization amount. But in this method, the memorizer has presented a schedule and amount of memorization so that the memorizer becomes more disciplined and bound. Currently, the activity of memorizing the Qur'an with the At-Taisir method is done manually. This study aims to display the At-Taisir method which was previously still in manual form into a mobile application using Android technology with the native application types. This is expected to make the process of memorizing using the At-Taisir method easier to do without having to wait to get the At-Taisir manuscript first. This application is designed with a dynamic display so that if one day the application wants to be developed again, then only need to add the required database. Based on the results of testing carried out the percentage of success of the application reached 85.9%.

Abstract

The population of Mataram City amounted to 362,243 people in December 2008. The increase in population and rapid development caused a reduction in sources of clean water, especially in urban areas. In fish and plant cultivation it requires good water quality so that fish and plants are not exposed to parasites and diseases that cause fish and plants to die. Akuaponik uses water continuously from the maintenance of fish which is then distributed to plants, and then returned to the fish pond. This aquaponics system will be implemented with IoT using microcontrollers, ultrasonic sensors and pH sensors that will provide information through the website. The information will be given in the form of stability in the pH level of the water and the water level in the fish pond. Checking the stability of the pH level of the water and the height of the water is intended to maintain the plant so that it can absorb nutrients optimally from the water. One method that can be used to control pH levels based on water height by adding or reducing water is to create a system that can inform good results using fuzzy logic methods. The implementation of this system will be focused on plants using 2 different types of plants and evaluation carried out is only pattern recognition rather than optimization. To recognize patterns of change and adjust the height and pH of water in aquaponics to remain stable is to implement the concept of IoT and Inference Fuzzy Tsukamoto. The aquaponics system that is made can run well and shows information based on the results of fuzzy calculations.

Abstract

Based on the of tourist visits of West Nusa Tenggara from 2013 to 2017 obtained from Tourism Office of NTB Province the number of tourist visits changes every year. a prediction is needed to estimate the number of tourist visits in the upcoming year to help the government in making policy. The Tourism Office currently estimates the tourist visit based on the events that will be carried out. There are no mathematic calculations in estimations. This study uses Backpropagation to predict the number of tourist visits. Backpropagation is a good and accurate in predicting process involving fluctuating data. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the backpropagation in predicting the number of tourist visits based on the minimum value of the Mean Square Error (MSE). Using a maximum iteration of 1500, learning rate 0.3 and the number of hidden layers 21 produces the minimum MSE value of 0.003901 and the prediction of tourist visits in 2018 has the most tourist arrivals in July 2018 of 465.202 tourists and the lowest visit was in February 2018, which estimated to 236.864 tourists.
