<![CDATA[Recently, market demand in the coal mining industry has increased, so companies need to pay attention to HR productivity as one of the important factors to meet market targets. Company "X" in Kalimantan is one of the coal mining subcontractors that must meet the targets set by the client company. To meet the target, the company needs to know the work engagement that exists in HR. Work engagement has an important role in HR productivity and this work engagement is influenced by psychological capital. The purpose and benefit of this study is to determine the contribution of psychological capital to work engagement in HR in a coal mining subcontracting company. This research method is relational quantitative. Data analysis uses multiple correlations and simple regression. The result of this study is that psychological capital has an influence of 15.4% on work engagement. This means that the influence of psychological capital on work engagement is low and there are still various other variables that influence and are not the focus of this study.]]>

<![CDATA[Residents of Kedondong Village, Sidoarjo Regency experienced psychological problems due to the occurrence of tornado natural disasters that could damage residents' homes and other infrastructure, the occurrence of these natural disasters could cause anxiety to residents and children of Kedondong Village. Therefore, an initial treatment is needed in order to reduce the impact of anxiety that occurs with an intervention, namely with Psychological First Aid (PFA). This study used qualitative descriptive methods and then to obtain information on the impact of the disaster event was carried out by observation and interviews on village officials and residents of Kedondong village, Sidoarjo regency. The results of this study residents who previously experienced an anxiety due to the tornado disaster are now gradually improving after being given the application of Psychological First Aid (PFA).]]>

<![CDATA[Drug addiction is a serious problem in today's society. In this context, the effectiveness of Islamic counseling has emerged as one of the approaches used to help people deal with drug addiction and the legal consequences that may be associated with it. This approach combines behavioristic principles that focus on changing behavior with Islamic religious values and teachings that teach ethics, morality, and social responsibility. In the counseling process, the main focus is on changing behavior through identifying and eliminating negative behaviors related to drug addiction effectively providing holistic and integrated results. Apart from helping drug addicts overcome drug addiction and negative behavior changes, this approach also helps them gain a deeper understanding of Islamic values, ethics and social responsibility. Thus, this counseling provides a strong spiritual foundation for addicts to recover, avoid falling back into drug addiction, and build a life that is more in line with Islamic values.]]>

<![CDATA[Adolescents with high subjective well being will experience life satisfaction and experience joy more often, and rarely experience unpleasant emotions, such as sadness and anger. Adolescents with high subjective well being will tend to have emotions that are always positive which in the end all life problems and developmental tasks can be resolved properly. This study aims to determine the effect of the relationship between emotion regulation and subjective well being in adolescents who live in boarding schools. The variables of this study are emotion regulation as the independent variable (X) and subjective well being as the dependent variable (Y). This research design uses a correlational approach with a sample of 108 students, using probability sampling technique with simple random sampling type. This research instrument is the Satisfaction With Life Scale (SWLS) and Scale of Positive An Negative Experience (SPANE) with Cronbach's Alpha reliability of 0.877 to measure subjective well being. The Emotional Regulation Questionnaire (ERQ) with Cronbach's Alpha reliability of 0.730 to measure emotion regulation. Data analysis in this study used Pearson product moment correlation. The results of data analysis show that there is no significant relationship between emotion regulation and subjective well being in adolescents at boarding schools with a sig value. 0,383 (p<0,05).]]>

<![CDATA[The problem in this study is low self-confidence among members of the theater community in East java with various categories such as nervousness, doubt, anxiety, lack of feeling in the process, lack of mastery of the stage when acting out a script, lack of knowledge about stage blocking, less able to build chemistry with the opponent playing the script. This study aims to find out the result of the relationship between self-actualization and self-confidence in theater communities in East Java. Confidence can lead to the belief that within a person has the ability. The research method uses correlational. Colleting data using a questionnaire with a population of 1700 members and respondents used as many as 289 members. Sampling used accidental sampling, wich was quted by Sugiyono (2019). The reliability test uses the Alpha Cronbach method with a standard > 0.9. the analysis technique uses simple linier regression with the help of JASP 0.16. the result of the study show that there is a positive and significant relationship to self-actualization with self-confidence getting a score of 73 %.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to find out the description of the altruistic behavior of the junior high school guidance and counseling teachers in Pasuruan Regency which is based on the existence of altruistic behavior problems of the junior high school guidance and counseling teachers in Pasuruan Regency. This research is a quantitative research with a descriptive design, to provide an overview of a symptom or phenomenon regarding the altruistic behavior of counseling teachers. The sampling technique in this study used the Issac & Michael table at an error rate of 5% of the Counseling Teacher population with a sample of 105 teachers from a total population of 146 teachers. Data analysis to test the assumptions in this study used the Pearson product moment correlation with the help of the JASP program version 0.16 for windows. The results in this study showed that 80% of the altruistic behavior of counseling guidance teachers was classified as moderate and 20% was classified as low and the aspect that dominated their altruistic behavior was the Helper.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the gap between the evaluation performance of the Guidance and Counseling (BK) teacher counseling program at the junior high school level in Lampung with predetermined standards. This research uses the type of field research where the research is carried out by going directly to the field to get the actual data. The research design is qualitative in nature where the aim is to describe facts or phenomena between elements of systematic and objective events. The population of junior high school counseling teachers in Lampung. Based on the analysis of the results of the evaluation of the counseling program for junior high school counseling teachers in Lampung, it still needs to be improved. The results of this study recommend counselors to improve the quality of the implementation of the counseling program, so that it can have a positive influence on students.]]>

<![CDATA[Prosocial behavior is very important and must be owned by every teenager. The research objective is to determine the relationship between interpersonal intelligence, gratitude, and prosocial behavior. Where currently many teenagers have low prosocial behavior. Meanwhile, this prosocial behavior will have a positive impact on both oneself and others, especially during the adolescent phase when they begin to adapt and establish good relationships with other people or a new environment. The population of this study was high school students of school X with a total of 760 and a sample of 254 students. The technique for taking samples is purposive sampling technique. Research data collection techniques using interpersonal intelligence scale, gratitude, and prosocial behavior. To find out the relationship between interpersonal intelligence and gratitude variables with prosocial behavior variables, we used the product moment correlation statistical method with the help of SPSS 25. This study produced a significant positive relationship between interpersonal intelligence and prosocial behavior, and gratitude with prosocial behavior, namely (p) 0.000 <0.05. In this study the results of the correlation test between interpersonal intelligence and gratitude towards prosocial behavior also have a significant positive relationship. It is hoped that this research can provide information to future researchers and school agencies to improve prosocial behavior because it is important for the stage or phase of its development.]]>

<![CDATA[Cyber Aggression is a behavior where individuals hurt others in cyberspace. This research is intended to examine the relationship between Celebrity Worship and Cyber Aggression in early adult Kpop fans on the Twitter Platform. The research method is quantitative correlation and the data analysis uses Pearson r correlation through JASP with measuring instruments, namely the Celebrity Worship scale with Cyber Aggression. The result of this study indicates that there is a significant relationship between Celebrity worship and Cyber Aggression. Celebrity Worship and Cyber Aggression, obtaining result (r=0,287, p<0,001) this shows that there is a positive relationship between Celebrity Worship and Cyber Aggression. Shows a very significant positive relationship between Cyber Aggression and Celebrity Worship, which means that the higher the value of a person’s Celebrity Worship, the higher of the Cyber Aggression. Then the higher of Cyber Aggression he/she has or vice versa lower of the Celebrity Worship value. The lower of the Celebrity Worship value, is the lower of the Cyber Aggression he/she has.]]>

<![CDATA[The application of andragogy principles in learning guidance and counseling is an interesting research subject in order to increase the effectiveness of the learning process for adult counselees. This study aims to explore and analyze the application of Andragogy principles in the context of tutoring and counseling, as well as to identify the benefits resulting from this application. The research method used is a literature review. The results of the study show that the application of andragogy principles in study guidance and counseling provides a number of benefits for adult counselees. This study provides insights for counselors in designing and implementing effective and relevant interventions for adult counselees. By utilizing the principles of andragogy, counselors can create a learning environment that supports, motivates, and empowers adult counselees to achieve their learning goals]]>
