Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pengolahan Keripik Salak Pondoh di Kelompok Tani Bangun Suruhan dan nilai tambah menggunakan metode Hayami pada Keripik Salak Pondoh Organik. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Maret-Juni 2022. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 24 petani salak pondoh organik, 5 pedagang pengepul, 1 pengolah keripik salak pondoh organik, 2 pedagang pengecer. Pengolahan Keripik Salak Pondoh Organik yang dilakukan oleh kelompok tani bangun suruhan yaitu pembersihan, pengirisan, pencucian, pembekuan, penggorengan, penirisan minyak dan pengemasan untuk usaha pengolahan Keripik Salak Pondoh Organik di Kelompok Tani Bangun Suruhan bernilai tambah sedang 28,29%, yang dalam standar Metode Hayami memiliki nilai rasio berkisar antara 15-40%.

Abstract

Program Pekarangan Pangan Lestari (P2L) merupakan upaya untuk meningkatkan ketersediaan, aksesibilitas dan pemanfaatan pangan bagi rumahtangga sesuai dengan kebutuhan pangan yang beragam, bergizi seimbang dan aman serta berorientasi pasar untuk meningkatkan pendapatan rumahtangga. Dalam rangka mencapai upaya tersebut kegiatan (P2L) dilakukan melalui pendekatan pengembangan pertanian berkelanjutan (sustainable agriculture), pemanfaatan sumberdaya local (local wisdom), pemberdayaan masyarakat (community engagement) dan berorientasi pasar (go to market). Tujuan dari penelitian yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan keragaan Kelompok Wanita Tani, menganalisis pola pendapatan KWT dan menganalisis peran anggota KWT dalam program pekarangan pangan lestari di Kecamatan Bogor Selatan Kota Bogor. Metode analisis data yang digunakan ialah analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasi penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Anggota Kelompok Wanita Tani berdasarkan umur sangat produktif, pendidikan anggota KWT ini lebih dominan lulusan sekolah dasar (SD), pengalaman bertani anggota KWT rata-rata kurang berpengalaman dan berdasarkan luas lahan mempunyai tipe 54-60 (120m²) dengan kategori halaman usahatani luas. Luas lahan untuk usahatani masuk dalam kategori rendah; (2) Pendapatan bersih atas biaya tunai Kelompok Wanita Tani Sereh Wangi sebesar Rp. 350.000, Bina Tani sebesar Rp. 1.395.000 dan Kertamulya sebesar Rp. 590.000. Pendapatan bersih atas bisaya total Kelompok Wanita Tani Sereh Wangi sebesar Rp. 262.000, Bina Tani sebesar Rp. 1.307.000 dan Kertamulya sebesar Rp. 153.520. Kontribusi KWT terhadap pendapatan keluarga sangat rendah yaitu sebesar 1,07 %. (3) Peran Kelompok Wanita Tani dalam sosial budaya, lingkungan hidup dan peran dalam program pekarangan pangan lestari (P2L) dapat dikatakan dengan skor 3,43-4,23 dan hasil penilaian 3.50

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a company's commitment to participate in economic Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a company's commitment to participate in economic development that adjusts the achievement of economic performance with social and environmental performance. CSR is expected to have an impact on the welfare of the community after receiving the program from the company. Tanon Hamlet, Ngrawan Village is one of the recipients of the CSR program of PT. Astra International through the Kampung Berseri Astra (KBA) program. From the observations, the CSR program has had an impact on the community. However, there is no research that proves the truth. This study aims to: 1) knowing the implementation of the CSR program provided by PT. Astra International towards the whole community and village government. 2) knowing the impact of the CSR program of PT. Astra International towards the welfare of society. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data were obtained by conducting in-depth interviews with KBA managers, village heads, and communities receiving CSR programs. Test the validity of the data using technical triangulation and source triangulation. The results showed that the implementation of CSR consisted of Stage I, Stage II, Stage III, Stage IV, Stage V and 4 pillars consisting of: pillars of education, pillars of health, pillars of environment and pillars of entrepreneurship and evaluation; evaluation and rewards. In the implementation, it has fulfilled the triple bottom line concept. CSR PT. Astra International has a positive impact on people's welfare.

Abstract

Pabrik Mini Chokato merupakan salah satu industri di Kota Payakumbuh yang telah mampu memproduksi berbagai macam produk lanjutan dari kakao. Pabrik Mini Chokato saat ini produksi pabrik masih dalam skala kecil, sehingga permintaan produk dengan skala besar pabrik belum dapat mengimbanginnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis keadaan bauran pemaaran produk olahan kakao, mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor lingkungan internal dan eksternal yang menjadi peluang dan ancaman serta kekuatan dan kelemahan, dan merumuskan alternatif strategi bagi kegiatan pemasaran produk Pabrik Mini Chokato. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu, analisis deskriptif dan analisis tiga tahap formulasi strategi. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah matriks IFE, matriks EFE, matriks IE, matriks SWOT, dan AHP. Hasil analisis matriks IFE Pabrik Mini Chokato memiliki empat kekuatan dan lima kelemahan, dan pada matriks EFE Pabrik Mini chokato memiliki lima peluang dan empat ancaman. Berdasarkan hasil analisis matriks IE, Pabrik Mini Chokato berada pada posisi tumbuh dan bina. Berdasarkan analisis matriks SWOT didapatkan enam alternatif strategi. Prioritas strategi yang dihasilkan dari analisis hirarki proses adalah merencanakan volume produksi yang lebih optimal agar total biaya produksi efisien sehingga meminimalkan resiko dan harga dapat bersaing di pasar.

Abstract

Horticulture is the agricultural subsector that is mostly occupied by farmers, this can be seen from the amount of land use for horticulture which is more dominant than other agricultural subsectors, according to the Department of Agriculture and food security, the horticulture sector has a planting area of ​​6449,758 hectares with a total area of ​​6449,758 hectares. As many as 71 horticultural commodities are cultivated, Batu City is one of the areas in East Java that relies on the agricultural sector for its economic development, but Batu City does not yet have a clear picture of the specifications for leading commodities, especially the horticulture sub-sector. The analytical tool that can be used to determine base and non-base commodities is Location Quotient (LQ) analysis, while the tool used to classify the growth of each commodity can use Shift Share Analysis (SSA), then the results of the two analyzes are combined with the Batu City geographic map using the technique Overlay so as to produce a map of Batu City's leading commodities. With the focus of research on every sub-district in Batu City, this is because the sub-district is an integral part of the city.

Abstract

Sago is a native Indonesian plant that has the potential to be developed as a food and non-food source because it has several advantages, namely high starch content, resistance to climate change, being able to grow and adapt to marginal environments. Sustainability of sago plantation management must meet environmental, economic, social and institutional aspects. The purpose of this study is to identify the dynamics in the development of sago plantations and forms of local wisdom that can support the development of sustainable sago plantations. The research method used is a qualitative approach with Systematic Literature Review (SLR). The results of article review show that the development of sago plantations faces constraints of low productivity and unsustainability from social, economic, environmental culture and institutional aspects. Meanwhile in the community there are local wisdom sago management practices that have a positive effect on the five aspects of sustainability. However, previous study is still partial and does not focus on the sago plantation sector. Research questions about how to develop sustainable sago plantations based on comprehensive local wisdom is the novelty that are offered to be answered in future research.

Abstract

In the context of regional development, regional development directions are needed based on the availability of resources, so that regional development directions can be directed and run well. In general, the goals of regional development are equity, economic growth, and sustainability so that the region can develop to the desired level. The ability to take advantage of the potential planning resources available in the region is a way of developing a region based on regional potential. One of the solutions in regional development is the development of superior commodities, with the intention that these commodities can support regional economic growth and people's welfare. The purpose of this study was to identify and determine the superior commodities of the plantation sub-sector in Rokan Hulu Regency and to determine the location of the superior production of the plantation sub-sector in Rokan Hulu Regency. Leading commodities are determined based on analysis of Sectoral Contribution Index (SCI), Growth Ratio Model (GRM), Dynamic Location Quotient (DLQ), Location Quotient (LQ) and Composite Indeks (CI). Meanwhile, plantations in plantation sub-sector superior production areas are carried out using a Geographic Information System with Hot Spot analysis Getis-Ord Gi*. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that the leading commodities in the plantation sector in Rokan Hulu Regency are rubber and palm oil. Hot Spot analysis shows the location of the leading area, namely in North Tambusai District. The results of this study are expected to be input in determining the superior commodities of plantation estates and the development of agropolitan areas in Rokan Hulu Regency.

Abstract

Cabai merupakan salah satu jenis sayuran yang ditanam secara komersial di daerah tropis. Sebagian besar kegunaanya dikonsumsi rumah tangga dan diekspor. Kebutuhan konsumsi masyarakat Indonesia terhadap cabai terus meningkat, pada tahun 2017 produksi cabai 1,206.265 ton dan meningkat pada tahun 2018 sebesar 1.206.750 ton. Namun harga cabai sering mengalami fluktuasi (BPS,2020). Harga cabai yang sangat fluktuatif, dikarenakan adanya pengaruh permintaan dan penawaran di pasar. Dari sisi penawaran, proses penyediaan produksi dan distribusi cabai belum sepenuhnya dikuasai petani, hal ini sangat berpengaruh terhadap harga jual cabai. Harga jual cabai yang naik dan tinggi berdampak terhadap kesejahteraan petani. Indikator untuk mengukur kesejahteraan petani adalah dengan Nilai Tukar Petani (NTP), yang sangat dipengaruhi oleh penerimaan petani dan pengeluaran (pangan dan non pangan). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Nilai Tukar Petani cabai, dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi nilai tukar petani cabai pada masa pandemi covid-19. Metode analisis data yang digunakan ialah analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, 1) Petani yang memiliki NTP > 100 adalah 16 petani cabai, sedangkan yang memiliki NTP < 100 sebanyak 21 petani cabai, dengan perkataan lain sebanyak 16 petani cabai yang sejahtera pada masa pandemic covid-19, dengan rata-rata nilai tukar petani 95,95.; 2) Faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai tukar petani cabai (NTP) secara parsial adalah Luas Lahan, Produktivitas, dan Harga Jual cabai. Sedangkan secara bersama-sama semua variabel dalam penelitian ini berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai tukar petani cabai dengan nilai R square 0,764

Abstract

This study aims to find out the characteristics of the Bogor City Peasant Women's Group (KWT), find out the level of performance of the Bogor City KWT, and find out the factors that affect the performance of the Bogor City KWT. This study was conducted in March - April 2022. This research was carried out in Bogor City, namely at KWT Berkah MBR-Katulampa Bogor Timur, KWT Karya Cilendek Bogor Barat, KWT Sereh Wangi Genteng Bogor Selatan, KWT Nusa Indah Tegal Gundil Bogor Utara, KWT Srikandi Tanah Sereal. The respondents in this study were 35 respondents. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS. The characteristics of respondents were seen from age, land area, land status, education level, experience, and membership period. The level of performance in this study by looking at the function of the farmer group (a medium / learning vehicle, cooperation vehicle, and business unit) is relatively high (average score is 55,76). Simultaneously or Test F together indicates that there is an influence with the value of F Calculate > F Table which is 121,979 > 2.53. The results of the T-test (Partial) variable X which influences the Variable Y (Performance) are X1 (Experience), X2 (Level of Education), and X4 (Counseling). A multiple linear regression equation is Y = 26,203 + 1,185 X1 + 0.110 X2 + 0.272 X3 + 0.885 X4 + 0.547 X5.

Abstract

Tea is a drink that is quite popular all over the world after coffee. The large number of companies engaged in tea production makes the competition very fierce. PT. Perkebunan Tambi Wonosobo is a company that focuses on tea that produces various types of tea, namely black tea, green tea, and fragrant tea. The intense competition in the tea industry demands PT. Perkebunan Tambi Wonosobo to carry out business development. This study aims to identify the business model of PT. Perkebunan Tambi Wonosobo the current is evaluating and designing business model updates with the Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach. The method used is qualitative with descriptive analysis, there were 5 participants in this study from the internal party of PT. Perkebunan Tambi Wonosobo, namely Assistant Director, Head of Production Section, Head of Marketing Section, Head of Finance, and Head of HR & General Affairs Section who are purposively elected. Data were obtained through interviews using interview and observation guides. The data obtained will be carried out triangulation tests, namely source triangulation and engineering triangulation. The analysis method uses BMC. The results showed: of the nine BMC elements contained in PT. Perkebunan Tambi Wonosobo is already doing well, but the company has not taken advantage of technological advances in reaching and marketing its products. The recommended business model update for PT. Perkebunan Tambi Wonosobo's in the future is use of digital marketing, sales through e-commerce, creation of digital marketing systems, product updates, promotion through social media, and customer expansion.
