Abstract

Research aim: To test how the role of knowledge sharing as a mediator influences perceptions of organizational support on the innovation behaviour of Batik SMEs in Jember Regency Design/ Method/ Approach: The research method uses quantitative data by using the MSI (Successive Interval Method) data transformation method with path analysis techniques (path analysis) Research Findings: significant influence of perceived organizational support variables on innovative behaviour, both directly and indirectly, through knowledge sharing variables. The direct effect coefficient is 0.564, while the indirect effect coefficient is 0.247. This shows that the three hypotheses prepared are acceptable because they are proven significant. Theoretical Contribution/ Originality: The conceptual framework proposed in this model is an adaptation and synthesis of various previous research findings. Therefore this study conceptually emerges a new model in which knowledge sharing is treated as a mediating variable in mediating the effect of perceived organizational support on innovation behaviour. Practitionel/Policy implication : For MSME managers and related agency policymakers, find out how the role of knowledge-sharing mediator variables mediates the influence of perceptions of organizational support to take appropriate actions to increase the innovative behaviour of Batik MSMEs. Through this research, two important things will be obtained. They were first able to find out how to implement knowledge sharing in Batik MSMEs, which have competency advantages to increase innovative behaviour. Second, know how to increase the perception of organizational support by implementing knowledge-sharing practices in Batik SMEs. Research Limitations: The selection of research variables led to sampling criteria adjusted to research needs, so not all batik UMKM employees in Jember Regency became the research sample. Abstract

Research aim : This study aims to measure digital marketing and brand image that can affect the purchase intention of pure flavored implant products (Sura's). Design/Methode/Approach : This study uses a survey research model Research Finding : The results of the study show that digital marketing and brand image have a significant effect on purchase intention. Theoretical contribution/Originality : This research also proves that digital-based marketing activities through Marketpalce and social media are very effective during the pandemic. Practitionel/Policy implication : digital marketing and brand image play a role in increasing sales. to increase the sales intention of these products, the management must improve digital marketing. Research limitation : This research only focuses on two variables, namely digital marketing and brand image.

Abstract

Research aim : This study aims to present or explain the results of a critical review of economic and financial theory used for the National Economic Recovery strategy. Design/Methode/Approach : This study uses a qualitative model with a literature study approach. Research Finding : The digital economy and ecosystem supported by increased financial inclusion are able to accelerate the acceleration of the National Economic Recovery. Theoretical contribution/Originality : This research is also a follow-up study that proves that the financial stimulus of the creative industry sector has shifted to the digital economy with increased financial inclusion in it. Practitionel/Policy implication : Aspects in the digital economy (people, economic, and governance) are one unit to support PEN. Research limitation : The limitation of this research lies in the object of research which is only devoted to PEN in Indonesia, not the ASEAN region.

Abstract

Research aim : This study aims to test the Quality of Moodle Borneo E-Learning (BEL) which includes Service Quality, Student Quality and Lecturer Quality on Perceived Satisfaction, Perceived Usefulness and Benefits based on the E-learning System Success Evaluating Model for active BEL users Design/Methode/Approach : This research uses a quantitative approach with non-probability sampling method and the technique used is Quota Sampling. To determine the number of samples, the hair formula was used which determined that the sample consisted of 280 University of Borneo students who had used BEL. The data analysis method used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with the help of the SmartPLS program. Research Finding : The results showed that the variables of Service Quality, Student Quality and Lecturer Quality had a positive and significant effect on satisfaction and usability. And the Satisfaction and Usefulness Variables also have a positive and significant effect on benefits. Theoretical contribution/Originality : It is hoped that this research can provide insight and knowledge as well as provide information to researchers and academics regarding the analysis of the quality of BEL application service quality using the EESS model. Practitionel/Policy implication : The results of this study are used as input for the Borneo Tarakan University's LP3M, so that in the future it can improve the quality and quality of BEL so that in the future students will be more comfortable doing online learning with BEL. Research limitation : In this study it only focuses on evaluating the quality of using the BEL application but only looks at it from the perspective of students at the University of Borneo Tarakan. And also focuses on the EESS conceptual model which includes only social factors, namely Service Quality, Learner Quality, Instructor Quality. sitive and significant effect on benefits

Abstract

Research aim : This research aimed to develop a technology acceptance model based on innovation and marketing perspective on ride-hailing services application. Design/Methode/Approach : This research is an explanatory quantitative research that use a primary data which collected from 303 ride-hailing services application users with questionnaire. The methods were used in this research is SEM - neural network methods. SEM is used to analysis the significant of effect of independent variable on dependent variable while neural network is used to identify the most importance independent variable on explaining dependent variable. Research Finding : First, the SEM analysis result shows that relative advantage, price, promotion and distribution have an impact on user satisfaction. In intention to use variable furthermore, The only influencing variables are user satisfaction and distribution. Second, the results of neural network analysis on user satisfaction model shows that promotion is the most importance variable in explaining user satisfaction with followed by relative advantage, price and distribution. In neural network model of intention to use, user satisfaction is the most importance variable with followed by distribution. Theoretical contribution/Originality : With the results of this study it can be said that there is an integration of aspects of innovation and marketing in explaining application user acceptance. Practitionel/Policy implication : This research can be one of the considerations for the management of online transportation services to make a decision related to the service quality development, especially from the aspect of customer-based innovation and marketing. Research limitation : The limitations in this study are limited to use of neural networks as a machine learning method and conceptual aspects of innovation and marketing in explaining application user acceptance.

Abstract

Research aim : This study aims to test soft skills and hard skills and competencies to determine job readiness in the industrial era 4.0 in generation z students at public and private universities in the city of Semarang. Design/Methode/Approach : The sample technique used was proportional random sampling. Data collected using a survey method using a questionnaire. This study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) data analysis techniques which are operated using the AMOS 24 program. Research Finding : Hard Skills have a direct effect on Work Readiness in the industrial era 4.0. 2) Soft Skills have a direct effect on Work Readiness in the industrial era 4.0. 3) Hard Skills have no effect on Work Readiness in the industrial era 4.0 through Competence as a mediating variable. 4) Soft Skills have an indirect effect on work readiness in the industrial era 4.0 through competence as a mediating variable. Theoretical contribution/Originality : Generation Z students can be well received in the world of work, and are able to succeed in the world of work, apart from the hard skills they have, of course from the soft skills they have. Practitionel/Policy implication : The practical implications of this research have the potential to prove that high curiosity in seeking knowledge, experience and enthusiasm is important to compete in preparing to work in the industrial era 4.0. Research limitation : This research was only conducted by students in the city of Semarang and research is still limited to a short time or data using cross-sectional data.

Abstract

Research aim: This mobile application development aims to directly connect local agricultural producers to their buyers without any intermediary party in order to keep the selling costs minimum. Design/Methode/Approach: Rapid Application Development method with User Oriented are used in this research, which allows a relatively short development time and supports a more intense interaction with the related stakeholders. Research Finding: This research finds that simplification of transactions and more exposure through this application is very important. Theoretical contribution/Originality: This application has unique functions and interfaces that are designed as simple as possible to be easily operated by local agricultural producers, even with minimum digital literacy level. Practitionel/Policy implication: This implicated on application speed factor, data transmission size, and minimum hardware requirements are also the main criterias on which this application development is based. The result is a new and unique mobile application which is easy to use, does not consume too much internet quota, and supports older smartphones which are very beneficial for stakeholder. Research limitation: However system limitations such as integration with digital payment, rating systems, and recommendation systems still not covered yet.

Abstract

Research aim : This research aims to design a web-based movable asset maintenance information system as a company's effort to implement strategic performance management. Design/Method/Approach : This research method uses the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with the use of the waterfall model. In addition, the analysis and design of the system in this research uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML), the PIECES method to identify problems, and Blackbox Testing as a test of the suitability of the system's functionality. Research Finding : The results of this study indicate that the functional requirements of the web-based movable asset maintenance information system are following the company's functional requirements based on testing through black box testing. Theoretical contribution/Originality : This research is expected to increase knowledge in the field of web-based information system design technology. Practitionel/Policy implication : The implementation of strategic performance management through a web-based movable asset maintenance information system has an impact on the digital transformation of the company's activity procedures, the performance of the company's activity procedures which is increasing, data management is carried out centrally, the negative impact of security is reduced, and excellent service is increasing. Research limitation : The object of the research is in the Pertamina Patra Niaga, Sultan Syarif Kasim II Pekanbaru Aircraft Filling Depot. In addition, this research is limited to the design of a web-based movable asset maintenance information system.

Abstract

Research aim : The purpose of this study is to present a solution in the form of a web-based system with the Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) method approach to provide convenience in the employee selection process at CV. Bee Digital Prestasi Nusantara. Design/Methode/Approach : The Multi Attribute Utility Theory method approach provides a solution in the form of recommendations for the final results of the selection process which is carried out by conducting an assessment through several alternatives and sub-alternatives multiplied by the weight that has been determined by the company. The method approach was divided into several stages: (1) Submissions and Tests (2) Calculation of Values, Criteria and Weights (3) Ranking. Research Finding: The application of the MAUT method can provide effective decisions on the recruitment of prospective employees accepted by the company. The experimental results from the research showed that using MAUT method is able to speed up the recruitment process and can quickly determine prospective employees who match the company's criteria compared to conventional methods. Theoretical contribution/Originality : This research result showed that theoretically, MAUT method supports the employee selection process Practitionel/Policy implication : The practical implication is that the attributes used in the selection process support the company in getting employees that match their needs Research limitation : This method has limitations, namely the range of values is still static. Abstract

The globalization has an impact on socia life so that lifestyle changes occur. The entry of foreign products and hedonic behavior to obtain a quality of life is a form of influence of globalization. Quality of life has an important role in the current consumer phenomenon. This study aims to determine the effect of hedonic value and eudaimonic value on the quality of life, which in turn will affect consumer behavior. This research is included in quantitative research with data collection techniques using questionnaires in google form. The results in this study indicate that hedonic value and eudaimonic value have a significant influence on the quality of life of consumers, which in turn has a significant influence on purchasing behavior. The results of this study indicate that someone buys Starbucks products with hedonic value and eudaimonic value needs to achieve quality of life, which in turn can affect their buying behavior.
