<![CDATA[This activity aims to help SMP Negeri 8 Tangerang Selatan that has the desire to shape the character of its students in aspect of language use. Nowadays, many cases of the impolite language in social media make a quite bad impact to its users. One effect that can be seen immediately is that the users can get into a trouble because of the language that they use. The use of this impolite language occurs because there is a lack of awareness of social media users about patterns of language politeness and the negative impacts that occur when the practice of language impoliteness is done, especially for users at an early age, so that the activities carried out are aimed at stimulating media users social especially young social media users so that they are aware of how to use polite language on social media properly and correctly. The hope to be achieved is the completion of this activity the students at SMP Negeri 8 Tangerang Selatan can apply polite language when using social media and avoid using inappropriate language so that they avoid legal issues, especially if the use of this impolite language used for harassment or insulting others, so students can sort and think when they will comment or write something on their social media.]]>

<![CDATA[The Community Partnership Program that we propose is expected to help communities and farmer groups in Karang Jaya Village in the production, business management and marketing of liquid organic fertilizer, compost and paitan leaf organic pesticides (Tithonia diversifolia). To create business opportunities, training and assistance is given to farmer groups in production, business management and marketing of liquid organic fertilizers, organic pesticides and paitan leaf compost. The activities that we undertake to achieve these objectives are by using methods of observation, socialization, training and continued with direct practice and assistance in production, business management and product marketing. The results of the Community Partnership Program that have been implemented are partners having knowledge about the dangers of using chemical fertilizers and chemical pesticides for health and the environment, knowing the business opportunities of paitan plants by processing them into liquid organic fertilizer, organic pesticides and compost. Partners also have the knowledge and skills in creating, packaging, marketing and managing business products that are produced. Availability of supporting tools that will facilitate partners in producing liquid organic fertilizer, organic pesticides and compost.]]>

<![CDATA[This program aims to help the Menuran Village community in the development and development of tourism potential in the river tray, Menuran Village is a group of people who are able to interact and work together in empowering existing potential so as to be able to make innovations as a tourist village, use and use of land as a tourist village location in Baki Subdistrict, Sukoharjo Regency needs to be improved. The problem faced by the community at this time is the lack of training in the use of technology, improvement of facilities and infrastructure around the site. Therefore it is necessary to conduct training and group guidance in developing tourism potential in the Baki River. To achieve this goal the method used is socialization and training and improvement of facilities and infrastructure in the form of health sanitation facilities and the provision of tourist boats. The result of this activity is the formation of a river tourism village in Menuran, in addition partners also have more knowledge in the world of tourism and the community is more creative in managing the potential of the river as an educational tourist attraction. The results of this activity also formed the river tourism village so that it can be used as income for the community in meeting their daily needs and for the community to always maintain and maintain the river to look more beautiful.]]>

<![CDATA[Education on the importance of taxes and awareness of paying taxes is part of the Directorate General of Tax's strategy to increase state revenue, which in turn will be returned to the public. Another form of education that has begun to be developed is a collaboration program with the community in the field of education by cooperating with tertiary institutions with the Tax Volunteer program which is part of community service. The method of implementing Community Service follows the rules set by the Directorate General of Taxes, which mainly involves coaching in the form of training and assistance to the community. The expected goal is to provide assistance to the public in reporting the SPT OP in 2019. The PKM team placed at KPP Surakarta has provided assistance to OP taxpayers both at the KPP Surakarta and direct picup action by visiting the taxpayer's work location.]]>

<![CDATA[The rapid progress of science and technology in the era of globalization has also impacted on the importance of a teacher and education staff in improving their performance and abilities so as to realize true professionalism. Teachers and education staff must equip themselves with knowledge that can support their work well, one of which is the ability in the field of information technology. For this reason the need for teachers and education personnel to always follow training / guidance on computer application programs that can support their work, one of which is Microsoft Visio. The advantages of this application are that the tools are very easy to understand, how to use them easily, more choices of images, 3-dimensional images are quite interesting, can be added with add-ins. In connection with this, the Mathematics Education Study Program of the University of PGRI Palembang carries out Community Service Activities (PPM) which are packaged in the form of training on the use of the Visio program for learning and school administration. Activities carried out in 3 stages: preparation, implementation and reflection. From these activities practical modules and positive responses from the participants have been produced, so this activity is very useful and is expected to be carried out again.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of training using the schoology learning management system is practice mathematica teacher skills in Musi Rawas High School in using internet based learning Learning Management System using the Schoology web application to help the process of learning mathematics. e-learning on the internet can help teachers distribute material to students by interacting online. This can make it easier for teachers to deliver all material, practice exercises and evaluations that are usually done in class in the form of files that can be accessed by students through a variety of devices including mobile phones outside of face-to-face learning. Learning management training activities system-schoology for teachers at MGMP mathematics high school covering stages: 1) socialization LMS-Schoology 2), training material 3), discussion and 4) evaluation stage end and the provision of the survey to find out a response teacher. The results of the teacher's response to training activities in an effort to improve the skills of designing and using technology and information in mathematics learning are 62% of teachers answered strongly agree, 38% of teachers answered agree. This assistance is expected to provide added value to knowledge for teachers and produce the product of e-learning which can be implemented easily and can also be accessed anytime and anywhere.]]>

<![CDATA[This dedication activity was carried out in Pusri Junior High School (SMP Pusri) of Palembang and PGRI Palembang University in May - July 2019. Pusri Junior High School plans to send representatives of its students to participate in the Olimpiade Penelitian Siswa Indonesia (OPSI) in 2019 organized by the Directorate of Junior High School Ministry of Education and Culture Development. But the school experienced problems in terms of research assistance and writing of research results in the form of scientific work / scientific articles. This is due to the lack of equipment owned by schools and the lack of teacher's ability in writing scientific papers. The object of devotion is the Pusri Junior High School students participating in the “Pengembangan Diri (PD)” activities of 3 people (1 group). The mentoring activities are focused on research assistance until data and analysis are obtained as well as writing research results in the form of scientific articles. The dedication activity ended after the creation of scientific papers in accordance with the provisions of OPSI 2019 and Pusri Junior High School student representatives can register to be OPSI 2019 participants. The mentoring process can be completed on time and the Pusri Junior High School student representatives can register as 2019 OPSI participants in August 2019 and the difficulties of the school can be resolved.]]>

<![CDATA[Pengabdian masyarakat merupakan salah satu bagian Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Pengabdian pada masyarakat bertujuan memberikan motivasi kepada para guru Pondok Pesantren Mazroillah untuk menyusun sendiri bahan ajar sesuai degan kebutuhan peserta didik dan guru yang memiliki kualitas baik. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ditujukan kepada para guru di Pondok Pesantren Mazroillah yang terdiri atas: guru bahasa Indonesia, Matematika, Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial, Sejarah, PPKN, Fisika, Bahasa Inggris, Prakarya, Penjaskesrek, dan BK. Permasalahan utama yang berkaitan dengan persiapan pembelajaran adalah sebagai berikut: 1) mereka tidak terbiasa menghasilkan bahan ajar yang sesuai dengan mata pelajaran yang diampunya; 2) para guru telah disibukkan dengan administrasi persiapan pembelajaran, sehingga mereka tidak ada waktu untuk membuat bahan ajar; 3) para guru sangat menggantungkan kepada sekolah untuk menyediakan buku-buku yang dapat digunakan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran; 4) Ada beberapa kendala yang dihadapi mereka untuk menciptakan bahan ajar, misalnya minimnya buku literatur yang digunakan sebagai rujukan dalam penulisan bahan ajar, minimnya contoh bahan ajar yang relevan dengan kebutuhan guru dan siswa. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah 1) para guru Memiliki kemauan yang sangat tinggi untuk menghasilkan bahan ajar yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan guru dan siswa; 2) para guru Mampu menghasilkan bahan ajar berbentuk buku yang memiliki kualitas baik seperti buku ajar; 3) Para guru memiliki buku ajar yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa dan guru sebesar 53,33% dari jumlah keseluruhan yang mengikuti pendampingan yaitu 15 guru yang terdiri atas berbagai bidang studi.]]>

<![CDATA[Utilization of digital library resources in supporting the writing of scientific papers among teachers of SMK 10 Tangerang is still not practiced. Based on the results of the initial questionnaire, it was found out that the vocational high school teachers did not know much about how to find or utilize electronic library resources to support writing scientific papers. Therefore, this community service activity by UNINDRA aims to improve the knowledge and abilities of teachers in searching, utilizing, and compiling library resources in online databases systematically so that they are able to apply this knowledge in writing scientific papers for publication in journals. The method used is the lecture and question and answer method. It can be concluded that the PKM activities in SMKN 10 Tangerang in providing guidance on writing scientific papers, especially regarding the use of library resources, can be well received and followed by the teachers. For further activities, further complete trainings are needed in the form of writing scientific articles so that teachers are able to write papers for national journals independently with maximum utilization of library resources.]]>

<![CDATA[The literacy culture of literary works today needs to be encouraged. Considering several government programs that insert some literacy-related teaching were developed and carried out in schools. Like some literacy movements pursued by the Ministry of Education and Culture in schools to improve children's reading ability, especially at the junior and senior high schools. But it should also be noted that literacy culture is not only focused on reading but also present in other forms of language activities namely writing. It cannot be denied that the art of writing is very important. Not only to write ideas into writing but also by writing, the information that we want to convey can spread well especially in this digital era, an article now will be very easily published even posted through social media accounts or other digital media. In order for children or especially students to write well and develop their ideas, the PKM team from the Faculty of Literature, Indonesian Literature Study Program held a dedication to the community to foster a literacy culture in the field of writing. The training that was held by the PKM team was a training on writing short stories with the theme of teenagers who are very close to children, especially junior high school students. The activity that took place at the South Tangerang 8 Middle School is expected to help children become more creative and can help them develop their writing skills.]]>
