Abstract

Back pain occurs because of changes in hormone levels that increase the pregnancy hormone relaxin, this affects the flexibility of ligamentous tissue that ultimately improve the mobility of the joints in the pelvis and will have an impact on spinal and pelvic instability and cause discomfort. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect pregnancy exercise to decrease lower back pain in pregnant women trimester II and III on the working area of ​​IN Parit Rantang Payakumbuh city in 2015 year. The design of this research is a quasi experimental research. This research had down in Feb 23th 2015 until Mar 9th 2015. The number of samples in This study of 66 people trimester pregnant women II and III. The instrument used for collected data was observation sheet. The result paired t-test intervention group obtained p=0,000 and in the control group=0,107 is no difference in pain reduction in the intervention and control group. The result of independent t-test statistics obtained with 95% degree of confidence that the influence of pregnancy exercise to decrease lower back pain in pregnant women trimester II and III (p = 0.00) with indigo f = 44.755. It is suggested to pregnant women to DAPT doing pregnancy exercise so that lower back pain can be minimized.

Abstract

World Health Organization (WHO) in 2011, as much as 29% or 1.6 billion people worldwide suffer from hypertension. Hypertension prevalence in Indonesia has reached 25.8% of the total adult population. PHC Maek data obtained from medical records (MR) in the year 2014 the number of visits as many as 297 people. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of combination technique hydrotherapy bath warm and benson relaxation therapy decrease blood pressurein patients hypertension in maek health center bukik barisan sub district lima puluh kota regency year 2015. This research has been conducted on June 22 until July 5, 2015 in Puskesmas Maek. This study uses Pre experiment with the design of one group pretest-posttest, then the data is processed by using the t test dependent. The results showed no significant effect of the combination of hydrotherapy techniques and warm soak benson relaxation therapy to decrease blood pressure in hypertensive patients in sub-district health centers Bukik maek row in 2015. Judging from the results of the analysis of paired samples T-test systolic blood pressure obtained with p value of 0.001 <0.05 and diastolic blood pressure with p value 0,001 <0,05. Recommendations result of this study is not only to treat hypertension using medical drugs but can also use warm soak hydrotherapy and relaxation therapy benson regularly as a companion treatment.

Abstract

Stroke patients rely more on family support in home care. One way to improve the behavior of the family by providing discharge planning, in order to family contact and counseling more intensive. The purpose of this research to determine the influence of discharge planning to Family Behaviour in Homes Care Stroke Patients Visits at the RSSN Bukittinggi 2014. This research was desain deskriktif korelatif with cross sectional and the number of respondents 86 people, using statistics technique from 14 July to 25 August 2014. Collecting data using questionnaires and direct observations of the respondents were in the univariate and bivariate analyzes. Univariate analysis showed better results than most of the respondents (54.7%) of respondents yes conduct discharge planning according to SOP, most respondents (51.2%) to be done, of the respondents have in the treatment of post-stroke patients at home after being given personal education and the analysis of the chi-squqre test with significance level of knowledge (p = 0.004) of respondents indicated that no personal Relationship of discharge planning according to the procedure at the hospital with treatment homes stroke patients national hospital stroke of Bukittinggi to be able to make discharge planning as a routine program to families and patients with stroke as a health recovery efforts post-stroke patients.

Abstract

Open fracture is a fracture with a clearly visible translucent skin, which could be contaminated by the environment. Cause of death patient emergency serious condition that is 50% on the way to the hospital, 35% due to trauma and also 50% died at the time of the incident or a few minutes after the incident (Pusponegoro, 2008). Relief on emergency patients have a service standard time known as the response time (Response Time) is the time span necessary services ranging from determining triage nurse to complete the process of handling emergency patients (fractures). The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not there is a relationship proper response time handling the risk of shock. This study uses descriptive correlative. This research was conducted at IDG Hospital Dr Achmad Mochtar Bukittinggi in June-July 2015. The research sample totaled 26 ER nurses were selected using total sampling technique. Collecting data using observation sheet in accordance with the criteria respondent sample. The results showed the majority of nurses do not fracture treatment in patients timely namely 65.4%, while for the risk of shock that is 61.5%. Test results using a chi-square statistic values ​​obtained Fisher's Exact Test = 0.046 (<0.05) thus conclude that there is a relationship of response time nurse in the treatment of patients with open fractures risk of hypovolemic shock. Of the research are expected to lead in order to make observations to the members of his team about the time the action is used for taking action on an open fracture patients so as to minimize the risk of hypovolemic shock.

Abstract

There are several methods in nursing in providing care, one of the methods of his team. The team's method is applied by using a team of nurses who work heterogeneous, consisting of nurses propesional, and additional nurses to provide nursing care to a group of patients. According to the results of interviews with nurse researcher Dr. interne space RSAM Ahmad Mochtar Bukittinggi, Pre and conferences conducted with less than maximum conference, pre and post done not in accordance with the rules of the pre and post konferensi.Hal that affect nursing care given by nurses. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship of the pre and post nursing conference with the implementation of nursing care in inpatient hospital interne Dr Achmad Mochtar Bukittinggi Year 2015. The study was conducted on 13 to 1 August 2015 with a descriptive correlation design. The number of samples in this study were 31 teams of nurses with a total sampling sampling techniques, the instrument uses the observation sheet. From the analysis results obtained value of p = 0.01 (p <0.05), which showed a significant relationship between the pre-conference with the implementation of nursing care with OR = 12.80. There is a relationship between pre-conference with the implementation of nursing care with 12,800.Dari opportunities analysis results obtained value of p = 0.013 (p <0.05), which showed a significant relationship between post-conference with the implementation of nursing care with OR = 20 o'clock there is a relationship between post conference with the implementation of nursing care at the hospital is expected 20,00.untuk opportunity to follow standard operating procedures in providing nursing care

Abstract

Injury large role in determining the determining the severity of the patofisiological consequences of a head trauma. Accerelation injury occurs when a moving object hitting stationary head, as a result of blunt trauma or because the throw blunt. Le deceleration injury when the head which is relatively immobile such as automobile bodies or soil.The purpose of this study was to look at the factors that affect the value of GCS in patients with head injury in emergency rooms RSAM Bukittinggi year 2015. This study used a descriptive design Koleratif, namely a review of the situation between the two variables or groups of objects, independent dependent variable. With 41 respondents were taken by purposive sampling technique. Data collection is done by using a sheet of interviews conducted in August 2015. Based on the research note that the apparent mechanism of head injury patients in accelerated category (29.3%), deceleration (39.0%) and deformation (31.7%).By age of head injury patients seen in the adult category (39.0%), older adults (46.3%) and the elderly (14.6%). From the statistical test was obtained p = 0.003 (p = <0.05) means that there is a connection mechanism of injury with GCS score of head injury patients. From the statistical test obtained with the age of the patient GCS score of head injury by chi-square test obtained by value p = 0.004 (p = <0.05), meaning there is a relationship of age with a GCS score of head injury patients. From the results of this study concluded that there is a relationship between the mechanism of injury and age with a GCS score of head injury patients. Hopefully this research can be used as the field of research and service diruang ER nurse RSAM Bukittinggi to pay more attention to the value of GCS patients of head injury caused by acceleration, deceleration and deformation.

Abstract

Situation, Backround, Assesment, Recomendation (SBAR)communication is communication techniques provided the framework for health workers to deliver the patient's condition (Permanente, K. 2011). Inaccuracies of information can cause serious impact on patients, nearly 70% of events that result in death or serious injury in the hospital due to poor communication. This study aimed to determine the relationship of the implementation of the SBAR communication weigh thank duty nursing job satisfaction of nurses This study was conducted from 19 to 29 January 2015 in Room Inpatient Hospital Solok. The research sample 58 nurses in the inpatient unit interne men, children and surgical lung in Solok District Hospital in 2015 with a total sampling and tested by chi square. Results of univariate known 53.4%, implementation of the SBAR communication weigh patients received 51.7% did not materialize and job satisfaction of nurses expressed less satisfaction. Results of bivariate significant relationship between the implementation of SBAR communication and job satisfaction of nurses in patient wards of hospitals in 2015 (p = 0.000, OR = 29,000). Hope researchers, nurses in Solok expected Inpatient Hospital SBAR communication to avoid causing injury or serious problem in patients due to inaccurate information. In addition it is expected that the hospital in order to provide SBAR communication training for all nurses know and understand about the SBAR communication.

Abstract

Stroke is the third leading cause of death in developed countries, after heart disease and cancer. Approximately 2.5 % died and the remainder mild or severe disability. Stroke caused many problem. One of the effect that occur in stroke patients was exsperiencing weakness on one side of the body. Therefore, stroke patients require a rehabilitation by exercises range of motion / ROM. Exercises to stimulate the movement of the hand which one form of the training is an practice in functional grasping hand. ROM spherical grip exsercises performed in actively and assistively. This study aims to find out the effectiveness of active-assistive ROM: spherical grip of an increase in upper extremity muscle strength in stroke patients in hospitals Stroke Bukittinggi. The design study is a quasy exsperiment for 7 day with treatment 2 times a day. Sample taken were 18 respondents by measuring muscle stregth before and after intervension. The results of statistical paired sample T- Test obtained average of p values 0.000. Therefore can be concluded that there is an incease in muscle stregth between before and after active-assistive ROM exercise: spherical grip. The results could be an input for nurses to make physical exercises range of motion moment as one of the independent nursing intervention in hospitals Stroke Nasional Bukittinggi and intervention in the treatment of stroke.

Abstract

So that monitoring and decreasing cholesterol level is important In general, this study aims to compare the effectiveness of salam leaf extract and statins on the decrease in total cholesterol levels in patients with hypercholesterolemia in the work area UPTD Puskesmas kerinci right 2017. This research is research quantitative with the research design used is Quasy Experimental Pretest-Postest Design by measuring total serum cholesterol levels before (Pretest) and after (Postest) Treatment given the extract of bay leaf and statin drug. This research was conducted in May 2017-Feb 2018 in UPTD area of Puskesmas Kerinci Right of Kerinci Kanan Sub-district of Siak Regency of Riau. The population in this study is hyperkolestterol patients who are in the working area of UPTD Puskesmas Kerinci Kanan Kerinci Kanan District Siak regency of Riau amounted to 12 people. The specimens examined from the sample were capillary blood to determine after addition of salam leaf extract and a 10mg statin drug. while for effectivity of giving of salam leaf extract was done paired sample with p = 0,001 with value Δ 38 while effectiveness of statin drug also paired sample with p = 0,028 with value Δ 20.

Abstract

Sijunjung Regency in 2014 - 2015, especially koto VII subdistrict shows the number of settling that is close to 10,83%. From the preliminary survey that the researchers conducted by Anthropometry according to BB / TB Index, it was found that the nutritional status of the students was less than 35.19%, Normal nutrition was 64.77%, it showed that the students' learning ability and nutritional status were quite low. This study aims to determine the factors associated with the nutritional status of students. The research design used was analytical with Cross Sectional Study approach. This research was conducted in SDN 17 Palaluar in Koto VII Sub-district of Sijunjung Regency and the time of research implementation in Mai - July 2017. The population in this research is all students of SDN 17 Palaluar in Kecamatan Koto VII Sijunjung Regency amounted to 210 people. Sampling technique done by simple random sampling. Data were collected using 2 x 24 hour food recall form and cheklist sheet. Univariate and bivariate data analysis using chi-square test. The results showed that 42.6% of children's nutritional status was abnormal, 39.7% less energy consumption, 48.5% less protein consumption, 57.4% of children did not have infectious diseases, 45.6% physical environment was not good, 63 , 2% food snack is not good, 51,5% food advertisement is not good. Statistically got relationship of energy consumption, protein, infectious diseases, physical environment, food snacks, food advertisement with nutritional status at student. It is hoped that Puskesmas will organize nutrition program of students through UKS (School Health Unit), so it can provide early information to schools about the importance of maintaining nutritional intake and nutritional status that can support student achievement. Schools can provide education and knowledge to school children about nutritious food. This research can be done by further researchers in elementary schools in other areas
