Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan factor penting dalam organisasi, oleh karena itu organisasi harus memperoleh sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, untuk itu diperlukan proses perencanaan, perekrutan, dan pengembangan sumberdaya manusia secara berkelanjutan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh kecerdasan intelektual, kecerdasan emosional, kecerdasan spiritual dan kecerdasan linguistik terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial. Populasi penelitian adalah karyawan D’Merlion Hotel Batam sebanyak 62 orang. Sampel penelitian 62 sampel, yang diambil dengan metode sampling jenuh. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis serta menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian bahwa kecerdasan intelektual, kecerdasan emosional, dan kecerdasan linguistik secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan kecederdasan spiritual berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the presence or absence of the analysis of mutations and communication competence on the employee performance at sekretariat daerah provinsi jawa barat both partially and simultaneously, given the difficulty of managing human resources in order to continue to contribute and work well, in order to support the activities at Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Jawa Barat which resulted in the need to improve employee performance. This research uses descriptive verification method. Primary data in this study were obtained from the results of a questionnaire distributed directly to 60 respondents of Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Jawa Barat, while secondary data are obtained from data from Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Jawa Barat for the period of 2019. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 21 Software application and testing the hypothesis of the t test and statistical test of the f test. The results show that employee performance is significantly affected by mutations and communication competence by partial 0.811; employee performance is significantly affected by mutations and communication competence simultaneously shows a positive correlation, and in the category of very strong relationships, means that the better the mutations and communication competence, the better employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate: (1) The effect of work discipline on employee performance. (2) The effect of transformational leadership on employee performance. (3) The effect of the work environment on employee performance at PT. Summit Oto Finance Semarang. The data analysis technique uses: validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, and statistical tests (t test, F test and determinant coefficient). The population in this study is the entire population as a sample of 65 employees and using data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Work discipline does not significantly effect on employee performance. (2) Transformational leadership has a significant effect on employee performance. (3) The work environment has a significant effect on employee’s performance of PT. Summit Oto Finance Semarang.

Abstract

Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan beban kerja terhadap reputasi perusahaan dengan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel intervening di PT. Petra Garda Paramita dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Data dalam penelitian diperoleh dari 100 responden karyawan PT. Petra Garda Paramita. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode alternatif dari structural equation modeling (SEM) yaitu partial least square (PLS). Tahap pertama dalam penelitian ini untuk menguji validitas pertanyaan setiap variabel berikut dengan reliabilitasnya. Tahap kedua menguji hubungan antara lingkungan kerja dan beban kerja terhadap reputasi perusahaan dengan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel intervening. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel lingkungan kerja dan beban kerja berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap reputasi perusahaan, sementara komitmen organisasi memberikan pengaruh mediasi penuh terhadap hubungan lingkungan kerja dan beban kerja terhadap reputasi perusahaan dengan ditemukannya pengaruh positif dan signifikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui potensi Kuala Enok Provinsi Riau menjadi Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus (KEK) dan dampak terhadap ekonomi daerah. Objek pengamatan adalah potensi pengusulan KEK, dukungan pemerintah, lokasi strategis, tata ruang, pengembangan KEK, potensi investasi. Metode analisis kajian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui pengumpulan data studi lapangan, wawancara dengan informan, penelesuran informasi secara online. Hasil penelitian bahwa (1) pelabuhan Samudera Kuala Enok merupakan wilayah yang strategis dan memiliki beberapa kapasitas penunjang untuk menjadi kawasan KEK, namun masih membutuhkan penguatan aspek manajemen dan operasional administrator KEK, rencana anggaran untuk pembangunan infrastruktur dan anggaran pendukung lainnya, rencana perkiraan dan jadwal pembiayaan proyek, road map kebijakan fiskal di kawasan KEK, penguatan Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah (RTRW), kajian Financial Internal Rate of Return (FIRR) dan Financial Net Present Value (FNPV); (2) penerapan KEK di Kuala Enok dapat berdampak terhadap iklim usaha dan mendorong multiplier effect terhadap perekonomian daerah melalui terbukanya lapangan kerja baru, peningkatan pendapatan pemerintah dan pendapatan perkapita masyarakat, pembanguan sumber daya manusia, pertumbuhan industri dan peningkatan kualitas hidup dan kesejahteraan masyarakat.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding personality, labor market considerations, professional recognition, financial appreciation and work environment on student interest in taking professional certification in accounting. It uses multiple linear regression analysis with the IBM SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciencess) program for Windows version 25. There are 250 respondents in this study from various university in Indonesia. The test results show that personality, job market considerations, professional recognition, financial rewards have an effect on student interest in taking professional certification in accounting, while the work environment does not affect student interest in taking professional certification in accounting.

Abstract

Abstract This research is based on the background of related problems. With E-Wallet consumers can transfer money to the desired bank account or to fellow E-wallets. Consumers are also free to make payments for purchases made anytime and anywhere. This research aims to determine the effect of ease and benefit of using E-Wallet with TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) model to discuss a system or technology with an E-Wallet object. This research uses quantitative descriptive method with type of research is multiple regression. Sampling is carried out by non-probability sampling with type purposive sampling. Based on the results of descriptive analysis, the entire variable occupies a very good category which means that all statements are very understandable by respondents. In the results of the T test and the F test variable perceived ease of use (X1) and the perceived usefulness (X2) on attitude toward using (Y) came to the conclusion that a variable X1 and X2 have positive and significant effect on both the partial and simultaneous against Y variables. And 45.2% of attitude toward using are affected by the perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness, 54.8% are influenced by other factors. Keyword: Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Attitude Toward Using, TAM (Technology Acceptance Model), E-Wallet.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to aimed the effect of service quality, and price have positive effect to customer satisfaction. In addition service quality is measured by five dimensions: tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, while price is measured by using the fairness indicator of ship ticket price, fair pricing policy, ethical ticket pricing policy, acceptable ticket pricing policy. This study use quesionnaire which is five likert scale. Furthermore, this study used samplingmethod moreover, this study used random samplig technique, Analyzer used is liniear regression analysis and f-test. The results of this study found that service quality has a a positive influence on customer satisfaction, Price has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. This study are used the ferry passenger population of Batam-Tanjung Pinang route, Subsequent research is expected to increase the population becomes more widespread, such as passengers ferry Batam-Tanjung Pinang route and Batam-Tanjung Uban route, and add new variables such as punctuality.

Abstract

Capital market literacy is presents to give knowledge and experience to students as young investors with no experience in capital market investment products and transactions. The purpose of this research is to find out the role of capital market literacy to encourage students in making the right investment decisions. The unit analysis of this research was an active student of Widyatama University who has followed capital market school and become investors in the Indonesia capital market. This is preliminary research that only using simple statistical descriptive techniques about the number of students investors and their transaction values. The results showed that capital market literacy through capital market schools has an important role in increasing student investment interest and investment decisions which are reflected in the increasing trend of student investors and the value of their transactions in the capital market.
