Abstract

The aim of this research were To know how is the ability, effort and eksternal support of owner of Small-Medium scale enterprenuer in PT. Semen Padang. The Research methods used Decriptive exploratives. And the competence Variable was described as three indicators which were ability, effort and eksternal support. To answer the research problems and test of hypothesis the researcher was used the statistics analysis with software SPSS, especially used the correlation analysis, regression, F-test dan t-test. Sample respondent used in this research was 155 respondens come from Small-Medium Scale Entrepreneur which clustered by PT. Semen Padang, and it was choosed by purposive sampling based on some criterias. The result of this research were as follows: (1) The competence of human resourch Small-Medium Scale enterprenuer was in fare categories, it is recommended to increase to be more competence enhance increasing their business performance globally. Furthermore, the hypothesis was accepted because regarding the result of F-test and t-test show that the ability,(2) effort and (3)Eksternal support was Significantly affected to the their business performance partially and simultaniusly its mean that the increasing in human resourch competence will be increase the business performance, eventhough eksternal support variable was most dominanly affected to the owner performance. Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) the principal effect of leadership style on organizational climate junior high school teacher in District Pasaman , (2) influence of the leadership style of the principal motivation of teachers working in the district Pasaman SMP N, (3) Effect of principal leadership style on performance of junior high school teacher in District Pasaman, (4) the effect of organizational climate on work motivation of teachers in District Pasaman SMP N, (5) organizational climate influence on the performance of junior high school teacher in District Pasaman N, (6) Effect of motivation on teacher performance SMP N in district Pasaman. Based on the results of the study can be seen that (1) the principal's leadership style significantly influence the organizational climate in Kecamaten Pasaman SMP N, (2) the principal's leadership style significantly influence the motivation of teachers working in the district Pasaman SMP N, (3) leadership style Principal significantly affect the performance of junior high school teacher in District Pasaman N, (4) organizational climate significantly influence the motivation of teachers working in the district Pasaman SMP N, (5) organizational climate had no significant effect on the performance of junior high school teachers in Kecamatn Pasaman N, (6 ) Motivation significant effect on the performance of junior high school teacher in District  Pasaman. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze : 1 ) The effect of leadership on organizational commitment Padang Regional Secretariat . 2 ) The effect of work motivation on organizational commitment Padang Regional Secretariat . 3 ) The effect of leadership on job satisfaction of the Regional Secretariat staff Padang . 4 ) The effect of work motivation on employee job satisfaction Regional Secretariat of Padang . 5 ) The effect of organizational commitment on job satisfaction of the Regional Secretariat staff Padang. This type of research is the study of causality . The population in this study were all within the Regional Secretariat Employees Padang , amounting to 226 people . The sample size is 144 employees . The technique of data analysis is descriptive analysis , test analysis and hypothesis testing requirements with path analysis. The results of this study found that : 1 ) Leadership significant effect on the organizational commitment of employees of the Regional Secretariat of Padang. 2 )Work motivation significant effect on the organizational commitment of employees of the Regional Secretariat of Padang. 3 ) Leadership significant effect on employee job satisfaction Regional Secretariat of Padang. 4 )Work motivation significant effect on employee job satisfaction Regional Secretariat of Padang. 5 ) significantly influence the organizational commitment to employee satisfaction Regional Secretariat of Padang. Abstract

This study aims to find: 1) the effect of leadership style on work motivation, 2) the effect of work environment on work motivation, 3) the effect of leadership style on the performance, 4) the effect of work environment on performance, 5) the effect of work motivation on the RRI Bukittinggi employee performance. Type of research is ex post-facto, the study population is employee of RRI Bukittinggi. Proportional sampling technique is Proportional cluster sampling. Samples totaling 76 people. Primary data was collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale models that have been tested validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is the Path Analysis (Path Analysis). The results of the study are: 1) There is a positive and significant impact of leadership style on work motivation, 2) There is a positive and significant impact of work environment on work motivation, 3) There is a positive and significant impact of leadership style on the performance, 4) There is a positive and significant impact of work environment on the performance, 5) There is a positive and significant impact of work motivation on the RRI Bukittinggi employee performance . In terms of direct and indirect influence of leadership style, work environment and work motivation to employe of LPP RRI Bukittinggi amounted to 38.8%, found that work motivation had the greatest influence of 14.82%. Abstract

The objective of the study is to examine  (1)The effects of leadership on organizational climate. (2)The effect of incentives, leadership, and organizational climate on job satisfaction and (3)The effect of incentives,  leadership,  organizational climate and job satisfaction on work commitments. The scope of research was analyze the variables significantly influence incentives, leadership, organizational climate, and job satisfaction on job satisfaction variables through intermediate variable (job satisfaction). The research population was all employees of the Office of Financial Management of West Sumatera Province, amounting to 279 people. Sampling was done by stratified random sampling proportional amount to 162 people. Data were collected by questionnaire Likert scale models that have tested the validity and reliability. Techniques of data analysis is path analysis. Hypothesis testing used the test f. The results showed that: (1)leadership has a significant effect on organizational climate. (2) incentives, leadership, and organizational climate have significant effect on job satisfaction. (3) incentives, leadership, organizational climate, and job satisfaction have significant effect on  work commitments. It known that the direct effect of leadership on job commitment and job satisfaction directly influences the work commitments and the effect of incentives on work commitment. While the indirect effect of organizational climate on work commitment through job satisfaction larger than the indirect effect of leadership on work commitment through job satisfaction and indirect effects of leadership on work commitment through organizational climate and  influence of indirect incentives to work commitment through job satisfaction. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris pengaruh kualitas produk, promosi dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.  Populasi yang digunakan didalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pelanggan Paparabun Perfume yang berdomisili di kota Padang. Secara umum diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat positif bagi Paparabun, akademisi dan praktisi Ukuran sampel yang digunakan adalah 100 orang pelanggan Paparabun Parfume. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah sekunder dan primer. Untuk melakukan pengumpulan data dan informasi maka dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Didalam model penelitian ini digunakan dua kategori variabel. Pertama variabel dependen yaitu loyalitas pelanggan. Kedua adalah variabel independen yaitu kualitas produk, promosi dan kualitas pelayanan. Untuk melakukan pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan analisis model regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis pertama ditemukan bahwa kualitas produk tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Paparabun Parfum. Pada pengujian hipotesis kedua ditemukan bahwa promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Paparabun Parfum. Hasil pengujian hipotesis ketiga ditemukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelangga menggunakan Paparabun Parfume Kata Kunci : Kualitas Produk, Promosi, Kualitas Pelayanan, Loyalitas Pelanggan,    Paparabun Perfume

Abstract

The aim of this research are to analyze: 1) influence of leadership toward the work enviroment, 2) influence of leadership toward the work satisfaction, 3) the effect of the work enviroment on the work satisfaction, 4) the influence of leadership toward the work discipline, 5) the impact of leadership toward the work discipline and 6) the impact of work enviroment on the work discipline. Kinds of this research is causative descriptive research. Population is all employees (46 persons) in Dinas Pertanian Tanaman Pangan Holtikultura dan Peternakanof Pasaman Barat Region. Sampling method is stratified propotional random sampling so that were selected 41 employees as the respondence. Descriptive analisys , analisys rule and regulation test and path analisys were used answer the research problem. Result this research proved that 1) leadership hassignificant influences toward the work enviroment, 2)leadership hasn’t signifcant influence toward the work satisfaction,3) work enviroment hasn’t significant influence toward the work satisfaction, 4) leadershiphas significant influence toward the work motivation, 5)work  enviromenthas  significant influence toward the workmotivation, and 6) work satisfaction has significant influence toward the workmotivation.
