Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengendalian internal sistem informasi akuntansi penerimaan kas pada BTPN KCP Probolinggo. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknis pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa BTPN KCP Probolinggo dalam memberikan prosedur atas penerimaa kas sangat mudah, aman, dan cepat dalam hal penanganan. Persyaratan yang harus dipenuhi oleh nasabah tidak rumit. Pengendalian internal sistem informasi akuntansi penerimaan kas pada BTPN KCP Probolinggo telah sesuai dengan lima komponen yang terdapat dalam sistem pengendalian internal penerimaan kas yaitu lingkungan pengendalian, aktivitas pengendalian, penilaian resiko, kualitas informasi dan pengawasan. Namun terdapat beberapa hal yang harus lebih ditingkatkan lagi terkait kualitas informasi dan komunikasi kepada nasabah terutama para pensiunan pegawai yang memerlukan perhatian lebih karena faktor usia. Kata Kunci : SIA, pengendalian, penerimaan kas Abstract : This study aims to evaluate the internal control of the cash receipts accounting information system at BTPN KCP Probolinggo. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method with technical data collection in the form of interviews, observations and document studies. The results showed that BTPN KCP Probolinggo in providing procedures for cash receipts was very easy, safe, and fast in terms of handling. The requirements that must be met by customers are not complicated. The internal control of the cash receipts accounting information system at BTPN KCP Probolinggo is in accordance with the five components contained in the cash receipts internal control system, namely the control environment, control activities, risk assessment, information quality and supervision. However, there are several things that must be further improved regarding the quality of information and communication to customers, especially retired employees who need more attention due to the age factor. Abstract

The Purpose of This Research Is To Know And Analyze The Implementation Of Cash Receipts Accounting System For Cash Sales That Are Applied To UD. Gemilang Bangil So That It Can Support Internal Control, The Informants In This Research Are The Production Department, Sales Section, Cash Section, Finance Section, Packaging Section And Shipping Section. The results of this study indicate that the cash receipts accounting system for cash sales at UD. Gemilang Bangil Overall It's Good Enough. However, there is still a need for improvement regarding the cash receipts accounting system for cash sales, which of course relates to the organizational structure, documents, and accounting records used as well as cash receipts procedures for cash sales at UD. Brilliant Bangil. Conclusion There is a need for improvements in the cash receipts section for cash sales, this is done so that monitoring can be easily carried out and prevent fraud that may occur if the problem is not resolved. Abstract

This thesis discusses the leadership strategy of madrasah principals in improving teacher performance at MTs Darul Ulum Rejosari. The leadership of the madrasah principal shows progress, which can be seen from the achievements of students at the sub-district and district levels and the number of students is increasing from year to year. The purpose of this study describes the leadership strategy of the madrasah principal in planning, in the implementation for improving, in supervising teacher performance Data sources consist of primary and secondary data. Collecting data using observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques were carried out by means of data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. To test the validity of the data, using triangulation techniques. The results showed that the leadership strategy of the head of the madrasa in improving teacher performance was by formulating the vision and mission of the madrasah, madrasah work programs, formulating rules, increasing discipline, providing motivation, being an example for the teacher council, conducting regular supervision, providing coaching, training activities , MGMP/STC (Subject Teacher Conference), KKG/TWG (Teacher Working Group) and seminars.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of determining the influence of product quality and price simultaneously and partially on the purchasing decision of Viola ceramics in Probolinggo City; and to find out the variables between product quality and price that have a dominant influence on the purchasing decision of Viola ceramics in Probolinggo City. The type of research used is a correlational type of research, with the variables used consisting of product quality (X1), price (X2) and purchase decision (Y). The sample used was 62 consumers. The analysis method uses a quantitative descriptive method with statistics in the form of multiple regression analysis previously tested for the validity and adequacy of the data with tests of validity, reliability and classical assumption tests. The results showed that there was an influence between product quality and price simultaneously on the purchasing decision of Viola ceramics in Probolinggo City with a calculated value of F = 87.632 and a value of Sig. F = 0.00. The effect of variabal product quality partially on the purchase decision of Viola ceramics in Probolinggo City with a calculated value = 8.056 and a value of Sig. t = 0.000. The effect between the price partially on the purchasing decision of Viola ceramics in Probolinggo City with a calculated value = 2.589 and a value of Sig. t = 0.009. Product quality variables that have a dominant influence on the purchasing decision of Viola ceramics in Probolinggo City.

Abstract

Mail management in an organization is important because it will support performance through information fluency, time efficiency, and labor efficiency, This study intends to find out how the management of e-mail Web applications improves performance at Waluyo Jati Kraksaan Hospital. The research used field research with qualitative descriptive methods, data sources from observation, and in-depth interviews with informants, Data credibility test using triangulation technique with relatively the same questions from at least three different sources, with data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions analysis techniques, The results obtained are that mail management via web e-mail, seen from the aspect of time and labor efficiency, can improve the performance of Waluyo Jati Kraksaan Hospital. Abstract

Today, it is no longer taboo that many Indonesian people, especially men, are starting to pay attention to the condition of their appearance. This is what ultimately encourages many cosmetic company to produced specific product for men who are very concerned about their appearance. This study aims to determine the effect of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Brand Ambassador on MS Glow Men consumer loyalty with a total sample of 110 respondents. The results showed that Customer Relationship Management (CRM) had a significant positive effect on Loyalty by 21.3% and Brand Ambassador had a significant positive effect on Loyalty by 58.9%. Abstract

The objectives this research is to know how SWOT analysis as marketing strategies to improve competitiveness in CV Dua Putri Sholehah Probolinggo. This research was tested using SWOT analysis by identifying internal factors (strenghts and weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities and threats). The method used in this research in quantitative descriptive. Data collection techniques in this study were conducted by interview, observation, documentation methods and then analyzed using SWOT. The type of data consists of primary data and secondary data. The results of this research can be seen the value of internal factors of 2.99 and external factors 2,88. CV Dua Putri Sholehah Probolinggo is in quadrant II, despite facing varios threats but still has strength in terms of internal and strategies that must be applied thas is using power to take advantage of long-term opportunities and diversification strategies so that CV Dua Putri Sholehah Probolinggo can improve its competitiveness.
