Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Realistic Mathematics Education model on students' creative thinking abilities. The method used is a quantitative method. The samples in this study were fourth grade students at SDN Bintoro 8 and grade IV students at SDN Bintoro 9. Quantitative data were analyzed by t-test and gain test based on the value of students' creative thinking abilities. The results showed that (1) the average difference in creative thinking abilities of experimental class students was better than the control class; (2) improvement of students' creative thinking ability in the experimental class which is higher than the control class.

Abstract

Abstrak __________________________________________________________ Pandemi Covid-19 telah menyebabkan perubahan pola interaksi dan aktivitas dalam hampir seluruh aspek kehidupan manusia tak terkecuali sektor pendidikan. Masuknya virus corona ke Indonesia telah mengubah proses pembelajaran sekolah di hampir sebagian besar wilayah Indonesia menjadi Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ), belajar dari rumah atau School from Home (SFH). Akibatnya metode belajar yang semula mengandalkan ceramah dan interaksi fisik berubah drastis menjadi daring dan orang tua dituntut untuk menjadi pembimbing serta menggantikan peran guru dalam proses pembelajaran daring dirumah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki persepsi dan sikap orang tua siswa Sekolah Dasar di kota Banjarbaru terhadap pembelajaran jarak jauh, sebagai respon atas penutupan banyak sekolah akibat pandemi Covid-19. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah orang tua siswa Sekolah Dasar di tiga kecamatan di kota Banjarbaru berjumlah 6 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan angket. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan pengumpulan data, pengelompokkan data, dan menyimpulkan data. Hasil penelitian persepsi orang tua siswa Sekolah Dasar di kota Banjarbaru terhadap kebijakan pembelajaran jarak jauh pada masa pandemi Covid-19 sebagai berikut: (1) Setiap orang tua memiliki persepsi yang hampir sama mengenai kebijakan pembelajaran jarak jauh pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Orang tua secara umum tidak memiliki pandangan yang negatif atau penolakan terhadap kebijakan pembelajaran jarak jauh, mereka cenderung setuju dengan kebijakan tersebut. (2) kendala-kendala yang terkait dengan pembelajaran jarak jauh lebih disebabkan oleh kesiapan orang tua menjadi guru di rumah. Orang tua dituntut memfasilitasi kebutuhan belajar daring anak di rumah. Materi pembelajaran juga menjadi kendala bagi orang tua. Dalam hal ini banyak orang tua yang mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami materi anak. Abstract ______________________________________________________________ The Covid-19 pandemic has caused changes in interaction patterns and activities in almost all aspects of human life are not involved in education. The entry of the corona virus into Indonesia has changed the learning process in most parts of Indonesia into Distance Learning, School from Home (SFH). As a result of learning methods that rely on lectures and drastic physical interactions, parents become brave and change parents to become mentors and help the teacher's role in the learning process from home. This study aims to assess the attitudes of parents of elementary school students in the farthest Banjarbaru city, in response to the closure of many schools due to the Covid-19 pandemic. This type of research is descriptive research using a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were parents of elementary school students in three sub-districts in the city of Banjarbaru totaling 6 people. The technique of collecting data was through interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques are carried out by collecting data, grouping data, and concluding data. The results of the research on the perceptions of parents of elementary school students in the city of Banjarbaru towards distance learning policies during the Covid-19 pandemic are as follows: (1) Every parent has almost the same perception regarding distance learning policies during the Covid-19 pandemic. Parents generally do not have a negative or negative view of the distance learning policy, they agree with the policy. (2) obstacles related to distance learning are more due to the readiness of parents to become teachers at home. Parents to facilitate children's learning needs at home. Learning materials are also an obstacle for parents. In this case, many parents have difficulty in understanding children's material.

Abstract

Abstrak This study intends to make improvements to the learning process through think pair share model to improve the student’ abilities of introducing self in class IV at SDN 7 Biluhu. This study used a classroom action research with research procedures through the preparation, action, observation and evaluation, also analysis and reflection. Indicator performance defined is an increase in the ability of 70% of students about introducing self through think pair share model. Based on the data obtained from the study conducted at the beginning of observation, only 6 people or 30% of the 20 students who achieve value what has been set. Learning first cycle after obtaining the action through a model think pair share, of the 20 students, there are 11 people or 55% increase, and in the second cycle of learning has increased a total of 18 or 90% of students achieve mastery and performance indicators are also defined. Based on these studies, it can be concluded that the use of think pair share model can improve student’ abilities of introducing self at class IV at SDN 7 Biluhu.

Abstract

Setiap orang tua menunjukkan peran dan perhatian yang berbeda-beda terhadap anak-anaknya. Perhatian yang diberikan orang tua antara lain sebagai fasilitator dan motivator. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitin kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus. Subjek penelitian ini, yaitu orang tua dan siswa.Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan pengumpulan data, pengelompokkan data, dan menyimpulkan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perhatian yang diberikan orang tua anatara lain sebagai fasilitator dengan menyediakan sarana alat belajar seperti tempat belajar, buku-buku pelajaran dan alat-alat tulis. Sebagai motivator dengan memberikan motivasi kepada anak terhadap prestasi belajar anak dengan memberi hadiah maupun kata-kata pujian, serta memberikan bantuan kepada anak dalam menghadapi kesulitan belajarnya dengan pemberian penjelasan pada bagian yang sulit dimengerti oleh anak. Hambatan orang tua dalam memotivasi anak yaitu anak malas mengerjakan tugas sekolah dan anak sering bermain.Upaya orang tua dalam mengatasi hambatan yang terjadi, yaitu berupa hukuman maupun nasihat.

Abstract

Abstrak __________________________________________________________ Sejak adanya pandemi covid-19 ini siswa melakukan pembelajaran daring. Sekolah SMP Negeri 1 Kabila merupakan salah satu sekolah yang melaksanakan pembelajaran daring secara penuh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang strategi peningkatan pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia secara daring di SMP Negeri 1 Kabila. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan alat ukur pengambilan data penelitian menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan strategi pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia di masa pandemi covid-19 untuk guru bahasa Indonesia SMP Negeri 1 Kabila memberikan dampak terhadap meningkatnya pemahaman, kemampuan, keterampilan, serta motivasi guru dalam memanfaatkan sarana media, dan sumber belajar bahasa Indonesia untuk mendukung tercapainya srategi pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia yang efektif. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pelaksanaan program pembelajaran di sekolah, termasuk di SMP Negeri 1 Kabila, dalam masa pandemi covid-19 ini menempatkan internet bukan semata-mata sebagai media, melainkan lebih sebagai sarana utama yang menggantikan lingkungan belajar konvensional. Abstract ______________________________________________________________ Since the Covid-19 pandemic, students have been doing online learning. SMP Negeri 1 Kabila is one of the schools that implements full online learning. This study aims to describe the strategy for increasing online learning of Indonesian at SMP Negeri 1 Kabila. This study uses a qualitative approach with measuring instruments for data collection using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study show that the Indonesian language learning strategy during the COVID-19 pandemic for Indonesian language teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Kabila has an impact on increasing teachers' understanding, abilities, skills, and motivation in utilizing media facilities and Indonesian language learning resources to support the achievement of learning strategies. effective Indonesian. The implementation of learning programs in schools, including at SMP Negeri 1 Kabila, during the COVID-19 pandemic puts the internet not solely as a medium, but rather as the main means that replaces the conventional learning environment.
