Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the influence of leadership and organizational culture on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. This research uses a type of quantitative research using primary data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires via Google form with a Likert scale toemployees of PT. Oemah Insan Mandiri. The sampling technique in this study is non-probability sampling. The number of samples in this study is 135 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study uses Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of SMARTPLS Software. PLS-SEM analysis consists of two, namely the Outer model andInner model. The results showed a positive and significant influence of leadership and organizational culture on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the mediating role of knowledge sharing in the relationship between knowledge sharing and innovation performance in MSMEs. The research used in the study used explanatory with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all MSMEs in the fashion sector in Rembang Regency totaling 230 MSMEs. The sampling technique in this study was nonprobability sampling.  The method used was purposive sampling where researchers used an assessment of certain criteria in conducting research. The number of samples taken in this study was 70 MSMEs in the fashion sector that have been operating for at least 1 year. Respondents in this study were fashion MSMEs in Rembang Regency. The data analysis technique in this study used Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of SmartPLS software. The results showed that knowledge sharing has a significant positive effect on innovation performance. Knowledge sharing has a significant positive effect on absorptive capacity. Absorptive capacity has a significant positive effect on innovation performance. Knowledge sharing has a significant positive effect on innovation performance mediated by absorptive capacity.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyse the effect of Employee Engagement, Work Life Balance and Employee Burnout on the work perceptions of the millennial generation in Surakarta. The type of research used in the study uses quantitative methods.  The population in this study were all young millennials who are working in the city of Surakarta. This sampling uses a non-probability sampling design with a saturated sample type for data collection. The sample size for this study was 180 respondents. This research uses primary data in its preparation.  The data collection method used in this research is by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses SMARTPLS software. The results showed that Employee Engagement has an effect on the work perceptions of the millennial generation, which is proven to be true. Work life balance affects the work perceptions of the millennial generation, it is proven to be true. Burnout affects the work perceptions of the millennial generation, it is proven to be true.

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure is a concept that brings companies to carry out their social responsibility towards external parties, namely the environment and society. Corporate Social Responsibility is decision-making related to ethical values, compliance with legal principles and decisions and respect for humans, society, and the environment. Corporate Social Responsibility is itended to encourage the business world to be more ethical in carrying out its activities so as not to have a negative impact on the community and the surrounding environment. This quantitative study aims to examine the effect of Company Characteristics on Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure. The independent variables used in this study are 4 company characteristics, namely: board size, profitability, leverage, and company growth.  The object of this research is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014 until 2016 period. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The sample in this study were 90 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014 until 2016 period. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression. The results showed that profitability has an effect on Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure. Meanwhile, the size of the board of commissioners, leverage, and company growth have no effect on Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether profitability, leverage, company size and corporate social responsibility affect the earning response coefficient in health companies. This study uses the dependent variable, namely earning response coefficients which calculated by proxy of regression between accounting profit and stock prices, and the independent variable is profitability as proxy of Return On Assets. (ROA), leverage as proxy of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), company size as proxy of natural logarithm of total assets (SIZE) and corporate social responsibility as measured using the GRI4 indicator. Secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2016-2020 period. With a population of health companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with a sample of health companies for the 2016-2020 period. Sampling done using purposive sampling method, where the sample selected based on the criteria made by the researcher. The data analyzed by descriptive analysis techniques, classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 24. The results of this study indicate that profitability (PROF), Leverage (LEV) and firm size (SIZE) have no effect on earning response coefficient, while corporate social responsibility (CSR) has a negative effect on the earning response coefficient. Keywords: Earning response coefficient, Profitability, Leverage, Company Size, Corporate social responsibility

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial performance of PT. Suparma Tbk, which looks at the profitability factor by using the Gross Profit Margin Ratio and the Net Profit Margin Ratio, 2020-2022. This research is descriptive quantitative. The research data was obtained from the Financial Statements of PT. Suparma Tbk in 2020-2022. Data were analyzed using profitability ratios by using the gross profit margin ratio and the net profit margin ratio. This study shows: 1) The financial performance of PT. Suparma Tbk, which looks at the profitability factor using the Gross ProfitMargin Ratio, in 2020, 2021 and 2022 in a healthy condition and 2) The financial performance of PT. Suparma Tbk, which looks at profitability using the Net Profit Ratio, in 2020, 2021 and 2022 in a healthy condition. And the results ofthis study show that the Gross Profit Margin Ratio and the Net Profit Margin Ratio for 2020-2022 have healthy performance, so that the Management of PT. Suparma Tbk must maintain sales and further increase product sales by more aggressively promoting and offering products to new customers. And maintaining old customers so that they always repeat orders so that the company's profits continue to increase every year.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the determinants of equity financing by MSMEs. The type of research used in the research uses quantitative methods. The sample for this research is MSMEs in SoloRaya. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling technique. The sample for this research consisted of 150 respondents. The data collection method used in this research is by giving questionnaires to respondents. The questionnaire was created using a Likert scale format with the scale often used in preparing questionnaires being the interval scale. The data analysis technique in this research uses Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of SMARTPLS Software. The research results show that attitude has a positive and significant effect on equity financing intentions. Subjective Norms have a positive and significant effect on equity financing intentions. Behavioral control has a positive and significant effect on equity financing intentions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyse the role of leadership style, work discipline, and compensation in influencing employee performance mediated by work motivation in the study of agency "D" in Surakata city. This study uses nonprobability sampling method, which is non-random sampling. In this study, the population is all employees who work at agency "D" with a total of 84 employees with details of 32 civil servants and 52 PPPK people. The sample taken in this study was 84 respondents. The technique that will be used in this research is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis technique with Partial Least Square (PLS) statistics through the help of the SMART PLS application. Based on the research results previously described, the researcher can conclude that the variables of leadership style, compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline variables do not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation variables are not proven to mediate the effect of leadership style on employee performance. Work motivation variables are able to positively and significantly mediate the effect of work discipline on employee performance. Work motivation variable is able to positively and significantly mediate the effect of compensation on employee performance.
