Abstract

A phenomenon that often occurs in Indonesia which is also an annual disaster that hit several areas is drought. Drought is a condition in which an area, land, or community experiences a shortage of water so that it cannot meet their needs. Drought can be caused because an area does not experience rain or is dry for a long period of time or the rainfall is below normal, so that the water content in the soil is reduced or even non-existent. The areas to be analyzed are the Hidirasa watershed, the Rontu watershed, and the Jangka watershed in Bima Regency, West Nusa Tenggara. The analysis drought  aims to determine the deficit, drought duration, drought criteria based on deficits and surpluses that occur by analogy to Oldeman's criteria, hydrological drought index analysis, and hydrological drought distribution maps. In this study, data were used for the Tawali watershed in the Hidirasa watershed, the Sari watershed for the Jangka and the Kumbe water for the Rontu watershed to determine the Q50 and Q80 thresholds using the method Flow Duration Curve (FDC) to obtain hydrological drought characteristics. In the analysis of hydrological drought in several watersheds in Bima Regency, the results show that the maximum deficit in the Hidirasa, Term and Rontu watersheds was 1.09 m³/s, 0.14 m³/s, 0.49 m³/s which occurred in 2001, 1995, and 2001. From the deficit, it was found that the average drought period occurred 8-9 months from May to December and even some until January which indicated that the drought criteria were in zone 2 according to Oldeman. The largest hydrological drought index is the Hidirasa watershed, the Jangka Watershed and the Rontu watershed, respectively, -0.45, -1.00, -1.00, with a very strong drought category.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of several types of manure with Trichoderma spp. fungal fermentation, the effect of local micro-organisms (MOL) on banana weevils and the interaction of these two factors on the growth and yield of peanut plants. This study used an experimental method with field experiments conducted in Pancoran Hamlet, Banyu Urip Village, Gerung District, West Lombok Regency. This research was conducted from January to March 2023. The design used was a randomized block design (RBD) with factorial experiments. The first factor is the Local Micro Organisms (MOL) of banana weevil with 2 levels, namely M0 (without MOL) and M1 (Using MOL). The second factor was several types of manure with 4 levels, namely P0 (without fertilizer), P1 (chicken manure), P2 (cow manure) and P3 (goat manure). observation parameters. The treatment of several types of manure had a significant effect on the parameters of plant height at 4MST, 5MST and 6MST, the parameters of the number of leaves, the number of pods, the weight of the wet pods, the weight of the dry pods and the weight of the seeds planted. However, there is no interaction between the two factors. Treatment of goat manure (P3) Gives the highest yield on the parameter of seed weight planting up to 41.86 g/plant.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the position of separatist creditors in the bankruptcy process is. To answer the problem formulation of the author. The research method used is a normative juridical research method, namely legal research conducted by examining library materials or secondary data. By collecting and then reviewing library materials or secondary data relevant to this research. The results of the research that the provisions in the Law on Guarantees and the Law on Bankruptcy and Debt Payment Delays in which the position of separatist creditors takes precedence over other creditors, and is a separation of creditors' rights, is the author's interpretation of the above discussion, so hereby the author draws conclusions based on the results of the above discussion. . Separatist creditors have the same rights to liquidate assets in the bankruptcy process as if the debtor is not declared bankrupt. However, there are no firm and fast rules between Article 55 paragraph (1) of Law 37/2004 concerning Bankruptcy and Debt Payment Delays and the Civil Code rules regarding the rights of creditors who decide, which can lead to disputes between creditors who decide and practitioners of bankruptcy. In particular Articles 56 and 59 of Law 37/2004 concerning Bankruptcy and Debt Payment Delays. To avoid the above scenario, the bankruptcy practitioner must ensure that the status of the separatist creditor as a lien holder is adequately protected in the settlement of his claim. The transfer of substantive rights by the curator is considered null and void by law, so the provision of Article 56 paragraph (3) of Law 37/2004 concerning Bankruptcy and Debt Payment Delay in the interpretation section needs to be changed. After the substantive rights expire, the guaranteed creditor will compete directly with other creditors

Abstract

Street Catur Warga and Dr. Wahidin did not have enough stops, so many vehicles stopped on the shoulder of the road and parked on the side of the road. The number of people crossing the road and the number of vehicles entering/exiting the road causes a reduction in the speed, volume and capacity of the road so that at certain hours traffic jams often occur. This study analyzed the side friction, volume and speed of Catur Warga and Jalan Dr. Wahidin used the 1997 MKJI method. The results of the analysis on one-way roads, especially the Catur Warga road, had side friction, volume and speed respectively, namely 790.7 events/hour, 1533.75 smp/am and 46.08 km/hour. While the two-way street, Jalan Dr. Wahidin, has side friction, volume and speed of 403.1 events/hour, 1916.15 smp/hour and 38.58 km/hour. From the results of the regression analysis, side friction is very influential on the volume and speed of traffic. This can be seen from (r) in the range of 0.7 < r < 0.9 where the number shows a strong influence and 0.9 < r < 1 indicates a very strong influence. The results of partial regression analysis show that on the Catur Warga road, the side barriers that have the most influence on volume are Parking and Vehicle Stops (PSV), while at speed, namely Vehicles Exiting/Entering Roadside Land Use (EEV). On the Dr. Wahidin the side friction variable that has the most influence on volume is Pedestrians (PED), while at speed, namely Parking and Vehicle Stops (PSV).

Abstract

Eggplant is a vegetable group that is in great demand by various groups due to its delicious taste and high nutritional content and complete composition. The purpose of this study was to determine the response of eggplant growth and yield to the use of growing media and doses of organic fertilizers. The study used a randomized block design (RBD) with 2 factors, namely the planting medium which consisted of 4 levels, namely M0, M1, M2, M3 and the dose of organic fertilizer consisted of 4 levels, namely P0, P1, P2, P3.The results showed that the planting medium affected several parameters, including plant height (M1), number of leaves (M2), number of fruit (M3), and fruit weight (M2). And the organic fertilizer dose treatment significantly affected the parameters of the number of leaves (P2) and the number of fruits (P3).
