Abstract

AbstrakMedia pembelajaran merupakan wahana dan penyampai informasi pendidikan yang dirancang secara baik untuk membantu peserta didik dan mahasiswa memahami meteri perkuliahan. Di era digital ini menuntut peserta didik agar lebih kreatif dan inovatif dalam memberikan pemahaman knowledge salah satunya dengan hadirnya media pembelajaran teka teki silang, yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep-konsep dasar sosiologi. Penggunaan teknologi sebagai media pembelajaran sudah merupakan suatu tuntutan. Walaupun prancangan media pembelajaran teka teki sosiologi memerlukan keahlian khusus, bukaberarti media tersebut dihindari adapun media tersebut meliputi komponen soft ware, Leaning Management system (LMS), dan learning content (LC) Kata Kunci. Media Pembelajaran, Teka Teki Sosiologi, Teknologi.Abstract Learning media is a vehicle and transmitter of educational information designed to help students and students understand lecture methods. In this digital era requires students to be more creative and innovative in providing understanding of knowledge, one of which is the presence of crossword puzzle learning media, which aims to improve understanding of the basic concepts of sociology. The use of technology as a learning media has been integrated. Although the practical media of learning sociological puzzles is special, it does not mean that the media is avoided as for the media including soft ware components, Lean Management systems (LMS), and learning content (LC). Abstract

Abstrak Etnopedagogi memandang pengetahuan atau kearifan lokal (local nowledge, local wisdom) sebagai sumber inovasi dan keterampilan yang dapat diberdayakan demi kesejahteraan masyarakat. Selanjutnya, Hafid, et al (2015) menegaskan bahwa “...Ethnopedagogy is an educational practice based on local wisdom in various fields such as medicinal treatment, selfdefence art, living environment, agriculture, economy, government, calendar system, and etc. Ethnopedagogy perceives that knowledge or local wisdom as the source of innovation and skill that can be empowered for the sake of the society’s welfare...”. Pendapat ini menegaskan bahwa etnopedagogi mengangkat nilai- nilai kearifan lokal sebagai bagian penting dalam proses pendidikan, sebagai bagian dari proses pembudayaan. Selain itu, dalam ekskalasi interaksi sosial yang semakin dinamis karena berbagai isyu yang akan menjadi pemicu munculnya konflik, juga menempatkan etnopedagogi sebagai model pembelajaran berbasis perbedaan dalam upaya menemukan upaya penyatuan dalam perbedaan itu sendiri. Hal ini sebagaimana diungkapkan oleh Guzaliya Zh Fahrutdinova (2016) dalam salah satu kajian empiriknya menjelaskan sebagai berikut : “ With the increased tension in human relations, in a burst of misundertsanding, ethnic conflicts, which have proliferated in a new socio-cultural environment, the study of processes of interaction in multi-ethnic educational environment and upbringing, the emerging national identity for centuries, actualizes the importance of contemporary problems of etnopedagogical education”.Pendidikan melalui pendekatan etnopedagogi, melihat pengetahuan lokal sebagai sumber inovasi dan keterampilan yang dapat diberdayakan (Priadi Surya, 2011) untuk proses pembelajaran yang sedang dan akan berlangsung. Kearifan lokal merupakan ungkapan budaya yang khas, didalamnya terkandung tata nilai, etika, norma, aturan dan ketrampilan suatu komunitas dalam memenuhi tantangan keberlanjutan kehidupannya (Suswandari, 2017). Bahkan tidak jarang, kearifan lokal sering digunakan sebagai lokal decisión making, sebagaimana berlaku dalam bidang pengelolaan sumber daya alam dan berbagai aktivitas sosial lainnya dalam lingkungan kehidupan masyarakat.Kata Kunci, Etnopaedagogi, seba, masyarakat dam baduy.Abstract Ethnopedagogy views knowledge or local wisdom (local knowledge) as a source of innovation and skills that can be empowered for the welfare of society. Furthermore, Hafid, et al (2015) asserted that "... Ethnopedagogy is an educational practice based on local wisdom in various fields such as medicinal treatment, self-defense art, living environment, agriculture, economy, government, calendar system, and etc. Ethnopedagogy perceives that knowledge or local wisdom as the source of innovation and skill that can be empowered for the sake of the society ... ". This opinion emphasizes that ethnagagogy elevates the values of local wisdom as an important part of the education process, as part of the civilization process. In addition, in the escalation of increasingly dynamic social interactions because various issues that will trigger the emergence of conflict, also places ethnopedagogy as a difference-based learning model in an effort to find efforts to unite in the differences themselves. This as revealed by Guzaliya Zh Fahrutdinova (2016) in one of his empirical studies explains as follows: "With the increase in human relations tension, in a burst of misunderstanding, ethnic conflicts, which have proliferated in a new socio-cultural environment, the "The study of interaction in multi-ethnic educational environment and upbringing, the emerging national identity for centuries, actualizes the importance of contemporary problems of ethnoagogical education".Education through the ethopedic approach, sees local knowledge as a source of innovation and empowerable skills (Priadi Surya, 2011) for the ongoing and ongoing learning process. Local wisdom is a distinctive cultural expression, in which the values, ethics, norms, rules and skills of a community are contained in meeting the challenges of sustainability of life (Suswandari, 2017). In fact, not infrequently, local wisdom is often used as a local decisión making, as applicable in the field of natural resource management and various other social activities in the community's living environment.Keywords, Etnopaedagogi, seba, community and baduy.

Abstract

AbstrakArtikel ini merupakan hasil penelitian yang  menggunakan metode Research and Development (R & D). Tujuan penelitian ialah untuk mengetahui efektifivitas  bahan ajar berbasis Web pada Mata Kuliah Pembangunan dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat. Bahan Ajar Berbasis Web sebelum digunakan, telah melalui tahapan validasi yang dilakukan oleh ahli media dan ahli materi. Setelah di validasi oleh ahli media dan ahli materi, kemudian bahan ajar berbasis web di uji cobakan pada mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Sosiologi Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa, tahapan uji coba meliputi ujicoba terbatas dan ujcoba secara luas.Uji Keefektifan Bahan Ajar menggunakan t test (Uji- t) pada taraf signifikansi 5% , diperoleh  thitung sebesar 42,566 dan ttabel sebesar 2,064. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa thitung> ttabel .Dapat disimpulkan bahwa bahan ajar berbasis web terbukti efektif pada mata kuliah pembangunan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat.Kata Kunci: pembangunan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat, sosiologi pembangunan, pembelajaran berbasis web. AbstractThis article was the result of research using the Research and Development (R & D) method. The purpose of the study was to determine the effectiveness of Web-based teaching materials in the Development and Community Empowerment Course. Web Based Learning Materials before being used, have gone through the stages of validation carried out by media experts and material experts. After being validated by media experts and material experts, then Web-based teaching materials were tested on students of the Department of Sociology Education at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University, the stages of the trial included limited trials and extensive trials.Teaching Materials Effectiveness Test using t test (t-test) at the significance level of 5%, obtained tcount of 42.566 and t table of 2.064 This indicates that tcount> t table.Conclution of this study is that Web-Based Teaching Materials proved effective in development and community empowerment courses.Keywords: development and community empowerment, sociology of development, web-based learning

Abstract

AbstrakPasar tradisional adalah representasi kelas menengah dan masyarakat miskin Keberadaannya amat vital dalam menopang perekonomian keluarga dan masyarakat secara luas. Secara kuantitas sejak dulu, pasar tradisional lekat dengan kaum perempuan. Namun perhatian khusus terhadap keberadaan kaum perempuan dalam membangun usahanya di pasar tradisional belum mendapatkan perhatian serius. Permasalahan-permasalahan yang dihadapi mereka dalam membangun usaha tentu tidak bisa diabaikan karena sektor ini menentukan keberlangsungan hidup mereka. Penelitian telah berusaha mengungkap strategi survive dan jaringan sosial kelembagaan bagi perempuan yang membuka usaha di pasar tradisional Rau dalam rangka memberdayakan mereka. Prosedur penelitian yang dipakai adalah kualitatif, yang bertujuan menjaring data yang lebih mendalam terhadap persoalan yang dihadapi objek penelitian. Berdasarkan data yang dihimpun yang telah dianlisis, terdapat beberapa temuan, di antaranya (1) strategi survive ditopang oleh moralitas ekonomi yaitu tidak putus asa. Selain itu, adalah pengetahuan, jaringan sosial kultural dan modal material. (2)  tidak ada jaringan sosial struktural, paguyuban, dan sejenisnya. Karena itu mereka sering mengalami ketidak-adilan sosial dan ekonomi. Partisipasi terhadap berbagai kebijakan di pasar rendah sebab mereka tidak pernah dilibatkan. Mereka hanya datang berdagang. (3) belum ada program pemberdayaan yang khusus dibuat untuk kalangan perempuan yang membuka usaha di pasar, meskipun keberadaan mereka sangat vital dalam perekonomian. Its existence is vital in sustaining the economy of the family and society at large. In quantity, traditional markets are closely related to women. However, special attention to the existence of women in building their businesses in traditional markets has not received serious attention. The problems they face in building a business cannot be ignored because this sector determines their survival. Research has sought to uncover survival strategies and institutional social networks for women who open businesses in the traditional Rau market in order to empower them. The research procedure used is qualitative, which aims to capture deeper data on the problems faced by the research object. Based on the data collected which has been analyzed, there are several findings, including (1) survival strategies supported by economic morality, namely not despairing. In addition, it is knowledge, social cultural networks and material capital. (2) there are no structural social networks, associations, and the like. Therefore they often experience social and economic injustice. Participation in various policies on the market is low because they have never been involved. They only come to trade. (3) there is no empowerment program specifically created for women who open businesses in the market, even though their existence is vital in the economy.Keywords: Traditional Markets, Economic Empowerment, Women

Abstract

AbstrakPemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Katingan dalam penguasaan tanah adat bagi kepentingan perusahaan pada sengketa tanah adat betang sangkuwu di Desa Tumbang Marak, mempraktikkan strategi dominasi dengan menggunakan kekuasaanya secara sewenang-wenang yang bersumber dari Peraturan Daerah Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah No. 16 Tahun 2008 Tentang Kelembagaan Adat Dayak di Kalimantan Tengah  dan Peraturan Gubernur No. 13 Tahun 2009 Tentang Tanah Adat dan Hak-Hak Adat di Atas Tanah di Kalimantan Tengah. Dominasi pemerintah daerah dilakukan dengan mengintervensi apartus adat Kedamangan, dan membuat krisis otoritas Lembaga Adat Kedamangan sehingga gagal melaksanakan peradilan adat. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebutlah, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk; (1) menjelaskan strategi dominasi  pemerintah  daerah  dan (2)  mengetahui   posisi   kewenangan   Kedamangan   dalam   dominasi pemerintah. Secara teoritis, permasalahan penelitian dibahas menggunakan teori   strukturasi   Bourdieu.   Metode   studi   ini   menggunakan pendeketan kualitatif deskriptif dengan cara pengumpulan data; wawancara, observasi, bukti bisu dan bukti visual.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; Strategi dominasi yang digunakan pemerintah yaitu pertaruhan modal simbolis berupa kewenangan yang bersumber dari Peraturan Daerah Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah No. 16 Tahun 2008 tentang Kelembagaan Adat Dayak di Kalimantan Tengah  dan Peraturan Gubernur No. 13 Tahun 2009 Tentang Tanah Adat dan Hak-Hak Adat di Atas Tanah di Kalimantan Tengah. Strategi tersebut membuat pemerintah mengakumulasi  modal simbolik, modal ekonomi dan   sosial.   Adapun   dominasi  pemerintah  menggunakan  kewenangannya untuk  membuat  krisis  otoritas pada lembaga  adat Kedamangan,  menempatkan posisi kewenangan lembaga adat Kedamangan berada di bawah dominasi pemerintah.Kata kunci : dominasi pemerintah, modal simbolis, penguasaan tanah adat  bagi  kepentingan  perusahaan, krisis Otoritas lembaga adat Kadamangan.AbstractThe Regional Government of Katingan Regency in the control of customary land for the company's interests in the dispute over the Betang Sangkuwu customary land in Tumbang Marak Village, practiced a strategy of domination by using its authority arbitrarily originating from the Regional Regulation of Central Kalimantan Province No. 16 of 2008 concerning the Institution of Dayak Customs in Central Kalimantan and Governor Regulation No. 13 of 2009 concerning Customary Land and Indigenous Rights on Land in Central Kalimantan.The dominance of the regional government was carried out by intervening in the Kedamangan traditional apartment, and making a crisis of the authority of the Kedamangan Customary Institution so that it failed to carry out customary justice. Based on this background, this study aims to; (1) explain the strategy of local government domination and (2) find out the position of the Kedamangan authority in the dominance of the government. Theoretically, the research problem is discussed using Bourdieu's structuration theory. This study method uses descriptive qualitative approaches by means of data collection; interviews, observation, silent evidence and visual evidence.The results of the study show that; The domination strategy used by the government is the gambling of symbolic capital in the form of authority originating from the Regional Regulation of Central Kalimantan Province No. 16 of 2008 concerning the Dayak Customary Institution in Central Kalimantan and Governor Regulation No. 13 of 2009 concerning Customary Land and Indigenous Rights on Land in Central Kalimantan. This strategy makes the government accumulate symbolic capital, economic and social capital. As for the dominance of the government using its authority to create a crisis of authority at the Kedamangan customary institution, placing the authority position of the Kedamangan customary institution under the domination of the government.Keywords: government domination, symbolic capital, control of customary land for the benefit of the company, crisis of Kadamangan traditional institution authority.
