Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze suitable natural phosphate manure production in Sawangan Ajibarang phosphate factory. The analysis’ tool that used is five aspects they are Market aspect, Production and Technology aspect, Management aspect, Financial Aspect and Environment aspect. The market aspect used SWOT analyzes. The management aspect used organizational structure. The Financial aspect used Break Even Point (BEP), Payback Period (PP), Net Present Value (NPV), Profitabilitas Indeks (PI), and Internal Rate of Return (IRR). The result of this research shown that Sawangan Ajibarang phosphate factory was suitable.

Abstract

Research on abnormal return for investors was carried out through taking population of stock from 45 companies (emitents) that belong to LQ-45 group during period of August 2004 till February 2005. The stocks that belong to LQ-45 group are stocks that have high liquidity as well as their high capitalization value.This research was focused on an event, it was president and vice presiden election, whether it had a significant effect on investors abnormal return in capital market. The research on something that is always called Event Study has the purpose to find out whether the event has an effect on stock price an it will finally effect has an effect on stock price an it will finally effect investor’s income.To find out whether there was not a significant difference between the average abnormal return 10 days before and 10 days after the election, it was tested using two side t-test with the result that there wasn’t a significant difference. President and Vice President election event is an event that can be anticipated as its execution has been known before, so what will possibly happen is who will be chosen, and how this will have research is that the event is known before so it can be anticipated by the investors.

Abstract

Batik is generally thought of as the most unique Indonesian fashion. They produced from several regions, especially Central Java (including Banyumas) and Jogjakarta as the center of the art. Since 1970’s, the golden era of Batik Banyumas has gone. The number of people in Banyumas who rely on Batik for their living decreasing significantly from day to day. There is a worried that Batik Banyumas as the most distinctive heritage will disappear. This reseach is designed to find out some inhibitant factors perceived by business people in developing Batik Banyumas using Analytical Hierarch Process (AHP). Moreover, case study is conducted to calculate the feasibility of investing in printing batik from marketing and financial aspects

Abstract

The aim of this research is to measure KPPI in Purbalingga Regency performance increase. Primary data was collected using proportional random sampling. Sample of this research consist of 325 respondents. The result of this research shown that KPPI in Purbalingga Regency was perform well to their society with gave satisfying service.

Abstract

The study analysed food, beverage, and tobacco firms (classified as ISIC 31) in Indonesia during 1992-2006. It aimed to find out the effect of number of firm, purchase of fixed capital and number of employee on the ouput of food, berverage, and tobacco industries simultaneously as well as partially on the industries ouput; find out the efficiency and returns to scale of those industries.The results showed that all variable simultaneously influenced the put of those industries. Partially the effect of the number of firm and the purchase of fixed capital were significant, but number of employee was insignificant. The higher number of firm and fixed capital, the higher the industry out put. Further more the study found that those industries have not been effivent and have been in increassing return to scale as shown by their respective regression soefficient in increassing return to scale as shown by their resprective regression coefficient which were more than one.
