Abstract

Purpose: “The Influence of Firm Size, Bid Ask Spread, and Trading Volume on Price Reversal” is a research that aims to analyze the factors that affect price reversal on companies listed in LQ45 Index in period of November 8 - November 16, 2016. Methodology: This research is an associative study to determine the relationship or influence between two or more variables. The population used in this study was all companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the study period. The method of collecting data used purposive sampling. Data obtained from purposive sampling method was 44 companies. Analysis method used in this research was multiple linear regression. Testing the hypothesis used the adjusted coefficient of determination, t-statistic test, and f-statistic test. Findings: The result of this research shows that firm size has positive and significant effect to price reversal, bid ask spread has positive and significant effect to price reversal, and trading volume has positive and significant impact to price reversal. Implications: The implications of the above conclusions are that investors can pay attention to the factor of firm size, bid ask spread, and trading volume as a basic for consideration to trade on the exchange to get the best return in accordance with the compensation of the risk that they received. Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this research is to examine influence between profitability measured by return on asset (ROA), liquidity measured by current ratio (CR), cash holding, non-debt tax shield, and asset growth on capital structure measured by debt to equity ratio (DER) and the influence on stock return. Methodology: This research was conducted during the period of 2011-2015. This research is quantitative research that used associative studies to determine the relationship or influence between two or more variables. Population in this research was all of consumer goods industries listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period of research. This research combines multiple and simple regression analysis technique. In addition, hypothesis testing used coefficient of determination, F-test statistic, and t-test statistic. Findings: The result of this research indicates that profitability (ROA) has positive influence toward capital structure. Liquidity (current ratio) and cash holding have negative influence toward capital structure. Non-debt tax shield and asset growth do not have significant influence toward capital structure. Furthermore, capital structure does not have significant influence toward stock return. Abstract

Purpose: The research aims to investigate and examine the dimension of transformational leadership on the private and public organization. Methodology: Total number of mailed questionnaires was 150, and the total number of returned questionnaires was 110, but there were only 100 complete questionnaires; thus, the response rate is 73.3%. Confirmatory and cluster is performed for data analysis purpose. Findings: The result shows that all transformational leadership dimensions are confirmed loading on the right places. The result provides an account in establishing a dimension of transformational leadership that will give more evidence of MLQ questionnaire can adopted on public and private organization. The result also showed that the private and public have differences on transformational leadership dimension that has more important. Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of non performing financing, wadiah savings, financing to deposit ratio, and operating income expense toward murabahah financing and the influence to return on asset. Methodology: This research used panel data regression analysis as model to test the hypothesis. The population in this research was Sharia Rural Banking (BPRS) on Indonesia during 2012-2015 consisting of 168 banks. While, the sample of this research was taken by purposive sampling method which was 25 banks. Findings: The result of this research shows that: (1) non performing financing has no effect toward murabahah financing; (2) wadiah savings has positive effect toward murabahah financing; 3) financing to deposit ratio has no effect toward murabahah financing; (4) operating income expense has negative effect toward murabahah financing; and (5) murabahah financing has positive effect toward return on asset. Implications: Implication based on result of this research is the management needs to increase wadiah savings and decrease operating income expense because it can increase the murabahah financing. The management also needs to increase murabahah financing, because in this research it is proven that it can increase the return on asset. Abstract

Background: Young people are active users of the information technology, especially internet. Even some of them tend to make the internet as a medium of the main support for daily activities. This study indicates that internet use among young people, especially college student tends to have a model of its own behavior, making it attractive for further investigation. Purpose: This study focuses on the influence of perceived enjoyment as antecedent variable in the technology acceptance model (TAM). Methodology: The respondents of this study were college students as internet users in Yogyakarta, the province is considering a student city. This study was conducted on 130 respondents. Findings: According to the structural analysis with SEM method, shows that perceive enjoyment has a role as antecedent variable on TAM, because that variable has significant effects on variables in technology acceptance model. Keywords: perceived enjoyment, technology acceptance model, internet user, college student.

Abstract

Purpose: The research aims to investigate and examine the dimension of transformational leadership on the private and public organization.
