Abstract

Traditional markets (general trade), still have an important place, especially for Indonesian people who live in suburban areas, in sub-districts and in rural areas. Although now its existence is starting to be shifted by modern markets, however, there are many and spread in various regions, making the contribution of traditional markets to the Indonesian economy cannot be ignored. So that there are efforts from various parties, to improve the marketing performance of business actors in this traditional market, including the introduction of technology. The purpose of this study is to analize the acceptance of traditional retail business actors towards online shopping applications for B2B consumers, in terms of Performance Expectancy, Effort expectancy, Social Influence and Facilitating Conditions variables. The sample of this research is 161 traditional retail business actors, which include owners of traditional stalls, grocery stores and kiosks. Analysis of research data using Partial Least Suare (PLS) analysis tool. The results showed that Performance Expectancy, Social Influence and Facilitating Conditions had a positive effect on intention in using B2B online shopping applications. Meanwhile, Effort Expectancy has no effect on intention in using B2B online shopping applications. The results of this study are expected to be used as considerations for formulating various strategies and policies to improve technological literacy for business actors to improve their business performance, so that their contribution to the performance of national economic recovery can be optimal. Abstract

This research was held in Gumelar, one of the largest migrant communities in Central Java Province. The research was done by combining fieldworks and literature reviews to meet Gumelar migrant workers and the government perspective. Data was collected by using in-depth interviews and Focused Group Discussion (FGD) methods. The interviews conducted involved 10 family members of migrant workers and 14 former migrant workers. Meanwhile, in the three FGDs, there were 10 former PMIs (Indonesian Migrant Workers) involved and 6 PMI candidates. This qualitative research produces a Causative-Pathway Model for Migrant Labor Economic Reintegration. It was found that the social values upheld by the participants influenced their financial planning patterns. Meanwhile, based on a study of various official media, there were three potential government supports related to PMI's economic reintegration in the form of policies and systems related to three domains. They are: financial planning, job opportunities and business opportunities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the positive relationship between social innovation, involvement, and advocacy tourism in the villagers Community. Active support from the village community can be very important for successful tourism development if villagers become more aware of the attractive characteristics of the area and are involved in developing sustainable tourism promotion in Village. In this study, a hypothesis test of the relationship between social innovation and advocacy tourism through community involvement will be conducted. To get a comprehensive picture, the researcher will collect a research sample of 100 villagers who have the criteria for the age of 18 to 50 years and are familiar with social media. Respondents will fill out a questionnaire and answers from respondents will be analyzed using path analysis to test hypotheses.
