Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine the effect of online trading facilities and minimal capital investment on students interest to invest in the capital market. Various external and internal factors that arise that can affect the interests of potential young investors in investing in the capital market. As technology-savvy millennials and most of them are not yet earning, several factors including the existence of online trading facilities and minimal investment capital will influence the interests of potential young investors in investing in the capital market. The population in this study are students who are still actively registered in the accounting department of the Bali State Polytechnic. The sample collection method used is a purposive sampling method with criteria, students majoring in accounting who have received capital market and investment courses. The number of samples in this study were 114 people. Data obtained in the form of answers from respondents and processed using SPSS. The results obtained in this study were from 114 samples who filled out the questionnaire, it was found that both the variables of online trading facilities and minimal capital investment had an influence on the investment interests of students of accounting department Bali State Polytechnic. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh fasilitas online trading dan modal minimal investasi pada minat mahasiswa untuk berinvestasi pasar modal. Berbagai faktor baik external dan internal yang muncul yang dapat mempengaruhi minat calon investor muda dalam berinvestasi di pasar modal. Sebagai kaum milenial yang melek teknologi dan sebagian besar belum berpenghasilan, beberapa faktor antara lain adanya fasilitas online trading dan modal minimal investasi akan mempengaruhi minat para calon investor muda dalam berinvestasi di pasar modal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa yang masih terdaftar aktif di jurusan akuntansi Politeknik Negeri Bali. Metode pengumpulan sample yang digunakan adalah metode purposive sampling dengan kriteria yaitu mahasiswa jurusan akuntansi yang sudah mendapatkan mata kuliah pasar modal dan investasi. Adapun jumlah sample dalam penelitian ini adalah 114 orang. Data diperoleh berupa jawaban dari responden dan diolah menggunakan SPSS. Adapun hasil yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini adalah dari 114 orang sample yang mengisi kuisioner, didapatkan hasil bahwa baik variable fasilitas online trading dan modal minimal investasi memiliki pengaruh pada minat investasi mahasiswa Jurusan Akuntansi Politeknik Negeri Bali. Kata Kunci: fasilitas online trading, modal minimal investasi, minat investasi, pasar modal.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze: Porter’s generic strategies in increasing competitiveness in the Pajajaran Sindangkasih Ciamis Minimarket. Suggestions used in this study are qualitative with descriptive methods. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling technique. The research informants were 10 informants who were obtained by owners, unit managers, mentors, cashiers, marketing units, suppliers, customers of the Pajajaran Sindangkasih minimarket, and customers from support. The Porter’s generic strategies applied in the Pajajaran Sindangkasih Minimarket provides discounts for various items in a certain period, lower prices for sponsor products. For the main material products and other general retail products, the average Pajajaran Sindangkasih Minimarket is superior to that. Minimarket Pajajaran Sindangkasih offers services that provide and benefit such as membership cards and groceries, which means there is no other retail promotion. The Focus Strategy of the Pajajaran Sindangkasih Minimarket is used to build competitive advantage in a tighter market segment, by opposing the superiority of the merchandise products offered to customers, which is the basis for better supporting the retail development strategy. Through the evaluation of profits per product, retailers can classify which products are classified as fast selling products (fast moving products) and which products are classified as less salable products (slow moving products).

Abstract

Tourism marketers are currently using technology to approach their target markets. The tourism sector not only using the internet but also started using other applications such as social media. The most important thing to change since the use of information technology is the existence of direct communication between service providers or products with buyers through channels that focus on information and data. Changes in consumer behavior also occur. Consumers are paying more attention to the importance of information and services. The use of the internet and various means of information and communication (ICT) in tourism marketing can increase the competitive power of tourism sector companies. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of social media in providing consideration for tourists, especially among young people as users of social media in making the decision to travel. The study was conducted by survey and data were analyzed with descriptive statistics. The informant stopped when interviewing reaching 30 tourists. Informants were taken by purposive sampling technique. From this study, it was concluded that teenagers, now millennials, seek information on Regional Destinations through the Internet on their cellphones and through friends and relatives. Applications used to search for information on the Internet are Facebook, Video Sharing Sites (Youtube) and Photo sharing sites such as Instagram and Flicker. They will share information and photos before and after they travel. Further research suggestion would be exploration of digital marketing.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kunjungan Wisatawan Mancanegara terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah Provinsi Bali (2) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh Pertumbuhan Ekonomi terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah Provinsi Bali (3) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kunjungan Wisatawan Mancanegara dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi secara simultan terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah Provinsi Bali. (4) Untuk menganalis Kemandirian Keuangan Daerah Provinsi Bali. Sampel diambil selama 15 tahun dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data adalah teknik regresi berganda. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa Kunjungan Wisatawan Mancanegara berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah Provinsi Bali. Pertumbuhan Ekonomi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah Provinsi Bali. Kunjungan Wisatawan Mancanegara dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah Provinsi Bali. Kriteria kemandirian keuangan daerah Provinsi Bali dengan kriteria sedang dan pola hubungan partisipatif yang berarti masih tergantung pada bantuan pemerintah pusat, namun ketergantungan keuangan daerah dengan pemerintah pusat semakin berkurang. Pendapatan Asli Daerah Provinsi Bali meningkat sebagai akibat Kunjungan Wisatawan Mancanegara dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi dan berdampak positif pada Kemandirian Keuangan Daerah Provinsi Bali.

Abstract

This study aims at exploring and understanding two areas: 1. The readiness of coffee shops entrepreneurs in Banda Aceh to expand their business into ASEAN market. 2. Assessing the strength, weakness, opportinty and threat of the coffee shops indusry in Banda Aceh. This study employed exploratory qualitative methode by conducting interview to four key persons who own and manage the coffee shops. The study found that in regards with internationalization of coffee shops, there are three categories : 1. Not willing to internationalize and not ready; 2. There is intention, yet not ready, 3. Ready to internationalize but lack of suitable business partner. This study also provide the SWOT of the coffee shops in Banda Aceh. The implication of this study is that: 1). It is necessary for Provincial Government of Aceh to provide training for coffee shops managers/owners in order to increase their readiness and enable them to find suitable business partner for internationalizing their business into ASEAN market. 2). Future study can be conducted using another type of quantitative or qualitative method, so that the findings can be validated and generalized.

Abstract

Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman apa saja yang akan terjadi dari pengimplementasian teknologi finansial pada Bank BRI Kantor Cabang Balikpapan Sudirman, khususnya implementasi BRI Mobile Banking. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah meledaknya jumlah pengguna internet maupun smartphone di Indonesia termasuk dalam hal ini civitas academika Politeknik Negeri Balikpapan, belum diimbangi dengan jumlah nasabah bank yang menggunakan teknologi perbankan untuk mendapatkan layanan dari bank. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah civitas academika Politeknik Negeri Balikpapan yang menjadi nasabah Bank BRI dan menggunakan fasilitas BRI Mobile banking. Dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, data diperoleh dari hasil wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa kelengkapan fitur dan desain yang praktis dan mudah digunakan menjadi kekuatan dari pengimplementasian BRI mobile banking walaupun terdapat kelemahan seperti biaya yang ditanggung pengguna karena masih berbasis sms plain text. Gaya hidup masyarakat yang selalu bertransaksi online dan akan ada penambahan satelit menjadi peluang dalam peningkatan kualitas layanan. Dibalik itu terdapat ancaman pula seperti kualitas produk pesaing yang lebih unggul dan bebas biaya.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh entrepreneurial marketing dan produk inovasi terhadap daya saing. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Provinsi Bali, khususnya pada pengusaha ekspor kerajinan olahan kayu yang saat ini menjadi ekspor dominan di Provinsi Bali. Data Dinas Perdagangan dan Perindustrian Provinsi Bali menunjukkan produk kerajinan ekspor kayu tersebar lebih banyak di empat wilayah kabupaten dan kota, yakni Kota Denpasar, Kabupaten Badung, Gianyar dan Tabanan. Keempat kabupaten/kota tersebut dikenal sebagai wilayah Sarbagita Provinsi Bali. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 10.455 orang secara proporsional tersebar di masing-masing wilayah yaitu Kabupaten Tabanan sebanyak 350 orang, Kota Denpasar berjumlah 2.134 orang, Kabupaten Badung berjumlah 2.636 orang, dan Kabupaten Gianyar berjumlah 5.335 orang. Penarikan sampel mempergunakan metode proportional random sampling dengan total sampel penelitian 100 orang. Teknik analisis penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif berdasarkan analisis multivariate menggunakan model persamaan struktural (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa entrepreneurial marketing sebagai konstruk yang tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap daya saing, artinya bahwa entrepreneurial marketing belum begitu baik dilakukan oleh UKM sehingga belum mampu meningkatkan daya saing, sedangkan hasil pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menjawab rumusan hipotesis yang menyatakan inovasi produk memiliki pengaruh terhadap daya saing.

Abstract

The problems of seaweed farming in the Kokas District of Fakfak Regency in this study were formulated as follows: (1) how much the total cost, revenue, and income of seaweed farmers per production cycle; (2) what are the internal and external factors that influence the development of seaweed farming (3) what are the priority strategies that can be applied in the development of seaweed farming. The objectives of this study are: (1) to determine the total cost, revenue and income of seaweed farmers per production cycle; (2) determine internal and external factors that can influence the development of seaweed farming; and (3) determine priority strategies that can be applied in developing seaweed farming. The basic method used in this research is descriptive analytical method, the respondent taking is done by purposive sampling, external, internal, SWOT analysis, and QSP matrix analysis. The results achieved in this study are the average total cost incurred during one production is Rp. 13. 305,666.67. Admission is an average of Rp. 30,600,000, and the average income is Rp. 17,294,333.33. Internal and external factors, namely strength: the availability of sufficient labor, easy cultivation is carried out, good quality seaweed. Weaknesses: limited capital, quality of resources is still lacking, promotion is still lacking. Opportunities: market share is still wide, demand is increasing, the development of technological progress. Threats: weather, lack of government role, rising prices of production facilities. The priority strategy in the development of seaweed farming based on QSP matrix analysis is strategy II, which is maintaining the quality of seaweed to meet the increasing demand.
