SPEKTRUM: Jurnal Pendidikan Luar (PLS) memuat artikel-artikel hasil penelitian dan atau kajian analitis-kritis di bidang pendidikan luar sekolah secara khusus pada pembangunan pendidikan orang dewasa, pendidikan masyarakat, pelatihan dan pengembangan sumber manusia, penyuluhan, dan pengembangan masyarakat. Spesifikasi kajian ditujukan untuk pengalaman, pengembangan, dan menjelaskan tentang sejarah, filosofi, prinsip-prinsip, kebijakan, desain, dan teknologi yang digunakan dan dikembangkan dalam layanan pendidikan di luar sistem persekolahan.

<![CDATA[The research is motivation by the good sports extracurricular at SMAN 13 Padang. This condition is suspected because the guidance provided by the coach in sports extracurricular activities is quite good. This study aims to see an overview of coaching in sports extracurricular activities at SMAN 13 Padang. This research of type quantitative descriptive. Population in this study were eleven-grade students participating in sports extracurricular activities at SMAN 13 Padang as many as 38 people who were all respondents to the study. Data collection techniques using questionnaires by analyzing data using percentage calculations. The results showed that the picture of coaching in sports extracurricular activities at Padang Public High School 13 was good. Suggestions from the results of this study for coaches to maintain and improve the guidance provided in the form of guidance and supervision.Keywords: Extracurricular, Coaching]]>

<![CDATA[Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi karena keberhasilan kursus menjahit Pondok Busana Modiste dalam Penerapan Disiplin warga belajar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) gambaran penerapan disiplin waktu oleh lembaga dalam pelaksanaan kursus menjahit menurut warga belajar, (2) gambaran penerapan disiplin belajar oleh lembaga dalam pelaksanaan kursus menjahit menurut warga belajar dan (3) gambaran penerapan disiplin melalui tata tertib oleh lembaga dalam pelaksanaan kursus menjahit menurut warga belajar. Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang dan semua dijadikan responden. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan rumus persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan disiplin waktu yang dilakukan sudah sangat baik, penerapan disiplin belajar yang dilakukan sangat baik, dan penerapan tata tertib yang dilakukan sangat baik.]]>

<![CDATA[The problem in this study is the low ability children in social development. The purpose of this study was to describe the social development of children in collaboration, responsibility and tolerance. This type of research used in this study is action research with children early childhood research subjects Nations Hope numbering 15 people. The instrument used is the observation and documentation formats. Data collection techniques are the techniques of observation and documentation. Analysis using a percentage formula. The results of this study indicate that hydra games can improve social development of children in collaboration, responsibility and tolerance seen from the average value at each statement of the first cycle and increased in the second cycle. This is proved by using hydra games can improve social development of children.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is motivated by the success of the 3 in 1 education and training program for making pinhead embroideries carried out by the Padang Industrial Training Center. This is allegedly due to the learning climate that occurred in the implementation of the program. This study aims to determine the description of the learning climate in the 3 in 1 training program for making pinhead embroideries held in Padang Biri-Birik, North Pariaman. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The population of this study was all of the 3 in 1 training participants making pinhead embroideries carried out by the Padang Industrial Training Center in 2019 totaling 70 training participants. The sample in this study amounted to 30 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a tool in the form of a statement list, while data analysis techniques use the percentage calculation. The results of the study show that the learning climate in the 3 in 1 Education and Training program for making pinhead stitches is seen from 1) the aspect of the physical environment is quite good. This was also illustrated by the participants' responses which became a sample dominated by always and frequently answered answers (93.35%), 2) in the aspect of the social environment also looked quite good. This is illustrated from the training participants' answers which became the most sampled answers that always and often reached (92.5%). The suggestion put forward in this research is to the management of the Central Indonesian Education and Training Center who carry out the 3 in 1 education and training program to make the pinhead embroidery so as to always maintain the learning climate for other upcoming training activities.Keywords: Learning Climate, Success ]]>

<![CDATA[This research is motivated by the success of Learning Activity Studio (SKB) in carrying out activities, this is seen from the application of instruction by instructors at SKB Lima Puluh Kota. The purpose of this study is to describe the application of adult learning by instructor in terms of views, learning experiences, selfconcept, and readiness to learn. The type of this research is quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study is residents learn training. Sampling technique in this research is simple random sampling from entire population. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, while the questionnaire data collection tool. Technique of data analysis by using formula of percentage. From the results of the study showed that: instructorapply learning experiencesin the learning process, instructorapply self-concept in the learning process, instructor apply readiness to study in the learning process.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is motivated by the high learning result of santri that can be seen from the achievement of studying santri tahfidz Al-Quran at Al Hidayah Mosque of Solok City. This condition is influenced because of the discipline of students who are very good in following the teaching and learning process. The purpose of this study is to look at the discipline of santri from: 1) discipline of time, 2) discipline in obedience and obedience, 3) discipline in responsibility. The population is twenty-one persons and a sample of twenty-one people is assigned based on the sampling technique of the census. The data collecting technique uses questionnaire of data collection tool. Data analysis techniques use percentage calculations. The results showed that the discipline of santri was very good in terms of 1) time discipline, 2) discipline in obedience and compliance, 3) discipline in responsibility. In conclusion santri have a very good discipline. The discipline of the students affects the improvement of the students' learning outcomes and their learning achievement. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitaif dengan populasi 81 anak remaja dengan sample 45 anak remaja, alat pengumpul datanya berupa questioner, pengelolaan data memakai persentase. Hasil penelitian bahwa Pelaksanaan pendidikan keluarga tentang Sikap santun anak remaja dalam berbicara dalam pendidikan keluarga masih rendah, ini terlihat dari sebagian besar anak remaja menyatakan kurang dalam Menghargai, Memberikan Perhatian dan empati, dan tidak merespon pembicaraan di dalam pendidikan keluarga, Pelaksanaan pendidikan keluarga tentang Sikap Santun anak remaja dalam bertingkah laku dalam pendidikan keluarga masih rendah, ini terlihat dari sebagian besar anak remaja menyatakan kurang dalam tolong- menolong dan berbuat baik.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was motivated by the active phenomenon of computer technician training at the Prima Data Institute Padang in Padang. This is evidenced by the presence, attention, concentration and activity of student in the learning process. This study aims to look at the application of quantum teaching learning strategies at the prima data institute in padang. This research is quantitative descriptive reseach. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. Samples were taken as much as 75% of the population so there were 15 people. The technique of collecting data uses a questionnaire. Data collection tool is a list of statements. The data analysis technique uses the percentage formula. The results showed that the quantum teaching learning strategy at the Prima Data Institute in Padang from the aspects of growth, natural, namai, demostrated, and celebrating the applied by the instructor is very good. This is evidenced by the majority of students giving statements always. Based on the results of the study, it was suggested that instructors continue to improve their activity and maintain quantum teaching learning strategies in computer technician training at the Prima Data Institute in Padang.Keywords: Quantum Teaching, Learning Activity ]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract This article is written to 1) See description of verbal interpersonal communication educators towards learners in the teaching and learning process in early childhood education, 2) see how the image of non-verbal interpersonal communication educators towards learners in the teaching and learning process in early childhood education. The research was conducted in PAUD Kecamatan Padang Barat the number of educators 34. Data collection techniques used were observation, data analysis techniques using a percentage formula. The results illustrate that 1) interpersonal communication is verbal communication is going well as aspects of language educators have used with good speech, educators using the polite speech, speech educators using the easy to understand the child, 2) nonverbal communication used by teachers in implement teaching and learning is going well dilhat of aspects of facial expressions educators looked at the kid in the face is good enough.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was background by the high learning outcomes of student, which is presumably because of the learning aspirations of high learning citizens in participating in the computer operator skills Balai Latihan Kerja (BLK) Payakumbuh city. This research purpose to (1) describe the aspirations of learners to achieve the goals, (2) to describe the aspirations of the studying people from the desire to participate in the training, and (3) to describe the aspirations of the studying citizens with regard to resolve. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The population in this research is the residents learn the skills of computer operator Balai Latihan Kerja (BLK) Payakumbuh city which amounted to 32 people. Samples were taken as much as 63%. The sample is 20 people. The sampling technique used cluster random sampling. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, while the data collection tool using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use the percentage formula. The results of the study showed that: (1) the aspirations of the villagers to achieve high ideals, (2) the aspsirations of the learners from the desire to participate in training activities are quite high, and (3) the aspirations of the studying residents with regard to determination in training activities as well high.Keywords: Aspiration, Students, Training]]>
