Abstract

Customer satisfaction will be formed if it can meet the expectations of the consumer base. Many factors that affect customer satisfaction including the quality of service and price. The problem in this research is (1) How does the quality of service to customer satisfaction, (2) How does the price of the additional services to customer satisfaction, (3) How does the quality of service and price of the additional services simultaneously on customer satisfaction.               The results obtained by multiple linear regression equation Y = 13,122 + 0.159 X1 + 0.145 X2. Quality of service is not positive and not significant to customer satisfaction with the grades were t = 1.459, the price of the additional services are not there is positive and no significant effect on customer satisfaction with the value t = 1.441, quality of service and price of the additional services together no significant effect on consumer satisfaction with the value of F = 3.012. Overall quality of service and price of the additional services affect customer satisfaction by 0.048 or 4.8%, while the remaining 95.2% is influenced by other factors not examined by the author.               Based on this research can be concluded that: 1) there are significant positive and significant correlation between quality of service to customer satisfaction 2) There is no influence of positive and significant correlation between the price of the additional services to customer satisfaction 3) there is positive and significant correlation between quality of service price additional services simultaneously on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstrac              This study aims to analyze the effect of employee selection, work placement of PT Bina Usaha Ciwandan, Cilegon. The method used is quantitative descriptive and associative one. The study was conducted from April to June 2019. The research population taken by saturated samples consisted of 54 persons. Data were collected using research instruments. Testing models and hypotheses using SPSS statistics version 24.0 windowsBased on the results of the study it can be concluded that : There is a positive and significant effect between the selection of employees, work placement and work motivation both partially and together with a contribution of 84.40% while the rest is related to other factors that are not taken into accountThe results of the research suggests that work performance at PT Bina Usaha Ciwandan-Cilegon can improve through the variable, namely work motivation related to the dimension of appreciation need through praise and acceptance given by the upliner for each employees’ works without underestimating them.

Abstract

AbstractThis research is a type of qualitative research with primary data types. The purpose of this research is to find out the factors that influence individuals to become vehicle drivers online. The population of this study is online drivers. The sampling technique from this study uses convience sampling. Collecting data in this study by conducting interviews with onlime vehicle drivers. Respondents in this study amounted to 10 respondents. This study obtained the results that perceived behavior control, subjective norms, and attitudes toward behavior are factors that influence individuals to become vehicle drivers online.Keywords: perceived behavior control, subjective norms

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of education level and tenure on the performance of PT Prima Makmur Rotokemindon employees. In this study using a quantitative approach with study data collection techniques to distribute questionnaires to respondents. The selected sample is 71 people. And the object used in this study is employees at PT Prima Makmur Rotokemindo while the objects in this study are the level of education, years of service, and employee performance. Data were analyzed by multiple regression analysis with SPSS 23.0 for Windows which included t test and F test. The results of this study were: (1) The level of education had a significant effect on the performance of PT Prima Makmur rotokemindo employees. (2) The period of work has a significant effect on the Employee Performance of PT Prima Makmur Rotokemindo. (3) The level of education and working period simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of PT Prima Makmur Rotokemindo.Keywords: Level of Education, Employee Work Period, and Employee Performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Employee Engagement dan Komunikasi Internal terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dealer Honda Auto Serang Banten. Sampel penelitian menggunakan rumus slovin sebesar 71 karyawan dengan populasi sebesar 250 karyawan. Untuk jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data adalah kuesioner/angket. Teknik analisis data adalah Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Normalitas, Uji Multikolineraitas, Uji Heterokedastisitas, Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, Koefisien Determinansi, Uji T, dan Uji F. Penelitian ini secara parsial Employee Engagement berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Secara parsial Komunikasi Internal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Dan secara simultan Employee Engagement dan Komunikasi Internal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Dengan koefisien determinansi berganda (R²) Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,627.Kata Kunci : Employee Engagement, Komunikasi Internal, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan industri otomotif di Tangerang yang dimediasi oleh kesiapan untuk perubahan. Pengumpulan data penelitian kuantitatif ini dilakukan dengan teknik simple random sampling dan hasil kuesioner yang kembali dan valid adalah 217 sampel. Pemrosesan data menggunakan metode SEMdengan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, tetapi kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan untuk berubah. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan juga bahwa kesiapan untuk berubah memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan kinerja karyawan. Kesiapan untuk berubah sebagai full-mediator. Penelitian ini mengusulkan sebuah model untuk membangun kinerja karyawan di antara karyawan industri otomotif di Tangerang melalui peningkatan praktik kepemimpinan transformasional dengan kesiapan untuk berubah sebagai mediator. Penelitian ini dapat membuka jalan untuk meningkatkan kesiapan karyawan dalam menghadapi era revolusi industri 4.0. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan transformasional, kesiapan untuk berubah, kinerja karyawan ABSTRACT This study aimed to measure the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance of the employee of anautomotive industry in Tangerang which are mediated by readiness for change. Data collection was done by simple random sampling technique and the returned and valid questionnaire results were 217 samples. Data processing was used SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study concluded that transformational leadership have not significant effect on the employee performance, but transformational leadership have a positive and significant effect on readiness for change.This study conclude also that readiness for change have a positive and significant effect on relationship between transformational leadership and employee performance. Readiness for change as fully mediator. This new research proposed a model for building employee performance among the employee of anautomotiveindustry in Tangerang through enhancing transformational leadership practice with readiness for change as a mediator. This research could pave the way to improve employee readiness in facing the era of industrial revolution 4.0. Keywords: Employee performance, readiness for change, transformational leadership.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Dalam dunia bisnis investor akan menghadapi resiko ketika investor akan berinvestasi. Oleh karena itu, untuk bahan pertimbangan bagi investor dalam berinvestasi dibutuhkan suatu perhitungan resiko.Untuk menghindari hal tersebut investor harus bisa mengantisipasi tingkat risiko dengan return yang tinggi. Untuk memperkecil resiko dan mendapatkan keuntungan yang diharapkan salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan seorang investor adalah dengan membentuk suatu portofolio. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk dilakukan untuk menghitung risiko dalam pembentukan portoflio optimal mernggunakan metode varians kovarians.Penelitian ini juga dilatarbelakangi masih banyaknya perbedaan pendapat dari para peneliti dan dianggap masih belum banyak penelitan yang menggunakan metode varians-kovarians pada perusahaan perbankan di Indonesia.Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian adalah bagaiman pembentukan portofolio optimal dari saham-saham perbankan di Indonesia berdasarkan metode Markowitz dan pengukuran Value at Risk pada portofolio dengan metode varians-kovarians pada harga penutupan saham-saham Perbankan di Indonesia.Keterbaharuan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunnakan jangka waktu lama pada harga penutupan saham harian dan menggunakan metode varian kovarians dalam menanalisis Value at Risk dengan objek lebih dari dua perusahaan dalam satu portofolio.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada tingkat kepercayaan 95% perhitungan portofolio VaRmenunjukkan rata-rata nilai VaR0,044956. Keadaan tersebutmenunjukkan ada keyakinan 95% bahwa kerugian yang akan ditanggung oleh investor tidak akan melebihi Rp.449,560,891.Dengan kata lain bahwa ada kemungkinan sebesar 5% kerugian yang akan diderita investortidak akan melebihi Rp.449.560,891. Kata-kata Kunci : Risiko Portofolio, Varians Kovarians, Value at Risk ABSTRACT In the business world, almost all investments have risks. There for there is a need for a risk calculation that can be a judgment for investors in investing.To avoid that investors must be able to anticipate the level of risk with a high return. One way that an investor can do to minimize risk and get the expected benefits is to form a portfolio. There for this study was conducted to calculate the risk in the formation of an optimal portfolio using the covariance variance method.This study is also focused on the fact that the researchers still have several differences of opinion, and it is known that there is still not much study using the variance-covariance approach in Indonesian banking companies. The question proposed in this research is how to construct an optimum portfolio of banking stocks in Indonesia based on the Markowitz method and the portfolio calculation of Value at Risk using the variance-covariance method at the closing price of banking shares in Indonesia.The novelty of this study is use a long period of time at the closing price of the daily stock and using the covariance variance method in analysis Value at Risk with objects more than two companies in one portfolio.The results shown that calculation of the VaR portfolio At a confidence level of 95%, it produces an average VaR value of 0.044956. This can be defined is a confidence as much as 95 % that would suffer losses that investors wo not be more than rp 449.560,891.In other words, there is a chance that Rp.449,560,891 would not surpass 5 per cent of the losses suffered by investors in portfolio. Abstract

ABSTRAK Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin maju dan pesat serta diiringi dengan semakin tinggi tingkat kebutuhan penggunaan dan manfaat teknologi dalam kehidupan seseorang dalam memenuhi kebutuhan terutama kebutuhan dalam berbisnis. Saat ini banyak bermunculan toko-toko onlineshop yang menyediakan berbagai produk yang menjadi kebutuhan konsumen. Sebelum orang mengenali Smart Phone banyak wirausahawan yang melakukan kegiatan dagang secara offline tetapi setelah hadirnya Smart Phone para wirausahawan mengganti metode pemasarannya menjadi onlineshop, ini salah satu bentuk motivasi para wirausahawan dalam meningkatkan produktifitas. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penulis tertarik ingin meneliti dan mengevaluasi mengenaiPengaruh Penggunaan Jejaring Sosial terhadap Produktifitas Pebisnis Onlineshop dengan Motivasi Sebagai Variable Moderasi.Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah seluruh anggota komunitas LE Lancang Kuning Pekanbaru tahun 2018 yang berjumlah 188 orang dan yang menjadi sampel diambil 30% dari total populasi sehingga berjumlah sebanyak 56 orangdengan menggunakan metode random sampling. Variabel penggunaan Jejaring sosial Sosial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Produktivitas pebisnis onlineshop dengan tingkat signifikan sebesar 0,00< 0,05. dan variabel motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Produktivitas pebisnis dengan tingkat signifikan sebesar 0,00 < 0,05 serta penggunaan Jejaring Sosial onlineshop (X)tidak berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas (Y) motivasi sebagai variabel moderasi dengan tingkat signifikan sebesar 0,670 > 0,05. Kata Kunci : Penggunaan Jejaring Sosial, Produktifitas dan Motivasi ABSTRACT The development of technology is increasingly advanced and rapid and is accompanied by a higher level of need for the use and benefits of technology in one's life in meeting needs, especially needs in doing business. Currently, many online shops have sprung up that provide various products that are needed by consumers. Before people recognized the Smart Phone, there were many entrepreneurs who carried out trading activities offline, but after the arrival of the Smart Phone, entrepreneurs changed their marketing method to online, this is a form of motivation for entrepreneurs to increase productivity. Based on this, the authors are interested in researching and evaluating the Effect of Social Networking on the Productivity of Online Businessmen with Motivation as a Moderation Variable. In this study, the population was all members of the LE Lancang Kuning Pekanbaru community in 2018, totaling 188 people and 30 samples were taken. % of the total population so that there are 56 people using the random sampling method. The variable use of social social networks has a significant effect on the productivity of online shop businesses with a significant level of 0.00 <0.05. and the motivation variable has a significant effect on the productivity of business people with a significant level of 0.00 <0.05 and the use of online social networks (X) has no effect on productivity (Y) motivation as a moderating variable with a significant level of 0.670> 0.05. Abstract

ABSTRAK XL Axiata Tbk merupakan perusahaan telekomunikasi swasta pertama dan sudah terdaftar di BEI. Seiring dengan berjalannya waktu banyak bermunculan perusahaan telekomunikasi swasta di Indonesia. Hal ini menyebabkan persaingan dalam meperoleh investasi semakin ketat yang berdampak pada kondisi harga saham. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menguji bagaimana pengaruh Profitabilitas dan Resiko Keuangan Terhadap Harga Saham Studi Kasus Pada PT. XL Axiata Tbk. Penelitian ini menggunakan riset kuantitatif, yaitu menggunakan sampel yang mencerminkan populasi dalam menguji hipotesis. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang dipublikasikan oleh Bursa Efek Indonesia berupa Annual Report. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka dimana peneliti menghimpun informasi relevan yang berkaitan dengan topik atau masalah yang akan atau sedang diteliti. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah PT. XL Axiata Tbk. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Laporan Keuangan PT. XL Axiata Tbk periode 2007-2017. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Profitabilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. (2) Resiko Keuangan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham (3) Profitabilitas dan Resiko Keuangan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi manajemen perusahaan dalam pengambilan keputusan dan menjadi referensi penelitian selanjutnya. This has resulted in tighter competition for investment which has an impact on stock price conditions.This research is intended to examine how the influence of Profitability and Financial Risk on Stock Prices Case Studies at PT. XL Axiata Tbk. This study uses quantitative research, namely using a sample that reflects the population in testing the hypothesis. The data used in this research is secondary data published by the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the form of an Annual Report. The data collection technique used is literature study where the researcher collects relevant information relating to the topic or problem that will be or is being researched. The population in this study were PT. XL Axiata Tbk. The sample in this study is the financial statements of PT. XL Axiata Tbk for the period 2007-2017.The results of this study are (1) Profitability has a significant effect on stock prices. (2) Financial risk has no significant effect on stock prices (3) Profitability and financial risk simultaneously have a significant effect on stock prices.Based on the results of this study, it is hoped that it can become a reference for company management in making decisions and become a reference for further research. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui reward, punishmentan keadilan organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Mawar Sebelas Serang. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif bersifat deskriptif dan asosiatif. Penelitian dilakukan di PTMawar Sebelas pada tanggal 8 Januari 2019 s/d Juni 2019. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 55 karyawandengan menggunakan sampling jenuh. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan instrumen penelitian dan diolah menggunakan SPSS statistic versi 24.0windows.Proses reward, punishment dan keadilan organisasi menempati peran yang pentinguntuk merealisasikan tujuan perusahaan yang optimal yangmemerlukan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas, namun pada kenyataannya berdasarkan observasi awal pada PTMawar Sebelas,kinerja perusahaan kurang baik, karena nilai rata-rata skor sebesar 33,6 dibawah skor 35,akibat rendahnya keterampilan dalam bekerjadan dari pengetahuan pekerjaan masih rendah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara reward,punishmentdan keadilan organisasi baik secara parsial maupun simultan dengan kontribusi 35,5% terhadap kinerja karyawan,sedangkan sisanya 74,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Hasil penelitian ini merekomendasikan bahwa kinerja karyawan dapat ditingkatkan melalui variabel yang mendominasi yaitu variabel rewardsebesar 0,465untuk punishmentsebesar 0,402 sedangkan keadilan organisasi sebesar 0,390. Dalam hal ini untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan perlu peningkatan, kemampuan, keterampilan dalam menyelesaikan tugas pada PT Mawar Sebelas Serang. Kata kunci : Reward, Punishment dan Keadilan Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. The process of reward, punishment and organizational justice plays an important role in realizing optimal company goals that require quality human resources, but in fact based on preliminary observations at PT MawarSebelasDrangong, the company's performance is not good, because the average score is 33. , 6 below the score of 35, due to low skills in work and from low job knowledge.Based on the research results it can be concluded that: There is a positive and significant influence between reward, punishment and organizational justice either partially or simultaneously with a contribution of 35.5% to employee performance, while the remaining 74.5% is influenced by other factors not examined.The results of this study recommend that employee performance can be improved through the dominating variable, namely reward variable of 0.465 for punishment of 0.402 while organizational justice is 0.390. In this case to improve employee performance, it is necessary to improve, ability, skills in completing tasks at PT MawarSebelasSerang.
