Abstract

In order to support the realisation of Making Indonesia 4.0 through the increasing of the quality of human resources, it has been done the dominant analysis of the influence of the on the job training to the improvement of the employee performance in a company. While the result obtained are expected to have an impact to the management policy and decision making which is related to the effort to increase the employee performance quality. And at the end, the employee deliver the best performance and the best quality product to meet the consumer expectation. The research used descriptive and correlative design, with test of validity, normality, reliability, variance homogenity, independency test and t test to validate the hypothesis. The research conclude that the frequency of the on the job training should be increased to meet the superior employee performance quality in line with company profitability concern in the future.Keywords: on the job training, performance, influence, dominant, and improvement.

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the influence of Return On Investment (ROI) and Earning Per Share (EPS) on Return of Sharia Stocks in Cases in Manufacturing Companies of Food and Beverage Sub Sector Listed on Indonesia Sharia Stock Index Period 2012-2016. The research method used is an associative quantitative method. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis technique with SPSS VS 20.00. The Sampling technique used is Purposive Sampling and the number of samples used as many as 9 companies. The results of this study indicate that the partial or simultaneous ROI and EPS have no significant effect on stock return sharia.Key word : Stock Return, Return On Investment and Earning Per Share

Abstract

Fashion promotional product sales in social networks can not be ascertained the influence on consumer buying interest, as well as with the lifestyles of everyday consumers to the products offered , are able to increase or even decrease the sales promotions on buying interest .The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of sales promotions on buying interest lifestyle fashion products as a moderator variable. Promotional sales is one way to increase consumer buying interest as well as the presence of a moderator variable lifestyle can increase or decrease consumers' interest in buying fashion products through social networking.The study was conducted using quantitative methods . Quantitative method is a scientific approach to managerial decision making and economics . The goal is to present a structured overview , factual and accurate information on the facts, properties, and relationships between variables in the study and further analy statistically for later obtained a conclusion . The statistical test using t test and will partially determine whether the sales promotion through social networks influence consumer buying interest is significant or not . And with the consumptive lifestyle that consumers can have an impact on sales promotion and increasing beragaman consumers to buy.The result is a big influence for sales promotions on buying interest shown by the 50.3 % figure . Furthermore, the presence of lifestyle variables as moderator variables can increase sales promotions and buying interest at 66 % . While the influence of other variables outside the study by 34 %. From the research results obtained is sales promotion and positive influence on consumer buying interest partially through social networking . And lifestyle as a moderator variable can increase sales promotion and consumer buying interest .Keywords: Sales Promotion, Lifestyle and Interests Buy

Abstract

This paper study on the Tourism development of Tanjung Lesung Banten in order to improve the welfare of the community. This study aimed to 1) to analyze existing condition of Tanjung Lesung tourism, 2) to analyze the role of Tanjung Lesung tourism towards the improvement of society welfare 3) to analyze factors that influence income of local peoples in Tanjung Lesung 4) to set alternative idea of Tanjung Lesung tourism development that can improve people's welfare. The research method used mix method, which combines quantitative and qualitative research. Data analysis includes; descriptive analysis, exact test fisher analysis, test U mann withney analysis, and multiple regression analysis. Results of this study indicate that the absorption of commodities from the local area is still very small, whether from kinds of the commodity and its quantity. From total commodities transactions, 62.4% was spent in Jakarta, only 14.8% in Labuan District, and 11.5% in Tangerang. These tourism activities have low effect on the local community economic, while the remote area receives more economic benefit than the local area. Tourism activity has not been proved has significant influence on increasing local community welfare. Factors that increase household income per capita are controlled by the number of the family member and the existence of side jobs. Local government, through the Village Owned Enterprises, needs to encourage cooperation with the management of Tanjung Lesung to use local commodities for their the supply Target investment plan of Pandeglang Regency and Central Government related to KEK Tanjung Lesung need to be followed up by Infrastructure needs to facilitate tourist access.Keywords: Tourism, Tanjung Lesung, KEK, Commodity, income, Welfare.

Abstract

Online business in Indonesia is growing very rapidly nowadays. Repurchase intention in online business becomes the variable that determines the continuity of online business even to win the competition. Various scientific literature shows several factors that determine the high level of repurchase intentions such as service quality, customer satisfaction and trust.The purpose of this study was to examine the indirect effect of service quality on repurchase intentions mediated by customer satisfaction and brand trust.Sampling method in this research is purposive sampling.The survey was conducted by distributing questionnaires directly to Tokopedia online store customers in Banten. The number of samples 202 customers.Data analysis techniques using Structural Equation Model (SEM) with LISREL software.The SEM estimation results show that the research model used is in accordance with the empirical data that has been collected. The results of this study proves that the quality of service has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. Consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on brand trust. Brand trust has a positive and significant impact on repurchase intentions. This shows the quality of service affecting repurchase intention with double mediation of customer satisfaction, and brand trust.Thus, in order to survive and even win the competition in the online marketplace, every online store should ensure the quality of service, satisfaction and trust of customers in order to encourage or strengthen the intention of repurchasing their customers.Keywords: Service Quality, Consumer Satisfaction, Brand Trust, Repurchase intention, Online Store.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji dan menganalisis hubungan antara variabel Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan kompensasi dan pengaruhnya terhadap Kepuasan Kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Bank Danamon Simpan Pinjam (DSP) Solusi Modal Cluster Bandung 2 Jawa Barat menggunakan metode survey dengan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif, sedangkan Tipe penelitiannya adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif dan alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (Path Analysis). Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional dan kompensasi secara simultan mapun parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap tingkat kepuasan kerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan ilmu manajemen sumber daya manusia pada organisasi bisnis, sedangkan bagi perusahaan diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan informasi yang berguna tentang kepemimpinan transformasional dan kompensasi dalam upaya meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) Cabang Banten.Metode yang digunakan adalah asosiatif, jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berbentuk data sekunder yang berdasarkan dari hasil kuesioner sedangkan analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu metode slovin dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 46 sampel.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa : 1) Disiplin berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, 2) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan 3) Disiplin dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Efisiensi Modal Kerja, Likuiditas dan Leverage terhadap Profitabilitas pada perusahaan BUMN yang terdaftar di BEI pada periode 2012-2016. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif assosiatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS VS 21.00. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan BUMN yang terdaftar di BEI Periode 2012-2016. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari working capital turn over, current ratio dan debt to asset ratio terhadap return on asset. Sedangkan secara parsial hanya debt to asset ratio yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return on asset.

Abstract

Strategi promosi dan harga menjadi salah satu faktor yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan keputusan pembelian dan masyarakat pada umumnya yang membeli sepeda motor di PT. Citra Megah Sentosa Anyer. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh promosi dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian PT. Citra Megah Sentosa Anyer.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen yang berjumlah9466 dengan sampel 105 konsumen dengan menggunakan metode malhotra. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Maret 2017 - Agustus 2017. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode kuesioner, dan analisis yang digunakan adalah uji instrumen data, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis yang menggunakan SPSS v.20 for Windows.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai F-hitung adalah 107,909 sedangkan F-tabel adalah 3,930 yang berarti F-hitung > F-tabel. Ini menunjukkan H0 ditolak Ha diterima artinya terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan pada promosi dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian PT. Citra Megah Sentosa Anyer.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Brand Awareness dan Brand Image Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen produk Telkomsel (Studi Masyarakat di Kota Serang Prov. Banten).Dalam penelitian, jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian menggunakan metode non-probability sampling (tidak secara acak) dengan purposive sampling, dimana sampel dipilih berdasarkan karakteristik sebanyak 80 orang sampel. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 23 dalam menganalisis data.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Brand Awareness dan Brand Image Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen produk Telkomsel (Studi Masyarakat di Kota Serang Prov. Banten) dapat dikatakan Baik. Brand Awareness dan Brand Image secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian konsumen produk Telkomsel di kota serang dengan hasil yang diperoleh adalah Fhitung (42,370)>Ftabel (3,12) maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima.
