Abstract

Kinerja usaha merupakan keberhasilan ataupun kegagalan organisasi dalam menjalankan tugas dan fungsi pokokdalam rangka mewujudkan sasaran, target dan tujuan, Suatu perusahaan perlu memperhatikan faktor-faktor yangmempengaruhi kinerjanya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh mediasi strategikepemimpinan biaya pada hubungan orientasi wirausaha dan orientasi pasar terhadap kinerja UKM. Objek penelitian ini adalah UKM laundry di Kota Semarang dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 UKM laundry. Metodepengumpulan data menggunakan metode probability sampling. Analisis dengan path analysis (analisis jalur).Hasil analisis menunjukkan orientasi pasar dan orientasi wirausaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap strategi kepemimpinan biaya. Orientasi pasar, orientasi wirausaha dan strategi kepemimpinan biaya berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja UKM laundry, dan strategi kepemimpinan biaya mampu memediasipengaruh orientasi wirausaha dan orientasi pasar terhadap kinerja UKM laundry di Kota Semarang.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of service quality on loyalty through trust and customer satisfaction. The data used in this study is primary data based on 100 samples taken by accidental sampling method. The data is processed using Partial Least Square (PLS) software on the SmartPLS 3.2.9 data processing application. The results of the study prove that service quality has a positive and significant influence on consumer trust and satisfaction and consumer loyalty. The study also found that trust and satisfaction partially mediate the effect of service quality on consumer loyalty. This shows that the quality of service provided so far has been appropriate and able to foster trust and satisfaction in consumers and make consumers want to continue to use the services offered by JNE Express.

Abstract

The research objectives are to analyze the effect of financial attitudes on financial independence, analyze the effect of financial risk on financial independence, analyze the effect of financial motivation on financial independence, analyze the effect of financial independence on financial inclusion, analyze the effect of financial attitudes on financial inclusion through financial independence, analyze the effects of financial risk. towards financial inclusion through financial independence, analyzing the influence of financial motivation on financial inclusion through financial independence. The study population was all residents of Tegal City as many as 142,105 people and a sample of 100 respondents with the sampling technique, namely purposive sampling method and cluster sampling. Methods of data analysis using SEM with Smart PLS. The results of the study are financial attitude has a positive and significant effect on financial independence, financial risk has no effect on financial independence, financial motivation has no effect on financial independence, financialindependence has a positive effect on financial inclusion, financial attitude has a significant positive effect on financial inclusion through financial independence, risk. finance has no effect on financial inclusion through financial independence, financial motivation has no effect on financial inclusion through financial independence.

Abstract

This study purpose to analyze the effect of motivation and employee engagement on organizational commitment and OCB, as well as the mediating effect of commitment on the effect of motivation and employee engagement on OCB of Bank Jateng Purbalingga employees. The technique of determining the sample is saturated sampling so that all the population becomes a sample of 44 people. The analytical tool used is Partial Least Square with t test and mediation test using VAF method. The results showed that there was an influence of motivation and employee engagement on organizational commitment and OCB, and commitment to mediate the influence of motivation and employee engagement on OCB for Bank Jateng Purbalingga employees with an overall significance value of less than 0.05.

Abstract

This study purpose to analyze the effect of relationship marketing and service performance on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as a mediation. The sample in this study was customer savers at Bank JatengPurbalingga and taken as many as 100 respondents. The analytical tool used is Partial Least Square andhypothesis testing using t test, and mediation test using the Variance Accounted For method. The results of theanalysis show that there is an influence of relationship marketing and service performance on loyalty (p value0.000 and 0.001), there is an effect of relationship marketing service performance on customer satisfaction (pvalue each 0.000) and there is an effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty (0.000). Mediation analysis shows that satisfaction is able to mediate the influence of relationship marketing and serviceperformance on customer loyalty.

Abstract

A dynamic environment accompanied by the rapid development of science and technology requires every organization to innovate in order to survive and develop better than before, including nirlaba organizations such as the government organization. Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Tegal is a government organization thatis identical with a rigid work pattern. However, as one of the organizations that engage in public services,Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Tegal is required to be innovative to solve problems, improve performance and provide the best service for the community. This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational learning and transformational leadership on employee innovative work behavior and the role of work engagement as a mediator. The sampling technique that is used in this research is the saturated sample technique of 49 employees. The method of data collection is using questionnaire by distributing it to all employees of Dinas Perhubungan Kab. Tegal who are selected as the samples. Data analysis is carried out using the Partial LeastSquare (PLS) method by using SmartPLS version 3 software. The research results show that organizationallearning and transformational leadership prove significantly to have a positive effect on employee innovative work behavior, and work engagement is proven to be able to mediate the effect of organizational learning andtransformational leadership on employee innovative work behavior. These findings indicate that to improve employee innovative work behavior, it is necessary to have organizational learning, apply transformational leadership and increase work engagement.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of HPWP on work engagement and employee performance at Bank Jateng Temanggung Branch. The hypothesis proposed is that there is a positive relationship between HPWP and work engagement and employee performance, and the role of work engagement as a mediation between HPWP and employee performance at Bank Jateng Temanggung Branch. The subjects in this study amounted to 140 employees with data collection tools using questionnaires distributed through WA numbers. Data processing using SPSS 25.0 software for windows and obtained positive and significant results between HPWP on work engagement and employee performance. For path analysis, the value of the direct influence of HPWP on employee performance is 0.431 and the value of the indirect influence of HPWP on employee performance through work engagement is 0.360 with a total value of 0.791. To test the strength of the indirect influence of HPWP on employee performance through work engagement, it is calculated using the Sobel test and the t value obtained is 4.40705588 > 1.98 so that work engagement is able to prove its role as mediation.

Abstract

Indicators of increasing economic development can be viewed through the numbers or values of economicgrowth. Indicators of the regional economy can also be seen from per capita income, economic growth and economic structure. Economic movements do not only occur in big cities but also occur in the supportingdistricts of the city, for example Karanganyar Regency and Sukoharjo Regency which are buffer districts from the existence of Surakarta City. The purpose of this study was to determine the leading sector of the economyof the buffer district. The data used in this study is secondary data in the form of time series sourced from the Central Statistics Agency for each area of Karangnayar and Sukoharjo Regencies. The data used are regionalgross domestic product (GRDP) data for each region from 2016 to 2020. The data analysis used in this studyis the analysis of location quotient (LQ) and shift share. Based on the results of the study, it is known that thereare basic sectors found in two buffer districts, namely Karanganyar Regency and Sukoharjo Regency. Theresults of the study based on LQ analysis stated that there were 7 base sectors in the Karanganyar Regency area while in the Sukoharjo Regency area there were 9 base sectors. If you look at the shift share analysis withindicators on the assessment of the component of regional share growth in Karanganyar Regency, there are 7 sectors that have positive values while in Sukoharjo Regency there are only 4 sectors that are still negative..

Abstract

Appropriate market orientation and a strong organizational culture are required to improve marketing performance by allowing product innovations to be created in accordance with business needs, which have an impact on marketing performance. This research was conducted on Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Malang City, where SMEs have an important role in the economy in Indonesia. The focus of this research is to see if market orientation has an impact on innovation, organizational culture has an impact on innovation, innovation has an impact on marketing performance, and the role of innovation in mediating market orientation on marketing performance and organizational culture on marketing performance. The main objective of this study is on the owner of a small firm in Malang City, as measured by market orientation, organizational culture, innovation, and marketing performance. Explanatory research is used in this work, which takes a quantitative method. The findings show that market orientation influences innovation, that organizational culture influences innovation, that marketing performance is influenced by market orientation, organizational culture, and innovation, and that marketing performance is mediated by market orientation and organizational culture..

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of leverage and good corporate governance on the disclosure of sustainability reports. The research sample used was state-owned enterprises, for the 2016-2020 period. The number of samples in this study was 77. Purposive sampling technique was used in the sampling of this study. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression test. The dependent variable in this study is the disclosure of sustainability reports which are measured based on the Global Reporting Initiative Standards guidelines issued by the Global Sustainability Standards Board (GSSB). The independent variable used is leverage and good corporate governance. This study uses a control variable, namely size. The results showed that: (1) Debt to Asset Ratio had a negative effect on the disclosure of the sustainability report. (2) Debt to Equity Ratio and the number of commissioners, and size have no effect on the disclosure of the sustainability report. (4) the proportion of independent commissioners and the number of audit committees have a positive effect on the disclosure of the sustainability report.
