Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi persaingan yang semakin ketat antar partai politik, kandidat anggota legislatif, kandidat presiden dan kandidat kepala daerah akibat pemilihan umum secara langsung. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh political marketing mix terhadap kepuasan konstituen pada partai politik di Sumatera Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan ilmu ekonomi khususnya manajemen pemasaran jasa. Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif, metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey deskriptif dan survey eksplanatori. Tipe penyelidikan adalah tipe kausalitas dan cakupan waktu bersifat cross sectional. Teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah convinience sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 400 responden. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan Path Analysis . Unit observasi pada penelitian ini adalah partai politik yang memiliki perwakilan di DPRD tingkat 1 Sumatera Barat dan unit analisisnya adalah konstituen yang memiliki hak suara dan pernah memilih minimal dua kali pemilu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa menurut konstituen partai politik belum melaksanakan kegiatan marketing mix dengan  baik. Konstituen mengatakan mereka kurang puas dengan partai politik. Marketing mix berperan menciptakan kepuasan konstituen pada partai politik. Marketing mix juga berpengaruh siknifikan terhadap kepuasan pada partai politik.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of managerial ownership, institusional ownership, and profitability on the dividend policy. The research populations are 481 listed companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period 2009-2003. 235 companies-years observations were selected with technical sampling was purposive. The results showed that managerial ownership, institusional ownership do not have significant effect on the dividend policy and profitability which proxied by return on equity significantly and negatively affected the dividend policy of listed companies on IDX.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of profitability, asset structure, business risk, and firm size to capital structure. The research populations are 44 mining companies which listed In Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) with 11 research samples around 2011-2015. This research used purposive sampling method. The statistical methods used in this research are multiple regressions. The result shows that insignificant effect of profitability, business risk, and firm size to capital structure and  positive significant effect of asset structure to capital structure.  Keywords: Profitability, Asset Structure, Business Risk, Firm size, Capital Structure

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of institutional leadership, tax planning and foreign board of commissioners on firm value. The population in this study were 615 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017. The sample was chosen using purposive sampling to get a total sample of 325 companies with a total of 975 observations of company data. The results of this study indicate that institutional leadership and tax planning have no role in increasing company value. While the foreign board of commissioners showed a significant influence on the value of the company. This proves that there is a need for diversity in the structure of the board that can trigger an increase in the value of the company. Abstract

Employee creativity is influenced by various factors. This study analyzes the factors that affect the creativity of the employees of the General Election Commission (KPU) in Padang. The factors that made the object of study in this research include: salary, job suitability of personality and co-workers. Data were obtained from questionnaires and direct observation in the field. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression . Based on the research it can be concluded that the above factors are dominant to influence employee creativity, but not everything is absolutely applicable to all employees as they relate to each individual. Based on the F-test value is close to zero, it is seen that the suitability of personality variables simultaneously, co-workers and salary have an influence on employee creativity. Suggestions put forward the results of this research is to increase the ability of colleagues to work together, work together to solve problems. While the boss is expected to hear directly and understand the complaints and opinions about problem-solving work, cooperation partners and implementation of national elections

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze factors that determine customer segments of BPR syariah and Syariah General Bank. This research conducted on two groups of customer as population; BPR syariah and Syariah General Bank. BPR syariah are represented by the customers of BPR Makmur Syariah in 50 kota Payakumbuh and BPR Syariah Barakah Nawaitul Ikhlas in Solok. While the syariah general bank are represented by the customers of Bank  Mandiri Syariah and syariah business unit of Bank Nagari (BPD). Sampling technique is judgment sampling  by considering age, gender and customers business. Sample size of each segment is 70 respondents. Sample of each syariah bank is 35 respondents. Methods of data analysis is  Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The research found that both of segments are considering the compliance on Islamic rule and this factor was ranked first. However, the proximity of the location factor, financial gain, and service quality has different rank ofimportance between two segments.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of (1) corporate social responsibility,and (2) brand trust towards brand loyalty UNP branch Nagari Bank on Padang State University Student. This research belongs to a causative research. The population in this research is the student of Padang State Universitywho ever had dealings in Nagari Bank and knowing CSR program of Nagari Bank. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling, total sample with as many as 100 samples. Methods of analysis used is the regression. The results of this research indicate that: (1) corporate social responsibility affect significantly to brand loyalty Nagari Bank on Padang State University Student and (2) brand trust affect significantly toward brand loyalty Nagari Bank on Padang State University student.

Abstract

Cherie Cake's is a business that runs on the ordering and selling of cookies and cakes. The process of promotion, ordering, and selling are still manually, which buyers have to come to the place of business cake. Making a mobile-based application is designed to make it easier for consumers to order products because it only needs to choose the available products which also listed the price of each product. For the total price of the order, will also be displayed properly and can be determined quickly without waiting for a reply from the seller.

Abstract

Library is one of the important things in university because it can determine the quality of students as a resource that are needed to deal with globalisation. University libraries must offer better quality services in order to satisfy the students as their customers. The purpose of this study is to analyse the customer requirements related to library services by using the planning matrix of quality function deployment (QFD) and integrating Kano Model into it to get better importance requirements. This study is applied to library of Economic Faculty of Universitas Negeri Padang using questionaires survey to 105 respondents who are users or customers of library. This paper reveals that the most important attribute or customer requirement is existence of sufficient number of copies of each specific study; it also found that 29 attributes can be categorized into 5 must-be attributes, 20 one-dimensional attributes and 4 of them is attractive attributes. The highest quality level of attribute in the library services is  library cleanliness and tidiness, and attribute that must be priority to improve is availability copier.

Abstract

Organizational Culture on Organizational Citizenship Behavior; 3) determine the effect of job satisfaction on Organization Citizenship Behavior and; 4) determine the effect of Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture, and Job Satisfaction with the Organization Citizenship Behavior. The research sample consisted of 35 respondents. Data collection was performed using a questionnaire, after which a validity and reliability test was performed using SPSS Software. The data analysis technique is done by multiple linear regression analysis, the results of the study show: 1) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on Organization Citizenship Behavior; 2) organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Organization Citizenship Behavior, 3) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Organization Citizenship Behavior and; 4)organizational commitment, organizational culture, and job satisfaction have a positive and significant impact on Organization Citizenship Behavior.Keywords: Organizational commitment; organizational culture; job satisfaction; organizational citizenship behavior (OCB).
