Abstract

Fintech innovation is one of the corporate strategies to increase profitability and firm performance. This study examines the firm's performance before and after the company launches fintech products. The sample of this study is the companies running fintech innovations for two years and previously also operated without them, which consisted of 19 companies from 51 licensed e-money providers in Indonesia. This limitation occurs because there are still many companies that have not published their financial statements. The event study method and paired sample t-test were used to test the research hypothesis. The results indicate a significant change in return on assets (ROA) but no significant change in return on equity (ROE). This study can contribute to the fintech industry regarding the profitability impact on companies before and after launching fintech products in Indonesia

Abstract

Organizations today have been faced with a variety of dynamic environmental changes. The sustainability and sustainability of the organization can be threatened if the organization is unwilling to formulate innovations as part of a strategy to adapt. One of the determinants of the internal environment to adopt innovation is a concept called corporate entrepreneurship strategy. Corporate entrepreneurship is a fundamental element in organizational and economic development. Although many researchers have provided evidence that corporate entrepreneurship improves organizational performance, these studies only examine corporate entrepreneurship in the private sector in large companies and small and medium-sized enterprises. The development of corporate entrepreneurship research theory in state-owned enterprises is still very limited. This research will aim to provide a mapping overview of the development of corporate entrepreneurship research in state-owned enterprises that can later produce further background and deeper insights. In addition, mapping results can also be used as a basis to develop the concept of corporate entrepreneurship in state-owned enterprises. Based on the overall results of the study, it can be concluded that research on the concept of corporate entrepreneurship in state-owned enterprises in the last 26 years is really still very little done. The research findings are quite surprising because they produce indications that corporate entrepreneurship research studies on state-owned enterprises still need serious attention to be explored and exploited scientifically in today's very dynamic era of uncertainty. Organisasi saat ini telah dihadapkan dengan berbagai perubahan lingkungan yang dinamis. Keberlangsungan dan keberlanjutan organisasi dapat terancam apabila organisasi tidak mau untuk merumuskan inovasi sebagai bagian dari strategi untuk beradaptasi. Salah satu penentu lingkungan internal untuk mengadopsi inovasi adalah konsep yang disebut corporate entrepreneurship strategy. Corporate entrepreneurship merupakan elemen fundamental dalam pengembangan organisasi dan ekonomi. Meskipun banyak peneliti telah memberikan bukti bahwa corporate entrepreneurship meningkatkan kinerja organisasi, berbagai penelitian tersebut hanya meneliti corporate entrepreneurship pada sektor swasta pada perusahaan besar dan perusahaan kecil menengah. Perkembangan teori penelitian corporate entrepreneurship pada badan usaha milik negara masih sangat terbatas. Penelitian ini akan bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran pemetaan dari perkembangan penelitian corporate entrepreneurship pada badan usaha milik negara yang nantinya dapat menghasilkan latar belakang lebih lanjut dan wawasan yang lebih mendalam. Selain itu, hasil pemetaan juga dapat digunakan sebagai dasar untuk mengembangkan konsep corporate entrepreneurship pada badan usaha milik negara. Berdasarkan hasil keseluruhan penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penelitian mengenai konsep corporate entrepreneurship pada badan usaha milik negara pada 26 tahun terakhir benar-benar masih sangat sedikit dilakukan. Temuan penelitian cukup mengejutkan karena menghasilkan indikasi bahwa kajian penelitian corporate entrepreneurship pada badan usaha milik negara masih perlu perhatian yang serius untuk dieksplorasi dan dieksploitasi secara ilmiah pada era ketidakpastian yang sangat dinamis saat ini.

Abstract

Abstract–This study aims to determine the effect of Current Ratio (CR) on Stock Prices with Price to Book Value (PBV) as an intervening variable in standard industry classification companies SIC-3711 listed on the NYSE in the 2016 – 2020 research period. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the NYSE website and the company's annual report. The research method uses descriptive verification. The sampling technique in this study uses purposive sampling so that a sample of 7 companies is obtained from a total of 18 companies registered in similar industry classification. Data processing uses Path Analysis using statistical product and services solution (SPSS) software version 25. The results show that Current Ratio (CR) with Price to Book Value (PBV) as an intervening variable has a significant effect on stock prices. Abstrak–Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Current Ratio (CR) terhadap Harga Saham dengan Price to Book Value (PBV) sebagai variabel intervening pada perusahaan klasifikasi industry standar SIC-3711 yang terdaftar di NYSE pada periode penelitian 2016 – 2020. Data yang di gunakan pada penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laman NYSE serta laporan tahunan perusahaan. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif verifikatif. Teknik sample pada penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling sehingga di peroleh sampel sejumlah 7 perusahaan dari total 18 perusahaan yang terdaftar pada klasifikasi industry sejenis sejenis. Abstract

Employees are human resources that must be considered by an organization. Every employee will make a big or small contribution to the success of the organization. So far, the fundamental problem in an organization is employee performance. Each employee will provide different performance results for their work. One of the factors associated with high and low employee performance is individual characteristics. So this study aims to find out how far the influence of individual characteristics on employee performance. The dimensions used to measure individual characteristics are abilities, attitudes, values, and interests, while to measure employee performance the dimensions of work quality, work quantity, timeliness, effectiveness and independence are used. The data collected is questionnaire data from 52 employees of the Regional Revenue Agency (Bapenda) Karawang Regency. The method used is quantitative research and the methods used to process data and analyze data are validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing (T test). This study shows that there is a positive and significant effect of individual characteristics on employee performance. Pegawai adalah sumber daya manusia yang harus diperhatikan oleh sebuah organisasi. Setiap pegawai akan memberikan kontribusi baik besar maupun kecil terhadap keberhasilan organisasi. Sejauh ini yang menjadi permasalahan mendasar dalam suatu organisasi adalah kinerja pegawai. Masing masing pegawai akan memberikan hasil kinerja yang berbeda terhadap pekerjaannya. Salah satu faktor yang berhubungan dengan tinggi rendahnya kinerja pegawai adalah karakteristik individu. Sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari sejauh mana pengaruh karakteristik individu terhadap kinerja pegawai. Dimensi yang digunakan untuk mengukur karakteristik individu adalah kemampuan, sikap, nilai, dan minat sedangkan untuk mengukur kinerja pegawai digunakan dimensi kualitas kerja, kuantitas kerja, ketepatan waktu, efektivitas dan kemandirian. Data yang dikumpulkan yaitu data angket dari 52 responden pegawai Badan Pendapatan Daerah (Bapenda) Kabupaten Karawang. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan metode yang digunakan untuk mengolah data dan menganalisis data adalah uji normalitas, analisis regresi linear sederhana, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi dan pengujian hipotesis (Uji T). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan karakteristik individu terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on job satisfaction for employees of PT Sumi Rubber Indonesia. This study uses questionnaires to obtain data that has been distributed to 212 employees of PT Sumi Rubber Indonesia. The questionnaire that has been distributed consists of 20 statement items using five (5) Likert scales. The analytical technique used in this research is descriptive analysis which is used to analyze the effect of compensation on job satisfaction for employees of PT Sumi Rubber Indonesia. In this study, simple linear regression analysis was also used in processing questionnaire data and to determine the effect of compensation on employee job satisfaction. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant positive effect between compensation and job satisfaction on employees of PT Sumi Rubber Indonesia. The coefficient of determination obtained at this value is 0.620 which indicates that the level of compensation given to job satisfaction is 62%. This research can be used as input for companies to improve the management of compensation for job satisfaction in order to maintain the level of job satisfaction felt by employees. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pada karyawan PT Sumi Rubber Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan penyebaran kuesioner untuk memperoleh data yang telah disebar kepada 212 karyawan PT Sumi Rubber Indonesia. Kuesioner yang telah tersebar terdiri dari 20 butir pernyataan dengan menggunakan lima (5) skala Likert. Teknik analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini ialah analisis deskriptif yang digunakan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pada karyawan PT Sumi Rubber Indonesia. Dalam penelitian ini analisis regresi linear sederhana juga digunakan dalam mengolah data kuesioner dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan positif antara kompensasi dengan kepuasan kerja pada karyawan PT Sumi Rubber Indonesia. Nilai koefisien determinasi yang didapat pada nilai ini ialah 0,620 yang menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kompensasi yang diberikan terhadap kepuasan kerja sebesar 62%. Penelitian ini dapat dijadikan sebagai masukan untuk perusahaan untuk meningkatkatkan pengelolaan pemberian kompensasi terhadap kepuasan karja demi menjaga tingkat kepuasan kerja yang dirasakan oleh karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of work stress (X) and employee performance (Y) in the Printing Plate Making & Roll Section (Case Study at PT. XYZ), and to see the effect of work stress on employee performance in the Printing Plate Making and Roll Section Section (PPCR Section). ). The method of this research is quantitative descriptive analysis where the sampling method uses the saturated sample method, namely by directly selecting all 33 employees of the PPCR Section. Meanwhile, the data collection method used is by using a questionnaire (survey) to the employees of PPCR Section. The method used to process and analyze the data is validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, quantitative analysis (simple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing (T test). PPCR Section is categorized as high with a value of 3,459 and the level of employee performance is categorized as very high with a value of 4,222. Meanwhile, according to the hypothesis test, it is stated that work stress has no significant effect on employee performance in the PPCR Section with a simple linear regression equation y=27,860+(0,076)x. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat stres kerja (X) dan kinerja karyawan (Y) Seksi Pembuatan Pelat Cetak & Rol (Studi Kasus Pada PT. XYZ), dan melihat pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Seksi Pembuatan Pelat Cetak & Rol (PPCR). Metode Penelitian ini adalah Analisis Deskriptif Kuantitatif dimana Penarikan sampel menggunakan metode sampel jenuh yaitu dengan memilih langsung semua karyawan Seksi Pembuatan Pelat Cetak dan Rol sebanyak 33 orang. Sedangkan metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah dengan menggunakan Kuisioner (Survei) kepada karyawan produksi Seksi Pembuatan Pelat & Rol. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengolah dan menganalisis data adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis deskriptif, analisis kuantitatif (analisis regresi linier sederhana, dan pengujian hipotesis (Uji t). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat stres kerja karyawan Seksi PPCR dikategorikan tinggi dengan nilai 3,459 dan tingkat kinerja karyawannya mendapat kategori sangat tinggi dengan nilai 4,222. Sedangkan sesuai uji hipotesis dinyatakan bahwa stres kerja tidak berpengaruh significant terhadap kinerja karyawan Seksi PPCR dengan persamaan regresi linear sederhananya y=27,860+(0,076)x.

Abstract

Job Analysis is a formal organizational document containing a summary of important information about a position to make it easier to distinguish one position from another in an organization. The job analysis is arranged in a structured format so that the information is easily understood by all parties involved in an organization. In essence, job analysis is a basic raw material in HR management in an organization, where a position is explained and given boundaries. This study aims to find out job analysis (X) has a significant effect on performance (Y) at SMK Pertiwi Sukamandi which takes a population of teachers and staff of 107 respondents. While the method of data collection method used is to use a questionnaire (Survey) on all teachers and staff of SMK Pertiwi Sukamandi. The methods used to process and analyze the data are validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that job analysis has a positive effect on performance, it can be interpreted that the proposed hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

The development of digital banking in recent years has experienced very significant growth. To be able to compete competitively with competitors in the digital banking market, it is necessary to have a corporate entrepreneur role in the digital baking business at Bank Banten which gives birth to mobile champion products by prioritizing competitive advantage. Jawara Mobile is a mobile banking application owned by Bank Banten. Jawara Mobile is a mobile application that is integrated in smartphones based on Android and iOS operating systems. This study uses a qualitative approach to create descriptive information in the form of written words from the observed object. The results of the study show competitive advantages based on operational excellence, product leadership and customer intimacy from Jawara Mobile Perkembangan digital banking dalam beberapa tahun terakhir mengalami pertumbuhan yang sangat signifikan. Untuk dapat bersaing kompetitif dengan competitor dalam pasar digital banking, diperlukan peranan corporate entrepreneur dalam bisnis digital baking pada Bank Banten yang melahirkan produk jawara mobile dengan mengutamakan keuanggulan kompetitif. Jawara mobile adalah aplikasi mobile banking milik Bank Banten. Jawara mobile adalah aplikasi mobile yang terintegrasi di smartphone berbasis sistem operasi Android dan iOS. Penelitian ini memakai pendekatan kualitatif guna menciptakan informasi deskriptif berbentuk kata - kata tertulis dari objek yang diamati. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan keunggulan kompetitif berdasarkan keunggulan operasional, kepemimpinan produk dan keakraban dengan nasabah produk dari jawara mobile

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between the variable person-job fit in improving employee performance and job satisfaction in mediating person-job fit in improving employee performance. Building a model on business phenomena and research gaps in improving employee performance using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis using SEM-PLS method. The results showed 1) Person-job fit had a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, 2) Person-job fit had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, 3) Job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 4) Job satisfaction mediate the effect of person-job fit significantly on employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antar variabel person-job fit dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai serta kepuasan kerja dalam memediasi person-job fit dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Membangun model atas fenomena bisnis dan research gap dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai dengan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan metode SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan 1) Person-job fit berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, 2) Person-job fit memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, 3) Kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, 4) Kepuasan kerja memediasi pengaruh person-job fit secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of work-life balance on organizational commitment at the Youth and Sports Office of Garut Regency. The importance of carrying out this research is organizational commitment as work behavior which is at the lowest value so it is necessary to increase organizational commitment. This research method is included in the quantitative research as well as with a descriptive approach. Respondents in this study consisted of 59 employees from the youth and sports office of Garut Regency. The data were analyzed using descriptive analysis, the data were tested for validity, reliability, classical assumptions, simple linear regression with IBM SPSS as a data processing tool. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of work-life balance on organizational commitment at the Garut district youth sports office. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh work-life balance terhadap komitmen organisasi pada Dinas pemuda dan olahraga Kabupaten Garut. Pentingnya dilaksanakan penelitian ini yaitu komitmen organisasi sebagai perilaku kerja yang berada pada nilai terendah sehingga perlu adanya peningkatan pada komitmen organisasi. Metode Penelitian ini termasuk kedalam penelitian Kuantitatif serta dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Responden pada penelitian ini terdiri oleh 59 pegawai dari dinas kantor pemuda dan olahraga Kabupaten Garut. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif, data diuji validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, regresi linier sederhana dengan IBM SPSS sebagai alat pengolahan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikansi work-life balance terhadap Komitmen organisasi pada Dinas pemuda olahraga kabupaten Garut.
