Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the Effect of Organizational Culture and Competence on Employee Work Motivation PT Selaras Mitra Sejahtera partially or simultaneously. This research was conducted using quantitative descriptive and verification methods, namely collecting, presenting, analyzing, and testing hypotheses, and making conclusions and suggestions. Samples were collected using Saturated Sampling method with 140 respondents from a population of 140 employees. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and observations. To see the effect, the analysis used is path analysis. So that the results of the study will be known partially variable Organizational Culture and Competence have a significant effect on Work Motivation. The research results can be concluded that there is an influence of organizational culture and competence on work motivation. And there is a simultaneous influence of Organizational Culture (X1) and Competence (X2) on Work Motivation (Y). This shows that motivation and work discipline together have an influence on the performance of employees of PT. Putra Bintang Sembada.

Abstract

Factors forming Good Corporate Governance, namely Transparency, Accountability, Responsibility, Independence and Fairness, support the performance of Employees of PT.Pupuk Kujang Cikampek and whether there are simultaneous factors that form Good Corporate Governance that are positively open to Employee Performance at PT. Pupuk Kujang Cikampek. This research was conducted using quantitative descriptive and verification methods, namely collecting, presenting, analyzing, and testing hypotheses, and making conclusions and suggestions. Samples were taken using the Simple Random Sampling method with a sample of 100 respondents from 135 employees. The results of this study can be concluded that Is a Factor Forming Good Corporate Governance on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation and motivation on the performance of employees of PT XYZ Karawang. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires, while the research method used Simple Random Sampling for the sampling technique. The results of the t test show that the tcount for the compensation variable (X1) is 2.832 and the tcount for the motivation variable (X2) is 6.167. From the two tcount, it shows that it is bigger than ttable, which is 1.65882. The hypothesis which states that compensation and motivation have a partially positive effect on employee performance at PT XYZ Karawang. Whereas from the results of the F test, Fcount> Ftable or 55.860> 3.08 or the significance level (sig) 0.000 <0.05 so that the hypothesis that states compensation and motivation together has an effect on employee performance at PT XYZ Karawang and the coefficient of determination shows that compensation and work motivation contributed 51.1% to Employee Performance at PT XYZ Karawang, the remaining 48.9% were other factors which were not examined in this study.

Abstract

Equity and Word of Mouth are some of the factors in retail companies that can be used as a reference for consumers to make purchasing decisions on a product brand. Ifna company wants to strengthen its brand among the people, then the company must have a good marketing strategy so that its brand is always remembered by consumers even though many similar products are circulating in the market. This study aims to determine how much influence Brand Equity and Word of Mouth have on Purchasing Decisions on Umama brand products. The method used is descriptive and verification with quantitative approaches. Data were analyzed using path analysis and hypothesis estingv using t test and fntest. The results showed that BrandnEquity had a partially positive effect as evidenced by the tcount of 18,412 with a significant value of 0,000, which means positive, Word of Mouth also had a partially positive effect as evidenced by a tcount ofn5,174 with a ignification value ofn0,000, which means positive, andnBrand Equity and Word ofnMouth which simultaneously have apositive effect on purchasing decisions as evidenced by a calculation of 53,753 with a significance value ofn0,000 which means that purchasing decisions can be influenced by Brand Equity and WordnofnMouth by 77.4% and the rest is influenced by other variables of 66.9% which is not contained in this study.

Abstract

Employees are human resources that must be considered by an organization. Every employee will make a big or small contribution to the success of the organization. So far, the fundamental problem in an organization is employee performance. Each employee will provide different performance results for their work. One of the factors associated with high and low employee performance is individual characteristics. So this study aims to find out how far the influence of individual characteristics on employee performance. The dimensions used to measure individual characteristics are abilities, attitudes, values, and interests, while to measure employee performance the dimensions of work quality, work quantity, timeliness, effectiveness and independence are used. The data collected is questionnaire data from 52 employees of the Regional Revenue Agency (Bapenda) Karawang Regency. The method used is quantitative research and the methods used to process data and analyze data are validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing (T test). This study shows that there is a positive and significant effect of individual characteristics on employee performance. Pegawai adalah sumber daya manusia yang harus diperhatikan oleh sebuah organisasi. Setiap pegawai akan memberikan kontribusi baik besar maupun kecil terhadap keberhasilan organisasi. Sejauh ini yang menjadi permasalahan mendasar dalam suatu organisasi adalah kinerja pegawai. Masing masing pegawai akan memberikan hasil kinerja yang berbeda terhadap pekerjaannya. Salah satu faktor yang berhubungan dengan tinggi rendahnya kinerja pegawai adalah karakteristik individu. Sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari sejauh mana pengaruh karakteristik individu terhadap kinerja pegawai. Dimensi yang digunakan untuk mengukur karakteristik individu adalah kemampuan, sikap, nilai, dan minat sedangkan untuk mengukur kinerja pegawai digunakan dimensi kualitas kerja, kuantitas kerja, ketepatan waktu, efektivitas dan kemandirian. Data yang dikumpulkan yaitu data angket dari 52 responden pegawai Badan Pendapatan Daerah (Bapenda) Kabupaten Karawang. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan metode yang digunakan untuk mengolah data dan menganalisis data adalah uji normalitas, analisis regresi linear sederhana, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi dan pengujian hipotesis (Uji T). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan karakteristik individu terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Kesehatan merupakan kondisi maupun keadaan baik fisik, mental, maupun sosial secara sempurna. Kajian ini bertujuan guna mengetahui apakah masing-masing pihak terkait dalam mewujudkan kinerja pegawai kesehatan melalui pelayanan kesehatan. Kajian ini tergolong sebagai penelitian deskriptif dan kuantitatif, sedangkan teknik mengumpulkan data terlaksana dengan observasi, wawancara, maupun pencatatan literatur ke pengelola dan wisatawan di klinik Dr. Hermanto Cardiac Center. Hasil pengujian koefisien budaya organisasi dan kinerja memperlihatkan nilai t hitung > t tabel (4.754 > 1,701) sehingga Ho tertolak memperlihatkan bila budaya organisasi memengaruhi signifikan bagi kinerja terkait upaya melayani pasien diklinik Dr. Hermanto Cardiac Center. Atas dasar itulah, terjawab hipotesis dari kajian bila budaya organisasi memengaruhi kinerja pegawai kesehatan di klinik Dr. Hermanto Cardiac Center. Pengelola  klinik membutuhkan usaha meningkatkan sarana maupun prasarana kesehatan, aksesbilitas, serta fasilitas yang terdapat pada klnik itu supaya pasien merasa nyaman, karena pasien sebagai salah satu sumber pendapatan masyarakat. Kata Kunci : budaya organisasi; kinerja

Abstract

AbstractTourism is a  driving in accelerating and developing regional economies.. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the parties involved in realizing the decision to visit tourist thourgh tourism services. This research is quantitative research conducted using descriptive and inferential approaches and data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and recording literartur to managers and tourists in the tourist attraction of the new soul temple. The results of testing the service quality coefficient and the decision to visit show the value of t count > t table (7.474>1.661), so Ho is rejected, indicating that there is a significant influence between service quality and the decision to visit tourists in the new soul temple thus the hypothesis is answered from the research on the effect of service quality on the decision to visit tourists at thethe new soul temple. Management of tourist objects requires efforts to improve tourism facilties and infrastructure, accessibility, and facilities found in these attraction, so that tourists feel comfortable, considering that tourists are a sources of  community income. Keywords : service quality and decisions visiting                AbstrakPariwisata merupakan pendorong dalam dalam mempercepat serta membangun perekonomian daerah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah para pihak terkait dalam mewujudkan keputusan berkunjung wisatawan melalui pelayanan wisata. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dan inferensial serta teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan pencatatan literatur kepada pengelola serta wisatawan di objek wisata candi jiwa barujaya. Hasil pengujian koefisien kualitas pelayanan dan keputusan berkunjung menunjukan nilai t hitung > t tabel (7.474 > 1,661) maka Ho ditolak menunjukan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara  kualitas pelayanan dengan keputusan wisatawan dalam mengunjungi Candi Jiwa Barujaya. Dengan demikian terjawab hipotesis dari penelitian pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan berkunjung wisatawan di Candi Jiwa Barujaya. Pengelola objek wisata memerlukan upaya peningkatan sarana dan prasarana wisata, aksesbilitas serta fasilitas yang terdapat pada objek wisata tersebut, agar para wisatawan merasa nyaman, mengingat wisatawan merupakan salah satu sumber pendapatan masyarakat. Kata Kunci :         kualitas pelayanan dan keputusan berkunjung

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of work discipline and motivation on the performance of civil servants in SETDA Karawang Regency. The research was conducted using descriptive and verification methods, namely: collecting, presenting, analyzing and testing hypotheses and making conclusions and suggestions. Samples were collected using a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling as many as 144 people. The analytical technique used is the technique of scale range analysis and path analysis with the help of the Method of Succesive Interval (MSI), The correlation coefficient between the variables of Work Discipline and Motivation obtained a value of 0.469 which means it has a fairly strong, positive and significant correlation level between Work Discipline and Motivation. The partial effect of work discipline on employee performance is 0.433, which is greater than motivation, which is 0.109. So it can be stated that work discipline contributes more to employee performance than motivation. The simultaneous effect of work discipline and motivation on employee performance is 54.2% while the remaining 45.8% is another variable that was not examined.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of motivation and work environment on the performance of Civil Servants at the Regional Secretariat of Karawang Regency. This study uses descriptive and verification methods, namely: collecting, presenting, analyzing and testing hypotheses and making conclusions and suggestions. Samples were collected using non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling as many as 134 people. The analytical technique used is the technique of scale range analysis and path analysis with the help of the Method of Successive Interval (MSI), the Microsoft Excel 2013 computer program and the SPSS version 21 application. Based on the results of the analysis that has been done this research proves that the correlation coefficient between the motivation variable and the work environment is obtained a value of 0.432 which means it has a fairly strong, positive and significant correlation level between motivation and the work environment. The partial effect of motivation on employee performance is 0.210, smaller than the work environment, which is 0.257. So it can be stated that the work environment contributes more to employee performance than motivation. The simultaneous influence of motivation and work environment on employee performance is 46.7% while the remaining 53.3% is another variable that was not examined.

Abstract

After the outbreak of COVID-19, digitization was raised to a new level of importance. Since the beginning of the pandemic, human resource managers have faced various difficulties and obstacles. After the pandemic, human resource management may be faced with new problems, as well as new patterns in the workplace as a result of the outbreak. These difficulties are discussed in more detail in the second part of this study. The author of this article looks at the perspectives of business executives and experts from around the world on the future of work in this article. They emphasized the importance of developing organizational culture, enhancing people's competence, and encouraging the integrity of more sensitive individuals to deal effectively and efficiently with the post-pandemic transition after the outbreak. Thus, a systemic and procedural approach will require new strategies for leadership, staff engagement, and the formation of a post-pandemic customer-centric attitude. The physical and mental recovery of society in the post-pandemic era is about trust, respect, solidarity and most important human values.
