Abstract

Transfer of Agricultural Land Function into Settlement Area in Polewali Mandar District Polewali District. Increasing the number of residents indirectly affects the amount of housing demand. The construction of housing areas in Polewali Subdistrict, Polewali Mandar Regency has increased along with population growth. For these activities, developers often utilize and convert agricultural land. In this case the Regional Government through the RTRW Regulation No.2 of 2013 concerning the 2012-2032 Polewali Mandar District Spatial Plan has a role in regulating and controlling the use of agricultural land. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. In this study the results showed that the conversion of agricultural land to the construction of residential areas was regulated in the establishment of spatial patterns for residential areas, while the percentage of agricultural land diverted to housing was 2,091 ha with uneven distribution in all Polewali Mandar Districts.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative descriptive study. by collecting descriptive data as outlined in the form of reports and descriptions. Data is obtained by approaching or documenting archives, documents, records or everything needed for this research. Then the data will be analyzed with qualitative analysis. The data that has been obtained will be validated by using the triangulation method, which is checking data from various sources in various ways, and at various times. There are two triangulation techniques namely source triangulation and technical triangulation. The results of the research conducted at BPRS HIK Makassar showed the mechanism for calculating the profit sharing system used using system revenue sharing with a ratio of 70:30. The revenue sharing system applies to the bank income that will be distributed calculated based on gross income. In BPRS HIK Makassar the Revenue sharing system mechanism is used by way of sharing the benefits of fund management carried out by the Bank before deducting operational costs or profit sharing calculated from gross profit / total income and using mudharabah mutlaqah and mudharabah muqayyadah contracts. So the revenue sharing system at BPRS HIK Makassar is in accordance with the National Shari'ah Council fatwa No: 02/DSNMUI/IV/2000 regarding the general provisions of savings based on Mudharabah.

Abstract

This study aims to describe semasiologi in Toraja. This research is a type of comparative qualitative research. The data in this study were Toraja based on two hundred Gloss Swadesh collected from informants in five research locations, namely Rembon, Makale, Salubarani, Sa'dan, and Baruppu. Data was collected using interview techniques and noted. The results of the study show that semasiologically found in Toraja. Semasiologi refers to the meaning of two forms of the same language but has different concepts or meanings. Semasiology in the Toraja language can be found in the words sia, sola, tambuk, penaa, ula ', baine, muane, and five.

Abstract

The objective of the research is to find out the students’ attitude toward the use of interactive classroom activities in developing the communicative competence. The researchers used descriptive method with a questionnaire to obtain data. The variable of the research was independent variable referring to the use of interactive classroom activities and dependent variable was the students’ attitude. The population of this research was the eleventh grade students of the SMA Kriten Barana’ Academic year 2017/2018, which consists of 50 students since the population of this research, used random sampling. The data obtained from the questionnaire tabulated and analyzed using percentage technique. It is provided by the students’ option on all items of the questionnaire where the number of students who strongly agree and agree is greater than those disagree and strong disagree. in this research the eleventh grade students of SMA Krenten Barana’ have positive attitude towards the use of interactive classroom activities in developing their communicative competence.

Abstract

This research is based on the problem of the low ability of students to understand biographical texts. The cause of the low ability of students to understand the text is because the learning methods used are still conventional, the implementation of which still takes place in one direction (monotonous), the students are less involved in the learning process, students are only waiting for what is delivered by the teacher. This study aims to describe the ability to understand biographical texts through the Learning Cell method in class VIIID students of Wonomulyo 6th Middle School. The subjects of this study were eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 6 Wonomulyo, Bulo District, Polewali Mandar Regency, 2016-2017 academic year, totaling 27 students. Data collection techniques carried out in this study were Test, Observation and Documentation. The results of the study on students of SMP Negeri 6 Wonomulyo, experienced an increase in this was proven by looking at the results of the research analyzed showed that in the first cycle the average value was 2.40 and experienced an increase in the second cycle with an average value of 3.15. So the use of The Learning Cell method in understanding biographical texts can improve student learning outcomes. In addition, observational data in each cycle showed a change in the attitude of students towards a more positive, both from the attitude of learning, activeness in reading and writing notes, as well as discipline in doing the assignments given.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative descriptive study that aims to compare the ability of male and female students to solve mathematical problems in a two-variable linear equation system. The subjects of this study were 19th grade students A VII from Mamuju Middle School as many as 19 people, then 6 students were taken, consisting of 3 men and 3 women. The results showed that students with high ability categories; (1) able to understand problems; (2) able to complete planning; (3) able to solve problems; (4) can use existing information to re-examine the answers obtained. Whereas in problem solving abilities for students with moderate categories, he is able to stage (1) be able to understand the problem, (2) be able to plan solutions and, (3) be able to solve problems still in stage (4) less able to reexamine the problem solving ability of answers to students with disadvantaged categories. (1) less able to understand problems; (2) inadequate settlement planning; (3) less able to solve problems; (4) unable to use the information available to re-examine the answers obtained. Indicates that the average score of learning outcomes is 75.26. Judging from the number of students who have not finished learning, it can be concluded that the obstacle experienced by students is the lack of students' understanding of the problem given, so that they are not able to solve the problem properly. Men read and understand the problems given at a glance and women understand the problem carefully and analyze whatever information is given correctly.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to analyze the effect of work stress, motivation, and competence of teachers, the performance of teachers in the province of West Sulawesi.The population in this study was the teacher of junior high school has been accredited by the Ministry of Education, with the criteria professorship at least 5 years, Minimum educational backgrounds S-1 and certified. They are a total of 269 junior high school teachers in four districts in West Sulawesi province, while samples taken by Slovin formula and the result was 161 respondents. This study used a questionnaire as the main instrument. And a questionnaire in the form of a modified Likert scale with response options from Agree to Strongly Agree. The data collected is processed by SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) technique with AMOS program version 19.These results indicate that the motivation and competence of junior high school teachers in West Sulawesi get high rankings in the category, and people could improve their performance. While the hypothesis testing results prove that: (1) Work stress a significant effect on the competence of teachers; (2) work motivation significant effect on the competence of teachers; (3) Stress significant effect on teacher performance; (4) Motivation significant effect on teacher performance; and (5) Competence of teachers significantly influence the performance of teachers. Thus, it means that the results of this study prove that all of this hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

The research conducted aims to obtain an overview of the education and training budget for improving the professionalism of teachers in Mamuju district, using a qualitative approach. The technique used in determining research informants is purposive sampling. The data collection was carried out with participatory observation techniques, semi-structured interviews and document review. The results of the study show that the education and training budget planning process for increasing the professionalism of teachers in Mamuju District is not yet fully ideal for implementing the five principles that are theoretically believed to be good budgeting principles in the public sector. There are many influential factors in the budget planning process, namely apparatus resources, planning documents (development and budgeting), nominative lists, budgets, and facilities (facilities and infrastructure). The education and training budget for increasing teacher professionalism in the government in the Mamuju district faces the following constraints: 1. Limited resources; 2) participant mechanisms for education and training for improving teacher professionalism; and 3) communication and coordination of related parties that are still weak. To overcome these various obstacles, interested parties have made staff review efforts to the regents, improved budgets and organized education and training for improving teacher professionalism and increasing the intensity of communication and coordination with various relevant parties.
