Al Munir Journal of Islamic Communication and Broadcasting is open access and peer review of journals published by the Communication and Islamic Broadcasting Study Program of the Faculty of Da'wah and Communication Sciences, Imam Bonjol Padang State Islamic University (UIN). This journal covers actual issues in Islamic communication studies, including the development of contemporary da'wah by utilizing media, Islamic information systems, rhetoric, literature, and government policies regarding broadcasting and information regulation. The purpose of this journal is to promote sharing of knowledge and understanding of communication issues. Then receive contributions from experts, researchers, practitioners and policy makers throughout the world. This journal is published periodically twice a year, precisely in January - June and July - December.

Abstract

Sejarah penerbitan Al-Munir (1911-1916) tidak bisa dilepaskan dari majalah Al-Imam (1906-1909) yang diterbitkan di Singapura. Al-Munir sebagai pengganti Al-Imam bercita-cita memajukan bangsa Melayu-Indonesia, baik dalam masalah agama maupun dalam masalah sosial. Media dakwah ini disebarkan melalui jaringan Kaum Muda mulai dari Minangkabau ke daerah, Aceh, Sumatera Utara, Riau, Bengkulu, Palembang, Lampung, Jawa, Sulawesi sampai ke Kalimantan. Bahkan penyebarannya juga mencapai Malaysia,  Thailand serta Kamboja. Al-Munir telah memberikan sumbangan yang signifikan terhadap perkembangan dakwah di Nusantara pada awal abad ke 20 M.

Abstract

Transcendental Communications is the communication that goes on within ourselves and something outside the self and its existence was recognized by the individual. From this definition can be understood that the communication transendeltal means of communication within and outside the self that is intrapersonal. But who is outside of yourself that? Does God, jinns, angels, demons or all four? In the Islamic view of God, jinns, angels, and demons are supernatural. Abstract

“Dakwah Islam” is essentially a pious that actualization in a system of human activity in the lives of believers who conducted regularly to influence how to feel, think, act, and act. “Dakwah Islam”means all efforts to realize the true teachings of Islam in daily life. AIDS is one disease that affects many, and is transmitted by the perpetrators of atrocities in the midst of society. When the HIV virus has infected a person, means he is ready also to spread the seeds of this disaster to others.

Abstract

Hadith is a synonym of the Sunnah that according to the terminology is "everything that was taken from the Prophet Muhammad. before and after the appointed Apostle, either in the form of the word, deed or in the form of statutes (Taqrir). Total Sunnah or Hadith Apostle during his life very much, but a special phrase or "Word = اقوا ل" in the form of "Parables, amtsal or Metaphorically", not so many in number, but the tradition expressed in the form of a parable or the al-Amtsal, so has special impression in the hearts of those who listen and think about.

Abstract

Quality of health care in hospitals is determined by many factors. In measuring the quality, it can be seen from various dimensions. One of them concerns on the reliability of which is the ability provide services immediately, precisely (accurately) and satisfyingly. To provide services fast, precisely (accurately) and satisfyingly is by implementing a web-based information system called Hospital Information Management System of Generic Open Source (SIMRS GOS). SIMRS GOS is one program from the Ministry of Health of Indonesia that must be applied by all hospitals in changing for the better service system. Implementation of the management and development SIMRS should be able to improve and support the health care process in hospitals, includes the speed, accuracy, integration, enhanced customer service, increased efficiency, and ease of reporting in operational execution.

Abstract

The effort to build participatory Indonesia has now been replaced by the role of the authorities and businessmen who act more as corrupt, which has been used to inflate the price of development projects, in the name of change, but what is done, is fake changes. In such a situation, action must be immediately initiated rescue. Abstract

Permasalahan yang ditemui dalam pembelajaran PKn adalah kurang seriusnya siswa dalam pembelajaran PKn dengan menggunakan metoda diskusi kelompok biasa. Sebagian besar siswa tidak mengikuti jalannya diskusi dengan baik sehingga indikator yang harus dicapai pada pembelajaran saat itu, belum dikuasai oleh siswa. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut dicoba melakukan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan cara melaksanakan pembelajaran melalui metoda pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keaktifan siswa dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Melalui pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw ini diharapkan siswa lebih bertanggung jawab terhadap tugasnya dibebankan kepadanya dalam kelompok, karena masing-masing siswa akan mengajarkan kembali topik yang dibahasnya dalam kelompok awal. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keaktifan siswa dalam berdiskusi serta terjadinya peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Kira-kira 25 orang dari 30 orang siswa sudah menunjukkan keaktifan dalam berdiskusi, oleh karena itu tindakan ini dihentikan. Selanjutnya kita berharap semoga hal ini dapat dilaksanakan secara kontiniu.

Abstract

The education system should also foster a patriotic spirit, strengthen love for the fatherland, enhance the spirit of nationalism and social fiendship, and ready to appreciate the services of pre hero and willing to go forward. Teaching and learning climate that can foster self-confidence and learning culture in the society continue to be developed in order to grow the attitudes and behaviors kreative, innovative and oriented towards the future. More assertive in the Act on National Education System No.20 of 2003 regulates the education in Unit, Educational Level, Educational Path, type of education. Implementation Model Index Card Match Pembelajran in learning Citizenship Education has been able to increase the activity and student learning outcomes. In the first cycle in the process learning have seen increased activity following the students' learning readiness of students who bring textbook, students who took notes, and students who bring stationery. Likewise, students in the learning activity that copied of learning goals, students are asking questions, students who gave feedback/ answers to questions, students who actively discuss, students who make the task, and students who make the conclusion there was an increase.
