Abstract

The purpose of this article is to find out the perceptions of primary school teachers on the use of Swishmax applications for the development of instructional media. Teachers' perceptions of the use of Swishmax applications for the development of instructional media are closely related to student learning achievement. Learning media generated with Swishmax applications that match the students' wishes will keep them motivated in learning. This article analyzes the data done descriptively. The data obtained in this article comes from questionnaire data and unstructured interview data. The result of this article is the perception of Swishmax's use for the development of instructional media by elementary school teachers in positive category. Abstract

Blended learning is one of model for integration of pedagogic and information and communication technology (ICT) skill of teacher. The community service program aims are to develop an integrated learning environment using Learning Management Sytem and incraasing teacher skill on utilize of ICT as a supporting tool to quality improvement of teaching and learning process at MTs. Muhammadiyah Saningbakar. The ICT skill as well as define on National Curriculum Nasional 2013 become an integrated skill for every teacher. In this programme, two focus activity are defined, first activity is redesign ICT training for teaching and second is development an online learning environment based-on learning management system (LMS) as delivery medium on blended learning. Redesign ICT training including some of main competencies are 1) Course material development, 2) Word Processing, 3) Presentation design, 4) content development, 5) online learning and 6) applied strategic of blended learning. Those skill is needed to fullfill of successfullness requirement of blended learning. Development an online learning management system is using most popular open source course LMS named by Moodle. To achieve development goal some activity is applied as folows : 1) Define an domain name system for MTs. Muhammadiyah Saningbakar, 2) Get a hosting services as online storage for online environment, 3) LMS installation and Configiration, 4) User management, 5) Course and teacher settings and 6) Content uploading and delivery using LMS. Blended learning environment is developed based on MTs. M curriculum, and defined on course setting of LMS into 3 catagories : Islamic, Adaptive, and Subtantive. And each category containing some course which are available on LMS and accessed by student using networking. Abstract

The convenience of parking within campus can be an indicator of how well a campus facility is. So that can improve the credibility of the campus. The increase in infrastructure in the form of several new funding buildings from IDB (Islamic Development Bank) donor agencies is believed to be proportional to the increase in the number of students, lecturers, employees and the number of activities, so it is not worth the increased parking capacity. Therefore, it is necessary to calculate and analyze the number of parking needs of vehicles based on the SRP (Parking Space Unit) available on the Campus Universitas Negeri Padang to obtain parking characteristics such as parking accumulation, parking duration, turnover rate, parking capacity and parking index. Abstract

Now the development of smart phone technology has evolved rapid, especially Smartphone Android. Where multiple sensors embedded in a mobile phone, primarily an accelerometer sensor support be used of smartphone phone. Accelerometer is used to measure the acceleration reviews Angle X, Y and Z smartphone. So that the sensor is used to review the Movement Robot Arm matching is done with corner acceleration motion X, Y and Z smartphone Method on the system is backed with Fuzzy Logic the which serves to Determine the movement of the robot arm that is sent to the microcontroller. Arm robot system is processed using Matlab 6.1 and using the Software Arduino, and then implanted into the microcontroller, so that the robot goes According movement. Abstract

This study was conducted to make RFID applications as learning media information System in primary school students. This system is made by designing, making and implementing the components of the system which includes a microcontroller as process controllers, sound modules WTV as output which wil lgenerate. This system also uses RFID as input, where before the tool RFID function should be brought closer to the first RFID TAG and its output on the LCD. Abstract

In the education required changes in the application of the development of teaching and learning methods to improve student interest in learning mathematics, especially in doing mathematics problems class VIII about the system of linear equations two variables. The low ability of students in the learning process and workmanship problems caused by various factors, such as learning systems used are still conventional. Therefore, the author helps SMP N 1 Pariangan to transform the learning resources of the book into digital form in accordance with the development of mobile device technology today, by making a mobile learning application. Mobile learning application displays about two-variable linear equation system, displaying learning materials , news menu, and task upload system. The application is made in the form of mobile application for android based mobile devices. With this mobile learning application can improve the ability, and facilitate students in learning mathematics about the system of linear equations two variables. Abstract

This study discusses the application of Polar Placement method using Bass - Gura algorithm on Non - Reheat type frequency electric control system with emphasis on frequency deviation on power system. The performance indicators of electric power system that can be calculated and observed include error analysis, response speed, response quality, frequency domain analysis, stability analysis and robustness analysis of the frequency deviation response of electric power system. The simulation results show that the non-reheat type deviation of electric power with Polar Placement method shows better result compared to non-reheat type frequency power deviation response without the Polar Placement method with a steady state error value of 0.0041, the rise time value of 0.0562 second, the peak time value is 0.0049 seconds, the time value of the steady state is 0.5113 seconds, the maximum pass value is 19.2112%, the root of the characteristic equation which all the parts are negative, the maximum peak value is 1.0049 and the maximum peak value of complementary sensitivity is 0.0051. Abstract

In an institution or organization especially education, would be required a system to support the decision. There is a possibility decision system is also carried out concerned by the levels in the organization. The decision support systems application has designed to help the school management determine to select the students are eligible to receive a scholarship. That’s why using a decision support system admission scholarship at the Vocational High School 5 Padang using SAW (Simple Addiitive weighting) method. The method of calculation are going by manually first, then maded a computerized using a web-based application. With hoping this system is expected to reduce the occurrence of errors in the selection of students to get the scholarships of the schools proposed format. Abstract

Savings and loan activities at the cooperative is one of the routine activities. In accordance with the role of cooperatives that aim to maintain the welfare of its members. Management of bad savings and loan activities will lead to chaos in the operational activities of the cooperative. Based on the research that has been done on Cooperative Orchid II Jorong Pandan using field research methodology, library research and laboratory research, it is known that the financial data processing system is still done manually and simply. With the design of Accounting Information Systems are supported Java programming language will provide a better solution to the problems encountered.
