Abstract

Knowing the performance of an organization is very important for the organization to know the achievements that have been planned. This also applies to organizations such as universities. The existence of higher education as a producer of intellectual human resources is very important as a benchmark for the progress of a nation. The purpose of this conceptual framework is to determine the relationship between the concept of the interrelationship among business units and the performance of tertiary institutions in the Indonesian context. In this study, the dimensions of tangible assets, intangible assets, and customer contact are used to measure the relationships between business units, while the dimensions of financial performance and non-financial performance are used to measure university performance. The unit of analysis in this research is the leadership at a private university in Pekanbaru City with the Dean, head of the department, Head of the Study Program, and secretary of the study program as respondents. The conceptual framework development is expected to become the next research literature to examine the relationship between units and higher education performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan UMKM bidang konveksi CV. Fizzul Putra Mandiri Kabupaten Jombang dengan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Data yang berkenaan dengan aspek non finansial dianalisis dengan teknik kualitatif, sedangkan data yang berkenaan dengan aspek finansial dianalisis dengan teknik kuantitatif menggunakan metode analisis penilaian kriteria investasi. Hasil analisis aspek non finansial diantaranya aspek hukum menunjukkan kepemilikan legalitas usaha lengkap, aspek pemasaran menunjukkan pemenuhan unsur kelayakan dalam marketing mix 4P (product, price, promotion, place), aspek teknis menunjukkan pemilihan lokasi strategis, keterjangkauan bahan baku, ketersediaan dan kompetensi tenaga kerja sesuai, teknologi produksi semi modern, proses produksi dan layout sesuai dengan indikator kelayakan, dari aspek manajemen dan pengelolaan SDM sesuai dengan indikator kelayakan, dan dari aspek sosial ekonomi keberadaan usaha berdampak positif terutama dalam penyerapan tenaga kerja, aktivitas sosial serta penyediaan produk pakaian sesuai kebutuhan lingkungan sekitar. Sedangkan perolehan hasil analisis finansial dengan kriteria investasi diantaranya PP selama 2 tahun 11 bulan 7 hari; NPV sebesar Rp.42.198.852,-; IRR sebesar 23,49%; PI 1,08 kali; dan ARR 65,9% dengan discount factor yang telah ditentukan sebesar 20%. Berdasarkan analisis kelayakan usaha ditinjau dari kedua aspek tersebut, CV. Fizzul Putra Mandiri layak untuk dijalankan dan dikembangkan.

Abstract

This research has the objectives of, among others, finding out and analyzing the direct influence of Organizational Climate, knowing and analyzing the direct influence of organizational climate on Morale, knowing and analyzing the direct influence of Morale on Employee performance, knowing and analyzing the indirect influence of organizational climate on Employee performance through Morale at PT. East Java Regional Development Bank, Kediri City. The population in this study was all employees of PT. East Java Regional Development Bank Kediri City, which totals 250 people. The determination of the number of samples in this study used the Slovin formula. Then data collection techniques, data analysis techniques, research instrument tests, validation tests, reliability tests, and path analysis were carried out. From the calculation results, results were obtained, based on the results of the validation test of the organizational climate variable instrument, that all r-calculated values are greater than the r- table. This shows that the research instrument is said to be valid and can further be used in the study; the validation test of the working spirit variable instrument shows that all r-count values are greater than the r- table. This suggests that the research instrument is valid and can be used further in the study; the result of the instrument relibrium test that reliability test on the research variable instrument shows that all Cronbach‟s Alpha values are greater than 0.60. This suggests that the research instrument is reliable; the hypothesis test results can be concluded that the first hypothesis that reads Organizational climate affects employee performance is accepted since it has a statistical t value of 2.138> 1.98 (critical limit). Furthermore, the second hypothesis states that the organizational climate affects employee performance is accepted because it has a statistical t value of 2,220 > 1.98. The third hypothesis that Morale affects employee performance is accepted because it has a statistical t value of 10.049> 1.98. Furthermore, the fourth hypothesis, which reads that the organizational climate affects employee performance through Morale, is accepted because it has a statistical t value of 2.261 > 1.98 so that the fourth hypothesis is accepted

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh social media influencer, Brand Awareness dan Brand Image terhadap keputusan pembelian pada MS Glow. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah santriwan dan santriwati Pondok Pesantren bahrul ulum yang tidak diketahui jumlahnya. Sedangkan jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sejumlah  100 santriwan dan santriwati Pondok Pesantren bahrul ulum dengan menggunakan rumus lameshow. Data yang dikumpulkan dengan metode kuisioner, yang selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda menggunakan spss versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel social media influencer terdapat pengaruh positif tapi tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian,  sedangkan variabel Brand Awareness dan Brand Image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Secara simultan, variabel social media influencer, Brand Awareness dan Brand Image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable at PT. BPR Insumo Sumberarto Kediri. This type of research uses a descriptive quantitative survey approach where the questionnaire will be distributed to all research respondents. The population in this study was 60 respondents, all of whom were used as samples, also known as census research. The path analysis method tests the results of the respondent's data to measure the effect of the intervening variable. The test results show that organizational commitment positively and significantly affects employee job satisfaction. With a strong commitment, employees will be encouraged to work hard for progress to achieve job satisfaction and employee performance by the expectations desired by the organization. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. With the better and more consistent organizational commitment that is currently implemented, it will be able to improve employee performance. Job satisfaction affects employee performance. Where the higher the employee's job satisfaction, the employee will show best performance. By mediating job satisfaction, the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance also increases.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi Dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Camat Medan Kota. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kantor Camat Medan Kota. Populasi dalam penelitian ini mencakup seluruh pegawai pada Kantor Camat Medan Kota yang berjumlah 35 orang. Sampel ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Teknik pngumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan melakukan Observasi, dokumentasi dan kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor Camat Medan Kota. Dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor Camat Medan Kota. Serta komitmen organisasi dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor Camat Medan Kota. Penelitian ini memberikan sumbangan pengetahun bagaimana memberikan peningkatan kinerja pegawai yang ada pada kantor camat di Kota Medan dengan memberikan peningkatan komitmen karyawan yang ada pada karyawan dan memberikan pengembangan sumber daya pada pegawai tersebut. [A1]Maksimal abstrak 200 kata

Abstract

The importance of continuously increasing employee competence encourages companies to provide training and development/training to enable employees to understand customers' needs regularly and offer and sell appropriate banking products. The importance of the role of training in the development of the retail banking sector is increasingly being recognized by the banking community in Indonesia, especially by state-owned banks (local governments). The purpose of the research is to identify and analyze the effect of training and development on PT employees' career advancement. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Pasar Baru Pare Unit, to identify and analyze the effect of work performance on employee career advancement and the effect of training and development and work performance on employee career advancement. This type of research is descriptive. The results of this research are the Implementation of the Training and Career Development Program and Employee Performance proven to affect the career development of employees at PT significantly. Bank Rakyat Indonesia pare, either simultaneously or partially.

Abstract

Penelitian memiliki maksud untuk melihat literasi keuangan dan sikap keuangan dalam mempengaruhi keputusan investasi pada UMKM di Pesisir Madura. Metode purpose sampling digunakan untuk pengambilan responden sejumlah 55 orang pelaku UMKM pesisir Madura. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh literasi keuangan pada keputusan investasi.Namun dari sisi  sikap keuangan tidak ada pengaruh pada keputusan investasi. Secara keseluruhan literasi keungan dan sikap keuangan memberikan pengaruh pada keputusan investasi bagi pelaku UMKM di pesisir Madura.

Abstract

The success of a company's performance is determined by the quality of employee performance. Employees as the main asset that determines the success or failure of the company are required to achieve the company's vision and mission by improving performance as an indicator in achieving company success, therefore the company seeks to improve competence according to job requirements in achieving good performance. The research objective was to identify and analyze the effect of employee development on employee performance at KSP Duta Mandiri Makmur Kediri. Makmur Kediri, to find out and analyze the effect of employee development on employee performance through competence as an intervening variable at KSP Duta Mandiri Makmur Kediri. The type of research is quantitative, the approach used is a survey approach, the nature of the research is explanatory research. This research was conducted at KSP Duta Mandiri Makmur with the address Jl. gg. Slamet No. 08 Pare District, Kediri Regency. The results obtained are career development has no effect on performance, career development has an effect on employee competence, awareness that with fast developments, competence has an effect on performance, 4. Competence mediates the effect of career development on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the Mediating Role of Brand Image Between Electronic Word Of Mouth (E-Wom) and Consumer Purchase Interest of Cosmetic Products at Tokopedia. This research is a quantitative research with a research sampling method, namely the Nonprobability sampling method. The sample used is 100 who have made a purchase of cosmetics at Tokopedia. The results showed that e-wom had a positive and significant effect on buying interest. The brand image variable has a positive but not significant effect. The results of this study that e-wom has a significant and significant effect on brand image, while the mediation regression test concludes that e-wom mediates brand image on buying interest. These results mean that when consumers get positive information about a cosmetic product from other consumers who have used a product before on the internet. Consumers believe that they choose the right product, so that consumer interest in making purchases is getting bigger.
