Abstract

Age 0-24 months is a period of rapid growth and development so often called the golden period as well as the critical period. The problem of growth disorders in infants and children under two years (baduta) needs to be addressed seriously. Therefore, every baby and child 12-24 months of age must get nutrition in accordance with their needs. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of energy intake, protein intake and parenting patterns with nutritional status of children aged 12-24 months in Meruya Selatan Village, West Jakarta. Cross Sectional research design. Population 400 toddlers. Sampling in this research using Stratified Random Sampling technique. The sample was 200 respondents. The study showed that the average energy intake of toddlers was 989.18 Calories. Most intake of fat is enough that is 69,5% (139 balita) while fat intake is included in less category that is 30,5% (61 under five). Most of the pattern of care in the good category that is 83% (166 children under five), while for not good category that is 17% (34 children under five). There was a relationship between energy intake (p = 0,000, r = -0.290), fat intake (p = 0.049; r = 0.139), parenting pattern (p = 0.036; r = -0.148) with nutritional status of children aged 12-24 months in Meruya Selatan Village, West Jakarta. There is a relationship between energy intake, fat intake and parenting pattern with nutritional status of children aged 12-24 months in Meruya Selatan Village, West Jakarta.

Abstract

Brotowali (Tinospora crispa (L.) Hook. f. Thomson is a wild plant & in the Woods, fields or planted page near the fence, and the usual planted as medicinal plants. The entire plant (roots, stems, and leaves) has a bitter taste that can be used as a traditional medicine as Plasmodium. This research aims to make the tablet dosage of Caulis extract with gelatin Binder and polivenilpirolidon materials that meet the requirements of the physical quality of a tablet that is acceptable. Prior to the manufacture of tablets do extract raw materials testing which includes the determination of the levels of ash, determination of microbial impurities, testing the determination of aflatoxin levels of impurities, the determination of the levels of pesticide residues, the determination of the level of heavy metal impurities. Caulis extract tablet manufacture is made with two formula with each different binding materials, namely formula I used gelatin formula II 5% and 5% use polivinilpirolidon. The methods used in the manufacture of Caulis extract tablets using a wet granulation method. Granul tested his physical properties obtained covering moist, flow properties, compressibility granule. Tablets obtained physical quality test performed which include uniformity of weight, hardness, size uniformity, compressibility, and the crushed tablets. The data obtained were analyzed statistically using SPSS 15.0 for windows program namely testing T-Test with a 5% confidence. The results showed that the two formula tablets with the uniformity of weight, hardness, size uniformity, compressibility, and the time crushed tablet that meets the requirements of the physical quality of a good tablet. The conclusions of this research are extracted Caulis tablet can be created that meets the requirements of physical quality test tablet.

Abstract

Modeling tool is made an attempt to help health care in special hospitals for care in obstetrics and perinatology space. This study used temperature setting range is from 34 ° C to 38 ° C, while for setting the humidity of the range of 0% to 100%, is divided into two parts, namely the design of hardware and software. Tests conducted in the Laboratory of the Department of Health Polytechnic Elektromedik Jakarta II. Design manufacture of modules that do get into the telemetry monitoring system applications, where telemetry tool can be used to monitor the value of an object located at a remote distance applied to medical devices, which will be monitored temperature and humidity is a very important part in the incubator tool baby. The results of modeling design includes testing of skin temperature in the incubator, the test measurement of skin temperature and humidity in the telemetry receiver, test measurement of skin temperature on the thermometer, hygrometer humidity in the test measurement. With the results of the five test measurement was still below the threshold of 10%. It can be concluded that the telemetry tool can perform accurate distance measurement, in accordance with the amount of heat generated by the source and the humidity is a tool incubator. This research can be developed to monitor the temperature and humidity with computer based.

Abstract

Principally, the measurement of skyshine radiation exposure is important to be conducted if there is public activity in a certain place in which the source of radiation can emit its scattering radiation to all directions including to the rooftop of a Radiotherapy building. the Regulation of the Head of the National Nuclear Power Energy No. 8 Year 2011 Article 32a and No. 4 year 2013 article 23a namely 1 mSv/year. As for the design of this research, it is quantitative descriptive by conducting the measurement of radiation exposure to 44 points of measurement, research instrumentations used herein are 2 surveymeter, water phantom, Linac Primus 2D Plus. Result radiation exposure measurement are 6 point areas with the values above 1 mR/hr. Each of the average value of the measurement of the exposure rate at each point is calculated by the annual dose formula. All the final calculation results with the annual dose formula in mSv/year unit yields the values below 1 mSv/year at the 44 points measurement. the rooftop area of Radiotherapy building through Child Polyclinic Pertamina Central Hospital is under a safe limit with all calculation results of annual dose values below 1 mSv/year.

Abstract

Liquid smoke made from green betel leaf (Piper betle L) and red betel leaf (Piper crocatum Ruiz & Pav) has been made by pyrolysis. To determine the allegations of the chemical compounds contained in these two liquid smoke, they were tested by Gas Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) method. Based on the test results it was found that there were 7 suspected compounds in the liquid smoke of green betel leaf and 30 compounds in red betel liquid smoke. The main compounds contained in the liquid smoke of green betel leaf are Isamoxole as the anti-allergic, 5,10-Diethoxy-2,3,7,8-tetrahydro-1H, 6H-dipyrrolo [1,2-a; 1', 2'-d ] Pyrazine as an antifungal and 3,5-Dimethoxyphenol has the potential to be antibacterial while in red betel leaves are 4- (1H-1,3-Benzodiazol-2-yl) phenol and Benzene, 1,2,3-trimethoxy-5- (2 -propenyl) - Bioactivity potential of the two compounds has not been found.

Abstract

Liquid waste from tofu production is generated from the washing, boiling, pressing and molding process. Liquid waste disposal from tofu production have temperature of 37-45°C, turbidity of 535-585 NTU, TSS, ammonia of 23.3-33.5 mg/L, BOD of 6000-8000 mg/l and COD of 7500-8400 mg/l. One of the techniques for the liquid waste processing from tofu production is aeration and adsorption. The purpose of this research is to know the combination of aeration and adsorption method in decreasing of BOD, COD and TSS in tofu wastewater at Pela Mampang tofu factory in Mampang subdistrict, South Jakarta in 2018. This research type is quasi experiment research, with research design of One Group Pre Test and Post Test Design. The sample of this research is tofu wastewater at Pela Mampang tofu factory in Mampang subdistrict, South Jakarta in 2018 with replication 5 times in each variation of contact time 20 minutes, 40 minutes, 60 minutes, 80 minutes and 100 minutes with observation parameters are BOD, COD and TSS. The results of the initial examination of BOD were 6244 mg/l, COD 33800 mg/l, and TSS 7100 mg/l. After being treated with a combined method of aeration and adsorption the BOD levels decreased to 4300.4 mg/l, COD 19283.6 mg/l, and TSS 5246.6 mg/l. There is a significant relationship between the time of treatment and reduction of BOD levels by 56.8%, while COD and TSS have no significant relationship.

Abstract

The coverage of exclusive breastfeeding in Indonesia is still low, in 2007 32%, in 2012 27.1%. Likewise Bengkulu Province, especially in East Circle Health Center 45.1% while the national target of 80%. Many factors affect the exclusive breastfeeding of knowledge, age, motivation, employment and promotion of infant formula. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence exclusive breastfeeding. This research was conducted by cross sectional method in mothers who have babies aged 7-12 months totaling 106 respondents (total sampling). Locations in Working Area Puskesmas Lingkar Timur on May-June 2017. Data were collected univariate, bivariate and multivariate analyzes using Chi Square test and multivariate logistic regression test. Results: a study of 106 mothers with babies 56.6% did not give exclusive breastfeeding, 57.5% less knowledge, 66.0% age 20-35 years, 80.2% high motivation, 59.4% working mothers, 67 , 0% are not exposed to the promotion of formula milk. (P = 0,00 RP = 5,60) and promotion of infant formula (p = 0.00 RP = 8.20) is associated with exclusive breastfeeding, whereas the age variable (p = 0.27 RP = 1.57) is not associated with exclusive breastfeeding. The most dominant factor is knowledge (p = 0,00 Exp (B) = 15,909). Suggestion: It is expected to improve exclusive breastfeeding, health workers should establish breastfeeding mothers' classes with more intensive counseling. And the need for policies to provide appropriate sanctions against violations.

Abstract

This study aims to know how big the difference between dose distribution Rapid Arc and IMRT technique and gains on PTV dose 95%. This research is a descriptive qualitative research data obtained from Phantom to take three the size of the volume of the tumor is seen from the organs at risk of Medulla spinalis, heart, healthy and the lung from the results of the data processing and then analyzed the distribution of the received dose organs at risk. Data analysis is done using the Software eclipse. The result show received dose between flashes IMRT technique and Rapid arc technique on the size of the volume of cancer 250 cm3, 500 cm3, 750 cm3 on the part of the heart and the lungs, Rapid arc provides better radiation dose compared with IMRT but only the medulla spinalis get higher doses but still below the maximum dose organ and gains received on PTV dose 95% with the technique of Rapid Arc higher than IMRT technique.

Abstract

Elementary Islamic Primary School (SDIT) Thariq Bin Ziyad is located in the residential area of Pondok Hijau Permai-Bekasi Timur is an Islamic elementary school that has the concept of full day school, where all students spend about 7 hours in school on Monday to Friday. At lunch time students are required to bring lunch from home or attend catering provided by the school. Based on preliminary test results found not that all students bring lunch contain vegetables and fruit or not suitable for the needs of primary school children. The purpose of this study was to differences portion and intake fruit and vegetable on Packed Meal and School lunch to Recommended Balanced Nutrition Guidelines In SDIT Thariq Bin Ziyad. This research uses food weighing method and interview. The sample of this research is students on grade 3 and 4 who bring food for lunch or catering food, amounted to 72 people. Analysis of univariate and bivariate data using Independent Test T-Test. The results showed that there was a difference between vegetable and fruit portion at Packed and School lunch, there was difference of vegetable intake on Packed and school lunch, and there was no difference between fruit intake at Packed and School lunch.

Abstract

Public transportation is one of the places that have the potential to become a place of disease transmission, the discovery of bacteria in the facility is a public health problem is quite urgent. A preliminary test was conducted to find out the bacteria in waiting room at public transportation facilities in DKI Jakarta area. The research was conducted in cross sectional. Population are public facilities at the bus terminal of Kampung Rambutan, Pinang ranti, Manggarai, Grogol, Kalideres and Tanjung priuk. The sample is wipe the surface of iron fence, bench, handrail and counters as many as 24 samples. Conducted isolation on specific media and morphological, physiological and biochemical identification. We found 70 isolates with 5 species of bacteria, Staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus saphrophyticus 27.4%, Bacillus subtilis 25.7%, Staphylococcus epidermidis 17.14% and MRSA (Methicillin Resisten Staphylococcus Aureus) 2.8%. Locations with the most bacteria types are iron grip and chair. Tanjung priuk is place the most bacteria type and found MRSA. Method and frequency of cleaning of transportation means become one factor to eliminate number and type of microorganism. Until now there are no regulations that bind to the hygiene and sanitation of transportation in particular.
