Abstract

This research aims to determine how the influence of, transformational leadership style on job satisfaction, extrinsic motivation on job satisfaction,both of transformational leadership style and extrinsic motivation to job satisfaction.This type of research is quantitative research, research variables are transformational leadership style (X1), extrinsic motivation (X2) and job satisfaction (Y). The population in this research were all permanent employees from PT. Andi Dwi Haryanto Tunas Merapi Wonogiri totaling 41 people and also used as theresearch sample. Data sources used in this research are primary data. Data collection methods in this researchwere using form of questionnaires. Using multiple regression analysis techniques. Which is supported by hypothesis testing, F test and by passing the classic assumption test consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test.Based on the results of the research there is a significant positive effect between transformational leadership style and extrinsic motivation on job satisfaction. In this research, transformational leadership style (X1) has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction (Y). And extrinsic motivation (X2) has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction.Keywords: transformational leadership style , extrinsic motivation , job satisfaction

Abstract

The customer’s satisfaction is very important because it is able to increase the amount of the new costumer and the profit pf the company. The research is done to know the influence of the Price Perception and the Service Quality toward the costumer of Grab’s Online Driver in Yogyakarta. The research was done in Yogyakarta. The number data sampling are 100 respondents which was chosen randomly or Random Sampling Method. The collection of the data was done by spreading the questionnaire with using the 1 – 5 scale to measure the 23 indicator of questions. The result of the research is showing the result of the price perception variable influenced with the customer’s satisfaction, and the service quality influenced with the customer’s satisfaction. The coefficient of determination in this research is about 68.3% toward the costumer’s satisfaction.Keywords: Price Perception, Service Quality, and Costumer’s satisfaction

Abstract

his study aims to determine the effect of the Implementation of the EFilling System on Taxpayer Compliance with Annual Tax Reporting in the KPP Primary Range. The data of this study were obtained from a questionnaire (Primary) distributed to taxpayers registered in the KPP Pratama Kisaran using the incidental sampling method. The population of this research is the individual taxpayer who is registered as the e-filling taxpayer in the KPP Pratama Kisaran. The sample used in this study were 100 respondents. The questionnaire was tested for validity and reliability before the study. The prerequisite tests used were normality test and homogeneity test. Hypothesis testing used is simple linear regression and Moderated Regression Analysis. This research was proven through a simple regression analysis that obtained an R Square value of 0.368, which can be interpreted that the magnitude of the effect of the E-Filling System Implementation on Taxpayer Compliance was 36.8%. The results of the t-statistic test produced a significance value smaller than the level of significant at 0,000 <0.05. So the results of this study indicate that the adoption of the E-Filling System has a positive and significant effect on Taxpayer Compliance with Annual SPT Reporting.Keywords: E-Filling, Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of understanding customer expectations, building service partnerships, total quality management, and empowering employees towards customer loyalty. This research was conducted for customers who saved at Beringharjo Branch Bank Mandiri in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The sampling technique in this study is cluster sampling. The study used questionnaires to collect primary data, and respondents were 80. We used regression analysis to determine the effect of understanding customer expectations, building service partnerships, total quality management, and empowering employees to customer loyalty. Comprehensively, the variable of understanding customer expectation, building service partnership, total quality management and empowering employees has a simultaneous and significant effect on customer loyalty. For the results of the coefficient of determination, it is explained that 61.3% of customer loyalty variants can be explained by the four independent variables.Kata kunci :Marketing relationship, understanding customer expectation, total quality management, empowering employees, customer loyalty.

Abstract

The aim of study is to find empirical proof for significant positive influence perception of price against customer loyalty through the customer satisfaction as an intervening variable Corner on Wifi new city of Yogyakarta and the positive significant influence quality of products against customer loyalty through the customer satisfaction as an intervening variable Corner on Wifi new city of Yogyakarta.Type of this research is quantitative research, the population in this study was 100 people customers wifi corner kotabaru. Samples used are as much as 100 people customers wifi corner kotabaru Yogyakarta motode retrieval the sample uses the accidental sampling with the formula arikunto. Data collection using the questionnaire. The method of analysis used multiple regression is supported by T-test.The results of the analysis show that significant positive effect price Perception towards customer satisfaction matters, product quality significantly positive effect against this thing, customer satisfaction, influence perception rates against customer loyalty is not a positive effect significantly to customer loyalty, The positive effect of product quality significantly to customer loyalty, the positive effect significantly to customer loyalty, perception of price has no effect significant positive toward customer loyalty through the customer satisfaction as an intervening variable, positive significant effect the quality of products against customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable.Key words : Price Perception, Quality Product, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the mediation of job satisfaction in a relationship between organizational justice and transformational leadership on organizational commitment.  A total of 170 participants who are working in BIAS Yogyakarta have joined this research. Method of collecting data using a questionnaire by conducting regression with analyzing use t-test, F-test, Path analysis with Sobel test. The result of this study found that organizational justice has positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, transformational leadership have positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, organizational justice has negative impact on organizational commitment, transformational leadership have positive and significant impact on organizational commitment, job satisfaction has negative impact on organizational commitment, job satisfaction have mediating effect between organizational justice and organizational commitment, and job satisfaction have mediating effect between transformational leadership and organizational commitment.Kata Kunci: organizational justice, transformational leadership, job satisfaction, organizational commitment

Abstract

His study discusses to analyze corporate governance, ownership structure and leverage to earning management. The research was conducted at mining companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015-2018. The samples used as many as 29 companies from the population of 83 companies, through a purposive sampling method. The data collection is done by using the method of observation nonparticipant through the financial statemens. The analysis technique aapplied is a technique of multiple linier regression analysis. The results show that audit committee negative effect on earning management, the proportion of commissioners no effect on earning management, managerial ownership no effect on earning management, institutional ownership no effect on earning management and leverage negative effect on earning management.Keyword : audit committee, proportion of commissioners, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, leverage, earning management

Abstract

Turnover Intention in the present study was defined as a situation where employee leaves company due to disturbance in operation, team work dynamics, and unit performance of PT. Patria Migas. This study aims to determine the direct effects of work stress, workload, work environment on turnover intentions, and the effects of work stress, workload, work environment on turnover through job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The subjects in this study are employees of PT. Patria Migas, with a total of 48 respondents. The model in the study was tested using Structural Equation Model (SEM) data analysis technique with Partial Least Square (PLS) and using software SmartPLS 3.0. The result of the study indicates positive and significant effects both directly of work stress, workload, and work environment on turnover intentions, and mediation of work stress, workload, and work environment turnover intentions mediated by job satisfaction. This study is expected to add insight on turnover intentions and variables such as work stress, workload, work environment an job satisfaction which can create turnover intentions.Keywords: work stress, workload, work environment, job satisfaction, and turnover intentions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of (1) Work Motivation on Employee Performance, (2) Work Discipline on Employee Performance, (3) Work environment for Employee Performance (4) jointly Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Work Environment, towards Performance of Indonesian Red Cross employees in Kotagede Special Region of Yogyakarta.Based on the relationship between variables on the object under study, this study is causal or called a causal relationship. population is the whole of the research subjects, namely the Indonesian Red Cross Employees in Kotagede Yogyakarta Special Region, amounting to 55 people, because less than 100 then the researchers took all employees, namely 55 employees as samples. Methods of collecting data with a questionnaire. While the technique of data analysis uses multiple regression analysis. Supported by hypothesis testing (T) and F test. And the classic assumption test consisting of Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, and Heterocedasticity Test.The results of the data analysis with a significance of 0.05 indicate that Work Motivation has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance. Work Discipline has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance. The work environment has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance. There is a simultaneous influence of Work Motivation, Work Discipline and Work Environment variables that have significant positive Employee Performance.Keywords: Work Motivation (X1), Work Discipline (X2), Work Environment (X3), Employee Performance (Y)

Abstract

This study aims to examine the democratic leadership on employee performance with motivation as an intervening variable on employee of the DPRD Kota Y. The sample technique in this study used a census and collected 35 respondents. The techniques of collecting data using a questionnaire. Data analysis method used in the form of simple regression, multiple regression and path analysis. The results show that the democratic leadership have a positive and significant effect on motivation. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance., Democratic leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And motivation can mediate the relationship between democratic leadership and employee performance.Kata Kunci: Democratic leadership, motivation, employee prformance
