Abstract

Abstract

the purpose of ths research is that namorambe natural baths are widely enjoyed bylocal tourists alone but has not been visited by foreign tourists. Though the potential of naturalbeauty is also no less far from tourist attractions in other areas. It is often unable to receivevisitors anymore because the capacity of the gazebo is no longer available. Many groups ofemployees and families come to visit Namorambe nature baths until mat rentals and cottagesexceed availability. The type of research conducted in this study is qualitative research. The datacollection technique in this study used interviews. Based on the results of research on theconstruction of souvenir stalls and restaurants at tourist attraction sites and road repairinfrastructure leading to the location, it is necessary to intervene by the government and findinterested investors. Existing facilities now need to be kept clean and the role of the governmentto conduct counseling and training is needed.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect ofreceivables turnover on profits at the Anugerah Batang Kuis Cooperative SMEs.Data analysis using simple linear regression test, hypothesis testing using thecoefficient of determination (R2), partial test (T test), while data processing usingthe SPSS 22 program. 8,730, and T-Test Results with a count of 3701 and Ttable2.13185, with a significant value of 0.000. Thus partially the receivables turnovervariable has a positive and significant effect on profits (profit).

Abstract

PT. Pegadaian (Persero) is one of the non-banking credit institutions that serve the public in order to get funds quickly through credit. To improve customer decisions PT. Pegadaian is highly demanded for all branch outlets to increase market segmentation. This study aims to analyze the effect of Market, Product and Price Segmentation on Customer Decisions through customer trust in PT. Pegadaian Syariah Kuala Simpang Branch. This study uses a quantitative method involving 133 respondents, sampling using Random Sampling is a sample determinant that provides equal opportunities for each population customer to be sampled. Data collection is done by using questionnaires. The data obtained were analyzed using statistical formulas, with multiple linear regression model, namely path analysis which was processed with SPSS version 18 program. The results of the study showed that partially the quality of service and product had a positive effect on PT. Pegadaian Syariah Kuala Simpang Branch.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh kualitas laba, ukuran perusahaan dan struktur modal kerja terhadap nilai perusahaan otomotif yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 12 sampel perusahaan otomotif, teknik pengambilan sampling pada penelitian ini adalah probability sampling dengan menggunakan pendekatan simple random sampling. Analisis data menggunakan metode regresi data panel dengan menggunakan aplikasi EViews versi 9. Adapun Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial kualitas laba dan ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, struktur modal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan secara simultan kualitas laba, ukuran perusahaan, dan struktur modal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to design a corporate identity for Fajar FurnitureUMKM and also as a tool for media promotion in order to introduce the company's productsto the wider community so that can be seen anywhere. The research method used is escriptivequalitative method, the design of corporate identity that can be visualized, one of which is alogo and the logo can later be applied to various promotional media, such as: businesscards, brochures, and others. And the existence of a video profile from the company aims topromote and introduce Fajar Furniture UMKM to the wider community. The results of thisresearch that has made a corporate identity in SMEs Dawn Furniture, so his guess peopleeasily find information about SMEs Dawn Furniture, Corporate Identity can also assist in thepromotion of the products are sold both from home or company.

Abstract

The purpose to analyze the effect of capital structure, sales growth and firm size to theprofitability at three Indonesian retail companies listed of the Indonesia Stock Exchange,partially and simultaneously. Methodology/approach – The sample used in this study amountedthree companies. The study used purposive sampling method and multiple regresion analysisanalysis The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear analysis. Findings – The results of the partial test (t test) of the Capital Structure (DER) variable have nopositive and insignificant effect to the Profitability (OPM). Sales Growth has a positive andsignificant effect to the Profitability (OPM). Firm Size has no positive and insignificant effect tothe Profitability (OPM). And simultaneously Capital Structure (DER), Sales Growth and FirmSize have a positive and significant effect to the Profitability (OPM). Novelty/value – The salesgrowth variable is the variable that has the largest partial effect compared to other variables inhe 2018-2021 period (quarterly)

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see the efficiency in the use of PT working capital. Asahimas Flat Glass Tbk, by using the Financial Ratio in analyzing the efficiency. In this research, it is known that there is an inaccuracy in the source of the use of working capital in 2016-2018. When viewed from the efficiency ratio of working capital use and when compared with the standard measurement of the efficiency of working capital use, then seen from the liquidity ratio in 2016-2017 is good while in 2018 is quite good, the activity ratio for the accounts receivable turnover is less efficient, even for the Inventory turnover is quite efficient and the capital turnover ratio is quite efficient, and seen from the profitability ratio for return on assets and return on equity ratio in 2016 is quite effective and in 2016-2018 is less effective.

Abstract

The aims of this research are to analyze how much influence strategy of positioningand destination image to visiting decisions at Dusun Kreatif Marindal. The sampel sizeconsist of 114 respondents in destination with sample total. It provides whole of member ofthe population to be sample. Data analysis through multiple regression test, data processinguses SPSS. Results shows any effect of the positioning strategy and the image of destination tovisiting decisions. The conclusion of this research are proved that partial strategy ofpositioning has not effect to visiting decision but destination image has positive andsignificant influence on visiting decisions, simultaneous strategy of positioning anddestination image have positive and significant impact to visiting decisions.

Abstract

the purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence of service quality and brand image on customer satisfaction at PT. Tri Karya Cemerlang. The sample of this study was 52 people. Sampling using probability sampling with random sampling technique. The results showed that the coefficient of determination obtained by 0.882 or 88.2% showed that The Quality of Service and Brand Image was able to explain the variation in customer satisfaction in PT Tri Karya Cemerlang, while the remaining 11.8% was explained by other variables not studied in this study such as facilities, product quality, conformity between price and product, etc.,  The results showed that service quality partially had no effect on customer satisfaction, while brand image had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, while simultaneously service quality and brand image  had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction
