Abstract

Entrepreneurial education, risk tolerance and self-efficacy towards entrepreneurial intentions in students. This research is expected to provide additional evidence regarding concepts and theories about factors that increase entrepreneurial interest, students, variables, entrepreneurship education, and risk tolerance and the application of these contents to students. The settings used are natural settings which are also called field research. In terms of time dimensions, this study belongs to the cross-sectional research category. The sampling technique uses a non probability sampling type of purposive sampling. The sample in this study was an economic high school student in Yogyakarta. The analytical model used is the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis model following a variant-based structural equation (SEM) model which can simultaneously test the measurement model while testing structural models. The results of this study indicate that entrepreneurial education variables have no effect on student entrepreneurial intention, entrepreneurial education variables affect student self-efficacy, risk tolerance variables affect student entrepreneurial intention, and risk tolerance variables affect student self-efficacy. Keyword : entrepreneurial education, risk tolerance, self efficacy, entrepreneurial intention

The existence of previous studies that only examine the relationship between the Owner's Expertise in Performance Businnes motivate researchers to conduct research by adding a moderating variable as a development of previous research. Samples were taken of 100 batik artisans in Surakarta, Sragen, Karanganyar & Lasem. The sampling technique with purposive sampling method. To determine the effect may moderate the influence of Innovation whether Owner's Expertise on Performance Businnes used MRA analysis (Moderating Regression Analysis). The results of this study indicate that the Owner's Expertise significant effect on Businnes Performance, but had no significant effect Innovation as a moderating.

The research data is pooling data that is combination between time series and cross section during the period of 2012 until 2015, so get the observation number (point of observation) as 9 syariah bank listed in BEI.The results of the research are CAR, NPF, BOPO, FDR, and NOM variables affecting ROA partially. CAR and NPF variables have no significant effect on ROA, while the FDR, BOPO variable has a significant negative effect on ROA, and NOM has positive positive effect on ROA. The NOM variable mediates the effect between CAR, NPF, BOPO and FDR against ROA. Key Words : NOM, CAR, NPF, BOPO, FDR, ROA

Each district taken by SMEs entrepreneurs with purposive sampling method. Mapping MSMEs performance conditions were analyzed descriptively to describe various aspects such as firm age, labor, raw materials, capital and problems faced. While the factors that influence the development of MSMEs were statistically analyzed with multiple regression models. The results showed that the performance of the mapping conditions of SMEs in Surakarta average face problems in raw material costs, labor costs and promotion costs, as well as in the capital. Capital cost and total variable evidenced by the positive and significant impact on the development of the business. While the age factor and the company's workforce does not have a significant influence on the development of SME. It can be understood that the main problem in SMEs are raw materials and capital. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of meaning in work as intervening variable relationship between transformational leadership and work engagement and analyze the effect of work engagement as pemediasi variable relationship between leader-member exchange and job performance. This study uses a quantitative research methods. While the sample used this study as many as 213 people in the PT Kusumaputra Santosa Karanganyar. The data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis method path. Results of this study are a) Transformational leadership significant effect on work engagement. b) Transformational leadership and meaning in work significant effect on work engagement. c) meaning in work can be a mediating variable and is expressed as a partial mediating variables (partial mediation). This is because, after entering the variable Meaning in Work, due to the influence of the variable Work Engagement Transformational Leadership which was significantly be remained significant after entering Meaning in Work variables into the regression equation model but declined regression coefficient. d) LMX significant effect on job performance. e) LMX and work engagement significant effect on job performance. f) Work engagement can be a mediating variable and is expressed as a partial mediating variables (partial mediation). This is because, the influence of variables leader member exchange for job performance that was significantly be remained significant after entering work engagement variable into the regression model but declined regression coefficient.
