Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how to establish good governance in therealization of performance-based public services in Buleleng regency government. This studyuses a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used in this study was aquestionnaire / questionnaire measuring devices in the form of Agree-Disagree Scale, whichwere selected for the study is the structural officials from several agencies selected in theRegency. Buleleng as many as 108 people. Data analysis techniques used in this study is astructural equation model (Structural Equation Modeling-SEM) based variance orComponent based SEM, the famous so-called Partial Least Square (PLS) Visual version 2.0.All relationships are examined in this study showed significant results related to the presenceof good governance in realizing the performance of public service organizations. Settingup entrepreneurial mindset toward the entrepreneurial activities. Widhya Assih BaliFoundation is strengthening internal methods of generating financial sustainability of publicprograms. The focus of this study in social entrepreneurship is geared toward the internalcompetitive nature of how the organization operates in building impact through the children.Though it may be worth considering how existing resources can also meet external needs thatcan add value in society through commerce (business) internal generating money makingmethods. Such an approach does not have to be geared toward cost-cutting services rather itcan be toward providing a unique service and/or product. Abstract

This study aims to explore and understand the application of CSR based on localwisdom (Tri Hita Karana) in Bali that are applied by the Village Credit Institutions (LPD)and LPD Tibekauh Penglatan Singaraja Gianyar. Implementation of CSR on both LPD werecompared in this study. Each program will be tailored CSR applied to aspects parhyangan,palemahan, pawongan in the Tri Hita Karana.This study will address issues related to the implementation of CSR by LPD based onlocal wisdom, LPD social fund allocation, and allocation of social funds in terms of financialperformance LPD. There are three questions are formulated.This study uses a qualitative method. The technique of collecting data using interviews,observation, documentation, and deployment of an open questionnaire to customers or thepublic. Informants determined by purposive sampling. Use interactive data analysistechniques. Technique authenticity of data by researchers to test the credibility andtriangulation. Data used in the form of primary and secondary data.Implementation of CSR in the LPD can be said to be based Tri Hita Karana. However,CSR program in Singaraja Penglatan LPD more active than the LPD Tibekauh Gianyar.LPD Tibekauh Gianyar co-own shortcomings in aspects palemahan. This is because the CSRprogram LPD Tibekauh on aspects palemahan not comprehensive.CSR is applied LPD Penglatan Singaraja and Tibekauh Gianyar can be said to containaspects of tri hita karana (parhyangan, palemahan, pawongan). The program is applicable toalmost the same, except that the amount of applied programs tailored to ability. CSR isapplied adapted to the needs of the surrounding environment so that CSR is implementedeffectively. The allocation of social funds have been set in gubernatorial. Bali Provincial No.11 Year 2013 concerning LPD as much as 5%, and the village development fund 20% of itsnet profit in the year-end LPD. The higher net income LPD, the higher allocation of funds ofsocial and rural development.CSR shall be implemented by LPD. The goal is improve the lives of the surroundingenvironment. So that goal is reached, the program is designed to be effective and perceivedby the public contribution. So the LPD need to create an education program in which ifappropriately carried out and fill the needs of the community. CSR mandatory because LPDownedPakraman and utilize the resources around.Future studies are expected to enhance this work by including a component of financialstatements that reflect social activities menyuluruh LPD and assess the financial aspectsrelated to the allocation of funds LPD social and rural development.Keywords: Corporate Social Responsibility, Tri Hita Karana, Net Income

Abstract

The development of the hotel industry today has seen to be uncontrolled. Everyyear the new hotels, expecially five stars hotels are built. On the other hand, the totalnumber of tourist who come to Bali is not increase as many as the hotels built. Thedecrease of our money currency, Rupiah, encourage many toursts come to Indonesiaespecially Bali. The investors saw this condition and bring into the opportunity to buildmany hotels in Bali. We could see that more supply rather than demand in thiscircumteces. This condition is also impected to the Competition between those hotelsespecially the five stars hotel as the object of this Reserch. On the other hand, the marketevolusion is also bring the firm to visualize the path as it is impacted by neew needs,competitiors, technology, channels and other development.Padma Resort Legian is in the Market for approximatelly 25 years. The competitionis changing year by year and bring this hotel into the high competition. The hotel need tohave a good Competitive Strategy to win the competition as we know that the other 14new five stars International brand hotels are building until 2019 and will contribute about2.040 rooms. Addition information from STR Global, a company located in USA thatprovide a service of Market Information for Global Hotel Industry said that the Growthof the hotels will impact the Occupancy. The data said that the Occupancy decreased 6.3%compare to the last year in the first quarter. A special attention to January 2016 that theOccupancy in Bali decrease 14.7% become55.8%.Padma Resort Legian make their Competitive Strategy by maximizing theValue. The Competitive Strategy of this hotel consist of Differentiation ( ProductDevelopment) and Focus ( Quality of Service and Customer Relationship Management),these went to Value which consist of Functional Benefit and Emotional Benefit. All thisvariables go to achive the Guest Satisfaction. Again, digital technology is used to thissituation especially in the Customer Relationship Management as well as the measurementof their Guest Satisfaction by using Media System and Trip Advisor Website.Researcher bring this study to clearly see how Padma Legian Resort Baliimplement their Competitive Strategy to maximize the Value. How they implement thecompetitive strategy to maximize the value and how they measure the guestsatisfaction and bring this strategy into succeed to get the guest or customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Organizational Justice, and Quality of Work life toward Organizational Citizenship Behaviormediated by Job Satisfaction of the employee of Bali Regional Office of the Ministry of Lawand Human Rights.Respondents of this research were 136 government employees in Bali Regional Office ofthe Ministry of Law and Human Rights. The sampling technique that was census, and thedata were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) by occupying AMOSprogram. The result of this research shows that Leader-Member Exchange gives positive andsignificant effect toward Job Satisfaction. The same results also applied on Leader-MemberExchange toward Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Organizational Justice toward JobSatisfaction, Organizational Justice toward Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Quality ofWork life toward Job Satisfaction, Quality of Work life toward Organizational CitizenshipBehavior, Job Satisfaction toward Organizational Citizenship Behavior. This research alsofound out that Job satisfaction significantly mediating the effect of Leader-MemberExchange, Organizational Justice , Quality of Work life toward Organizational CitizenshipBehavior.Managerial implication of this research would be the stakeholders which consists ofstructural official or the leaders who supposed to do evaluation and also improving the use ofLeader-Member Exchange, Organizational Justice, dan Quality of Worklife in order toimprove Job Satisfaction and also Organizational Citizenship Behavior of Bali RegionalOffice of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights’ employee.Keywords : Leader-Member Exchange, Organizational Justice, Quality ofWorklife, Job Satisfaction, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

Abstract

of financial management functions. This research is aquantitative research that aims to determine the effect of the financial performance of thedividend payout ratio and company value. The population in this study are all manufacturedcompanies listed on the Stock Exchange. Research hypothesis testing technique used pathanalysis with AMOS software tool. The results showed that there was no financialperformance that affect enterprise value. In different circumstances, the results showed thatthe current ratio, debt equity ratio and total assets turn over effect on dividend payout ratio.Besides, the results also showed that there was no significant relationship between dividendpayout ratio with the enterprise value as well. The result confirmed the theory of ModiglianiMiller that stated dividend irrelevant. The results also confirmed the theory of signal. Thefinancial performance of the current ratio, debt equity ratio and total assets turnover canincrease or decrease the value of the dividend payout ratio.Keywords : Financial Performance , Dividend Payout Ratio and Value Companies

Abstract

Sampling in this study was used sampling purposive sampling. Samplingdetermination based on certain consideration, for example the expert who wants studied canbe a sample. Informant in this study selected based on capacity and its position in thecompany and also out of company and has been determined by informat in this study theyare: staf, manager, manager product, doctor who has written the reciept and patient who hasused the product that determined by the researcher beforehand. From interview result hasbeen conducted with some informant of PT. Pfizer Indonesia in running its business in thecase of promotion they has apply promotion strategy by using personal selling method, theyare who conduct a promotion here is medical representative (med-rep) by manner of face-tofaceconduct detailing for stockholder that is target doctor assumed will to write the receiptfor patient for selling its product. In order to keep user loyalty either doctor or hospital,patient and pharmacy, the Pfizer has been made a strategy by making the e-HCCP card(Electronic Helath Care Compliance program). E-HCCP in the form ofcared that has beenused at pharmacy that has been cooperation with Pfizer, by getting benefit in the form ofdiscount at product of Lipitor, Norvask, Celebrex, Olmtc, Zoloft, and Champix. R&D andtechnology have correlation to realized a quality product and have innovation in order torepresent therapy for patient who can improve their life significantly. At Pfizer it has writtenand arranged at blue book that mentioned that our goal is inovation to present therapy forpatient who able to improve their life significantly.Keywords: promotion strategy, personal selling, technology superiority.

Abstract

This research was conducted in RSU Surya Husadha Jl. P. Serangan no. 7 Denpasarwhich aims to find influence of Organizational Behavior In Implementation of Patient SafetyGoals To The Safe Nursing Care. A population of 188 people, using stratified randomsampling technique proportioned obtained a sample of 120 respondents. Using quantitativemethods, data collection techniques such as questionnaire and data analysis with causalmodels - SEM (Structural Equation Model) using AMOS program (Analysis of MomentStructure) 22.From the analysis and discussion, could be concluded that: The influence of thepersonal knowledge, safety culture, organizational environment in implementation of patientsafety goals are positive and significant. The influence of safety culture, organizationalenvironment and the implementation of patient safety goals to safe nursing care are positiveand significant. Abstract

Associated with investments made the main purpose of investors are generallyfocused on profits or income so often found many managers intentionally reduce fluctuationsin reported earnings in order to achieve the desired level of profit. For the company performincome smoothing, which is one form of earnings management. As well as earningsmanagement, the concept of income smoothing found by agency theory, which assumed theprincipal (owner) and agent (management) have the same interests to maximize the utility ofeach of the information held, giving rise to a conflict of interest that is the asymmetry ofinformation , The research data from the Indonesia Stock Exchange service industry subsectorsproperty and real estate. Hypothesis testing results show that the PER positive andsignificant effect on stock prices, the level of PBV significant effect on stock prices, NPM hasa negative impact and no significant effect on the company's financial performance, ROIpositive and significant impact on stock prices, PER not significant effect on the index excel,PBV not significant effect on the index excel, NPM no significant effect on the index excel,ROI significant positive effect on excel index, stock price index significant positive effect onexcel.Keyword: PER, PBV, NPM, ROI, same price, income smoothing
