Abstract

ABSTRACT            This study examines the interest of the baby boomer generation into angkringan consumers. The concept of culinary attraction includes diversity of culinary activities, typical food, convenient and clean location, unique and attractive venue design, good service, competitive market, price and value proportion, opportunity to socialize, cultural interaction with culinary, Family atmosphere, attractive environment, traditional, national and international products.            The informants used in this study were eight informants, namely four baby boomer customers and four angkringan owners. Data collection is done by interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques are used to analyze qualitative method data.            This study concluded that not only the millennial generation was affected by globalization. This can be seen from the millennial lifestyle style that mostly hang out, chat with friends and gatherings, but baby boomers also enjoy the influence of globalization. There are also many baby boomers who do the same thing, like hanging out at the end, gathering with friends and reunions and enjoying the moment or the past. This research is useful for customers and sellers that globalization not only has a negative influence but also a positive influence, one of which is like hanging out. It's a life style or western lifestyle. While drinking while hanging out, chatting and gathering. Can remember the past and get back or repeat the first moments.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is 1. Knowing the effect of the implementation process of recruitment to training. 2. Determine the influence of the implementation process of the selection of the training. 3. Determine the influence of the implementation process of recruitment of placement. 4. Determine the influence of the implementation process of the selection of the placement. 5. Determine the influence of the implementation process of recruitment to performance. 6. Determine the influence of the implementation process of the selection of the performance. 7. Determine the influence of the implementation process of the placement of the performance. Data collection technique used questionnaires to 127 customers of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Branch Kuta. Data were analyzed by Structural Equation Model (SEM) with AMOS version 22Results found that 1 indicates that the effect of variable recruitment to training is significant. (2) show that variables influence the selection of the training is significant. (3) shows that the effect of variable recruitment of the placement is significant. (4) indicates that the variable influence the selection of the placement is significant. (5) shows that the effect of variable recruitment to performance is significant. (6) show that variables influence the selection of the performance is significant. (7) shows that the effect of the placement of variables on performance is significant.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to determine the effect of ease of use, the success rate of transactions, and the ability of technology systems to trust and to determine the effect of ease of use, the success rate of transactions, the ability of technology systems and interest in transactions using mobile banking. This research was conducted at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Branch Gatot Subroto Denpasar. Data collection techniques used questionnaires to 160 Bank BRI customers selected as samples. Data were analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS program. Ease of use, transaction success rate, and technological system capability have a positive and significant impact on trust and interest in transactions using mobile banking. This means that the better ease of use, the success rate of transactions, and the ability of technology systems, the higher the customer confidence and impact on the increasing interest in transactions using mobile banking.

Abstract

Advertising is one of the most common promotional tool used by companies to inform,persuade, and increasing the target buyer or society. Currently the development of advertisingon television is very fast, is the largest telecom products in advertising spending. The rise oftelecommunication service advertising on television is linked to the consumer to figure outwhat the ad. The products promoted through media advertising can affect brand awareness.This study using SEM analysis. The population in this study were students UndiknasUniversity Denpasar. While the sample in this study amounted to 124 people who had seen theprovider XL commercials on television with the NOAH version method used in this study isthat accidental sampling nonprobability sampling.These results indicate that the variable Celebrity Endorser Attractiveness Advertisingpositive and significant effect on the variable Brand Awareness and Brand Awarenesssubsequent positive and significant effect on the variable Brand Attitude. Thus advertising ontelevision provider should pay attention to the ads that are witnessed by consumers canincrease brand awareness and consumer attitudes toward the brand.Keywords: Celebrity Endorser, Attractiveness Advertising, Brand Awareness, and BrandAttitude.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to examines the influence of consumer behariour on marketing strategy, customer satisfaction and business performance, the influence of marketing strategy on customer satisfaction and business performance, and the influence of customer satisfaction on business performanceThe population used in this study were guests who stayed in a Villa unit sand Hotels under the management of Alpha Hotel Management, Bali – Indonesia, with a total of 171 respondents. Data were collected by using questionnaire, where the sampling method in this study using combination of purposive and accidental sampling.Technical analysis used is a quantitative analysis with SEM (Structural Equation Model) analysis method using AMOS. The results showed that consumer behavior has a positive and significant impacts on marketing strategy and customer satisfaction, positively insignificant impact on business performance. Marketing strategy has a positive significant impacts on customer satisfaction, but negative insignificants impact on business performance. While customer satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on business performance. Research also figure out that marketing strategy and customer satisfaction strengthen the impact of consumer behavior on business performance. Reseracher conclude that in order to gain better business performance, the marketer of a company has to combining all variables (Consumer Behaviour, Marketing Strategy, and Customer Satisfaction) rather than just focusing their efforts only on Marketing Strategy, where ensuring the highest level of Customer Satisfaction should become the most essential efforts to gain the highest Business Performance. Researcher suggest that future study be carried out using the same methodology but encompassing bigger areas of population and sampling, and uses more variables and indicators.

Abstract

This study aims to explore and understand the application of CSR based on localwisdom (Tri Hita Karana) in Bali that are applied by the Village Credit Institutions (LPD)and LPD Tibekauh Penglatan Singaraja Gianyar. Implementation of CSR on both LPD werecompared in this study. Each program will be tailored CSR applied to aspects parhyangan,palemahan, pawongan in the Tri Hita Karana.This study will address issues related to the implementation of CSR by LPD based onlocal wisdom, LPD social fund allocation, and allocation of social funds in terms of financialperformance LPD. There are three questions are formulated.This study uses a qualitative method. The technique of collecting data using interviews,observation, documentation, and deployment of an open questionnaire to customers or thepublic. Informants determined by purposive sampling. Use interactive data analysistechniques. Technique authenticity of data by researchers to test the credibility andtriangulation. Data used in the form of primary and secondary data.Implementation of CSR in the LPD can be said to be based Tri Hita Karana. However,CSR program in Singaraja Penglatan LPD more active than the LPD Tibekauh Gianyar.LPD Tibekauh Gianyar co-own shortcomings in aspects palemahan. This is because the CSRprogram LPD Tibekauh on aspects palemahan not comprehensive.CSR is applied LPD Penglatan Singaraja and Tibekauh Gianyar can be said to containaspects of tri hita karana (parhyangan, palemahan, pawongan). The program is applicable toalmost the same, except that the amount of applied programs tailored to ability. CSR isapplied adapted to the needs of the surrounding environment so that CSR is implementedeffectively. The allocation of social funds have been set in gubernatorial. Bali Provincial No.11 Year 2013 concerning LPD as much as 5%, and the village development fund 20% of itsnet profit in the year-end LPD. The higher net income LPD, the higher allocation of funds ofsocial and rural development.CSR shall be implemented by LPD. The goal is improve the lives of the surroundingenvironment. So that goal is reached, the program is designed to be effective and perceivedby the public contribution. So the LPD need to create an education program in which ifappropriately carried out and fill the needs of the community. CSR mandatory because LPDownedPakraman and utilize the resources around.Future studies are expected to enhance this work by including a component of financialstatements that reflect social activities menyuluruh LPD and assess the financial aspectsrelated to the allocation of funds LPD social and rural development.Keywords: Corporate Social Responsibility, Tri Hita Karana, Net Income

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to understand the investment policies of financial aspects based on risk management and to know that the investment studies are appropriate. This study uses qualitative methods that explore the implementation of risk management-based investment policies at Denpasar private hospital. Data collection uses documentation techniques and in-depth interviews with the board of directors and hospital finance staff. The data is then analyzed qualitatively by data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing.            The results of the calculation using the NPV method obtained a positive value of Rp. 463.592.397, the IRR method obtained an interest rate of 10,62% and the PP method shows the return on investment within 8 years so the project is said to be feasible. Regarding investment risks, hospitals have not implemented an optimal risk management process so that it has the potential to pose a risk of loss.            The application of risk management to investment policies is important even though these investments are feasible, especially related to the development of risk mitigation strategies. This study discusses the analysis of hospital investment policy from the financial aspect, so it is expected that further research add other aspects as a reference in assessing investment feasibility.

study aims to analyze and to interpret consumer’s perception towardadvertisement of Avansa car version of tour around of Indonesia through television. Themethod has been applied for this study was qualitative descriptive approach with triangulationtechnique and in-depth interview to problem solving by conduct comprehending and collectdata in-whole and intact from research object in order to get focus overview from observationresult and observation from site.Conclusion of this study is the consumer’s perception toward advertisement of Avansacar through television media is positive match with message send from the advertisement. Allof this written in expression from some informant who declare that perception is near same butin different expression that is Avansa car is comfort car, many friends by meaning manyenthusiast or user, multi-function, many service post purchasing, its design is update, and havesome excellence like reachable price, saving fuel, and environment friendly.Keywords: Perception, Advertisement, and Television.

Abstract

ABSTRACTCulinary Marketing Strategy Using Influencer Through Social Media Instagram (Case Study In Café Night Market & Co-Working Space). This type of research uses primary data and secondary data using Qualitative research design. The number of informants in this study is 9 people (3 Owners and 6 Visitors). The sample will be obtained by using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques can be done by interview (interview), questionnaire (questionnaire), observation (watch), and a combination of the three, in general from the respondents selected as a sample, which includes the identity data of respondents. Based on the results obtained by using qualitative analysis, it can be criticized in this research that the reason why the Night Market Café & Co-working Space Project is moving from conventional way to Instagram marketing that is, firstly because of technological progress, consumers are more inclined to use social media Instagram, second by using social media marketing especially Instagram can cost more in marketing financing, using more influence in Instagram, and give positive impact to progress of The Night Market Café & Co-working Space, last role variable of place / place in marketing mix can make visitors to come to Night Market Café & Co-working Space because Night Market Café & Co-working This space provides and presents the interior and atmosphere of the place that appeals to the consumer and also according to the bag of konaumen. Places that use less strategic researchers but with the advancement of technology and promotional strategies that Night Market Café & Co-working Space can be directly entrusted to the hearts of consumers

Abstract

In Indonesia, for the past few years, the state revenue from tax sector have a reallysignificant role in the state funding. So, it is only logical that Directorate General of Taxationas the part of the government that officially responsible for the collection of tax revenue needto perfom it’s fucntions at the best it can be. Directorate General of Taxation just as allothers organizations needed human resources as the driver of it’s performance. So in orderto perform it’s functions at the best it can be, Directorate General of Taxation needed thebest human resources it can recruit. Gianyar Tax Office as a part of Directorate General ofTaxation is holding the functions to provide information, deliver services and controllingabout taxation. To perform it’s functions Gianyar Tax Office need to manage it’s humanresouces so they can perform their duty as the driver of the office performance. In practice,there’s a gap between the condition expected and the reality.The purpose of the research is to know, learn and proving the effect of humanresources planning, employee quality, work effectiveness to human resources performance atGianyar Tax Office.The research was a population research. Population of the research was all thegovernment officials of Gianyar Tax Office with 86 officials but only 81 were participat in.Data gathering is done by using questionnaire, observation and documentation at thelocation of the research, which is Gianyar Tax Office. Data analize is done by using SEM.The reseach result showed that there is 78,5% positif influence of human resourcesplanning to employee quality, there is 92,2% positif influence of human resource planning,physical working enviroment and employee quality to working effectiveness, and there is94,6% positif influence of human resource planning, physical working enviroment, employeequality, working effectiveness to employee performance.Keywords : employee performance, human resources management, Structural Equation Modelling
