Abstract

ABSTRACTHospital logistics management is one of the important aspects of hospitalization. Currently being a healthcare provider. Medical logistics management in hospitals that are in the planning, procurement, storage, distribution, deletion, evaluation and interconnection with each other, should be well coordinated so that each can function optimally. To help management performance required a system, prepare all activities in logistics management can be done well. Management information system (MIS) is one system that can be used in assisting the performance of logistics management. In the procurement of pharmaceutical logistics goods, management information systems can help provide information as a consideration in making purchasing decisions, such as planning using consumptive methods.The research conducted in Badung Hospital has the purpose to know the implementation of management information system and to know what are the factors that hamper the implementation of management information system in the decision of procurement of logistic goods in Badung Hospital. This study uses descriptive qualitative research type using inductive approach by using data completion technique that is observation, interview and literature study. Test the validity of data using source triangulation techniques. The data analysis is done by data reduction, data presentation and data verification.From the results of the study can be concluded that the Management Information System provides the necessary data as a consideration in taking the procurement of goods pharmaceutical logistics. Several factors inhibiting MIS implementation in Badung hospital associated with Inadequate Human Resources and Infrastructure.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to understand the implemenation of service management in order toincrease the revenue of progressive tax at local revenue office and to find out the factor shatshould get attention in givig of service so aht the people satisfaction able to increase therevenue of progressive tax at local revenu office and to find out the factor that should getattention in giving of service, so that the people satisfcation able to reach. This study isqualitative. Source of data was primary and secondary data. Data collecting technique byobservation, interview, and documentation study. Data collectiong technique byinterpretative Weber methodology. The result shows implementation of service managementthat has been conducted to increase the revenue of progressive tax as follows: planning,organizing, actuating and controlling. Service optimalization process to improve the peoplesatisfaction. In order to increase the revenue of progresive tax by improve their servicemanagement by placing the people satisfaction at priority level and conduct repair on themedium and infrastructure improvemen by educating and training.Keywords: Service Management.

Abstract

ABSTRACT               The research objective was to find out to determine the effect of green marketing on consumer behavior, influence of brand quality on consumer behavior, influence of brand quality on purchasing decisions, influence of green marketing on purchasing decisions, influence of consumer behavior on purchasing decisions, consumer behavior on the influence of green marketing on decisions purchase, knowing the mediation of consumer behavior on the effect of green marketing on purchasing decisions, knowing the mediation of consumer behavior on the influence of quality brands on purchasing decisions Data collection using semantic difference scale questionnaire. The research method used purposive sampling and accidental sampling using 140 people. Analysis method using SPSS 22. Using AMOS computer application version 22. The results of this study show that green marketing and quality brands have a positive and significant effect on consumer behavior, consumer behavior and brand quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, green marketing has a non-significant positive influence on purchasing decisions, consumer behavior can mediate the influence of green marketing and brand quality on decisions purchase at nike.

Abstract

This study purpose to determine the effect of leadership style, interpersonalcommunication on motivation and performance of Patra Jasa bali Resort and Villa’semployees.The study was conducted in hospitality organizations by using employees as acorrespondent. The number of respondents in this study are 225 peoples. The data analysistechnique used path analysis (SEM Analysis) which is operated through the AMOS program,Version 20.0The results showed that leadership style and general manager interpersonalcommunication had a positive and significant impact on the motivation and performance ofemployees Patra Jasa Bali Resort and Villas.Keywords : Leadership Style, Interpersonal Communication, Motivation and EmployeePerformance Patra Jasa Bali Resort and Villas.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to create a new Business Fitness Center design model based on customer perception on the competitive advantage of Celebrity Fitness and Hawa Gym by using Canvas Model then analyzed with SWOT Analysis approach, which will produce new Business Canvas Model.This is a qualitative research, which can be done as an attempt to find, develop, test the truth and seek back a knowledge premises using scientific methods, Source data used in this study obtained from field observation and interviews of informants directly related to the problems which researched in this case is the Fitness manager, Instructure, and Member who move in both Gym. Data Analyst provided by identifying ongoing business using 9 elements of canvas model next in doing SWOT analysis. The results of the study were compared of the two fitness sites described with the new Canvas Model Image.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to: (1) to determine the position of the state sales breakevenpoint (BEP), (2) to determine the volume of sales with a profit target, (3) to determinethe volume of sales with a profit target of interest and the cost of change fixed, (4) todetermine the safety limit sales declines tolerated the presence of the target label set (Marginof Safety), (5) To determine the strategic steps that must be performed in the presence ofprofit planning. Analytical techniques used in the study is cost-volume-profit (CVP) analysisis an analysis of the relationship between cost, volume, and profits produced by the companyas well as sensitivity analysis in achieving sales and profit targets.The conclusion is (1) Sales in breakeven position (break even) at Dalem PuriDenpasar Hotel is at Rp.3.537.538.969, (2) the volume of sales that must be done to achievethe profit target, which is assumed if the desired profit rose 20% in the amount ofRp.968.122.558 then the company should conduct sales of Rp.4.998.997.222 whereas if theassumed profit rose 30% in the amount of Rp.1.048.799.438 then the company shouldconduct sales of Rp.5.120.785.409, (3) the volume of sales that must be done to achieve atarget profit if fixed costs are assumed to increase with earnings up 10% up 20% then salesshould be done by the company amounted to Rp.5.352.751.119. Whereas if the earnings rise30%, then the sale of the company is to be done by Rp.5.474.539.306. As for the assumptionof fixed costs rose 20% with profit up 20%, then sales should be done by the companyamounted to Rp.5.706.505.016. Whereas if the earnings rise 30%, then the sale of thecompany is to be done by Rp.5.828.293.203, (4) safety limit sales declines tolerated thepresence of the target label set (Margin of Safety) when assuming earnings rose 20%, theMOS companies amounted Rp.1.461.458.253 whereas if assuming profit rose 30%, thecompany is at Rp.1.538.246.440 MOS.Keywords: CVP Analysis, profit targets, sensitivity.

of this research is “Service Optimization to Achieve International StandarHospital JCI”. Background : Global competition coused the change of health serviceparadigm and Bali as the main tourism research.Method and Result : The object of this research to know the optimization steps,related factor and this implication. The research use qualitative descriptive located in RSUPSanglah. Collecting data is carried out with deep interview to informant, those are outpatient, in patient and emergency. The result of research shown that JCI service standardoptimization is not fully done yet, mainly for the facility standard, human resources andcommunity participation.The conclusion of this research axplain that JCI service standard optimization consistof : socialization, implementation and evaluation with paying attention on internal factor,such as : facility, human resources, leadership and governance. While, eksternal factor arepatient and community participation, and related institution. Optimization impact to patientand RSUP Sanglah itself. Abstract

This study concerning with the tourism marketing strategy of Three Nusa (Nusa Penida, Nusa Lembongan and Nusa Ceningan Island in Bali) to increase visitor through e-commerce especially using website and social media. The aim of present study was to know tourism marketing strategy of Three Nusa through e-commerce especially using website and social media to increase the number of tourists visit. This paper uses qualitative technique with observation, interview and document study to collect data. Data analysis was carried out though data reduction, data display and conclusion and verification. The result suggest that most of the tourism companies in Three Nusa use e-commerce especially website and social media as promotional and marketing tools to attract tourist to visit those tourism object. They argued that tourism marketing strategy using e-commerce especially website and social media was more effective than conventional and traditional marketing or promotion. In implementing tourism marketing strategy using e-commerce especially website and social media to increase tourists visit, tourism companies in Three Nusa also try to implement online marketing mix. Those strategies cover product, price, place, promotion, people, process and physical evidence

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) the influence of interest rate on non-performingloan, 2) the influence of payment period on non-performing loan, 3)the influence ofcollectability on non-performing loan,, 4) the influence of interest rate on collectability, 5)the influence of payment period on collectability, 6) indirect effects of interest rate on nonperformingloan through collectability, 7) indirect effects of payment periodon nonperformingloan through collectability,8)simultaneous effects of interest rate, paymentperiod, collectability on non-performing loan. This research was conductedat PTPegadaian Branch Denpasar using 76 respondents who are employees and officials underinvestigation related to the type of credit. Sources of data used are primary and secondarydata. Variabels used are interest rate and payment period as independent variable,collectability as intervening variable, and dependent variable is non-performing loan.Data collection technique using questionnaires,while the data analysis method use dareresearch instruments includevalidity-reliability test, assesment of normality, outliers test,multicolinearity-singularity test and goodness of fit index; Hypothesis testing methodinclude path analysis, multiple square correlation (R2) as well as direct and indirect effectamong variable. The results showed that: 1) rate of interest has positive and significantinfluence on non-performing loan, 2) payment period has positive and significantinfluence on non- performing loan, 3) collectability significantly negative on effecttowards non-performing loan, 4) rate of interest significantly negative on effect towardscollectability, 5) payment period significantly negative on effect towards collectability, 6)there are indirect effects of interest rate on non-performing loan through collectability 7)there are indirect effects of payment period on non-performing loan through collectability,8) All variables have significant simultaneous effects on non-performingloan.Keywords : rate of interest, payment period, collectability, non performing loan

Abstract

ABSTRACTPerception is how someone's point of view to see or interpret something, in the business world this is certainly very influential to determine the best strategy for a developing business. In this study, it explains how business owners' perceptions of brand image are caused by the service quality of the Go-Send and Go-Food systems in the Go-Jek application. In the perception of the researcher to see from the perspective of the business owner about the influence of the quality of service from Go-Jek on the image of the business brand. This research is a qualitative research that is by describing the phenomena that occur in the field by knowing the perceptions of business owners.In this study the data collection uses interviews directly to competent informants and documentation of activities that are useful as tangible evidence of activity on the object under study. The informants in this study were eight people. The results of this study are that business owners feel helped in terms of promotion and product introduction and business owners can overcome problems in service quality in product delivery.
