<![CDATA[Tabayyun an understanding something carefully the information received from the media information, checked first against, correctness content of information, whether news and information contained elements of slander and pitting. Study uses library research approach, namely study of literature, where the collection of materials and research data conducted through the review of Qur'anic text, commentary and other references that support and are considered important in this study. In the Qur'an, tabayyun explicitly mentioned in Surat an-Nisa 'verse 94 and Al-Hujarat paragraph 6. From second verse, it is explained about tabayyun which means it is seeking to clarify the nature of things or truth of facts carefully and cautiously. The fall in this verse to teach the Muslims to becareful in receiving news and information. For information very decisive decision-making mechanism, even the decision of entity itself. When you look at the phenomenon of reports in the popular media today, both print and electronic, in the context of tabayyun us by letter of An-Nisa 'verse 94 and Al-Hujarat verse 6, God does’nt memperintahkan us to deny news of fasiq or accept it, because it could be the news true or false. <![CDATA[Managing broadcasting management is not easy. Managing the broadcasting business is a difficult and challenging. This research aims to analyze the activity of management and organizational performance ACEH TV television media in an effort to disseminate the Islamic Sharia and Preservation of Local Culture in Aceh. This research is descriptive qualitative. Informants of this research is managing director, program director, executive producer, cameraman / reporter, as well as additional informants Regional Chairman of the Indonesian Broadcasting Commission (KPID) Aceh, Aceh Province Department of Islamic Law, and local media observers. The location of this research is in Banda Aceh, Aceh province.Sampling was done purposively. Data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed by analysis of an interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The results showed that the ACEH TV as the medium of television that is broadcasting management ACEH have done according to a local television broadcasting standard. Agenda setting function of mass media performed in the ACEH TV dissemination of Islamic Shariah in Aceh and local culture to influence the people of Aceh to implement Islamic Sharia and also maintain the culture and local wisdom Aceh. It can be seen from all the programs that are aired ACEH TV is a program of local cultural nuances of Islamic law.There are still some shortcomings in running broadcasting broadcasting technology such as lack of equipment that is increasingly sophisticated. <![CDATA[People tend to misconceive the word terrorist thereby equating with Islam. There are several labels and inferences given on the word terrorist such as radical, militants, extreme etc. Thus this study was conducted to analyze the image of Islam and terrorists in Tempo and Sabili magazines. Qualitative methodology was used to conduct this research, namely, content analysis. Data obtained were analyzed using sub-categories trikotomi from the General Semantic perspectives forwarded by Rajib Ab Ghani (1984). <![CDATA[Executive policy-related polemics often leads to war of opinion that led to a conflict with the legislature, one of which is the formulation of the Draft Regulation (Ranperda) on Spatial Planning (Spatial) Buton Selatan Regency. This study aims to determine the pattern of the relationship between the executive and legislative communications along with constraints and problems encountered in the implementation of the authority and form of the conflict between the executive and the legislature in lawmaking Spatial Buton Selatan. The method used is qualitative approach. Data obtained directly by using interviews with informants about the conflict in political communication in addressing regional legislative policy as the executive regent Buton Selatan on Spatial Ranperda Buton Selatan. The data in thisstudy using the model data analysis komponensial (componential anaylisis). The results showed that the pattern of the relationship between the executive and legislative communication in conflict resolution in the determination of Buton Selatan Spatial regulation is through the process of formal organizational communication and informal organizational communication. Form of the conflict between the executive and the legislature in lawmaking Spatial Buton Selatan Regency is a conflict between organizations, between the executive and legislative of Buton Selatan Regency. <![CDATA[This article explains about the relation of media and politics and how the position ofhow the media position in Indonesian politics. Shoemaker and Reese have twoapproaches see the media , namely passive and active . The passive approach occurs when the media represent reality without distortion . Active approach is when the media come to frame social reality into the reality of media. The second approach is what makes media are not neutral and do tend to be biased in their reporting because the media no longer represent the event as a whole but with some viewpoints that are considered attractive. It is often also referred to as media manipulation. <![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to know the vague of crime perpetrator identity by journalist from law number 40/1990 on Pers and Penal Code Perspective and to know the rule of police in enforcing the law related to vague of crime perpetrator identity in observuing journalist investigation result. The type of this research field is filed research in which data collection done by interviewing several parties related to research. Besides, writer also make literature research through related data and books. Then, data taken is analysed qualitatively and explained descriptively.Based on analysis, writer conclude that: very side interpretation on rejection right is legal weakness that can be used by journalist to do action which vague identity if crime perpetrator. The action of vague crime perpetrator identity fey on Artivle 165 Indonesia Penal Code which oblige every citizen to report known to police officer. The usage of rejection right by journalist not suit to article 165 Indonesia Penal Code that can be used to vague informan identity who is witness, child crime perpetrator and rape victim as journalist ethic code.
