Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of psychological factors on the decision of the selection of travel agency umroh at PT. Namirah Angkasa Jayatama (NAJA) Tour & Travel Sekayu. Population used in this research is Population of this research is consumer who ever become jama'ah at NAJA Tour & Travel Sekayu. The population in this study is 200 Jama'ah. The sample in this research is 133 respondents. Sampling technique with purposive sampling technique. Based on the results of the research that has been done, the result shows that the psychological factor gives a low effect on the selection decision and there is a positive sign stating the unidirectional correlation, where the increase or decrease. The independent variable (X) will result in the increase or decrease in the dependent variable (Y).

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui upaya yang dilakukan, teknik motivasiyang digunakan, serta sejauh mana tingkat motivasi kerja pada PT. FederalInternasional Finance (FIF) Di Muara Enim. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalahmetode observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan bahwa upaya peningkatan kinerja karyawan pada PT. FederalInternasional Finance (FIF) Di Muara Enim dengan disiplin kerja karyawan, yaituupaya pimpinan dalam meningkatkan kinerja melalui motivasi adalah meliputipenetapan disiplin, pengawasan, menciptakan iklim yang kondusif, pemberian insentif,dan kompensasi, menerapkan sistem keadilan dan melalui pendekatan preventif, adanyakomunikasi antara atasan dan bawahan untuk menghindari terjadinya kesenjangan sosialyang dirasakan oleh karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of smartphone advertisements on consumer switching brand behavior in Bayung Lencir Subdistrict, Musi Banyuasin Regency. This research is a study of causality. The population of this study is consumers in the District of Bayung Lencir, especially those who use smartphones. The total sample of 100 people was determined using the Malhotra formula. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using the questionnaire method and analyzed using simple linear regression analysis and correlation analysis. The results showed that (1) the correlation coefficient value of 0.844 showed that there was a very strong relationship or correlation between smartphone advertisements and consumer switching brand behavior in Bayung Lencir Subdistrict, Musi Banyuasin Regency, while the Adjusted R Square value of 0.709 indicated that smartphone advertising affected behavior consumer brand switching is 70.9%, (2) the results of the t hypothesis test show that smartphone advertising significantly influences the brand switching behavior of consumers in the Bayung Lencir District of Musi Banyuasin Regency with a tcount> ttable (15,576> 1,984).

Abstract

This study aims to determinethe effect of organizational communication on the performance of employees, the effect of work motivation on the performance of employees and the influence of organizational communication, and work motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Bank Bukopin, Tbk. Palembang Branch both partially and simultaneously.The sample used in this study was a permanent employee of PT. Bank Bukopin, Tbk. Palembang Branch, which has a minimum service period of 2 years and has offices in Palembang Main Branch as many as 30 respondents. The technique used in taking this sample is to use one of the non probability sampling techniques, namely purposive sampling. The analytical method used is descriPT.ive analysis method using path analysis with the SPSS for Windows version 23.The test results of the hypothesis indicate that the variables: (1) organizational communication has a positive effect on employee performance. (2) Work Motivation of Organizational Communication and Work Motivation means that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (3) Organizational Communication and Work Motivation have a positive effect on Employee Performance at PT.Bank Bukopin, Tbk. Palembang Branch. Organizational communication and work motivation together have an effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan variabel bebas (X) dan vaiabel bebas (Y) didapatkanhasil yaitu: faktor fisik (X1), faktor psikologis (X2), dan faktor sosial (X4) tidakberpengaruh secara parsial terhadap motivasi belajar karena memiliki nilai t hitung ˂ ttabel. Sedangkan faktor non-sosial (X3) berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap motivasibelajar dan mempunyai nilai t hitung ˃ t tabel. Namun secara simultan atau bersamasamafaktor fisik (X1), faktor psikologis (X2), faktor non-sosial (X3) dan faktor sosial (X4)berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar (Y) mahasiswa program studi S1 manajemenangkatan 2016 STIE Rahmaniyah Sekayu. Hal ini dibuktikan dari nilai fhitung sebesar7.762 ˃ ftabel 2.46. Sesuai dengan rentang interprestasi koefisien korelasi maka dapatdinyatakan bahwa faktor fisik (X1), faktor psikologis (X2), faktor non-sosial (X3) danfaktor sosial (X4) memiliki hubungan yang sedang terhadap motivasi belajar (Y)mahasiswa program studi S1 manajemen angkatan 2016 STIE Rahmaniyah Sekayudibuktikan dari nilai korelasi ganda sebesar 0.500.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui berapa besar pengaruh Disiplin Kerja TerhadapKinerja Karyawan, berdasarkan data primer dan data sekunder yang diperoleh melaluiobservasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini 58 karyawanMetode penelitian menggunakan analisa kuantitatif dan kualitatif, metode analisa kualitatifmenggunakan uji validitas, menggunakan uji analisa regresi sederhana, uji analisa korelasi.Jumlah responden penelitian sebanyak 58 responden.Variabel bebas penelitian ini yaitudisiplin kerja dan variabel terikatnya yaitu kinerja karyawan.Hasil uji statistik untukpengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan didapat nilai thitung (3,833) > ttabel(1,684),yang artinya tedapat pengaruh positif antara disiplin kerja dengan kinerja karyawan.Angkakonstanta yang didapat yaitu sebesar 11,553 yang berarti jika tidak ada disiplin kerja, makanilai konstanta 11,553. Nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,343 yang menunjukkan bahwa setiappenambahan 1% disiplin kerja, maka kinerja karyawan akan meningkat sebesar 0,343.terdapat pengaruh positif antara disiplin kerja dengan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Authoritarian leadership is if power or authority, mostly absolute to leader or if the leader adheres to a centralized system of authority. Decision making and wisdom are only determined by the leader himself, subordinates are not included to give suggestion, idea, and consideration in the decision making process. His / her leadership just focused on increasing employee work productivity and And less attention to employees' feeling and walfare. The influence of authoritarian leadership style has affected toward the village aparatus job performance At Pangkalan Bulian Kecamatan Batang Hari Leko Musi Banyuasin regency showed low correlation (35.1%) and positive toward the village aparatus job performance at PangkalanBulianKecamatanBatangHarilekoMusiBanyuasin regency, because r value is in the range of 0.20 – 0.399. It is also proven by seeing at R Sequare that is 0.123 that is information that 12.3% of employees' job performance variable(Y) is affected by authoritarian leadership style variable (X) while The rest 87.7% is explained by other factors. Hypothesis test result (t-test) between authoritarian leadership style toward employees job performance also showed that Ho Is rejected and Ha is accepted it means that authoritarian leadership style has affected toward village aparatus' job performance Pangkalan Bulian Kecamatan Batang Hari Leko Musi Banyuasin regency with A level of significance<0.05 that is 0.001.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of service quality on patient satisfaction at Puskesmas Tanah Abang Batanghari Leko District. Field research, where researchers visited Tanah Abang District Health Center Batang Hari Leko by holding question and answer directly to employees who have the authority to provide data and information needed. The result of the research shows that there is influence of service quality to patient satisfaction at Tanah Abang Public Health Center of Batanghari Leko District. The method of analysis used in the research is simple linear regression. This study provides the latest evidence on the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction at Tanah Abang Public Health Center, Batanghari Leko District.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on the performance of Daily Release Workers - Agricultural Extension Workers (THL-TBPP) at the Implementing Agency for Agricultural, Fisheries and Forestry Extension of Musi Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra. The research was conducted at Agricultural Extension Agency, Fishery and Forestry Agency of Musi Banyuasin Regency with a total sample of 51. The method of analysis used in the research is simple linear regression, by conducting validity test, reliability test and hypothesis test. The results of this study indicate that the compensation has a positive effect on the performance of the Relevant Force-Tenaga Bantu Penuluh Pertanian (THL-TBPP) with a relationship level of 57.8%

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand the influence communication andmotivation work to performance state civil apparatus. Reveal and analyze the empiricalfacts, in order to know how communication is done and work motivation performanceagainst the state civil apparatus. This study uses a quantitative analytical researchdesign. The study population was the entire apparatus of state civil Banyuasin DistrictDepartment of Transportation. The study authors use a sampling technique that thecensus technique, in which the entire study population sampled, so the number of samplesin this study were 50 civilian state apparatus. Based on the analysis based on the resultsof analysis on the obtained value of regression testing F-hitung 30.981 (30.981 F count>F-table 3.20), the level of significance together independent variables to the dependentvariable, namely 0,000 (sig F = 0.000 <α 0.05). This result proves the communicationand motivation to work together have real influence / significantly to the performance ofcivil state apparatus 56.9% against the performance of employees in providing services,and the remaining 43.1% of the state civil apparatus performance is influenced by otherfactors. This proves the better communication and motivation will increase performanceof the apparatus of civil state in providing services to the people within the Departmentof Transportation Musi this Banyuasin.
