Abstract

The zhahiriyyah school is a school that stores certain texts by forgetting the global objectives of sharia. Among them there are those who are more dominant with the nature of religion, and among them there are those who are dominant in the nature of politics, even though they are all the same in terms of understanding literalism. The Zhahiriyya have been exaggerated in extracting text literalism to bring them to the strange understanding rejected by religion and reason. Zahiriyyah characteristics literal understanding and interpretation in understanding and interpreting texts without seeing things hidden in them, both in illat form and intentions that can be known by profound researchers: 1) Difficult and difficult; 2) Arrogant towards their opinions; 3) Don't accept different people; 4) Kafir people who have different opinions; 5) Whatever slander. The Bathiniyyah school is the opposite of the forgotten zhahiriyah school, even deliberately refusing, certain texts. This flow claims that they see the common good and global goals. This flow dares to oppose religious texts brought by the revelation ma`sum, both the Qur'an or al-Sunnah. They reject the text without caring, and freeze it without knowledge and guidance unless they follow the nature of themselves or others who want to make slander against the teachings of truth revealed by God. They claim that from these spies they are not out of the Shari'ah, they defend their intentions and maintain their spirit and substance, even though they do not maintain symbols and forms. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Service Excellent To Savings Loyalty On Members BMT Mardhatillah Berkah Branch Purwakarta. In this study, the object of research is the Savings and Loans Cooperative BMT Mardhatillah Berkah Branch Purwakarta. This research is included into descriptive research. Primary data collection through questionnaires with sample determination using Probability Sampling technique. Data analysis techniques used in this study is the validity of data, data reliability, data normality, data heterokedastisitas. While the test design using linear regression data analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination. The results showed that Service Excellent has a significant effect on Member Loyalty At Baitul maal wat tamwil Mardhatillah Berkah Branch Purwakarta. This is seen from the results of hypothesis testing where the value 14.121 (t count)> 1.66 (t table). With the level of significance is 0.000 smaller than 0.05. The correlation coefficient value of 0.776 and the coefficient of determination = 60.2%. Furthermore, the rest is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

Based on the previous discussion, and referring to the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded the following points: The greeting contract scheme in buying and selling online there is muslam (buyer), muslam ilaih (seller), muslam fihi (object of goods) and also sighat ( consent and qabul); The contract of greeting in buying and selling online, has fulfilled the rules and legal requirements that apply in the law of fiqh, and is in accordance with the DSN MUI fatwa in 2000. Looking at the process and scheme of the agreement to sell online this is a permissible form; The mechanism in the transaction of the contract to buy and sell online makes it easy for consumers to make transactions online.

Abstract

Based on the results of the research and discussion on the Level of Quality Analysis of the Syariah Pawnshop Customer Service at the Veteran Purwakarta Branch, some conclusions can be drawn as follows: (1) From the physical evidence at the Pegadaian Syariah Branch Veterans Purwakarta the community considers that the condition of the building owned and the way employees are in look good enough, and the promotion carried out by the pawnshop can attract the public to transact at pawnshops; (2) The reliability of sharia pawnshops in conducting services on time is considered to be good enough, some customers are satisfied. In addition, sharia entrepreneurs also never break promises, and always try to help solve problems faced by their customers at the time of the transaction, and always be careful in recording data; (3) The responsiveness of sharia pawnshops is a willingness to assist and provide prompt and appropriate services to customers, with clear information delivery and willingness to welcome customers to be assessed by the Veteran Purwakarta Branch of Pawnshop customers as considered to be the most important and have the most dominant influence to increase customer satisfaction; (4) Guarantees and certainty given by the branch of Veterans Purwakarta sharia pawnshop, namely the trustworthy nature of employees, adequate knowledge of the problem of sharia pawnshop products, as well as the polite attitude of sharia pawnshop employees towards customers who wish to transact which the community values ​​are good; (5) Attention given by the Veteran Purwakarta branch pawnshop to sharia pawnshop customers get a good response. The customer considers that the pawnshop is able to provide convenience in conducting transactions, can understand the needs of its customers, and provide personal attention to its customers. Of the five service dimensions it is known that the dimensions of service that are considered the best according to respondents' perceptions are the Tangible dimension (physical evidence) which is 79%. While the assessment is low according to the respondent's perception that is in the dimensions of Reliability (reliability) that is equal to 76.5%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of public interest in dinar investment. In this study, the object of the research was the Purwakarta Dinar Outlet. This research was included in the descriptive study. Primary data collection through questionnaires by determining samples using Non Probability Convenience Sampling technique. Data analysis techniques used in this research data are data validity, data correlation, and data normality. While the test design uses simple linear regression data analysis, correlation coefficient, and determination coefficient. The results of the study show that the interest of the community has a significant effect on dinar investment. This is seen from the results of the submission of a hypothesis where the t count value is 6.475> t table -, 195. With a significant level is 0.000 less than 0.05. The correlation coefficient value is 0.866 and the coefficient of determination = 75.1% and the remaining 24.9% is influenced by factors other than interest.

Abstract

This study discusses how to determine the Margin Murabaha in the purchase or financing agreement, what constraints faced in the determination of Margin, what efforts are made in the implementation of Murabahah agreement on the financing of non-bank housing and how the consumer response to the application of murabahah contract in Puri Nirana Cigelam. This research uses descriptive qualitative method by using primary data and secondary data. The result of the research shows that margin acceptance in murabahah agreement based on agreement, the agreement is 10%, in reality the margin obtained in every year is less than 10%. There is no constraint in determining the margin in the murabaha scheme that has been implemented in Puri Nirana Cigelam, Murabahah scheme implementation in the financing of non-bank house in Puri Nirana Cigelam is signing the agreement of both parties between the developers who sell the house and the consumer who bought the house with the clarity of price and payment flat as well as the margin or profit setting that both parties agree on. Consumer response to the implementation of murabahah agreement in Puri Nirana Cigelam castle that many agree and good, average, so the existence of Puri Nirana Cigelam, akad applied in Puri Nirana Cigelam, Islamic Concepts and Value Syari'ah and facilities provided by the PNC is the reason consumers choose to buy housing in Puri Nirana Cigelam.

Abstract

One of the parameters to assess whether a product meets sharia principles or not is to pay attention to the contracts and the various conditions used in the product. Products in Islamic finance activities, if against them are carried out by al-takyif al-fiqhi, some or even the majority of them contain several contracts. For example, in sharia credit card transactions there are ijarah, qardh and kafalah contracts, Islamic bonds contain at least mudharabah (or ijarah) and wakalah agreements, and sometimes with kafalah or wa'd, Islamic Swap contains several times the bargruq contract, bai ', wakalah, sharf and sometimes or always accompanied wa'ad. In every transaction, the contracts are carried out simultaneously or at least every contract contained in a product cannot be abandoned, because all of them are one entity. Such transactions are termed the multi contract (hybrid contract) which is now in the terminology of contemporary muamalat fiqh (fiqh al-mu'amalat al-maliyah al-mu'ashirah) called al-'uqud al-murakkabah.

Abstract

The number of cooperative corporations that experienced business failure, in 2014 as many as 72,230 cooperatives or about 35% of the total 260 thousand cooperatives went bankrupt. A different phenomenon emerged in Sharia-based financial institutions, since it was first introduced in 1990, there are only a few dozen units, and at present the number in Indonesia is over 5,500. According to Ropke 'the success of a Cooperative is influenced by internal factors (Managers (Managers and managers), Service, Member Participation, and Capital) and external factors (Business climate (competition) and Government policy and technological developments). This research is conducted to know the extent of implication or influence of member participation and managerial capability of management toward syariah based business development. The method are used is descriptive analytic with Quantitative approach, The type of data in this study is the primary data sourced from the Board and Members of Sharia cooperatives in Purwakarta district. Data collection techniques conducted are interviews to administrators and observation data cooperatives development in terms of Capital, the number of Members, turnover, the rest of the business results (earnings) from the year 2010-2016. The results showed that member participation has a positive effect on the development of Sharia-based cooperatives with a significance level of 74.6%, While Managerial Ability has positive effect to Cooperative development equal to 56,3%. Simultaneously Member participation, and managerial ability have positive effect on Cooperative development equal to 57,67%.

Abstract

Jualah is a kind of a promise expressed by someone who lost something of his lost item by giving some kind of reward to the one who found it, with certain limitations. Ju'alah concept that most people understand almost the same as the concept of ijarah so that in understanding an act mu'amalah sometimes different understand. Well for more details what is meant by ju'alah? Jualah or jialah, derived from Arabic: ja'ala-yaj'alu-ja'lan. Ja'ala is literally meaningful to make or make, while Ju'alah means wage, price or salary. Everyday life we often encounter someone who lost his son, because the child is very very important for his parents so that the lost parents are holding a contest, who can find it will be given a gift with the conditions set by. In this case the author. Will try to discuss the justification agreement meaning etymology means wages or rewards given to someone because the person is doing or performing a particular job.
